I had a great time here at Villa Del Palmar the activity coordinators were great! Very friendly and a lot of fun.
The food was good my room was ocean front and very nice also.

The room was fantastic! We were originally scheduled in a 1 bedroom. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite that was beautiful. It was a little big for our needs, but it was appreciated! The amenities were wonderful, everything was well maintained, clean and accessible. Whatever we needed, staff immediately responded to our every whim. Turn down service by Anastacia, pool service by Ray, and all the wait servers were incredible. Our account manager, Victoria was thorough in explaining our benefits! We reserved at several restaurants Bocados, Karuma, and Hiroshi, all were delicious and service was top notch. Overall an exceptional experience, will definitely return and looking forward to visiting the other properties!

Great service and friendly staff. We enjoyed the food at Bocados, Noi and Hiroshis. We went Kayaking, hiking and played Pickleball. Spent a lot of time lounging by the pool. Alvaro and Rogelio were great. Noemi and Antonio at Bocados breakfast. Diego led the kayaking trip and was fantastic. Mike was a great waterfall hike leader. Julian was a great waiter at Bocados. Miguel and Franco were our waiter at Hitoshi and he was fun. Cuco and Orlando took great care of us at Noi for dinner.

Great resort! Evey dining experience on property was top notch and memorable. The North tower has exceptional views of the ocean, awesome rooftop bar and infinity pool. South tower is newer with a great roof top bar and pool, opened to party til 1am, and views of the jungle.Shout out to the excellent breakfast service at The Terrace. Edgar Lopez and Alex made every breakfast fun and perfect start to the day!

My husband and I just returned from a trip to Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta. Our goal was to lay by the pool for a week and relax. Hotel Mousai was the perfect place to do it. While it was very humid (we were there in October), we had a great time and all the staff were wonderful. We would like to offer special thanks to Lilith, our butler, who took good care of us and offered us a couple of surprises to help celebrate our trip (thank you!). We ate breakfast at the Noi/Terrace restaurant where we were greeted by Melanny each morning, had great service from Christian who was our waiter, and helped by Edgar who was part of the wait staff. In fact, Edgar was our waiter on our first day and then was switched to being a server for the rest of our time there. Edgar went out of his way each morning to welcome us and make sure that everything was perfect (thank you Edgar)!The hotel facilities were great and the food was excellent. If you want a relaxing vacation without the kids, we highly recommend Hotel Mousai!

All staff associates are friendly, kind and helpful. A special thank you to Karla at concierge services for assisting us with resort navigation as well as city of Puerto Vallarta. Housekeeping services are the work horse of any establishment. Natividad was amazing, very accommodating, friendly and provided excellent cleaning services both day and night! Gracias to all!!

I had a nice trip with my husband at Mosaii Hotel at Puerto Vallarta. The Hotel itself is a bit dated and the bathroom shower flooded (due to the drain blocked) on the 3rd day of our stay. In addition, the bed squeak every time we lie down and get up!!However, the ocean view from the balcony of the Hotel is so beautiful and we enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. The staff at the Hotel and Restaurant(s) are very nice too. Special thanks to:- Luis, the Bell Boy at the Mosaii Hotel- Saudi, the concierge - Cesar, Terence and Janette at NOI restaurantThey are very friendly and did extra mile to help us on everything we need during our stay. We had a memorable first trip in Puerto Vallarta. We would definitely consider and recommend our friends to come back to Mosaii next time.

Another amazing experience at Garza Blanca. We stayed in a beach front suite which was wonderful and super convenient. My daily ritual was watching the sun rise over Banderas Bay, spectacular. I am typically one who must be busy every minute and other than our daily pickle ball game, this is the only place I am comfortable just sitting by the ocean side pool and relaxing. My wife did the massage on the beach which was awesome. While the location, facility and food are wonderful, it is the incredible staff who make Garza Blanca very special. It is our little slice of heaven.

Hotel Garza Blanca has a remarkable friendly staff that includes the hotel staff ,housekeeping, and all the workers at the restaurants and pools. They always seem to be happy and are very attentive to any needs you have. We were celebrating our granddaughters birthday, and the BocaDos restaurant staff went overboard to make her birthday one she will remember for a long time

This was the nicest vacation I have ever been on. The service was impeccable and all the employees showed an attentiveness and level of service that is unbeatable. The facilities themselves are spotless. At first my wife and I were uncertain of whether the all inclusive would be worth it but this was absolutely worth it and the all the restaurants were stellar. Octavio our concierge was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay again.

Lilian Soria was very courteous , and took very good care of our room ,and the day she was off the room service wasnt good . So with that said she was great . She is a five star personnel. 2nd Luis at front outside was just as good . All the bell boys were good , and the room service food was better than the breakfast restaurant

the hotel is an absolute beauty. From the moment we stepped off the transportation we were blown away. The grounds are amazing and the cobblestones add a unique touch of Puerto Vallarta. The design inside the entrance was beautifully unique. we waited for our concierge and was checked in quickly. Once we received our bracelets we headed to our room for an amazing view situated on the mountain side with a view of the ocean. our room had a mini bar and a hot tub on the patio. Our room was so warm and inviting that we didn't want to leave it. The hotel took note of our anniversary celebration by providing chocolate covered strawberries and champagne on ice. Totally amazing . Our butler Greta was so professional and took care of all our dinner arrangements. She made sure to mention our celebration and we received the recognition with a small cake. So classy. We had an amazing time and plan to return again next year. Thank you hotel staff for making this an amazing vacation. Bravo!! The Segovia's

Best ever. Too much to write. Blows away any other five diamond property. Four Seasons cannot compete on any level including food, service, accomodations etc. Special thanks to amazing staff. Too many AMAZING staff members to mention.

We just returned from a trip we took with two other couples and had a wonderful time. The service was top-notch. The food was amazing. It did not feel like you were eating run-of-the-mill all inclusive food. The presentation as well as the flavors were awesome. There wasnt a single restaurant that we did not enjoy. Special shout out to Nancy who was so sweet and helpful during our check in process. Orlando and Miguel at the bell desk who attended to us each time so professionally and with kindness. And to Octavio, our personal concierge who made our vacation feel effortless, since he was always available 24/7. His service elevated our stay to another level. I would also like to mention Omar who went so out of his way to run across the street to get cigars for my friend without being asked! They all went above and beyond their duties with such great attitudes. That kind of service is what sets the bar for other places we go. Would definitely come back and recommend hotel mousai to everyone!

Just beautiful and perfect all over the resort. We felt like every need was taken care of and they put us first. Cleanliness is next level here and plenty of staff. Food options are very well thought out and there is plenty to choose from. The jungle and ocean views are amazing.

Roberto Ochoa did a great job helping me schedule, Transportation and all inclusive for our upcoming trip. He was very kind and did everything. He said he would when he said he would.! it was a pleasure working with Roberto! We are looking forward to arriving at GB in a few weeks!

Garza Blanca is wonderful. Its a clean, beautiful site. We visited once in 2023 and again in 2024. The staff is attentive and welcoming, especially Angel the reception agent. Angels excellent customer service and attention to detail is what made us return. Thank you!

Stay Here, was Magnificent, The Staff Amazing, What I Will Have To Say What Made this amazing was the Service and Advice All Around profesional Five Star Costumer Service. Customer service My Wife and I got from Ricardo Leon (bell boy) this is someone I say all your staff need to Strive To Be, Like. Everyone was very helpful and they courteous! Definitely will be coming again soon as we can! We didnt want to leave it was such an amazing vacation! We were really abole to relax and enjoy our honeymoon and everyone involved made it that much more special! Our butler Lilliana helped as well making our last night stay a memorable one for my wife when she walked in an aisle of roses and a nicely placed heart on the bed! It was all marvelous and extravagant.

We stayed in the south tower and had a corner view of the ocean and the mountain which was absolutely breathtaking. I loved that we had a hot tub with a view to use before or after our days at the pool. During our visits to the pool, Vianey (pool concierge) was so attentive and wonderful always ensuring we had shade, sun, dry towels, or whatever we needed each dayand she was constantly checking in. Edwardo (bartender/sever extraordinaire) was so on top of it with our service at the pool. He remembered our names and our favorite drinkshe never waited for us to order our next drink before he arrived with a fresh one! The rooftop pool was by far our favorite place to spend our dreamy days at Hotel Mousai.

Blanca Blues team is amazing, Mario was super attentive and the rest of the staff. Would recommend only based on the service, but food is great too. Garza Blancas service is one of the best out there, however the administrative staff is rude and condescending, a wild difference of treatment, worst is they think one does not notices that.

In all my 65 years of national and international travel, the service from ALL the Mousai staff was beyond exceptional! The rooftop pool staff were absolutely, split-second efficient, all day, everyday! Never a misstep. Never a lapse of attention.

If 5 diamond rating exists I would certainly give it to this hotel. Ambience, service, food, climate, safety-all in one place. The whole team from the very top executive to all the people around us were perfect: sincerely welcoming, professional, helpful, appreciative. Its a rare case, when there is a right person on each job. I do know almost all people who made our stay perfect by name, but I wouldnt mention any, because each and everyone was perfect. Great reception team, our housekeeping lady, rooftop bar and pool staff, restaurant staff, the bus/ trolley drivers, bellboys thank you all for making our stay most enjoyable and luxurious! We do travel a lot, but this was a real treat.Regarding negative reviews about marketing or construction- no one approached us with marketing tricks, and construction didnt bother us at all!Keep up the great job, Team!Irina, Ravi, Maria, Alexandra. This is our first stay at Garza Blanca Preserve at Vallarta. We are a family of 5. We were celebrating our Sons 25th Birthday. We also traveled with a 15 year old and a 10 year old. The stay was beyond our expectations. The food was amazing. We purchased the All inclusive meal plan. Best decision ever

My wife and I visited Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta in September 2024, and we had an unforgettable experience. The time we spent by the pool was truly special, thanks to Ronnie, who was incredibly personable and attentive. The pool itself was pristine, offering a stunning view of the ocean.One of the highlights of our stay was snorkeling in the bay, where we saw a variety of beautiful fish right off the resort's beach. We also took a breathtaking hike with Edgar to a waterfall, where we swam in the natural pool beneath the fallsan unforgettable adventure!The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Our butlers, Alejandro and José, were always available to assist with anything we needed. I treated myself to an amazing lymphatic massage at the on-property spa, where I also enjoyed the hydrotherapy circuit with a gorgeous view of the entire bay.Every restaurant on-site offered excellent cuisine, and the concierge service made planning off-property activities seamless and stress-free.

Do you know when you write a review and the manager writes back and says... I hope you will give us another opportunity?.... Well... I did and I don't regret it.First and foremost, I want to say thank you to everybody who was a part of our stay especially Adriana Colmenares. She made our stay spectacular by giving us an upgrade to a panoramic room. She also sent us a lovely gift when we arrived. It truly was magical. The property continues to be lovely. There are several towers so I am not sure which one is which. WEATHER: It rained at night and nice and sunny in the day. There is a lot of walking and that is nice. TROLLEY: I love the trolley and do not mind waiting for it to go to our room. We stayed in building 4. The only issue with the trolley was that we had to get up early one morning to make it to a boat and we didn't know it starts running at 8 am so I think there was an option to walk down... but that wasn't going to work... we were in a hurry. There was a Mercedes shuttle who just happened to be there and he gave us a ride. ROOM: Panoramic room was wonderful. Beautiful views of the ocean and a wrap around balcony. Multiple restrooms, 2 rooms with 3 beds all together. The only issue I ran into was when my son hopped into the jacuzzi and he said... Mami why did you pinch me?... and I said... I didn't why would I?... I ordered him out of the jacuzzi right away. Not sure if it was a shock he felt but I didn't want to chance it. We just didn't use it and it was fine. ROOM SERVICE: Was wonderful. It is there when you need it the most and you are hungry. The menu is good. The guacamole was not good two times... apparently they pre make it and twice it arrived black. The Room Service manager Ruby made it better and sent up some fresh guacamole and all was well in the world. Shout out Josue who was wonderful. RESTAURANTS: The breakfast is delectable. They offer so much, I can't imagine you being hungry. My son and nephews had a great time ordering exactly what they wanted. POOL SERVICE: Fantastic and although they are not always smiling and happy to take your order, they still do what they should be doing. They are courteous. They are also so so busy... There was this one waiter who would dance in front of the bar... and I found it so amusing. It made me smile. FOOD: Was overall great with a few bad seeds! STEAKS: the steaks were slightly tough.FISH: The fish was tough throughout the property. All restaurants failed to offer a good fish until...... I went to the Italian restaurant on the beach. It was a nice place to have dinner, however the fish was awful. You would think there would be better options and there just wasn't. A nice mahi mahi would have been nice. The waiter asked me to go to Blanca Blue the next night. He said they had great fish. For an extra charge they would make me a red snapper zarandeado. Jorge, Gustavo and Max were the ones serving us and they did not disappoint. Yes it was 100 dollars, but it was worth it. Was it wrong to have to buy a fish in order to get something so delicious? yes, but he was sóó right... it was fantastic. I do believe the hotel can do better on fish but if you have a chance to order the snapper... do it. SHRIMP: The whole property has great shrimp... the coctail, the tacos, the grilled shrimp.PIZZA and HAMBURGERS with cheese were awesome according to my son and nephews. POOLS: The pools were great. We only have 3 at our disposal, but they are nice but small. Garza Blanca Cabo offers 7 pools I believe, but you don't have the option to swim in the ocean.BEACH: The beach should be the best part of the property but unfortunately it is not. Beaches in Mexico are not private, as they should not be. However, the beach often has trash and plastics. it is sad because Puerto Vallarta is known for their initiative to save the turtles. The beach is incredibly rocky and full of ocean debris. It hurts to walk in. The service at the beach is OK. I think what can be done is clean up the beach. It used to be so pristine, it is sad to be in it and see it dirty. Even if it is the beach goers causing the trash, the hotel should do a better job about cleaning up the beach. If it was just cleaned better, they would have one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Now, let's be clear, I am aware that when it rains, a lot of ocean debris washes up. It truly is a pretty beach from up above. THE GATE: Nobody really takes the time to than the people greet you at the gate... so shoutout for being so happy and lovely... Javier and Emily! CHECKOUT: I ran into a little hiccup and Adriana helped me. She made our stay from beginning to end memorable and happy. Would I come back? Absolutely, so long as Adriana is there!

We had dinner at Bocados STK and we had the best service! The food quality and service were top notch! Esteban and Ricardo made our experience above and beyond. They always anticipated our needs. We love coming and will definitely come back! Thank you!

The staff was amazing! Standouts were, Humberto from Blanca Blue, he was friendly and attentive. He always greeted us and looked after us even if we were not at his table. The best smile. We also befriended Mike,pool concierge. He was super friendly and so helpful. Went out of his way to answer our questions, make us comfortable and welcome. Victoria our membership contact, was so thorough and patient with our questions. She was the best! We felt like we were leaving good friends when we headed home. Looking forward to our next visit.

We are returning guest at hotel mousai and love it here. Beautiful accommodations, excellent food, fun activities. We went to the spa for the first time this trip and it was luxury experience. Our concierge Octavio was the best and the rest of staff is very attentive as well!

Absolutely great time. Nicest rooms, restaurants and staff in Vallarta. No need to leave the resort because everything is found here. Staff was very accommodating. All inclusive in this resort is no joke and the real deal. Room service is included in the package. Definitely coming back.

Amazing place for a couples get away. We werent very familiar with the area and after experiencing Hotel Mousai are so happy we decided to stay where we did. The hotel is sandwiched between jungle on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other. A bit off the beaten path but only a quick 10 minute taxi ride into town; It was a perfect escape from the business of city life. We stayed in an ultra corner suite in the North Tower and the extra upgrade was well worth it. Surrounded by windows on three sides, the panoramic views are endless and the personal butler service is a nice touch. We were offered a pillow and aromatherapy menu upon check-in and our clothes were pressed or steamed for dinner each evening thank you to Lili. Luis at the Rooftop North is fantastic as is Antonio at the Rooftop South. Both make incredible cocktails based on personal preference and helped my husband and I lean into some new flavors and experiences. My personal favorite became the cucumber mojito and my husband leaned into the various mezcal options. Dont miss the Aguachiles poolside- perfectly spicy and incredibly fresh!The curated tequila tasting is a must! An amazing way to try various high end tequilas! Also highly recommend the private beach dinner. Alejandro was Incredibly personable and a pleasure to get to know during our couple of hours with him as our private waiter. We ordered the paella and it was one of the best dishes I have ever had- amazing selection of seafood and perfectly cooked saffron rice. Alejandro also made us his signature dessert- strawberries flambé. The memories of the experience and flavors will last a lifetime. You cant go wrong with any of the restaurants but our favorites were Bocados and Dao. Delicious food and exceptional service. We had breakfast most mornings at Noi. Sit outside if you can. The avocado toast is a highlight- fresh bread, perfectly citrusy avocado and crunchy sprouts. Hotel Mousai is a next level travel experience that everyone should try at least once. We definitely plan to return.

Mousai is not just a hotel, but an experience. My wife and I decided to take a trip just the two of us and we wanted some place special and kidless since it had been 4 years since we had some time for ourselves due to having 2 toddlers. And after three incredible days at Mousai we concluded we have not had this feeling of relaxation and indulgence since our honeymoon. From the moment you walk in, you feel you are at home, everyone greets you as they knew you. Carlos our butler made our trip more than special, I could not describe the words the way we felt and I thank him for that. But not just Carlos but every employee of Mousai did the same, from Angel at the pool, to the bartenders at the bar in Hiroshi that prepare amazing cocktails. And if you do plan to visit, please do not hesitate to check out the Spa, it is one and only and you will feel very pampered with amazing views. We look forward on coming back and next time we decided to make it four days cause you will not want to leave. Thank you everyone at Mousai for making our trip very special!!!

My trip staying in this Hotel made my vacation unforgettable. This hotel was amazing from A-Z of service and staff is 5 star +. all the restaurant food was so testy and wonderful staff and so professional. Cocktails with huge selection , concierges service was wonderful they do all the dinner reservation for us. Room was absolutely gorges with amazing view clean I wish I can stay longer but vacation is always short but I definitely come back soon. I really thank you and appreciate all the staff and allthe server in all the restaurant and pool area. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This place was amazing! The staff and the service was excellent. We had Octavio as our butler and he was fantastic. We had Diana & Edgar for breakfast and they were amazing. Ignacio, angel , Allan at the pool made sure that we were well taken care of all day . The food was excellent . We didnt have a bad meal. The cocktails were def 5 star ! The selection was huge. Luis at the Noi bar was a great craft cocktail bartender. We had massages at the spa. The entire experience from start to finish was top notch. The room was absolutely stunning with views of the jungle and beach. We stayed in the south tower and had a corner suite. I would def recommend this tower. Overall we had an amazing trip and will def be back!

Today I want to give a huge shout out to Adel on the piano. He played at the pool, the Libby, and restaurants. His music is inspiring, relaxing, and God has truly blessed him with talent! Such a great time listening!! Thank you so much for blessing us with amazing music this week!

The best experience Ive ever had at a resort. Every staff member and locals are so kind and friendly. I highly recommend and will be returning to this resort and all the restaurants on the property as well. I genuinely appreciated my stay and plan to bring my children in the future

Rooms were amazing and Hotel Staff were very nice and polite. 6 Stars for me. Definitely will be back. I went to the water fall hike and host was amazingly funny and informative. We went to Imagine Spa and didnt want to leave. What an amazing experience!! Dont get those type of messages in FLA

All the workers here are so friendly and kind. This is my second time coming here, this place never disappoints!! Shout out to Yarely the lady who helped us at check-in and giving us an upgrade, our housekeepers Mariana Lima for keeping our place nice and clean, and finally Zaim! Zaim was amazing, he helped out our big group over the weekend at the pool side. Overall, I highly recommend this place!!

Esteban was outstanding at Bocados! Great recommendation on the aged New York with the Chimichurri!! SO good!! My wife ate the tenderloin and absolutely loved it as well. The service was perfect! Keep up the great work!! We will be returning soon!!!

Service is phenomenal! Xavier, Mario, Andres, and Elaine provided a great experience at Blanca Blue. All around, at the pool the restaurants and housekeepers. Very respectful and friendly. However, there are no changing stations for babies in any restroom. I would really like to see that implemented in both bathrooms.

Roberto Ochoa, concierge for Garza Blanca/ Mousai in Puerto Vallarta took great care to understand my two reservations at Garza Blanca & Mousai and understand my airport shuttle dates. I hope to work with him on my next visit to Garza Blanca. He also speaks good English.

I actually visited in August 2023 for my cousin wedding and regret not writing a review. The furthest I could go back was Oct 2023. But still wanted to leave a quick review. This was my first time in Mexico and I was only there for 4 days as my flight ended up being delayed. I didnt arrive until close to midnight, and on top of the delays and taking 3 flights to get there my credit card was denied. Thankfully they got me to my room and I was able to call the credit card company in the morning and sort everything out. I stayed in the junior ultra suite and it was huge. Every meal I had was exceptional, the pool was beautiful, sunsets, the hammockeverything was absolutely perfect. I made time to get a massage which I highly recommend. I am in love with this resort and returning in 7 days with two of my girlfriends. This time I will be staying at Hotel Mousai the adult only tower which gives access to Garza Blanca. I CANNOT wait to be back for a full week and showing my friends this little slice of paradise. See you soon.

I normally don't write reviews, but this resort was absolutely amazing! Service, food, rooms, everything. We are in our 60's and got married there. All our children and grandchildren spent a week with us.Iris is the wedding coordinator in the resort and she is incredible. Responsive, patient and on top of all the little details that are needed. She put my mind at ease being so far away and not being able to see anything with my own eyes. The event went off without a hitch and it all came together perfectly! Everyone had a wonderful week just being together, enjoying the ameneties and the food! Thank you Garza Blanca and Iris for an unforgetable wedding!!

The resort was very peaceful. The service was excellent especially breakfast at Blanca Blue. The manager Elaine was very attentive. She would see us coming in, order our mimosas which would be waiting for us at our table. Her staff was excellent as well.

This was our first time at the resort and in Puerto Vallarta. All we can say is AMAZING. Every part of our time at this resort was spectacular. We felt the attention to detail woven through every aspect of our trip. Thank you for making our experience so memorable.

This resort is more than advertised. The service is beyond anything we have ever experienced. Upon arrival were greeted Tony. He was super helpful and knew us by name the rest of the stay. The view from our room was amazing. The staff completely makes this place. Nacho was our poolside server for pretty much the whole trip. He was amazing. He learned on drink orders and names with our first visit. The drinks themselves were fantastic. They have a lot of unique cocktails to choose from. I personally enjoyed their additive free tequilas while my wife tried their assortment of cocktails. The food was very good for an all inclusive. The customer service throughout our stay was absolutely outstanding. When we checked out my wife forgot her iPhone in the room and while we were at the desk our housekeeper came running down with the phone before my wife knew it was missing.

Our stay at Hotel Mousai was amazing. We enjoyed everything.The accommodations were beautiful, spacious, clean and well serviced.The restaurants were wonderful too.Roof top bar pool was our hang out spot.The best part may have been our last night when we visited the lobby of the South Tower where Adel was performing on the grand piano. He is so talented! It was a joy to experience his performance! We cannot recommend this beautiful place staffed by gracious and lovely people enough.

My experience was wonderful at the resortMy room had an amazing ocean view, the bed was comfortable however the technology wasn't so great, I had issues with it all the stayed but wasn't a big dealI visited the Roof top and Angel the pool concierge is a very attentive service guy.Noi restaurant is the best there but I consider relocating it in other areas with a better view During my vacation Octavio from Concierge was very attentive to me. l like how dedicated he could be to make me feel like I'm home.I had a great time at the spa everyone in general made me feel marvelous

Outstanding service from all the staffthey were so helpful and always pleasant Octavio and Orlando were outstanding! Orlando spent extra time explaining so much to us about the facilities, room services and how to get around! But, everyone was friendly and helpful. Just a great stay!Our room , the pools and restaurants were wonderful also.

The service was excellent, probably the best weve ever had, which is saying something. BUT, I have to make note of how incredible the food was this trip. Weve been to this property several times and we were never very impressed with the food. We would usually just go into town for dinner. But in the last year they have revamped all the menus and brought in some very talented chefs. Im hoping the food quality stays this high year after year. The shrimp dishes at each restaurant blew us away. Dao was phenomenal and Noi was our favorite of the trip. I wish Dao had chocolate steam buns or dumplings for dessert, but that was the only thing I would change. We cant wait to come back next year.

The hotel pays attention to detail which in this day and age I'd hard to find. The butler service and Lilith in particular were great. She anticipated needs and acted accordingly. I look forward to returning. Things to improve - having cords in the room for the Ipads. Also, updating them as they are a bit aged and not holding charge.

The Terrace!!Pilar, Alex, and Javi were amazing and could not have taken better care of us each morning that we came down for breakfast. Breakfast was fabulous every morning. Such good food, provided amazing pastries and fruit but the service itself was incredible. Such nice people who really got to know us over the time of our stay. We could not recommend them more!!!

Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta was an exceptional experience. We had a group of 5 couples who came down for a 4 days trip. The hotel was modern but very inviting feel to it. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. We were all blown away by thr roof top bar and pool . Exceptional view and realy good food and drinks. The pool water was in the 80s, incredibly clean and best of all....not filled with screaming and crying of children. We love our children, but not on a relaxing couples trip. The beach on the lower portion of the resort was warm, a little rocky, so bring some water shoes. You can walk down or take the tram. Lots of fishes to see while snorkeling. The resort wasn't over crowded, so no fighting over beach chairs. The staff were very prompt with drinks and food. We had breakfast down stairs in the lobby restaurant Galilea Terrace. The staff were incredible, prompt, friendly and took care of all of our needs. Mind you, we had a party of 10, but they were super responsive and accommodating. Incredible experience through and thought. Top notch modern resort with exceptional rooms and views and topped off with exceptionally friendly staff.

If youre like me, you spend too much time analyzing every resort and are fearful theres a better option somewhere else. However, me and my wife decided to choose Hotel Mousai after hours of searching for the perfect honeymoon spot. I can honestly say we had nothing but great experiences and we did not regret the decision one bit! From the time we showed up at the resort the entire staff was incredibly kind and attended to our every need. We chose an Ultra Suite which included a butler and Diego was our butler for our 10 day stay. Diego made sure the room was cleaned everyday, we had the drinks we wanted in our fridge daily, we had reservations for dinner every night, that we got memory foam pillows, and he even went to their sister resort to get my wife chocolate covered strawberries. He truly went above and beyond to take care of us all week and even on his days off!The rooftop pool was our go to spot and it in incredible place to chill and unwind once you arrive. The pool staff for the North tower was amazing and took incredible care of us. The food, drinks, and service were great and you can tell they pay attention to all the details! Greta is one of the kindest and most detailed oriented people we came across on our trip. Daily she would bring out special treats or cool, wet towels for a nice refresh while you are out in the sun. Arturo, Manuel, Ricardo, and Guillermo you guys were awesome as well every day at the pool! Find whichever roof top Greta and her crew are at and just hang out there because they will treat you like royalty.Final thing Ill add, I even watched the front desk staff interact with a guest who was incredibly rude and disrespectful as he cussed them out and treated them like crap, but they responded very professionally and were more than gracious in trying to appease the guest who refused to cooperate. Overall we can not say enough positive things about our experience from start to finish!

Great place to visit, with a great staff that makes it even more enjoyable! Food was good at every meal and drinks always at the ready. The panoramic suite was the best view of the layout and unobstructed view. Staff were unbelievably friendly! Shout out to Diego and Eduardo for the help with the snorkeling gear for my daughters and I, to Silvia for the awesome daily designs on our beds and a fresh clean room.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The customer service is unmatched. We spent our last night having exquisite food on the beach and watching the sunset at Blanca Blue. Our waiter Victor was amazing. Our butler Lilith was wonderful. We will definitely return to this resort!

This was our 3rd stay at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta. We love the location, the sparkling pool, and the biggest pro is the service! Thank you to Juan at the main pool (the BEST!), Edgar, Juve at Blanca Blue, and Adriana at the front desk for helping us arrange some decor for our daughters birthday. I wish I could remember every servers name at the pool because they are all wonderful! Breakfast at Blanca Blue was fantastic but dinner was average. Dinner at Dao (adults only) was excellent! Orlando was heading up activities at the beach, and he was very friendly and helpful. We did have one major con this year. We reserved a room for 2 adults/2 kids and 2 queen beds. Apparently the room type is guaranteed but not the beds. We received a room with one king instead of 2 queens. Roll aways were brought in, and they barely fit in the room. We received a room with 2 queens the next day after going back and forth quite a bit at the front desk. It was definitely a hassle to make the switch. The front desk was very blasé about the situation and mentioned several times that the beds arent guaranteed. I guess this is a heads-up for any families reading this review.

Beautiful resort. The rooms have amazing views. Our corner room had a wrap around patio and a jacuzzi on the patio and it was just perfect! If it wasnt for all the wonderful amenities this hotel has, we probably wouldnt have left our room at all. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely go with the all inclusive option as the food is delicious at all the restaurants and you get to have all the drinks and snacks that come in the mini bar in your suite. Very worth it! Cant wait to come back.

Words cannot express the magical experience that we had staying at Mousai. Impeccable service from beginning to end. The staffs exceptional service and attention to detail is something that everyone should experience once in their lifetime. I would particularly like to express our gratitude to the staff at the Terrace; Pilar, Alex, Carlos, Cesar, and Samir wow. They made sure that my husbands religious dietary restrictions were top priority in addition to ensuring that we were catered and taken care of throughout every visit to Terrance. Please make sure to visit them if you get a chance. The way that these employees represent Mousai made us want to look forward or returning. They are exemplary workers who represent their bland immaculately. I also would like to thank Robert at the Beach in Garza Blanca, he ensured that our time at the beach was amazing. His attentiveness and genuineness in wanted to serve and make our stay a pleasant one was memorable.

A beautiful place and breakfast was great at the Bacados. Javier Francisco was perfecto making sure we were happy by taking care of all our needs and answering all our questions. For the resort its is beautiful and will take your breath away.

Our honeymoon suite on the 1st floor was perfect. The private hot tub, on the patio was well kept. First impression of the infinity pool was breathtaking. A family member was staying in one of the new towers. The room was huge (3 bedroom, living room, kitchen). The pool felt like you are in the jungle and is 21+. Travel from hotel via cab is easy and super affordable. Margarita Time is a classic. We enjoyed ourselves there during a downpour prior to a near miss hurricane. The main infinity is very relaxing and made it easy to socialize. Food & drink service was fantastic. The morning breakfast buffet has something for everyone and then some. The menu was also really good (wife eats from the menu for breakfast.) ***What you have been waiting for*** The Spa was more than we expected. It was BOMB! We recommend the private room, couples massage. It comes with a bed, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, hot tub, and INCREDIBLE views. after massage you have free reign of the spa area, with self-administered therapeutic water stations. Cold-water, overhead dump is invigorating.

Beautiful view and so much space in the ultra panoramic suite. Rooms are clean and kept well. Mariana L. helped keep us stocked and always made sure we were comfortable. Service was fast which is always important for our family as we have little ones.Only downside was we had to be careful eating room service or any snacks because there were tiny ants that showed up immediately when we left anything out.

The property was very pretty and the service was top notch. We did the all-inclusive package but still added extra gratuity to our bill. We advise bringing a fair amount of USD in 1's & 5's. We had a 2 bedroom panoramic suite and the view was breathtaking. We had plenty of space and then some for our family of 4. The pools and the beach had plenty of lounge chairs and towels. The restaurants all were very delicious with lots of variety of options. The only downside at the restaurants was that the music was at a high volume which made it difficult to converse and hear the waiter. Our room was kept very clean by Natividad every day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

The resort was top notch. The staff was amazing and one member of their staff who went above and beyond not once but everyday, was Edgar Ayala. I will always choose the Garza Blanca over any resort. As long as Edgar is working there. That man needs a raise and is the best employee they have!!!!

We had the most amazing time at Garza Blanca. Everyone we encountered were amazing! From Moon (concierge), to Zoila (housekeeping), Anastasia (turndown service), Edgar, Francisco, Randy (room service), Mike & Edgar (hike to waterfall), Ray & Ponciano (the fellas down by the pool) and Martin, Jaime & Emily (Bocados), folks were just fantastic. I have forgotten many names, but everyone we came in contact with were just top notch kindness and making sure we had the best experience. Folks were just simply genuine & kind.

Blanca Blue is always our favorite way to start our morning. The waiters are always attentive and ready to serve us and make sure weve got everything we need. We love the variety of the buffet, but also the ability to order from the menu. The food options never disappoint.

The service, the food, the ambiance absolutely amazing! The all inclusive package is a must. Bocados for breakfast is criminally overlooked. We had the best servers Alan, Ruben, and Erika while we were there. They were very attentive and made excellent recommendations.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay during his birthday week. I really like how I could arrange a special ballon/bottle to the room before we arrived. Staff was all amazing! They made the birthday special! Alex and Luis at Terrace were amazing and made us feel like family. Stunning views! We had the best time. Spacious rooms. Delicious variety of restaurants.

Everything was fantastic from the food to the staff to the rooms and the pool. Staff was so attentive and friendly. We loved going on the kayaking and snorkel excursion.Our favorite was the steakhouse and we had excellent service from Jhanko and Esteban!

My wife and I booked this Hotel Resort for our 10th Wedding Anniversary, and it was the best decision of our lives! Let me start out by saying the property is Gorgeous! The resort, landscaping, the ride to the resort was amazing! Puerto Vallarta is beautiful, and it was our first time to visit! We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and we wanted to just be able to relax and enjoy the resort and room and this place delivered! We booked the North Tower Corner Ultra Suite and it did not disappoint! So much room and incredible views all around! We love being able to view the ocean and the shoreline with the mountains in the background! It exceeded our expectations! I want to give a shoutout to all of the staff at the resort from when we arrived, during our stay, and when we departed. Everyone was extremely nice and always helpful! Since we booked the Corner Ultra Suite, we had a butler at our service, Ernesto! Ernesto was amazing and we wanted to call him out for always being available and helpful whenever we had questions or needed something! When we entered our room we were met with rose pedals in a heart shape on the bed and pedals on the floor with chocolate covered strawberries and a very considerate note congratulating us on our 10 year Wedding Anniversary! That was so thoughtful of Ernesto to set that up for us! Definitely will request him when we visit again in the future! 5 Stars for Ernesto and the whole team!Also would like to recognize the Rooftop Pool staff for all of their excellent service while we were at the pool everyday! They made our time there very relaxing and met our every need. The food was amazing and delicious! Not one dish disappointed us! I can not remember everyone's name but I do remember Omar and he was great setting up our spot and making sure we had shade by opening the umbrellas or getting us towels. Thank you Omar and all of the staff!Lastly, I do want to recognize the restaurants at the resort. Even though we didn't get to try every restaurant, we were able to eat at Hiroshi and Noi. These places were great and the food tasted very good. The presentation of the food and the flavors were amazing! Next time we visit, we can't wait to try the other restaurants!In conclusion this is a very top notch Resort with amazing jungle feels and relaxation! Nestled between the ocean and the mountains, this was a great place to stay! I had my birthday dinner here at Blanca Blue and I just want to say Elaine was one of the most kindest and nicest people I have ever met. She made my birthday unforgettable with her kindness and helped give me the best birthday dinner experience. I cant thank her enough for her she managed to get us a table under such short notice and still was able to get us an amazing view as well. She has excellent management and I will be returning very soon. I had a wonderful experience here.

Pool bar server Edgar Ayala was great and was spot on with weather forecast for the day (even better than the weather app). Hiking experience with Tito was fun and very informative. The staff at this hotel is always friendly and provide top notch customer service. Enjoyed so many wellness activities the hotel provides at no cost for the month of June.

It was so good! Food is amazing, service is so fast and good!!! The sushi, chinese, and Italian in both the North and South towers of Mousai are so good and filling in the best way possible! They will always check in and make sure your stay is the most enjoyable experience! Overall, amazing stay!!

Garza Blanca far exceeded expectations. I had read great reviews but experiencing it was even better. We are a well traveled family and have stayed in many hotels worldwide. The hotel is immaculate in public spaces and in the rooms. Our room was serviced twice daily with cute notes from housekeeping and thoughtful lists of daily activities. Pool water was also kept very clean and landscaping was beautifully done. Service all around was 5 stars. Tafer hotels should train others in service!! Excellent service from all staff we encountered. We were assigned a concierge to text with while on property and she was helpful for changing dinner reservations. The free kayak adventure out to Mismaloya rocks was greatguides were funny yet concerned for safety. Food was top notch. Weve been to many all inclusives and this was a step above. Expansive breakfast buffet catering to US and international tastes. Many restaurants included to give variety. We also paid extra for a dinner at Karuma and everyone felt it was worth it in food quality, price and atmosphere. The 2 gyms were fantastic. New techno gym equipment. Extremely clean. The beach is not expansive but it was quaint and perfect for calm enjoyment of the crystal clear water. It was teeming with fish near the rocks which made snorkeling fun. Its better with swim shoes as there are small rocks in the sand. We would definitely return. We have older kids (14 and 20). I think if you have younger kids looking for lots of activities this might not be your place. But if you enjoy pool, food, beach, gym, nature etc at a more mature level this is a 5 star place. Evening time is pretty quiet. Thank you Garza Blanca!!

An impressive resort with both mountain and ocean views. The attention to detail throughout the entire resort is exceptional. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Great locale for couples as well as families. Cannot think of anything that they could do to improve. Our concierge, Monserrat, was helpful, attentive, polite and always available for us. She made our stay special.

Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta is the best. My favorite activities here are the hiking tours, Edgar and Ronnie are the best! I tried yoga with Proculo and it was very relaxing. Also, I really enjoyed the class on making cocktails with Simon! VC

Everything is great from check in, to the rooms (and AC that works very well), to the killer rooftop pool, to all the restaurants!! Our check in with Hector Martinez at the front desk was seamless. Hey vet at the concierge and Lilith our butler were always so helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. Rooftop South is where we spent our days and literally never needed a thing thanks to Alejandro, Ignacio, Miguel, Mateo, and Ricardo. They refilled drinks and brought delicious food all day long!! D at Noi makes a perfect martini! Thank you for making our trip the best!!

We absolutely LOVE Garza Blanca. This was our 4th trip there in the past 3 years. We've taken friends & family to showoff the beautiful property and excellent service. This is truly a 5 Diamond property. They don't miss a single detail. The rooms are fabulous, spacious and comfortable. Having a in room laundry helps with packing less for our long stays. They bring groceries right to our room before we even check in. The included, morning kayak/snorkeling tour is a must for seeing beautiful fish, turtles, stingrays, and whales! Make sure to book some dinner reservations at the delicious restraunts on property. Your taste buds will love you. The kids club always draws our kids in, the staff is so attentive and caring. They even take your kids to dinner and a carrousel ride so you may enjoy a dinner for adults. Our kids can't wait to go back and visit Hazel, Ray, Nancy & Emma. I can't even list all of the amazing things that the property has to offer, you'll just have to visit for yourself!We will be back soon!!

Where do I even begin?!?! I felt like I was living in a dream. What a beautiful establishment. Immediately greeted and treated like royalty the whole trip. I was so sad to leave that morning. I normally try to visit a new country every year, but Ill be coming back next year. Top of the line!

Our servers on rooftop south, Angel, Antonio, Alejandro, and Matteo were the best of all time. They were attentive, polite, and professional. Of all of the experiences weve ever had in Mexico, these were the best!Further, we were surprised to find that each one was as good as the next. Each day, a separate individual or per of individuals took care of us. At the end of that day, we were hopeful they would be our servers for the next day. Initially, when we found out that it was a new server on the following day, we were disappointed. But, sure enough, they prove to be just as good, justice, polite, and just as thorough as the previous day. Thank you so much for a great experience!

The kids club was such an amazing activity for our kids and ourselves. They wanted to go each day to play and do crafts while we were exercising at the gym or having dinner at the adult restaurants. We will be back soon for sure because of you! Thank you Emma, Heyzel, Nancy and Ray.

My wife and I went to Mousai over Memorial Day weekend for a 4 night stay to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. It's the 5th time we've been to Mousai since 2022. Overall, we love the resort and will keep coming back. The rooms are beautiful, the bed is so comfortable and the views from the room and rooftop pool are amazing. We also enjoy all of the on-site restaurants. But the best part of Mousai is the people who work there. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel so welcome! We want to give a special thank you to the pool concierges (Greta, Alan and Omar), and Ignacio (a server at the north rooftop pool), our butler Humberto, and Penny who is always so sweet to us. The pool concierges worked hard to keep us in the shade (our preference) and spent a lot of time getting to know us. Ignacio is an extremely hard worker and it felt like he never went more than 5 minutes without checking to see if we needed anything.However, not everything was perfect. We stayed in an Ultra Corner Suite in the south tower. One of the things you pay extra for with the Ultra suite is to be on one of the top floors. We were on the 6th floor, which is around mid-level (on prior stays, we were on the 8th and 7th floors, but I'm wondering if they are now expanding the "Ultra" category to include lower floors). We were on the south side, which also overlooks the TierraLuna Gardens area. That area is also where they host weddings. During our stay, there were two weddings and the music and noise coming from the weddings was very loud (and they go late). It almost felt like we were at the wedding, as I could even hear the speeches that were being given.Room service -- we had a couple issues with room service. On the morning, we were checking out we had a 10am pick up and scheduled room service breakfast for 8:30am. At 6:30am, I was woken up to someone banging on the door, and it was our room service 2 hours early. I wasn't happy because we were also up late the night before (see prior paragraph about wedding music) and I was unable to get back to sleep. One other time we ordered room service for lunch. I ordered iced tea, but instead they brought hot tea.Maid service -- we were supposed to get nightly turn down service. We got it the first night, but not any of the nights after that.Minibar -- in the past, they would check the drinks in the minibar and refill them on a daily basis. I think they only refilled it once during our 4 night stay.Fitness center -- about half the treadmills in the fitness center were not working during our stay.Room noise -- besides the noise coming from TierraLuna Gardens, our room also made a periodic noise, which sounded like the noise when a beverage drops from the vending machine.All in all, I view these as first world problems that do not take away from all of the great things about Mousai, but I do hope they work on making any necessary improvements.

This was my 2nd time visiting this resort. I was there during April 2024. Everything was great, but be aware, when I went to Bocados ( steakhouse, that was on the list of participating restaurants for Restaurant Week PVR ), the GM said it only applies to ' locals ' only. But as you can see from my screenshot, it has stated ' visitors '. When I asked the GM if he can honour the special menu, he declined. I was very vexed by his response. It wasn't professional and I felt very disregarded. Even though I didn't get the all inclusive hotel stay, I don't think I should have been told a lie from the GM. All ' visitors ' should be honoured whatever promotions advertised without attitude or being disregarded.

The resort is so beautiful and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. I am so grateful to Emma at kids club who took care of our Milo so well. Hannia the hostess at Garza Blue was so nice and patient. Our housekeeper Mariana Liana (sorry if I got the last name wrong) was fantastic! They all made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

Our trip to Garza Blanca Preserve Puerto Vallarta was wonderful. We stayed a week. The room ( a two bedroom suite) was so spacious and the view was unsurpassed. The Food was amazing not like any other all inclusive resort Ive stayed in. It was spotless super clean. staff were all super friendly and helpful. We traveled with a 20 month old toddler plenty of food choices for the baby as well. It Truely was a beautiful Trip. So glad I chose this resort

This place is amazing. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The food in all the restaurants exceeded my expectations. The Chinese meal was the best I beverages had. Chinese food is one of my favorites. As a resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, I am familiar with good Chinese food, so this is saying a lot.

One of the best hotels ive ever visited. The level of accommodation, pool + spa and service is absolute 5 star luxury quality. All of the food we had near pool and in restaurants was on par with top fine dining restaurants. Highly recommended hotel

Omar and Greta made our trip memorable and provided excellent pool concierge services! They anticipated our every need, offering many special treats throughout the day (fresh fruit, cold towels, popsicles, fresh towels and shade). 10/10!

Enrique was phenomenal with his customer service and timing. He even made us a new drink now we call the Enrique, its tequila, grape fruit, and thyme with some soda. Cheers to him and this resort!!!! He went above and beyond to help create a wonderful experience for me, my wife and friends. He is a true professional.

And I mean it we almost feel like we set the bar too high for our first wedding anniversary hahaMy husband and I got married in Puerto Vallarta a year ago and decided to go back for our anniversary. We were on the fence about staying at a resort or Airbnbs since we both love exploring the city and didnt want to be tied down to a resort. We decided to start our trip with an Airbnb in Zona Romántica, head to Hotel Mousai for a couple of nights, and end with an Airbnb on the Malecon. We ended up extending our stay and booking an extra night at Hotel Mousai because we loved it so much! We stayed in the north tower and from the moment we got there we knew it would be a wonderful experience. It is gorgeous and the staff were all so friendly and helpful I wish I could give them each an individual shoutout! The views from the pool were to die for. The gym was also really nice and had a beautiful view. The food was delicious.When we arrived, Orlando (the bellboy) greeted us with enthusiasm, took care of our bags, and showed us to our gorgeous room. Throughout our stay Orlando was always there to help, personable, and fun to chat with.Paulina, the concierge, was super sweet and helpful. She walked us through a map of the property, gave us suggestions for activities, and helped us with extending our stay.The Roof Top team at the pool Angel, Victor, Antonio, Alan, Vianey, and Rigoberto were very friendly & attentive. They kept the drinks and delicious pool side snacks coming! Joel, our waiter at Noi (the Italian restaurant in South tower) was lovely. He was patient with us practicing our Spanish with him and gave us some awesome suggestions.Really, everyone was amazing and we already miss them.

Best Hotel in the bay, excelent Food and amenities. The price is worth It, great suite, love it. We are a family of Puerto Vallarta.

I cant recommend Garza Blanca enough. My wife and two daughters (5, 3) have been here twice. Once in November 23 and again in May 24. Were already planning on coming back later this year or early next year. The resort has incredible amenities from on site restaurants to an awesome spa to a kids club. They also offer babysitting services with completely vetted babysitters and the price is not unreasonable. We usually stay in tower 4 in a 2-bedroom suite. It is stunning. The rooms are huge and well appointed. The fridge is fully stocked with sodas and beers that are restocked daily. Pro tip: if you have a baby who still sleeps in a crib, you can request a crib and we set it up in the standalone bathroom so its quiet and dark for a baby to sleep. Hiroshi and Noi are fantastic restaurants. The only catch is that theyre in mousai so if parents want dinner, youve got to hire a babysitter or use the kids club program that runs on Wednesday night through Saturday night 5pm-10:30pm. Regular kids club every day is 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. I spend a lot of time talking about the kids club in this review because it really is the shining star of the report experience because it allows parents to have some adult time. Its also something our older daughter really enjoys. They always have fun activities scheduled and the people who work in the kids club are just the nicest and sweetest people you can imagine. Note that the kids club is allowed for kids at least 4 years old. The staff at the kids club during our most recent trip were Adalid, Emma, Nancy and Heysel. My older daughter absolutely loved them and I knew she was in great hands. They were just so kind and patient with the kids. The last thing I wanted to mention is that our housekeeper was incredible. Our housekeeper for the whole trip was Marisol. She always left our hotel spotless and everyday left cute stuffed animals and surprises that made everyday extra special for my kids. The location of the resort is also a huge plus. Its only 15 minutes to the romantic zone so you can still take trips to the malecon. Just a tremendous experience here every time. If you try it you wont regret it.

The manager, Elaine at the Blance Blue am restaurant made our experience so much better. Our check in experience was awful and then had low hopes for this hotel. However, Elaine made us feel special and at home. Her attention to detail and warm smile changed our whole experience. The waiters: Alex, Marco, Javier, Omar and Andres were also wonderful and very helpful. Their kindness, efficiency and warmth made our experience enjoyable. This is the kind of service we had hoped for and thankful that Elaine and her staff were there. Thank you!

During our visit to Puerto Vallarta, we had the pleasure of staying at the Garza Blanca resort. We would like to commend Alma, who was in charge of cleaning our room, for the exceptional job she did. Every day, she ensured that we had fresh towels and sheets, and that our room was spotless. Her attention to detail greatly enhanced our overall experience.

Family vacation to celebrate our Dad's 84th birthday. Everything was excellent!! Breakfast at Bocados was the best and the team (Alan, Beto, Arturo, Gio, Carlos, Noemi and Jorge) catered to our every wish! The suites were luxurious and had all the amenities. Highly recommend this resort and I can't wait to return.

Amazing service and staff. Everyone here is so polite, accommodating and ready to make your stay memorable, particularly pool staff like Christian and Rey. If you want to relax and get pampered, this is your place. Panorama views from your room are spectacular. Food is really good in general, but falls a bit short from great, particularly the steakhouse. Nice pool and sandy beach area, but you would need water shoes as there are lots of rocks as you get in the water. Not really for swimming. No beach volleyball either which was a bummer for us. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, but fell a notch short of great.

We stayed at Hotel Mousai for 9 luxurious days and did the all inclusive package. It was worth every penny because everything was exceptional! The service, amenities, room, views, food and drinks at ALL the restaurants were SUPERB! Also, having an adults only section at the rooftop was a great option to have. A special thank you to Lilith for being so warm, professional and kind to us during our stay and making my birthday extra special. Ivan, Omar and Greta were all very personable and lovely to interact with every time we saw them. All the staff were wonderful to be honest. Something to note about the beach: I highly recommend you wear water shoes at all times swimming at the beach because I cut my foot on a rock swimming in the allocated part of the beach. Not even five mins later, another patron cut his foot in the same area. Javier was very prompt and kind attending to my injury, thank you. Things happen and it didnt damper my trip or experience but I definitely think signs need to be added to make people aware. I noticed on g00gl reviews people were complaining about locals using the beach on weekends, and they should be ashamed. The entitlement of some visitors complaining about folks enjoying the beach in their own home country truly baffles me. Locals are entitled to use the beach with their families. It actually made me very happy to see them spending quality time with their families and friends. People need to get off their high horse and be respectful to locals when visiting other countries. Overall, I highly recommend this luxurious hotel and would visit again. We stayed in the South tower and loved everything about it. Getting the ultra suite rooms which offers a concierge, turn down service, hot-tub and a hammock on our balcony was worth it!! Thanks again Hotel Mousai for making this bday trip a memorable one.

Mariana was our housekeeper for the duration of our stay and she was absolutely exceptional! Our place was always spotless after she left.

We just returned from a an amazing trip to Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The Hotel Mousai far exceeded our expectations!!! We knew the moment we arrived, we were going to be in for great extravagance and pampering! The views of Banderas Bay were so stunning and mesmerizing! We made reservations for dinner in advance of our trip and dined at NOI Ristorante Italiano, DAO Contemporary Chinese Cuisine, Hiroshi Japanese Cuisine, and Bacados Steak House and Grill. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts at The Terrace and Bocados and we enjoyed exquisite lunches at the North Tower Rooftop Infinity Pool. The staff in every area of the entire resort was warm, welcoming, courteous and enthusiastic! The food absolutely amazing and delightful. We will definitely be returning!!! Our trip couldnt have been better!!!

The staff at Garza Blanca are the most amazing people! Everyone greets you the moment they see you! Our room attendant Marisol Lopez went above and beyond and made us feel so special. The beds were amazing, and the view from our room (4111B) was absolutely breathtaking! Cant wait to visit again

Just spent a week in complete paradise with large family group. We cannot honestly think of one bad thing about this trip! Garza Blanca had incredible staff, food and accommodations. My kids absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend!! Id give it 20 stars if I could!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. All the food was amazing. Diego Silva and Miguel alley at Hitoshi were stellar servers and even gave us a special dessert the last night. Everything was clean and the all inclusive was so worth it. Well most certainly be back.

Truly a 5 star experience. The property was beautiful and had lots to do. The all-inclusive experience was absolutely worth it given the high quality of the food and service. We were so blown away by Hiroshi (the japanese restaurant) that we ate there twice! A special shout out to Diego Silva and Ruben Santana for the incredible service both nights we dined with them. Would also highly recommend the spa - our massages there were the best wed ever had.

What a hotel!!! . Starting with our arrival with Ricardo Leon (Bell Boy) was amazing! Then our concierge Emily was a super star making us feel special! We had a meeting with Abraham and he was truly genuine paying attention toour needs. the food was amazing. Starting with Daos, amazing chinese restaurant. Jose was an amazing server, the food and cocktails were amazing! loved the catch of the day steamed! the mongolian beef great also. gyozas, wontons etc. Then we tried Noi Italian Restaurant and Noe was fantastic! Loved the Ribeye, Ravioli, the wine, the flamed dessert! We followed with Hiroshi, the Tako Roll and the Maguro rolls! the tostada de atun and the hamashi Sashimi! Franko and Alei were incedible! the Rooftop is unbelievable! Alan take care of your lounge chairs and umbrellasto get protection, Then Angel, Ignacio and Mateo were amazing taking care of our cocktails and food. the nachos with cheese were amazing, the Jicama tacos, the tuna tartar and the Huachinango Sarandiado. Fresh fish that they prepare right there in front of you at the grill! Amazing!

Diego Silva and Miguel Aleta the Hirsohi team had 5 star service. We would definitely recommend this place to eat couldnt ask for better service. They made our experience well worth it and we will come back for sure. Cant wait the sushi was delicious.

Amazing resort with beautiful rooms, pools, beaches, and Terra Luna is magical. Our entire family enjoyed all the resort had to offer, but especially delighted in just relaxing. The service was 5 star, but not over the top. Very comfortable. Their team obviously takes great pride in working at the hotel. Highly recommend this resort!

I came here with my daughter. We wanted to stay at an adults only all inclusive for her spring break. The crowd here is all couples so keep that in mind when choosing to stay here. Despite that our stay was beyond enjoyable. Everyone was having a great time getting to know us and vice versa. We spent five glorious nights at Hotel Mousai in the North tower ultra room. Our views were breathtaking and the room was huge and technologically advanced. Loved the bidet. We didnt do any activities because our goal was to relax at the pool everyday working on a tan, hit the gym, and eat good food and we did just that. Facilities were clean everywhere. Food was excellent at every restaurant. We didnt try the steakhouse so cant speak to that. The staff here really elevated our experience. Omar at the pool was awesome. Everyday we looked forward to seeing him and Guillermo for a great pool day. Always smiling and working very hard to make sure we were happy and everyone else around us. Our butler Diego was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. He would reach out to us throughout the day. I am really bad at remembering names so I wish I could say who else really made our stay amazing but honestly everyone was great. Our room was always cleaned perfectly and loved turn down service and those chocolates at night. There were so many unexpected small gestures towards us that made our trip special. I highly recommend staying here. Puerto Vallarta is a really great destination for those seeking perfect weather during late March and early April.

We had a wonderful four day/four night stay at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta. We have traveled to Mexico many times and this was our first time to Garza Blanca. We chose GB based on the reviews and ratings when we booked our vacation. We found it to be a gorgous resort with high end amenities. We had a two bedroom/ 3 bath, ocean front room with a HUGE veranda overlooking the ocean with a beautiful hammock. Sonia was an impeccable housekeeper and took such gracious care of our condo. Meticulously clean condo, comfy beds, nice bedding, full kitchen, TV's and wifi in every room (don't pay for premium WiFi - it makes zero difference in speed or quality). The grounds were stunning and well maintained. We loved the trolley services that ran very frequently to get you to the different parts of the resort. The gym was high-end with everything you need for your fitness routine. Weights, cardio, separate studio - all overlooking the ocean with panoramic rooftop views. * If you aren't staying at that hotel it was a bit time consuming just to get a workout in. The few drawbacks we didn't enjoy were the salespeople (aka "Concierge") hounding us from the minute we arrived to the hotel. We got there at 1 PM and couldn't check in to our room until 4 pm. We waited the entire afternoon to change our clothes and relax and put our feet up. During that time, we had a hotel salesperson showing us the map of the resort grounds and the different amenities and activities. Next thing we knew we were being given a sales pitch to sign up for a free breakfast and learn about buying into their resort properties "Club" membership. We felt like we were being pushed into doing something we had no intention of doing on our short vacation. We should have said no from the beginning, as they kept tracking us down on the beach, in the elevators, everywhere we went, trying to get us to sign up for the "free breakfast" and "sales pitch". We just wanted to relax and enjoy ourselves for a few days and felt we had to dodge the concierge sales people.We did not do the all -inclusive, as we knew we wanted to venture out and try other places. It was hard to find other food and access to other areas of PV as it was farther away from everything. The gift shop was tiny and offered very little, and the deli up in the TierraLuna plaza was cute and offers Starbucks drinks and small sandwiches and smoothies. That was a lifesaver for us and our teenagers. The saved lounges for "members" by the main infinity pool felt very excluding. It created a barricaded feeling around the perimeter of the entire pool, so we opted for the beach every day instead. There is a second, quieter pool up the hill at the other building, but it was shadier and we didn't go up to that one. Very pretty views and sunset at the beach, nice lounges and umbrellas and very friendly wait staff with full menu and drinks. Smaller beach and a bit rocky. If you're looking for a long walk on a beach, you won't find that here. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive, professional and polite. But there are a lot of things lacking that a resort of this caliber at this price should offer its guests, and not push real estate sales on vacationers unless they inquire. All in all it was a wonderful time and gorgeous resort, but a few things we wish we would have known prior to our vacation.

One of the most beautiful resorts! The rooftop pool is overlooking the ocean. There is so much greenery and beauty all around! You feel like you are in a jungle. Cant recommend this place enough! The people that made our stay even more enjoyable are Ignacio, Mateo, Luis, Ricardo, at the South Tower! They would go beyond to make sure we had everything! Rosie and Emily at concierge were amazing in giving us recommendations as well as make our reservations. Do not miss the spa, as it was the highlight of our trip! Esther was truly the best! If you want a deep tissue massage, she is the person to ask for! Thank you to everyone at this hotel, and sorry if I missed anyone! Hope to be back again!

We've been members here at Mousai for a number of years and enjoy our trips every time we come. Ernesto and Lilith our butlers are super helpful and attentive of to any of our needs. At the pool side Omar Salvador, who is fairly new at the hotel, went out of his way to make us comfortable and provided excellent service. I look forward to seeing him on our next visit. Very nice young man. The pool staff in general at the south tower are stellar. Guillermo, Ramon, Diana all great. It's a pleasure interacting with them. The food experiences are never disappointing. I love having breakfast in the room on the deck overlooking the ocean. My only regret is that I can't eat more. If you're looking to have a very relaxing experience with service that is exceptional this is the place to go. The facilities are excellent, the rooms perfect, love the dip pool on our deck and the staffs attentiveness and wanting to serve any and all of your needs is refreshing. Can't wait till our next trip.

We spent a lot of time on the beach enjoying wonderful service and smiles with Roberto Gallardo!! He was always there at the right time with a smile to help. I also want to thank Javier (with the safari hat) for always being on the beach keeping things in order!! Javier would just show up out of nowhere, handle the issue, asked everyone if they are having a good time, and he was gone again. We cant wait to come back in August!! This was our 5th year staying at Hotel Mousai and it has been amazing every year. We share our vacation with friends who love this place just as much as we do! The staff is incredible and make us feel so special. We would like to give a shout out to Ernesto, our Butler who has become family to us and always takes care of our needs. Rigo, the pool manager's service is exceptional and he is so friendly. The pool team is and has always been tremendous in their service and would like to compliment Alan and Vianey our pool concierges; Ricardo, Marcelino, Eduardo, Mateo, Ignacio, our pool waiters. We have also known Gustavo, NOI Manager, for 5 years and every time we see him he is so friendly and professional. We look forward to our vacation every year and can't wait for 2025 to see everyone again!

Would really rate as 4.5 if I could. pleasant stay for four nights over spring break at the all inclusive rate. Never stayed in PV, have been to Mexico Yucatán Peninsula many times. The hotel is beautiful and new. The decor may throw some off but I thought it was well done -- think 80s chrome and mirrors vibe with flavors of art deco and Hard Rock hotel. Large Black and white shiny ceramic tiles in lobby with large plastic chess piece decorations. Multimedia paintings on walls, large an abstract print wall coverings. It all seems to work. The hotel is a two tower type affair. Lobbies spacious and inviting. Property on the hill across road from beach so very steep drive. There are plenty of provided shuttles and no body walks so that isn't an issue. Rooms very spacious and well appointed. Hot tub and hammock on very large balcony. Very spacious bathrooms. Stayed at Hotel Xcaret which is a very high end property and the rooms here are better. Service very attentive. Food good -- several on site restaurants -- Hiroshi (Japanese) , Dao (Chinese), Bocados (steak). Hiroshi best overall for us in terms of food quality and service. Best part was getting AYCE of fresh thick fish slices. Rest are decent. Deserts across the board quite good. Bocados had a few misses in terms of steak appearance and serving what seemed to be canned corn but taste was good. However the view from Bocados was the best in terms of balcony over looking the bay. Staying at Mousai also includes access to Garza Blanca hotel down the hill which has a beach and if you are all inclusive includes all the food and beverage there too. Trolley runs from very early to very late every 10 min. You could walk -- the down would be fine-- but very steep uphill coming back. We very much enjoy all inclusives but this works a little different. Because this is an all inclusive option at a regular hotel you still have to sign for everything. And even though tipping is supposed to be included there is a line for "extra gratuity for exceptional service " which one waiter tracked me down for when I didn't include it. I find that very annoying as it is clearly stated that tax and gratuities are included. Seemed expected to me.

What a wonderful kick off to an early spring. A long weekend stay at none other, Hotel Mousai with some of our best friends. It was their first visit and they were SO impressed. To say its our favorite resort is an understatement! We continue to come back time and time again and write a review for many reasons. First off, the resort itself is perfect! It is set in the most beautiful surrounding, it is pristine, clean, the decor is amazing and modern and the service is over the top. Did I mention how fantastic the food is? Weve come to Hotel Mousai and stayed several times at both the North and South Towers. You cant go wrong when you book the ultra room as having a personal butler is wonderful. We have been lucky to request Carlos Ramos as our butler the past 5 visits. He is an amazing human being and we love love love him! He is incredibly professional, friendly, his attention to detail is insane and he continues to surprise us. From the daily almond milk lattes at 7:30 am, turn down every night and making sure our room was clean everyday at the same time with extra towels was so nice. Fresh fruit and bubbly was a very nice touch- Carlos youre the best!!! This trip, we decided to book the Master Suite. Im not sure how I can travel to another hotel room after this stay-its an incredible suite. A must have for a special occasion. As always, some of our favorite people are still @ Hotel Mousai. Gustavo, manager at the Italian restaurant, Noi always goes out of his way to give us a hug and say hello. The new chef is fabulous. The pizzas, pear salad, fish of the day and pasta were perfect especially after flying. Dont forget to get an Aperol spritz at the bar in the lobby. Ask for the rooftop chef, Marco to make a special Mexican BBQ now on the rooftop menu- its veggies, chicken, streak, shrimp, octopus and risotto- perfecto. The best nighttime crew on the rooftop is for sure Ricardo. Hes been there a few years and he remembers your drink, hes funny and SO fun to hype up the night. Marco is amazing as well with great service and all the bartenders. Allan helped us with our seats everyday and Matteo is our favorite during the day. The daytime menu is so yummy and you can never have enough watermelon fresh cocktails. Lastly, dont forget Hiroshi. Ask for the crispy tuna and for a great experience, request Alejandro and Reuben. Please check out Hotel Mousai. Youll never stay elsewhere in Mexico. Its only going to get better as they expand and of course, more popular and busier. Its our happy place and we will be back this summer. We dont have a timeshare with Taffer but we have been to Hotel Mousai and the Garza Blanca properties with family & friends a total of 18 times. This shows how wonderful the resorts are.

Would highly recommend Hotel Mousai, very clean, classy, most professional staff! We had the honour of having Carlos Ramoj he went above and beyond for us. He had planned the most romantic rooftop dinner, rose petals, candles, lovey music. Will always be in our memories. From start to finish, he was amazing! I highly recommend this chain of hotels they have thought of everything. Very delicious food, so much variety. Refreshing drinks and top notch rooftop pool, came home with a beautiful tan Thank you Mousai team, we look forward to coming back soon.

How often do you get 3 servers instead of 1? Diego Silva made the best experience for me and my hubby. Delicious food and good recommendations. If you like more simple sushi, ask. We got everything he recommended. The flavor of the fish was 100% delicious with ponzu and green onion. The rest of his team was called the Hiroshi Team (Miguel and Alex) if you are curious.

We have been coming here since 2015. The service and amenities are outstanding. Its off the beaten path, which we like. The only downside is that the staff want to sign you up for a presentation the moment you arrive. We were asked on 3 separate occasions and had to resort to becoming downright rude. Otherwise, this resort checks all the boxes.

Everything is always wonderful here at Hotel Mousai. We have been members since 2014 and have been here 35 times. Its true paradise and we have the best Butler named Carlos Ramos who always takes such great care of us. He schedules all of our dinners, massages and anything we need he is there to help. Highly recommend

My fiancé and I went here for the first time last year and absolutely loved it. This was our second time staying at Mousai. The destination itself is amazing but the amazing service this hotel provides is truly incredible. The wait staff on the Rooftop bar are exceptional. Marcelino and Eduardo took care of us every day during our stay and they were so fun and kind and delivered great service. Every night we would head to the Rooftop bar for after dinner drinks and Ricardo would be there greeting us with such enthusiasm and really made my fiancé and I feel special. They made us feel like family. I highly recommend staying at Mousai. We cannot wait to go back!

Amazing views and an incredible room. We loved that we could always find a chair at the pools, and always with great poolside service. The bed was amazing, and the property large and gorgeous. We were well taken care of by Araceli in housekeeping, she made sure our room was perfect and any extra requests for things was met. My only negative was the desk clerks at the resort entrance. My few interactions there were mixed. Some were very friendly, one or two were just rude and seemed very unhappy (exchanging money, helping with a key card issue, etc). Other than that, an incredible stay!

We have stayed here many times (15+) and it never disappoints. The end of Feb is a perfect time to visit from a weather perspective and as a couple. There were not many children because of the time of year and so the whole resort felt very quiet and relaxed.The restaurants were great with new menu items added since we were here 4 months ago and as always the staff were the highlight. A big shout out to Alejandro in Hiroshis who is always so happy and welcoming. Also I want to recognize the behind the scenes staff, Virginia who made sure our room was always immaculate and crafted creations from towels to make our room special when we came back from another beautiful dinner. Finally the ever helpful butler staff of Jose, Alejandro, Filipe, Zuno (sorry if I missed someone) make this feel like a very special place.Thanks to everyone.

Breakfast at Bocados every day! We had amazing service from Alan, Arturo and Carmon. They exceeded our expectations. We had Gio at the pool. He kept up with all of us and was always happy. We had great service and food at all the restaurants. Happy to have all the dining options. We had a great trip!

First impressions are everything. This is a 5 Star/Diamond hotel, this comes with some high expectations. We checked in and were greeted with a cold towel and a glass of champagne, then the bad news started. We were told our reserved South Tower Corner Suite was not available. We were offered a standard suite in the north tower and a $250 hotel credit, or we could change rooms part way thru our stay. In addition, we had made previous dinner reservations for every night of our stay but they could not confirm or find our reservation for Bocados. This is not how 5 Star Hotels operate and was not the way you want to start an expensive vacation. The views from the North Tower are fantastic but the Main Pool (not adults only) is directly below the tower. Very loud on the patio from kids and even street noise makes its way up to the patio. The South Tower is much quieter.The Garza Blanca resort grounds are absolutely beautiful and the service once checked in was outstanding. All the food was very good although Blanca Blue was just average and not worth the long walk down to the beach.Would love to say that we would go back, but what happened to us at check in is apparently not uncommon. We had friends go earlier in the year and their reserved suite was not available either. They were upgraded to an Ultra Suite but had to pay the difference in price. Hotel Mousai does not understand the definition of the word reserved.

The views are amazing and the 2 bedroom panoramic is huge and great for families. The only downside is that 13 and up are charged as adults, but they cannot go to the 3 adult only restaurants until they are 16. We have been going to Garza Vallarta every year. However, now that our son is 14, we will not be back until he is 16. The restaurants are strict about the adults (16 and up) only rule. If your child is 13-15, go to Cancun instead. Garza Cancun lets them in all of the restaurants. Garza Vallartas Bocados restraurant is beautiful and the staff at Dao is fantastic. Garza Vallarta could use some outdoor ping pong tables and stuff for teenagers to do. The kids club is geared toward 8 and under.

Blanca Blue restaurant did not disappoint! The team of Mario, Alexi and Marco waited on us and made our final meal at Garza Blanca so memorable!!! Fantastic servers! We ate at Blanca Blue twice for breakfast even though we stayed at Hotel Mousai. Their buffet for breakfast is so great and the variety offers something for everyone !!

Look all things Hotel Mousai is amazing. I will certainly be going back as soon as can. While the service at every level is great, Diego Silva and Rueben Santana at Hiroshi were above and beyond. The service was perfection in every sense. It felt like they were reading my mind it was so smooth and seamless. They were so enjoyable and were making us laugh and we felt so comfortable! It was the highlight of our trip! Also a shout out to Marco who was at the bar as well. He made us feel special as we walked up as he remembered us from two nights prior when we just grabbed a drink there before a different reservation. Thank you Diego and Rueben!! Hotel Mousai is amazing but these two/the experience at Hiroshi was the highlight!

We have never been to an all-inclusive resort that served dishes at every meal that didn't leave us wanting more...and we did eat more, every chance we got. Ha! Karuma is in the shopping village and is not included in the AI program but definitely worth spending extra to eat there...This Argentine steak house is superb. A shout out to Miguel and Joel at NOI, the Italian restaurant, they treated us like Royalty unlike the hostesses at many of the restaurants that asked my husband to remove his hat upon entering. The dress code for the resort's restaurants says nothing about hats, so that was annoying every time we wanted to go do dinner and then get pressed on something as little as that.Also, the resort credit is a little shady. It does not cover Karuma even though it doesn't specify that at check-in (read your fine print email and then you will find it.)It doesn't cover any spa treatments that are less than 50 minutes either. So, we decided to buy the extra cost tomahawk steak at the resort's steak house and that made us feel a lot better. LOLOverall, a good resort. Loved the rooftop pool, no kids, great service. Will I return? Probably not, unless to eat at Karuma!

We had the best dinner ever at Dao and our servers Eduardo and Veronica were amazing. They made us feel like royalty and we had the most incredible food along with stellar service. Thank you so much for an incredible experience to Eduardo and Veronica.

My trip to Garza Blanca was absolutely fantastic best place ever. My room was a dream. The view from my room amazing. The entire resort is so beautiful. The staff made me feel very comfortable they were very nice. My best part of the trip was the hiking activity Mike the explorer was very nice and friendly he is the best, The guys at the front of the building were very helpful. My wife and I have been vacationing at GB / Mousai in PVR for the last 7 years. For the accommodations, food, service, convenience, and price (typically) it cannot be beat! We have been fortunate enough to meet many of the wonderful individuals on staff, including our all around favorite, Javier - Jefe de la playa! One of the other unsung heroes, is within the call center of Tafer Resorts. That is Supervisor, Antonio Franco Jimenez. As is the case with any destination, you want to feel you've found the best pricing available on the planet. Many 3rd party travel sites will offer different incentives, but I have been very fortunate to work directly with Antonio within Tafer Resorts over the last few years to essentially have him quote and take into consideration our loyalty / customer appreciation / repetitive guest "status", even though we are not actual members of the resort. He is amazing to work with throughout the years and continues to surprise us each time! Family of four (4.5 year old and 1 year old) stayed here for a week and had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and we opted for the all inclusive package and was impressed by the quality and option of food and drinks. Spa was fabulous and had an amazing massage from Alba. Our 4.5 year old LOVED the kids club - the gals that run this club were FABULOUS - Nancy, Emma, Nicole, Heizel. They went above and beyond making our daughter have the best time. They made her extra crafts like bracelets and necklaces and even organized balloons and made special birthday hats for our 1 year old. I can't thank them enough they were truly wonderful!!!!

Fabulous experience. All staff friendly and helpful. Food wonderful. Gloria best concierge.Butlers Zuno, Alejandro, Felipe and Roberto always available to assist. Estanban at Bocados provided a wonderful dining experience. Andrea from housekeeping was thorough efficient. Mike, Cristian and Tito, at tho pool helped with chairs and towels as well as great conversation.

Came with a 3 and 5 year old for a family getaway. Food at all the restaurants was incredible. Room (double queen) was spacious and had lovely details. The all inclusive plan meant that we always had snacks and drinks in the room as well as poolside. This resort is definitely more for adults than kids/families, but we enjoyed having a more calm environment at the pool (and not having the crazy of a water park trying to watch kids). Bring your own pool toys/supplies. That was the one thing we forgot and had to purchase.

Friendly staff, obvious they enjoy what they do. Top-notch food and varied from Mexican to Chinese and Italian. Beautiful rooms and amenities. Activities they offer round out experience. We went on a nature hike with Tito. He was energetic and knowledgeable. Enjoyed every aspect of visit.

Diego Silva and Vicente Joya apart of the Hiroshi Team are the best waiters weve had. We came from Seattle, and they made us feel so welcomed. Some of the best food weve also had. Would recommend the food to anybody, and hope that new people visiting get Diego and Vicente.

Bocados Breakfast was amazing. Javier and Alan were very professional, and gave us amazing service. Would recommend to anyone. I ordered the steak and eggs, it was to die for! Our family will be coming back to garza Blanca resort, and plan to visit the same places.

This resort has gorgeous views and great food. The trolly drivers make the experience enjoyable and exciting! The bartenders and waitstaff are some of the kindest people, Ivan Solis and Roberto Ballardo were especially helpful and pleasant to talk to!

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this lovely, welcoming vacation spot! From the first impression with the beautiful views of the Los Archos in the Bay of Banderas to the mountains and waterfalls behind the resort . . . all reflects the beauty of this magical place. The service on all levels cannot be beat. From the friendly "butlers" to the wait staff, like Martin in Bocados, to the maid service personnel, all greet you by name, want to help to make your vacation very special, and treat you as a member of their extended family. There are so many fun activities to enjoy at your leisure. It's easy to make reservations through wonderful Paulina at the Tour desk. Special dietary needs are met without question, and we truly appreciate that as I must be gluten free. The food is excellent at all the restaurants at the resort and they have many specialty dining venues to enjoy every night, if you choose. It's also easy to head to the town of Puerto Vallarta for fine restaurants and shopping. This wonderful resort makes your vacation and time away from home enjoyable and memorable for all the right reasons! Thank you to all the people of Tafer for a wonderful trip!

My parents are members at Tafer and Rogelio Caudillo was our server at Garza Blanca for our entire trip and he was amazing! Friendly, attentive and prompt. He came to us in the pool to make sure we had everything we needed and alway checked in. We specifically came back to the same spot for his service! We spent 5 nights at Hotel Mousai in an Ultra Corner Suite in the North Tower. Our room was on the 6th floor and the views were fantastic!! We could see up and down the coast, and also the lush hills out the back. We had a hottub on the patio, which we enjoyed. It quit working one day and we reported it. A crew came by later in the day and fixed it. The curtains and lights are controlled by an IPad, which was easy to use. The heated toilet seat was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it is one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in.We had the All-Inclusive package and were glad we did. Most items on the restaurant menus are included. It was very clear what was and want not included, so there was good transparency. The included wines were drinkable, but not outstanding. We did enjoy the sparkling wine from Spain and drank that more than other wines. The few cocktails we had were good. We thought the food in most of the restaurants was very good. The only one we didn't like was Bocados. We had the aged steaks on the all-inclusive package. Both were quite tough and mine was overcooked for medium-rare. We ate twice at NOI and enjoyed the fresh artichoke with cheese in the middle, the saltimbocca, the duck ragu pasta, and my husband really liked the Tirtico del Mar (a tiradito-type raw fish dish). Hiroshi was very good. We splurged on the Toro sashimi (not on all-inclusive list), and it was delicious. The salmon in the sashimi and sushi dishes was very fresh and good. DOA had an extensive menu. The dishes that we sampled were very good. I would like to go back and try more. We enjoyed breakfast at La Terrace, and really liked the smoothies. Overall, we were quite happy with the dining experience and the all-inclusive plan.The rooftop is an exceptional experience with incredible views. The pool was just the right temperature for us and we spent quite a bit of time in it. The pool concierge, Greta, was wonderful at finding us the best seats and setting them up for us. We ordered lunch there several times and found the food and service to be very good. Jorge and Armando were great waiters, as were the others who helped us. In the Spa, we did the hydrotherapy circuit twice and also had a wonderful hot stone massage. We had purchased a discounted spa certificate from the pre-arrival concierge and found it to be a good deal.This was an expensive trip, but we think it was worth it. We intend to return again and would recommend it to anyone who wants an exceptional vacation experience.

We had such an amazing time at Hotel Mousai! We hadn't taken a trip in a while, so on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed here, we chose to go a bit outside of our initial price range - worth every penny and we'll definitely be back! Every single staff member was friendly and made us feel at home. The facilities were incredibly well cared for and clean. Our bed was amazing as was everything else about our room - bidet and heated toilet seat, hot tub, walk-in rain shower, remote lights and blinds, etc. The food was high quality and there were many options to fit a variety of diets. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes were well-prepared, and the presentation was beautifuldefinitely a higher quality than I'd expect for an all-inclusive. The cocktails were also creative and varied by the restaurant to fit the theme. Restaurant servers knew the dishes well and made excellent recommendations. The pools were gorgeous and perfectly heated. We wanted a quieter vibe and love beaches, so that's where we spent most of our time. The food and drink service at the beach was also exceptional. Far better food than at most beachfront locations! We were looking for our relaxation, so we didn't choose to engage in any activities or excursions, but there were so many things that we'll try next time! Honestly, the attention to detail was just impeccable in every area. That and the amazing staff interactions have us recommending Hotel Mousai to everyone we know!

We were really impressed by our stay. The staff were all very friendly and greeted you whenever they saw you. The food was delicious and the drinks never tasted water down. The beautiful views and relaxing vibe made it the perfect honeymoon spot for us. We loved spending time at the pools; we ventured down to the Garza Blanca pools at times as the Mousai pools have no shade, but sunset on the rooftop was breathtaking. We never had trouble getting drinks or food by any of the pools. The options at the restaurants far exceeded our expectations and nearly everything was delicious unfortunately, the food at Noi wasnt quite up to the standards of the other restaurants, while we truly enjoyed the pizza, the pasta and gnocchi were overcooked, and the risotto was under. Everything at Dao and Hiroshi had us wanting more. Breakfast from The Terrace, room service and Blanca Blue did not disappoint either. The one night we ate at Bocados, the AC was not working so it wasnt as comfortable, especially seated near the kitchen, but the entrees were perfect; we also enjoyed breakfast there on the terrace. Our favorite though were probably the shrimp tacos and the burger at The Rooftop South. The food here is much higher quality than what you might get at a larger all inclusive resort; it doesnt taste or look like it was mass produced, even the buffets were above typical buffet quality. We added a romantic dinner on the beach as well. And every dining experience added to the celebratory nature with notes or extra details. We were there in September, which was hot and humid, the pools were quite warm-maybe a bit too warm. The evening turn down service was a great touch. And we were impressed with the beverage and snack options in the room. Were definitely looking forward to returning and also visiting their other locations. Sharing just a few of the photos we have.

So this is a review for Hotel Mousai. I originally booked at Garza Blanca and got upgraded to Mousai for free. By the pure numbers Im not sure we got an upgrade per se, and others have noted this as well. Read my review of Garza for more on the upgrade.The service here is overall top notch, from bell service to the front desk to your suite youll find elegance and refinement are a strong focus of this property. One of the subtle notes youll find is the all inclusive and access for Mousai includes some access that Garza does not. For example, if you want to hit the rooftops for the edge pools during the day, you can only get service and seating if you are staying at a Mousai. After 8 PM all guests are welcome at the south tower. This is one of the upgrades moving from Garza to Mousai will get you.First thing youll notice is the trolly system to get you around the resort. They are nice enough, the drivers are amazing professionals, but somewhere there was a miss in communication. You see the roads leading up to the Mousai areas are cobblestone. These trollies were clearly designed for pavement. Long and short, get ready for some bumpy rides as the seats are solid wood. So no cushions on the seats, no air suspension on the trolly, its gonna get real bumpy, bring your own pillow if you dont have much padding on your posterior.Lets start with the room. Overall a very nice room. The minibar is stocked with Pacifico, Modelo, Corona, Corona Lite, Coke, Diet Coke, seltzer and tonic. Theres a small assortment of nuts and chips and a few snickers bars. Theres a Nespresso machine and also Belvedere vodka, Chivas whiskey, a reposado tequila, and a decent bottle of Cab. The hard liquors and cab seem to be another differentiation between the Garza and the Mousai. The bed is very comfortable and turndown service is typically offered daily.The Deck offered a beautiful view of the ocean, albeit from a bit of distance. The deck has a built-in spa which was functioning, but could have used some work. Several jets, 3 at the back level and both feet level were not functioning. Also the jets should swivel when on, only 2 were functioning to do so. The hammock was large and very comfortable. There is an external HDMI port below the flatscreen, but dont bother trying to use it as mine was simply there for show. Also I dont know if this is just the nature of the situation or something else. Minibar service and turndown service were quite prompt and on point for every day, but our last two days. Those days minibar was not serviced and on the last night turndown service came by around 1030 in the evening while we were in bed. So I dont know if service was off due to it being the end of our stay or something else.We did do the spa and highly recommend it. The hydro circuit was interesting and a lot of fun, the massages were top notch. I do recommend working with your pre-arrival concierge so schedule spa services at a discount and make restraint reservations.Overall, as I look at the estimated price for the suite we stayed in it shows all inclusive at about 380 a night per person or about 760 a night. Thats a good value for what you get at this property, but I would not consider it an upgrade from the original booking I had with the Honeymoon suite at 369 Per Person per a night. FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY! one of my favorite so far and we travel a ton. Rooms. Staff. Food. All amazing! From the time you arrive until you leave you are treated like royalty. We cannot wait to return!

Stunning views, incredible staff, food, scenery. Everyone we met was amazing! The food was incredible. We will be returning soon for sure. Everything from the check in to the check out was smooth. Our view was magnificent from the 10th floor, with a jacuzzi tub on the deck.

This was our second time at Mousai this year and it was a perfect relaxing stay. Rooms in both sout and north tower are beautiful. I do prefer the North tower view. All the staff is great making sure the guests are happy. This place is fantastic.I would like to give a special thanks to chef Massimo and our waiter Miguel at Noi. First time we stayed we skipped Noi because of the not so great reviews, but this time we gave it a chance, and ended up dining there 3/5 nights. Food was delicious and our waiter was very knowledgeable about food allergies and made sure that I don't touch anything I shouldn't

Best food and rooms of any all-inclusive hotel. Use to be your bracelet was all you needed with meals for all-inclusive. Now you must sign a receipt for every meal. And there is a place for a tip. If you don't give a tip -- awkward. Also be aware we requested a corner suite when booking with Costco. But Costco is only for floor 3 and below. You must get a "ultra corner suite" for above 3rd floor. Not offered by Costco. Finally, I do not recommend using the booking agency on the Hotel Mousai website. I used them once a couple of years ago, and called to ask a question, and they said they would call me back to me in a few days. That is not service. Best to use Costco. (Two years ago they had no English speaking TV channels -- so glad they do now).

If you are going to Puerto Vallarta you must stay at Hotel Mousai. The property itself is beautiful, the standout being the stunning rooftop pool. We were extremely impressed with the service at the pool- Alan the pool concierge was a standout and took care of everything we needed, often times even anticipating what we would need and taking care of it before we could ask. The waiters by the pool, especially Mateo, were also amazing and extremely attentive without being overbearing. We were able to relax without being bothered but still have everything taken care of for us. This is a really tough balance to strike but Mousai has nailed it. The rooms at Mousai are very spacious, especially the balconies. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony in the morning and at sunset, especially from the plunge pool/jacuzzi. The decor is very modern but the furniture and bed were extremely comfortable. Every person that we interacted with at Mousai was extremely friendly and helpful. While the hotel itself is beautiful and has amazing views, the high level of service is what really sets Mousai apart from other hotels.

Our family of four, including our two grown children in their 20s, could not have enjoyed our stay at Mousai more than we did. The ultimate hotel for relaxing by the pool, while eating and drinking great! The rooftop pool setup has got to be one of the best pool experiences weve had no little kids doesnt hurt!!Special thanks to our personal concierge, Nicky. She was awesome! Alan and Guillermo also were outstanding at the pool. We loved each of the included restaurants - not always the case at an all-inclusive. 10 out of 10 for us!

Food was great. Cleaning service was great, Mariana Lima was outstanding made us feel at home. My child had an accident and she was so helpful to clean up. The views are fantastic. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Noi was a beautiful restaurant with fabulous ambiance decor and views. The staff was incredibly attentive. The food excellent and the entire experience top notch.Miguel our waiter was professional and informative. He knew about the food, preparation and good combination of sides. We tried pizza, salads, fish, tenderloins, many appetizers and pasta. We visited four times. All the food was six star and well presented.Not to be missed.

Our 5th Christmas stay is as beautiful and remarkable as ever! We absolutely love it here, we didnt lift a finger and enjoyed the friendly and thoughtful staff, exquisite grounds and views, and wonderful dining experiences. My family and I had a wonderful experience at Garza Blanca in Pierre Vallarta. Everything from the service to the location and atmosphere was top notch. The views were stunning and the amenities are hard to beat. With multiple restaurants and excursions to enjoy, youll have trouble finding something you dislike. On top of that, the service and employees were phenomenal. They are very friendly and helpful, especially our activity directors Mike and Tito, as well our front desk associate, Yarely. Mike and Tito we met early on our trip while doing the resorts nature walk to a beautiful waterfall and swimming hole. They were phenomenal guides and remembered our names the rest of the trip. Yarely handled all our questions, of which there were many, and our room booking. She was extremely helpful and made things easy and clear.Also, when booking your excursions, keep an eye out for Francisco. He helped us book all of our activities, and made sure everything was handled on the business side so we could just enjoy the excursion. He is also a great person, and now a friend. You wont be disappointed with your stay!

My stay at the Hotel Mousai North tower was perfect. From Miguel helping us to our room, Danielle helping us at the front desk, Rossie helping us with our reservations at the concierge desk. Every restaurant was amazing. The food tastes so good and every night we felt we were ate at the best restaurants around. From breakfast at The Terrace with our awesome server Nabile and our hostess Marisol, to dinner at Noi with our server Leonardo, dinner at Dao with our server Jose and dinner at Hiroshi with our servers Diego Silva, Miguel and hostess Janette. Every single person we interacted with enhanced our stay and made our vacation so much more enjoyable. The turndown service provided by Maria Velasco made for the perfect end to each night as we would come back to our room with music playing, lights dimmed and a hot tub calling our name.

Mousai PV is and always has been our old trusty vacation resort in Puerto Vallarta. This would mark as our 6th visit to Hotel Mousai and even now, still maintains its quality with excellent services and care. The addition of new restaurants and tower as well as Tierra Luna Garden is an awesome touch by the resorts main company, Tafer Resort. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a high end but quiet all-inclusive resort. After a rocky start, we really enjoyed this property. Checked in to find the room we had been confirmed to be in at the North Tower was given to another party. It was a huge disappointment since the view was THE reason we paid for the upgraded room. We waited 40 minutes to speak with a manager who told us we would enjoy the South Tower just as well and put us in a corner suite on the 7th floor. View from the bed is directly INTO the North Tower which we did not enjoy. (Note regarding customer service: a simple question how can I make this better? is all that most people need to hear. This was a missed opportunity for excellent service for a poor experience made worse by perceived lack of concern.) We had also paid for a cake delivery to be brought to the room on the wifes birthday, but instead it was put in the room on the check in date (3 days prior). A minor detail that was a bit awkward when nothing arrived on the actual birthday. Next time we would skip the extra services. First night was dinner at Hiroshi based on reviewers comments. If you think sushi at Kona Grill is high quality, then you will enjoy this restaurant. We elected not to go back after the first night. We were fairly deflated with our experience by this point, and then to top it off, we could hear very loud music from a wedding party until 1:30am. Day 2 is when things took a turn for the better. Our butler informed us we could move to a corner suite on the 10th floor of the North Tower where the views were improved and there was no loud music for the remainder of our stay. The interior of the room was not as nice as the South Tower rooms because it is a bit older, but this was not a concern for us. Service at the pools, beach and restaurants were all great. Diego (butler) was very responsive to requests. The guides for the kayak and hiking tours were also fantastic. On the all inclusive plan, food was a bit hit or miss though much better than most other all inclusives, and the cocktails were incredibly weak. Wine was acceptable but not great. Learned to order all cocktails as a double. As far as our restaurant experiences, breakfast at Blanca Blue and the room service options were best. Lunch is mostly bar food at the beach and pool. Dinners at NOI and Blanca Blue were our favorites and we went back a second night to NOI. Bocados was disappointing (very tough steak and nearly raw baked potato). We didnt try DAO. None of the restaurants ever felt full though the resort was 95% booked. It was difficult to find lounge chairs on the rooftop after 12, but the beach had open spots even on the most crowded day.Lastly we had a spa treatment and got to access the hydrotherapy an hour prior. Highly recommend doing this at least once. Though we only used the gym once, there was plenty of equipment and no waiting for a machine.Would we go back? Yes. Would we choose all inclusive? Probably not. Would have liked to try some off property dining options, but having all inclusive makes one feel they need to stay to get their moneys worth.If youre here during whale season, I recommend Vallarta Natours for a whale watching excursion. Very knowledgeable people!

Garza Blanca is a lovely resort built up into the mountains, a quick 10-12 minutes bus ride to the Malecon. Bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel grounds. Our room was a surprise with a spacious balcony complete with Hammock (we were in Tower 4 next to the steak house). We also had the luxury of a giant free standing tub overlooking the water in our room. Room was spacious and clean, 3 different pillows to choose from (considering I hate down pillows, this was great to have a choice). The resort is large and in the mountains so there was quite a bit of walking or you could wait for a trolley service to come around. There is a starbucks on site, prices are a bit high for a regular coffee con leche. Pools were clean and not crowded despite having families there for holiday. We opted to not do the all inclusive plan as we wanted to experience muchos tacos on this trip but I heard from other guests the food was good. If you want to stay away from Centro this is a great place to unwind. I was disappointed with the beach, however you have a great view of los Archos and can kayak over to them and snorkle there. Pros:Great location for some peace, beautiful resortClean and spaciousPools are lovely, never had to fight over chairs and towels (towels are folded on available chairs) empty chairs were assumed free and it was easy to locate towelsBus is convenient outside the resort across the street, quick and inexpensive way to get to town for the TACOS!Shoutout to Housekeeping for the extra coffee they provided us!Cons:All inclusive was offered to us at checkin but at $150/pp/day it wasn't reasonable for us for this trip. We got some soda and water at Walmart and had a fridge to keep them cold and went to town to eat our meals. We don't get the value as we are not big drinkers, so this worked well. The beach is small and rocky. Not bad to lay out, but getting in the water was a little tricky. You can see Los Archos from the beach and there's opportunity to snorkel there. The concierge isn't really a concierge, they are a sales team. We called to locate the gym and they directed us to the lobby. Got to the lobby they directed us back to Tower 5 (it's about a 5 minutes trek to the lobby). In Tower 5, we eventually found someone familiar with the gym who directed us to the elevators in Tower 5 to floor G from L1 (you keeping up with this?) Floor G does contain a decent gym with fantastic views of the bay and a decent set of machines and weights. We opted to ignore the welcome package and maybe that is where they give a tour and tell you about the resort, but we have been to a few of these and don't want to waste our vacation getting a sales pitch. Turndown service provides a snack and a small paper schedule for the following days activities. I think here is where a book or something in every room would be beneficial to describe the activities and where exactly to go or maybe even create some content for the hotel's channel on the television to talk about the activities?Our last full day we were heading out to the bus stop to go to the Malecon to buy some souvenirs and get some food. Just outside the lobby we were approached by a hotel employee named Omar who repeatedly questioned us about where we were going and who we were going to meet. We responded that we were just hopping on the bus to go to town 3 times before we eventually parted ways. It was just a weird interaction. He mentioned how the hotel keeps us safe and that they cannot guarantee our safety if we leave? We had been to town day and night for the past 4 days without incident.Check in time is 4 pm - standard time I have encountered has always been 3 pm. Regardless we arrived around 3 pm and were told to the room would be ready in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we approached the desk to see if they were ready and they said no it will be 4 pm. Ok, fine. So we sat in the lobby and waited. It may have been in my exhausted travel day state that I was not inviting any conversation from the sales team. They asked if we wanted to eat or go to the pool, but after a long day, you just want to settle in your room first before you truly start your vacation. Not to mention, if you are not all inclusive, it can be pricey. Overall, if you are looking for an option away from town, Garza Blanca is a good choice. We were very comfortable in our room and at the pool. It was convenient to catch the bus and Uber is also a great option. The trolley service is also nice after a long night in town.
