Roof top bar was bomb! Alexa my concierge was excellent. Great service and beautiful room. They were very attentive from the moment that our family arrived. Good restaurants to choose from and the buffet offerings were fresh. Only minor beef was the weak alcohol but thats pretty much all all-inclusives

Amazing experience! Clean, accommodating, and relaxing atmosphere. Jesus, Adrian, Kenny, Eduardo, and Fernando (servers and butler) were awesome! We smiled our whole trip and made so many memories. The food was excellent and no corners were cut. Sister hotel was fun to visit, but Garza Blanca was best place to book rooms. We will definitely be visiting this resort again!

Resort is beautiful and everyone goes above the call to make sure your trip is great. Luis and Francisco our butlers made sure our trip ran smoothly and took care of our every need. Ricardo our pool butler was great. All waiters kept us full with great service.

The facilities are fantastic, the service from the staff always with a smile, special mention for our butler Fernando who took care of every detail of our stay, the Dao restaurant is the best for us, the food is the amazing and the service is even better, we will definitely return next year

We had breakfast in our room. Diana, Noe and Angel were an amazing team! They were great with our family of 7! Highly recommend! So much amazing food with a special touch of Mexico. The resort is top notch and perfect for those traveling with a family.

What an awesome place! Service is exceptional. The Rooftop is a must for adults. The staff was so accommodating. Special shout out the Alfredo and Moises. Alfredo was on point with our drinks and food orders. Moises always made sure we had our pool chairs ready when we arrived including fresh towels. You must eat at Hiroshi. Our waiter, Hector was wonderful. Thank you guys for making our stay so memorable! Vargas' 4258.

Experience was great. We ordered room service a few more times than expected. Adolfo supported us a few times during our visit and was professional, friendly and respectful! Thank you! Pool service team is also exceptional, too many to name, but the service staff was awesome.

Alexa and Mario were the best butlers we've ever had!! Both did a wonderful job making sure we had all we needed to make our stay even better...Thank you both!! We will definitely be back to this magical place!! It was our first time there at Garza Blanca we are still just amazed how nice it was!!

Cesar Soberanis at the buffet was super nice, attentive, and also great buffet with lots of variety of fresh fruits, veggies, salads, cheeses, a chef making different specialties on select days. Great and easy Buffet if you dont have reservations

We just spent a wonderful week at this property. We were pleased with everything! The food, the rooms, the property, the staff were all excellent. We traveled with a group of teens for spring break and their families and had a great experience! Everyone was awesome but we would like to give a special shoutout to our Pool Butler Arad who helped us each day with chairs and towels, our Pool Waiter Enrique who took great care of our group, and we had a very special experience two nights at the Gourmet Food Hall with Alejandro and Carlos as our servers. These men specifically deserve a shout out for their service which went beyond. A special thank you to Amr who helped us with our large group dining each night. I cant recommend the property enough! We hope to return!

Very nice facility, staff was very friendly and our housekeeper Rosario kept us comfortable and happy. The food was delicious and the staff in the restaurants were also very helpful and friendly. We were asked about food allergies at every meal and they accommodate vegetarians gladly. No complaints from us, only compliments.

Absolutely fabulous!!! Kevin at the VIP pool was the star of our vacation! Kevin takes time to talk to us daily and is always so friendly and kind. He is a strong presence to everyone in his section and anticipates their needs and requests. We are Elite members and the staff are so amazing to us. Look forward to March 2025!

I love raymundo, carlos and alejandro they are so fun and made this trip so much better for me and my friends. made the best drinks and they made our nights. our favorite part was hanging out at the bar with them. they have great personalities and are my favorites

Three couple for 9 days at this resort. We were pleased and would have given a 5 except issue with booking restaurants. If you are going you must book your evening restaurant reservations online weeks before you go, otherwise you will be out of luck and upset. We read reviews before going and booked and had no problem doing this; the issue is that no one informed us of this and we had to find out for ourselves. Resort was clean, lots of pools, restaurants and bars. Nice beach with a few weeds that were always cleaned up. No evening entertainment which was good for us. Service ranged from average to fantastic. Mostly great. One bartender served us at bars and the beach for several days - Angel, likely the best service we have ever had anywhere.

Adrians service at the swing beach side bar is impeccable. He was so happy and friendly and made my experience at Pal Mar absolutely incredible. We owe it to Adrian for an incredible trip! The drinks were absolutely delicious too try the margarita!

Excellent facilities and services. Pool concierges Carlos and Kevin provided phenomenal services that made for a memorable vacation. The Elite VIP service was one of the best weve ever experienced. We fully intend to return to this magnificent resort.

The resort is one of the best weve stayed at in Cancun! Edgar at the pool is the best server there is. His attention to detail is unmatched. Drinks would be ready and waiting for us when we got to our chairs. All of the restaurants had great food, servers and menu choices. I would highly recommend this resort for families or couples alike!

My wife, two kids (3 & 5) and I stayed here for ten (10) days and stayed in the ONE BEDROOM SWIM UP with the all-inclusive package. We have stayed in this part of Cancun three years in a row each time for ten (10) days in similar all-inclusive one-bedroom accommodations.Room (5 out of 5) - The ONE BEDROOM SWIM UP is an amazing room. Looks just like in the photos. For a family of four, this room is incredible. The main king bed is very comfortable and has lots of space. The four of us spent the majority of the time sleeping in the same bed together comfortably. There is a pull-out bed in the living room which is by far the most comfortable pullout I have experienced in any resort in Cancun as it comes with a memory foam mattress. There is a washer and dryer which was great to use to dry our bathing suits throughout our stay and great to wash all your clothes at the end of the trip before heading back to reality. The main bathroom is amazing and even has a heated toilet. There is a full kitchen which we didn't need as we had the all-inclusive package but for anyone without the all-inclusive, this kitchen has everything you need. The patio is fantastic as it has a nice-sized pool (Which was cleaned daily by their personnel), a good-sized seating area to eat (Which we used for breakfast almost daily), and a hammock which my kids loved.Butler Service (10 out of 5) - All I have to say is if you have Alexa as your butler you are in amazing hands. She is so attentive and did everything to make our trip the best experience possible even when things did not work out as we expected which I will mention here and later in the review. She really went out of her way for our kids to make sure their experience was just so memorable. Our children were unable to utilize the "kids club" which I'll discuss later. Still, in replacement, she created little things for them to experience like several surprise bubble baths with animal balloon characters inside, getting them colouring activities and crafts to do, and having a kid packs prepared for them with little white kids robes and sandals (which my kids loved and took home and still use), stuffed toys and some activity books. She would check on us every day and work tirelessly to get us the reservation times we needed. One night we decided to stay in and order room service and asked if it would be possible to find some crme brule for dessert as it wasn't on the menu and twenty minutes later she showed up at our door with two of them from one of the restaurants. Lastly, my sister-in-law also stayed at the resort at the same time with her 1-year-old baby. She had requested a crib before arriving but was told that they did not have any available for at least a couple of days. I asked Alexa if there was anything she could do to help and in less than an hour they showed up with a crib and a stroller for her. All I can say is if your room comes with the Butler service you NEED to request Alexa as your person.Restaurants and Food (5 out of 5) - Every restaurant here was amazing. There are so many options to choose from especially since you can also book the restaurants from their sister resort next door. The food is incredible and there are so many menu options (Even if just order the all-inclusive options). The presentation of the food is amazing and the dessert options are the best I've ever had at any resort I've stayed at in Cancun. They even had live music in some of the restaurants which was fantastic. The food from the room service, near the pools and at the food truck was also great and the room service always came to the room with great presentation as if you ordered at one of their restaurants. We also ate breakfast on our patio almost every morning which we ordered the night before and they always delivered it right at the times requested. The morning buffet breakfast is also a 5 out of 5. Great place to eat and has so many options with freshly made items from their bakers. There were only two things I would say that made me give it a 4.5 and not a 5. 1) The Italian restaurant closed the day we had it booked due to renovations so it was unfortunate we didn't get to try it and found it hard to get another reservation fortunately Alexa our butler was able to book us a big group reservation last minute so that we had another place booked for dinner. 2) One of the restaurants was closed for the full duration of our trip to accommodate a huge group of people from Brooklyn. The fact that it wasn't available to us did not bother us but I would've liked to have been made aware before we arrived that one of the restaurants that was part of our package was not going to be made available to us. No compensation was given for this.Drinks (5 out of 5) - Best resort thus far when it comes to the all-inclusive drink package. They have every type of drink even Caesars which some resorts don't have. The package includes top-shelf liquor which at other resorts you had to pay extra for. Fantastic hot and cold coffee options. The bartenders were great and even recommended some great drink options when asked.Service (5 out of 5) - The service was great for the entire time we were here. Including Alexa our butler, the pool support personnel, the restaurant service, and the bartenders. Everyone was very accommodating. Definitely some of the best service we have experienced at a Cancun resort.For Children (3.5 out of 5) - I will start by saying this is why we do these vacations as we want to create great memories for our kids and I will also say that they had an amazing time here and they will forever remember this resort and the times they had as it was a memorable experience for them. Some of the great things include: The merry-go-round in the resort is such an amazing touch and my kids loved utilizing it every night after dinner and they still talk about it. They have great pools with ankle-high water to allow them to play in the pool with their toys without having to get right in and swim which they loved. The restaurants had great food and drink options for the kids and they always tried to accommodate any request. This was great for us as my kids are vegetarian and at times options at restaurants can be limited but my kids always loved the food and never left the restaurants feeling hungry. The reason for our lower score in this category is because they do not have any live shows at night for the kids to enjoy which our kids really enjoyed at the other Cancun resorts we've stayed at. The ice cream shop they had outside was not included in the all-inclusive package which my kids really enjoyed at the other resorts as well. There is not much of a kid's pool there. They have a small splash pad but nothing to rant and rave about in comparison to the other resorts we have stayed at. Lastly, the biggest issue for me was the "kids club". They had two very strict rules. You are not allowed to play in the "kids club" if you are under the age of 4. This meant my youngest who was a month away from being four years old was not allowed to enjoy the "kids club". This isn't what bothers me as I know there are legal reasons for this and this was actually the same situation at the other resorts we stayed at. What got me is that they wouldn't allow my youngest to play in the room even if I stayed there to watch her. They had a strict no-parent rule whereas at previous resorts my youngest was able to enjoy the amenities as long as my wife or I stayed to look after her and in addition signed a waiver confirming that I was responsible for them. Due to this, my oldest didn't feel comfortable staying on her own and she didn't want to stay without her sister. I even asked if I could just stay for ten (10) minutes so that my oldest could get comfortable with the space and the care personnel there but they flat out said no and that parents are not allowed to stay whatsoever. This upset my daughter and me as one of the best memories she had from the previous resorts was the kids' club and the crafts she was able to do daily. So what this comes down to is this place is a daycare and not a kids club at all. It is somewhere to drop off your kids so that the parents don't have to watch them. Which is a nice service for a resort to have but don't sell it as something other than that. I will say again Alexa our butler really made an impact here to make up for the disappointing daycare by bringing crafts and activities for them to experience throughout our stay. Sales People (2 out of 5) - So this resort is one of many they own and they do ask whether you would be interested in learning about their exclusive club that for a fee will give you access to all their resorts at better prices. We denied this right at the beginning as we do not like to be sold anything while on vacation. They did ask a couple more times throughout our stay which I always denied but they did not push it too hard. I would've given this a 0 out of 5 but when I compare the other one-time another resort tried to sell us on something similar this time was not as aggressive and they didn't push it as much as the last time we experienced this. Resort and Overall Experience (4.5 out of 5) - This place is beautiful, clean and modern. Really everything you want from a resort. Our room was amazing, the service was great and the food and drinks were incredible. If I was on this vacation without my kids I would've given it a 5 out of 5 but when considering their needs I would have to give it a 4.5 out of 5. I will say if it weren't for Alexa I would've given it a 4 out of 5.

Checked in on 2/7/24. Checked out on 2/11/24 Garza Blanca CancunEverything was good in the resort in terms of my stay. I checked out on February 11, until now they have not released back my incidental deposit to my credit card. I have been calling them, transferred my calls to their front desk, but for 2 weeks now nobody is picking up my calls. The incidental fee is close to US $1, 000.00. A female supervisor from the concierge department whom I spoke with last week on the phone, took notes of my concerns, and she told me she will make sure to forward this to the front desk manager. She will email the front desk manager and copying me on her email. So far, no emails too. Jorge from the front desk who checked me out on 2/11, said that I will get back the incidental deposit, "NOW" is his word used, and that was on 2/11. Also the concierge staff in Cancun is quite aggressive in their timeshare presentations invite. Quite annoying. Imelda Romero

This resort was everything I dreamed of and more! This was a trip celebrating 35 years of friendship. Upon arriving, we were greeted with glasses of champagne and a smile. We 1st met our 2 butlers, Fernando and Alvaro, who made sure everything was in place and that all our dining reservations were made. Throughout our stay, we never met anyone who did not greet us and simply smile. Some of our waiters/waitresses that made this experience better were Martin, Jesus , Rubi, and a big shout out to Pedro (at DAO) and his mad skills with his fire desserts! To our amazing bartenders, Giovanni, Alexei, and Gama (not sure of the spelling of his name), please seek them out for some delicious drinks. If you go to the breakfast buffet at the Gourmet hall, you have to try their green juice and signature flavored coffees. Spa dates are a must. If you go to the beach, look for Ricardo, he is a sweetheart and so helpful! The majority of our stay, we went to the adults only rooftop pool and bar where we were greeted daily by Moises and my favorite guy Benjamin! Benjamin works extremely well under stress and still makes time to stop by and say hi. The staff at this resort went above and beyond and, in my opinion, need raises!!!

Our bellboy Candelario took great care of us! The resort was amazing and the views were breath taking. The rooms and pools were everything! The restaurants at Garza Blanca and the neighboring resort were excellent. Everything was clean! The spa is a must!!

Amazing experience at Garza Blanca in Cancun. The food was particularly impressive - much better than we'd experienced at other resorts. As for service, it was top notch. We were incredibly fortunate to even have our own BUTLERS --big shout out to Luis and Francisco!

A huge thank you to Spa Manager Gerardo for creating an incredible experience! Iliana's massage was amazing, Shelby was fantastic with my son, and Andres, our butler, was outstanding. The spa amenities were fantastic, and my nagging hand pain is gone. Highly recommend this fantastic team!

Garza Blanca in Cancun was beyond amazing! The resort, food and accommodation were excellent. Our private butlers Luis and Francisco made sure everything during our stay was taken care of, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible vacation.Our driver from Garza, Dani was kind and friendly and we had a great conversation with him.At Bacados Francisco, Alfredo, Victoria and Manuel did a wonderful job serving and taking care of us for our many meals, delicious food and service.I would highly recommend vacationing at Garza Blanca Cancun for a luxurious resort. The best food we have had and service beyond great.

Fermin the bell man was the kindest man and so thorough. He was timely and responsible and went above and beyond. These jobs often get overlooked when reviewing service but I can tell you he was the last staff member we interacted with before leaving and he left us with a great impression.

Noe gave us the best beach service. He is friendly, engaging and fun. He went out of his way to ensure he gave us the best experience. Additionally, the drinks and food were delicious. Everyone at the resort have been amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

There is a reason we come back to the Villa del Palmar in Cancun. The rooms are awesome, the beds are comfortable, the food is great but the best part is the service on the beach. Thank you Edgar!. Nice beach, great place to stay. We only had one mishap with our reservation fir transportation from the airport.

Our family has now come to this resort twice and its absolutely safe to say there will be more visits in the future. We are a family of four with two children, both under the age of 10 and VDP Cancun continues to be a favorite of ours. A balance where you can have an adult resort feel but still have enough amenities and activities to keep kids entertained all day is what you will get here! The resort grounds and suites are very clean and organized, the service is prompt and professional. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from which give you multiple meal options throughout the day, not to mention room service being available as you need it. There isn't enough gratitude to share with the entire staff / crew at VDP Cancun, for all of the hard work that goes into keeping this place pristine day after day. The attention that goes into ensuring the pool pH levels are constantly accurate; the grounds landscaping being constantly manicured to perfection; the cleanliness of the lavatories and not seeing a single trash bin full or overflowing... These are things you most likely wont think about while being there because they are all in perfect condition, but it takes work to keep it this way. Thank you to all of you hard working men and women who do this day in and day out so that people like us can truly appreciate the experience while being there! I especially want to thank:Too (Antonio) for making our pool experience extremely comfortable. The guidance and advice given on how to spend time around the resort and surrounding areas was appreciated. And thank you for playing football with our oldest as well as supplying our youngest with some floaty toys!Jorge P., Emmanuel and Erick for our daily breakfast treatment which was extremely appreciated (as I know we had some particular requests). We admire your poise and promptness to our needs/requests and want to thank you for that!David, Santiago and your counterpart (forgive me as Ive forgotten her name) for keeping the activity vibes high, energetic and entertaining. The dancing, the activities and the "BELLY FLOP" chants were absolutely fantastic (and hilarious)! Beto, Miguel and a handful of other gentlemen that I could regularly count on for prompt and delicious TSLs at the drop of a dime. The bartending service was perfect all around!I intend on visiting VDP Cancun again and will recommend friends and family to this exact resort. Thank you all again for making our journey to Cancun one worth remembering forever!

Beautiful Resort and room, stayed in a 1 bedroom unit as a timeshare, The unit is huge, 2 bathrooms and a jetted bathtub. Did not take the all inclusive, did our own cooking and ate at on sight restauraunts. If you are doing timeshare I would suggest bringing some groceries with you before you get here. There is a market on site and a Gomart across the street for some things.If you want to go to walmart you have to catch a taxiOur Conceirge Marlene helped us with everything during our stay.She was excellent. If you go to the presentation for the free breakfast you get a discount at the restauraunts , the onsite store and excursionsThe beach is calm and has free use of kayaks and paddle boardsWill come back in the future. Overall, we had an amazing experience at VDP. Our room (3-bedroom penthouse) was great and the views were beautiful. I love that this resort offers such large suites so our family could all stay together. Otikio and Yosel were our butlers and they went above and beyond everyday of our stay to ensure we were happy. I've been to other resorts that provided butler service, and this was BY FAR the best service. Otikio reached out weeks before our stay to take care of all of our dining needs and reservations. Check-in and check-out process was seamless. I will definitely be traveling to this resort again with our family.

The food is amazing! The food was quality and very delicious! They had activity workers that made it much more fun! Sandiago, david and merina was alot of fun , very nice and always happy . Absolutely loved the ocean, no waves and you can just relax!

Just returned home today, spent 2 weeks all inclusive at this amazing Resort!!Staff was amazing!!!!! I would like to thank the entertainment team with their energy at the daily noon Zumba pool activity, Brisa, David and Santiago rocked!!!! and they continued all day long with activities like beach and pool volleyball, water polo, toss the balloon games and afternoon salsa dancing. This team had high energy and kept all the guest including the kids entertained and moving :)Daily Pool servers Candleline, Edwardo and Raul all kept the drinks coming and were amazing!!!, Zacks Bartenders: Andrian and his partner Odel were super nice! Miguel also made our vacation great!!!!!! its so good to see him as we met Miguel a few years ago and he is still with this fantastic resort!Antonio and Arad were there to set us up with the perfect view, loungers, towels, umbrella, top notch guys that were always smiling and super nice :)our server Mario was top notch at the Breakfast buffet. Stop at the egg bar and have your preferred omelet made to perfection, our omelet cook was there most of our 2 weeks and he remembered our ingredients :)The restaurants were all 5 star with amazing food and great service! we had the option to write well deserved daily reviews on our experience.our excursion was the 'Pirate Ship' with an open bar the show started off with amazing live music then the pirates put on a great show, then dinner and to finish off the night more live music and dancingall in all our vacation was so amazing, I can not wait to go backCharliene Katherine and Pete

The experience was very good and comfortable, the food and the attention of experience of the breakfest room (by the manager Alejandro Cespedes, Adolfo Osario, Alexander Zunza and the chef Angel Trujillo) was really pleasant. It is 100% recommend

This was a nice spot overall. The facility is beautiful, and most of the food options are pretty good. That being said, the attentiveness of the staff at the restaurants/pools wasnt the best weve experienced. An exception was Diego at Gourmet Hall. He was OUTSTANDING and truly made us feel like family. He went out of his way to take care of us and make us feel special, even on busy evenings. If the entire staff were like Diego, this resort would be the best weve ever visited. If youre staying at Garza Blanca Cancun, have dinner at Gourmet Hall and ask for Diego youll have an amazing evening.

We had another wonderful visit, this time with family. Bocados and Gourmet Hall continue to be our favorite restaurants. Special thanks to our excellent Gourmet Hall server Toledo, who is a consummate professional. Our butler Josue was very thoughtful about ensuring all our dinner reservations were in order, as well as other matters of our stay. We took advantage of the pools, beach access, rooftop, room service and Spa Imagine. Pablo in the spa was a skilled massage therapist and several of our party booked him for massage. We love the fitness center its big and spotless with new and plentiful equipment and machines. We had an issue with the start of the all-inclusive planfront desk started it on the wrong day, and it was a bit of a hassle to correct. We cant wait for another visit.

We had a great time overall. We were a family of 4 traveling (one 4 year old and 1 9 month old). Our room (swim up one bedroom suite) was perfect. Our butlers Fernando and Alvaro were AMAZING!! Literally could text them and they would respond in seconds and help with whatsoever we needed. I could not be more appreciative of them. We got so lucky! Also- Alonso at the lobby bar was beyond the best, when he was not there for one day, it was definitely NOT the same! He was so on top of it, and great. And served to our needs! Would come back just for the great service we had here :)Also- service at the restaurants and pool side were phenomenal and extra sweet and generous. We could not have been happier dealing with the people working at Garza Blanca!

The resort was incredibly beautiful. The pools were amazing, as were the restaurants. Every single member of the wait staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They were all super personable and funny and helpful. We had the privilege of being helped by Gabriella, Raul, Ruben, Oscar, and Noa. They all went above and beyond and were so kind. The only thing that wasnt great was since there were a lot of private events going on, a bunch of restaurants were closed. Since we had the all inclusive package, it was a little harder to make it worth it with the amount of things that were closed. I wish we were made aware when we got there, which places would be closed on each day so we knew how to plan dinners and lunches better. We also didnt like how the residents of the sister hotel on the other side of the Garza Blanca were not allowed to use certain restaurants even though they paid the same amount as us for the all inclusive. One other small thing that wasnt terrible but was annoying was how the concierge peopleHave to push the free timeshare breakfast on all the people checking in. They pushed too much about it and it made us uncomfortable.

Phenomenal resort!! Very classy and very clean! The restaurants were incredible. Our favorite part of the trip was the daily trip to the spa for the hydrotherapy!! The pools were so big and chairs by them were so comfortable. We didnt have trouble finding chairs every day we were there. The rooftop pool was what drew our attention there and it did not disappoint!

Garza Blanca is beautiful, and the staff is so friendly. The food was EXCELLENT during our entire trip. The pools are wonderful for swimming and were a great temperature. The beach is nice and calm, and we really liked being on the outskirts of Cancun-central, the resort and beach felt very safe and private. The views from the garden view junior suite were lovely, and it was nice that we did not have to worry about any noise from the pool side. Plenty of shade, chairs, towels, sun, drinks, and food made for a wonderful family get-together - we will be back!

We travelled with our kids ages 12 and 17 and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation! We stayed in the two bedroom partial ocean view (one king and two queens) - there was more than enough space for us and the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean was breathtaking! The beds are so comfortable! The food is great, highly recommend Davino, the Italian spot. Daily breakfast buffet had lots of options and my husband really enjoyed the omelet station. The activities people in and around the pool area are so friendly and have lots of energy! Staff on the property from the front desk to room service attendants were prompt, efficient and so very welcoming. Special shout out to Armando at the pool for being an amazing server and attentive to our needs. We received excellent bar service every night from Yair - he remembered our drink order from the first night and made delicious mango non alcoholic drinks for our girls! We really enjoyed getting to know him! If you get the chance try out the short bike ride tour to the ruins near the property. It's a short excursion but really cool to see. Our holiday here was amazing!! The service was top notch! Adrian at the pool bar was beyond fantastic. Edgar and Alberto at check in were stellar!! This place is a perfect balance of not too no large but not to small. The food was great! Book your restaurant reservation before you leave though. Service from everyone here was top notch. Definitely a quieter resort.

Palmita market at Villa del Palmar has the greatest option for meals and quick supplies if you are not on the all inclusive meal plan. The staff this morning: Ale, Abi, Ulises, and Guadalupe were fantastic getting our breakfast needs met.

Amazing EVERYTHING From the feel, the cleanliness, the smells, the food and of course the service was top notch. Our experience at Dao Restaurant was impeccable. Cliff, our server made the evening one to remember. Already booked to come back.

Truly beautiful location; the developer (Tafer) has taken advantage of the Caribbean Sea views with cascading infinity pools galore. The resort is only 2 years old so the rooms are in very good condition. Restaurants have great chefs - the food is very good, service at the pool is great. A few miscommunications with room service. The spa and hydrotherapy circuit are AMAZING!!! Must go!

The resort and experience was excellent! The rooms could use a little love/attention, but the amenities, food, pools and staff were absolutely fantastic! We traveled with a large group including kids, everyone had a great time. We also had the most wonderful in-suite dining experience with chef Johny, Oscar, and Mateo. The entire meal, just WOW! The table was beautifully laid out, all courses were perfectly cooked, and the entire stuff was kind and friendly. The best meal we had all week, highly recommended!

We love our time at VdP!!! The last 12 years, we have been faithful visitors however, this last trip was above and beyond. The entertainment team really stepped up! Zumba at noon was a favorite for our entire family...Natalia, David, Santiago, & their last member (drawing a blank on her name...sorry) were amazing! Benjamin, our poolside server was perfecto!!! Can't wait to be back soon!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel is quite majestic. As you enter the lobby is spacious and well decorated and looks out over the pools to the beach. Its a truly great entrance. We had two 2BR suites, which were amazing. Lots of space, well decorated and great features like a full refrigerator and washer/dryer. One was swim up, which means you have a small private pool (it doesnt connect to the main pools). The grounds and pools are beautiful and well designed. A series of pools near the hotel flow down to the infinity pool that looks over the beach. You do have to get out early to reserve chairs, which is a hassle that is common these days. The beach is small but very nice with lots of chairs and some obstacles for the kids to play on. The service was top notch. The staff would say hello and smile always and the friendly vibes permeated the entire resort. Special shout out to our butlers Andres and Josue who were terrific. The food was a big surprise. Most all inclusive have mediocre food, but several restaurants here were quite good. Especially Hiroshi and Dao as well as the steakhouse. You can also eat in the restaurants at the sister property next door. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Dao was our favorite. It sits atop the hotel and has stunning views of the sea and the forest. This is also the location of the adults only pool as well as the rooftop bar. Our waiter Pedro was so much fun. He really made the night for us. The spa may be the best part of all. We all got treatments and several in our group thought they were among the best they have ever had. Great setting and wonderful therapists. There are a few slight negatives. The resort is a little sleepy at night, though the NYE party was super fun. Beer and liquor is included and you can get good liquors in the bar package. But if you are a wine drinker you have to buy bottles at an extra cost and they are more than they cost in the US. The resort is also medium sized so should plan excursions if you are there for a long time or you might get a little bored. We did a snorkel trip and deep sea fishing excursion and both were fun. In all a great property that is very well run with an amazing attention to detail.

The accommodations were lovely and our entire family enjoyed the amenities. Special kudos to our pool attendant , Antonio! Every morning he had chairs waiting for all of us with umbrellas and towels laid outit was hassle free. He even decorated our area with a happy birthday banner and names of three of our eleven family members celebrating birthdays during our trip!

The remodeled rooms are amazing. My ultimate favorite was the food. Davino restaurant was my absolute favorite and if you go there, ask for the server, Gerardo. He was excellent. Gerardo, the Sommelier and Martin (manager) were very accommodating and suggested some amazing wine selections. Also, the chef did not miss with the delectable foods and flavors. I have been to this resort a few times and I will be going back to visit Davino. Gerardo (waiter), keep being genuine as you are because your service was impeccable. Also, the pool server, Benjamin is a gem. Sit in his section when laying out near the pool. You wont regret it. Benji also got us the best chairs. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing vacation Ill remember for years to come.

We just returned from another fabulous week at the Villa Del Palmar. The rooms had been updated and very sheik. I liked that they have decreased their plastic use with refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. A 1 bedroom worked okay for our family of 4 (kids were supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa but one made a bed out of the cushions). The nespresso machine was a nice treat. The view was magnificent and we made good use of our hammock. The few times I needed to work, I got good Wi-Fi on the balcony.The pools were very clean. I was happy to see that there are fewer people blocking groups of chairs early in the morning if you wanted you could find a few lounge chairs at any time if you werent too picky about which pool you hung out at. This was our first year with Elite status so we hung out at the Elite pool, which was just lovely. Kevin and Carlos made sure we had everything we needed. Our waiters like Eric were super attentive with amazing cocktails and lunches from the Snack Bar. It was so luxurious to have a cabana with pillows and towels all set for us right at the infinity pool. I loved going to yoga each morning and participated in a number of the pool/beach activities like movie trivia and bags. My husband and I also went on the organized bike ride to the El Meco ruins, which was about 15 min ride on sidewalks. You pay $5 to get into the archeological site and its more than worth if it you are not making the long drive to Tulum or Chichenitza. The iguanas sunbathing on the ruins were an added treat. We liked it so much that we returned by cab with our kids later in the week (warning its $20 for a 6 min ride, but the driver stayed while we explored so the total $40 seemed well spent). Its super buggy so cover up and accept the bug spray from the man at the gate. We also tried the inflatable obstacle course. You wade out, which my kids didnt love, but it was pretty hilarious to try. I did some paddle boarding as well, but sadly the kids cannot participate. They can, however, kayak. They liked the kids club activities like scavenger hunt, mocktail class, and pizza making but its a lot smaller than the one they loved in Nuevo Vallerta. The Christmas party with Santa complete with dessert bar and dance revue was a highlight. The kids also liked the lovely carousel that runs starting at 4 pm among the lovely (but expensive) shopping along the Garza Blanca front terrace. For more affordable souvenirs, turn left out of the resort and then left again by the gas station to a little shop with the usual cancun stuff. The food could not have been better. We did the all inclusive package as I didnt want to think about prices during our stay. Much better to prepay and then forget about it. That said, I am sure I are and drank more than I would have otherwise. My kids loved the breakfast buffet, which has something for everyone with a lovely ocean view. Only issue was the milk isnt cold- assuredly a cultural quirk. We tried every restaurant. I am a pescatarian, no shellfish, and did not have a problem finding delicious Tuna, Salmon, grouper, and Seabass dishes. The host staff is always careful to ask about food restrictions. I love that you can reserve at either resort adds variety. My kids mostly ate from the adults menu, and the wait staff was very accommodating of their desire for everything on the side. They also made lovely mocktails for them now that they have the taste for them (try the Perry Punch or Lychee Bubblegum). The desserts were also fabulous, especially the passion fruit creme brlée at La Casona. My favorite meal was the Tuna at Zama, my husbands was his short ribs at Blanca Blue, my kids seemed to love La Casona where they split salmon and sirloin best. Hiroshis sushimi was delicious though the kids didnt love the ramen. My least favorite was the fish and chips from the gormet food hall but the brisket my husband and son ordered got great reviews. We did go on the member update to check out Garza Blanca. Its super modern- every detail is beautiful. We like villa del Palmar for the more Mexican motif. But it is gorgeous especially the rooftop infinity pool. Be warned, the sales guys are very good at their jobs. But we asked that they simply hold the offer open until the end of the week and the bocked, so we knew the upgrade wasnt for us. We did love the discount, however, on our excursion to Xavage, which was simply incredible. I will do a separate review.

Our butlers Enrique and Fernando were top notch. Going to extra mile to decorate our rooms for my wife's and sister-in-law's birthdays. The accommodations (3 bedroom loft), the food and our housekeeper Marharita, were all outstanding. We will definitely return to Garza Blanca Cancun.

Extraordinary!! The rooms are spacious and beautiful - and your porch view whether ocean/sunrise or green space/sunset is stunning. Everyone is gracious, friendly and solicitous. But the best part of all is the food. The restaurants are simply the best anywhere. Highly recommended!!!

Garza Blanca was such a gem. We had a swim up room and did the all inclusive plan. Our butler Yuri was amazing, attentive and checked on us frequently. Yuri and our little had a bond and only after 3 full days he said he loved Yuri and gave many hugs. The restaurants were delicious and the extras were worth it. Those with kids definitely take advantage of the kids club.

We had a big mishap with our room at the beginning of our trip but they were so kind and helped us resolve everything. The food has been great and we have enjoyed the adult only rooftop bar and pool! Jamie at the rooftop has been incredible and makes AMAZING drinks. He was always ready to answer any of our questions and accommodated our request perfectly. He makes the best chocolate martini and is so friendly! Hector at Hiroshi made us a beautiful personalized dessert every night we ate there. Both of them have made our honeymoon so special and we are very grateful. Hiroshi gave us the best service by far but that was because of Hector! Jamie behind the bar killed everything! Alexei at the swim up bar was so friendly and helped us with everything we could need! His service and attitude could not have been better! The drinks were spectacular. Our room stayed cleaned and stocked with the all inclusive drinks and snacks. It is such a quick drive from the airport. We used USA transfers and it was quick and easy to get here maybe 25 minutes from the airport!

The Butlers,Enricque & Ferdando were very attentive to our needs. They arranged a rose petal bath in our room for our anniversary. For breakfast the "hosts" Cielo & Isabel after a few times remembered my name and room number which made me feel special. Jamie, the bartender at the Rooftop, was excellent. There were some problems with the bill but were quickly corrected. The massages were great.

The resort is beautiful. Food and Drinks are delicious. There were 17 of us. All the restaurants went out of their way to accommodate us. Pool Butlers did a great job. Water sports staff went out of their way to let us snorkel safely while kayaking. Carlos, Yair, & Jorge are the best!

My family (my husband and I and our 3 girls - 8, 10, 11) and my mother in law stayed at the beautiful Villa Del Palmar for a week in December.We rented the 3 bedroom Penthouse which had an incredible wrap around view of the ocean and a hot tub overlooking the ocean as well. Our butlers Rafael & Santiago helped us to verify dinner reservations, book a spot at the infinity pool and provided daily schedules with activities for us. They were incredibly helpful and their service was wonderful. As part of the room package we also got an experience in room and we opted for the dinner. This was by far, one of the most amazing experiences. Chef Jhonny Pangera is incredibly talented and the flavors and textures of the food were outstanding. The service of Mateo Perez made us feel like royalty during the dinner and his attention to detail of our likes and dislikes made it feel very personalized. Carlos Chi and Rafael Santoyo also helped pull the experience together. We did the family pictures which turned out amazing, had the best house keepers Ive ever experienced on a vacation like this, and the incredible assistance of Leticia with the concierge booking trips. I also need to note the exceptional service of Carlos at the infinity pool and his team. This was our first family trip out of the US, and the people who work at this resort have all made an imprint on our vacation and memories that will last forever. Would definitely recommend for families or couples.

Dao is our favorite restaurant at the Garza Blanca in Cancun. We went three times during our 1 week stay. Gustavo in particular made our experience incredibly special! He was friendly, knowledgable and took care to make every visit unique and delicious!

The first thing that comes to mind when I look back on my stay at the Villa del Palmer are the experienced, knowledgeable and kind wait staff at the restaurants, especially the excellent senior waiter Armando at Legends Bar. He and his colleagues made the stay at Villa del Palmar very relaxing and hospitable. We also highly enjoyed the steakhouse, Davino's, and Zama restaurants, all located on the resort. Waiters and the kitchen work very quickly and tirelessly to accurately take your order, including any amount of alterations or clarifications, and always bring it to you remarkably quickly. The food at the resort conveys the soul of Mexico perfectly. The menu is locally sourced, high protein, farm fresh fare. The restaurants carry a good variety of fresh Mexican beers as well as both local and imported wines and champagnes. The resort is extremely clean and well maintained. The grass and bushes are perfectly manicured and the fire pits are fun to sit around at night. Another place to catch the sunset are the top floors of both Palmar and the adjoining Gazebo where there are fun lounges with entertainment options. We were always on the beach and suffered no jellyfish or mosquitoes, which is a huge plus and made the stay worry-free. The spa is exceptional and you should book a sauna, jacuzzi and 50 minute massage while you are here to make the most of your stay. Most rooms get spa credit, so use it! Watch out for Fernando at the front desk, though, who will try to funnel your room's resort credit to whatever local criminal Mafia group that came up with the idea to scalp the hotel's visitors and whatnot. He is definitely a wily one, that Fernando. I'm sure he didn't come up with the idea so I can't be too mad at him, in fact, I respect the hustle. Other than for the wily Fernando and his billing schemes, checking in and out was very easy and the concierge was excellent. The rooms are very, very comfortable and you can direct the maid to stock it with specific preferred drinks or beers of your choice. There is unlimited Wi-fi for all-inclusive guests, sadly next to your pillow in every room, in working order and very convenient. Overall there were no negative experiences and the amenities included everything that anyone could ever wish for to have a relaxing, all-inclusive, health-restoring getaway.

Great vacation. Service was excellent! We stayed in a 4 bedroom oceanfront loft; room and room service was amazing! We were disappointed that the hot tub was not hot and we had to call a few times. Noe at the pool area on the Villa side, Fermin the bell boy, the beach servers at the food truck all amazing! Sorry we dont have the name of the server at zuma (Enc.?? Our photo does not show the name clear) but he has a child with allergies and was spectacular serving us as we had a member with gluten and dairy allergies! The ability to use both resorts provided a nice variety of activities and different vibes. Thank you to all the great people working the resort.

This place is beautiful. The staff definitely made it incredible. Food and drinks were awesome! We met people that we will definitely seek out the next time we are there. Definitely recommend. Kid friendly, nice and quiet beach. Close to a ferry to take you to Isla Mujeres. We loved it! Thank you to those people who work hard almost every day to make it a vacation we will always remember!

VDP never disappoints! We spent 5 nights in a 1 bedroom suite with our two kids and my sister stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom loft suite. The service was the best weve ever experienced at any AI resort. The kindness of the staff and the quality of both the food and beverages are what makes return year after year. The newly updated rooms were calm and serene. All the meals, with the exception of Legends, were out of this world. We spent time on the beach and our server Benjamin spoiled us rotten. We also spent time at the bridge pool with Wilbert. He gave us extra special little touches to our drinks and food that made us feel special. Adrian at the beach bar is always a familiar favorite of ours. He makes the BEST fresh fruit cocktails and always has a smile and a joke. Benjamin (Benji) the pool/beach concierge was super helpful and hooked us up with some Bali beds on the beach. Jorge and Oswaldo took care of us at breakfast. The kids staff had fun games for them to play. We will absolutely be backagain.

Awesome room awesome staff amazing attention to detail. They make you feel like you are the only ones on the resort. The housekeeping staff in this case are extremely notable for going out of their way and making you feel like you really are desired to be here and are thanked for your patronage in a genuine fashion.

Everything excellent but especially the food and service. Amazing Livio front desk manager and Arad pool butler but not only them, all the staff great, amazing restaurants Davino italian, La Casona steakhouse and Zama mexican. Zamas manager is also extraordinary. Amazing animation team, waterpolo, water volleyball and dancing, tons of entertainment and live music cuban, saxaphone by the pool day and night. A lot of good stuff. Definitely will come again.

Garza is a first class resort and spa. The food is excellent the spa is above average. We have been here 4 times and have had the same butlers each time. Fernando and Enrique have become friends. Alexei and alonso were great at the bar! So kind and helpful to everybody and very very friendly. Great service! The pools and hottubs were very amazing and service was incredible. Everyone so noce and generous.

Rooms and service are top notch. The bathroom, deck and hammock and bed are all fantastic. Only thing lacking is high intensity activities. If you want yoga, biking etc. they are definitely resort level. Alonso at the lobby bar is fantastic along with most of the staff.

We stayed at Garza Blanca for a Thanksgiving family vacation. The resort is very nice and the staff is very friendly. We primarily spent most of our time at the rooftop pool (adults only) and enjoyed the attentive staff. We also had a butler service which I highly recommend. Both Enrique and Fernando were excellent and would always try to go above and beyond.

We just returned from a week long stay. We were put in a newly renovated room. They are so beautiful. What a happy surprise. We went for our anniversary and Antonio at the pool/beach went above and beyond to make it special. The restaurants were amazing. I think we liked Hiroshi the best. We will return year after year for the resort, restaurant s and the people!

We loved everything about Villa Del Palmar. The staff was amazing. The hotel was beautiful. The pools were amazing. The food was amazing. My wife and I loved our stay. We really loved Davinos Italian restaurant the most, followed by Zuma. The food at both were stellar.We also loved how the resort was in Punta Sam away from hotel zone and how the ferry to Isla Mujeres was at the resort. It made our trip to Isla Mujeres very easy. We loved being here so much we rebooked, this time at the sister resort, Garza Blanca. One thing I've read in previous reviews is how the service doesn't become that great if you don't tip. What I will say is, if you can afford a vacation, you can affording a couple bucks here and there. We left the room attendants $5 every day, gave the people at the pool about $20 per day, and we were treated extremely well. Tipping even just a little bit can go a long way making your stay that much more enjoyable.

Everyone is so kind her and the place is beautiful. The food is delicious and the service is amazing. Raymundo and Rafael are the best bartenders and they give awesome service to all of their customers.

I went to Garza Blanca this past October (low season) and it was wonderful. I'll outline the great things by category:Weather - October is a gamble (hurricane season) but we had great, HOT weather but there was a great breeze. We had one 2 hour rain storm, but we just stayed in the pool and our waiter still served us drinks.Room - very clean and well equipped with L'Occtaine products. Beds were super comfortable and you can swap your pillows if you need something different. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms but very good AC. Room was cleaned daily and they left cute towel animals for us. Only complaint was the constant ask for enough bottled water, they seem stingy on stocking it, and we had to ask for it a lot with some resistance. Just weird! Our butler took care of it thoughPools - so many pools! plenty of place to spread out and in October, it was quiet, so no trouble finding plenty of chairs. They have the bigger pool by the beach with the pool bar, volleyball and aqua aerobics. The more active people hung out there. Then they had a middle infinity pool (chairs on one side), quieter and mosty adults. Then hammock pool (hammocks over ankle deep water next to a small pool (kids hung out here) but hammocks always available), and a big hot tub. Then two good sized pools that our butler told us is where kids mostly hang out. Bar on the pool deck between pools if you want to hang out. Plenty of shade and plenty of sun for everyone's needs.Pool wait service - They have waiters who will get you anything and everything (food, drinks, shots, bucket for your waters). Jesus was absolutely amazing and as mentioned, even took care of us in the rain. By day two we didn't need to ask for water, he saw us and came right over with a bucket full. Be sure to bring tip money, these guys work their butt off. Butler Service - We had Yuri & Fernando who were the best. We didn't have that many requests but they will make anything happen. They would find us daily at the pool just to check in on how things were going, how our room was, if we needed reservations (i made all mine in advance). They helped with our bottle water situation and Yuri even decorated our room for my friends birthday at my request. The night of my friends birthday she knew where our reservation was and came to make sure we had the best service and to say happy birthday. Beyond their duties, they were just amazing and fun people. They made us feel like family and we were sad to have to leave. Yuri was on duty the say we left and it was big hugs all around. We will definitely request them again next time!Restaurants - There wasn't any bad food at this resort. The restaurants are not your typical all inclusive, they are gourmet, high end restaurants. We did all inclusive so did not hold back on ordering all of our appetizers, entree's and then a dessert or two to share around. We did eat twice at the sister resort (Villa del Palmar) their restaurants are equally as good. The breakfast buffet has everything you could ever want and more - even iced coffee (not easy to come by in Mexico). We ate at Dao, Davinos, Bocados, Zama. We did lunch by the pool daily and breakfast buffet daily. Beach - they have a cute beach restaurant with a great vibe. The sand is soft white and fine sand but there is a coral ledge right at the waters edge, can't see it so step carefully or even wear water shoes. October the water was rough, but I've been there in January when it is calm. Little bit of seaweed but they clean it up daily. In October the water is very warm so we stayed at the pool. But the floating obstacle course was fun. Property -Lots of cute little shops, a small grocery type store at the sister resort and a fun free carousel (kind of random, but pretty and a fun activity that we did one night).The hotel is very clean and glamourous. The lobby bar is great, good drinks and coffee and pastries in the morning. they keep the hotel very clean and it smells wonderful. The rooftop has an adults only pool which we didn't go to. It was very hot on the roof and the seating was more limited. We just loved our spot at the mid pool. At night they had small bands or karaoke and the bar was always open to hang out at surrounded by seating and couches. This resort doesn't have a ton of entertainment or big shows like other mexican resorts and it is off the hotel zone, so much quieter. there are no restaurants within walking distance but believe me, you want to eat on site, its so good! I do recommend the all inclusive even if you only have a few pool side drinks and a couple at dinner. The food is so high end you'll want to get an extra dish or two and dessert and its nice to not have to worry about it. My friends and I drank quite a bit at the pool and a couple at dinner and I tallied what our bill would have been if we didn't do AI - $285/day. AI is only $155 so its well worth it! At this resort, 24 hour room service and stocked room are included! Looking at this resort? don't hesitate and ask for Yuri and Fernando as your butlers and find Jesus at the pool!

Just returned from an amazing week at Garza Blanca Cancun. The resort was gorgeous and service was out of this world. Our two butlers Francisco and Octavio, were so helpful and went out of their way to meet all our needs. I highly recommend this resort and top notch service.

We had some hesitancy with choosing an unfamiliar resort, but we are extremely happy with our choice of Garza Blanca. Amazing service, clean property, and a brand-new feeling. Special thanks to Enrique and Fernando for making our experience so intimate and helping out with a proposal. They were spot on the entire stay and really made us feel special. Admittedly, we were too tired to eat at the majority of the restaurants on property, but Hiroshi and Mao were spectacular. Room service food is as expected (average), I would avoid unless you are unable to leave your room :)

Our stay at Garza Blanca was great! This was due to in large part by the staff that continue to make the resort experience wonderful. We had a few issues as we were there with a large party, pre-paid amenities were randomly assigned to guest rooms and then later ended up on our folio, despite being pre-paid. However, Vanessa and Rafael at the front desk were outstanding at helping us resolve these issues and ensured we were billed correctly.Overall the dining service was fantastic - They recommend you make reservations, however depending on hotel occupancy, it can be challenging to get a reservation, we found that due to low occupancy, if we couldn't get a reservation at the time we requested, we would just show up and wait, often being seated within 5-10 minutes; guests tend to have a lot of no shows to dinner.As mentioned before the staff really make this resort special. A few in particular stand out:At DAO (Chinese restaurant) the food was phenomenal! A true winner amongst the other options, Pedro who was our waiter a few times helped select the best options for the group and even highlighted a few celebrations we had. His attention to detail and presentation of items made the dining experience fantastic!The Gourmet Hall is a great place for breakfast, it's simple, with a ton of options and self-service / buffet style so is a quick place to grab food each day before activities. Cristina and Susanna were there to greet us each morning and remembered us along with our events, and checked in each day to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. Their warm personalities made it a great start to each day.While waiting for dinner one evening we stopped by the bar between Blanca Blue and Davino - there we met a bartender named Miguel who was an absolute pleasure to chat with. He helped with drink selections and created a few specialty cocktails that our group enjoyed.Of all the fantastic experiences supported by the wonderful staff at Garza Blanca, our butlers stood out the most. We had the pleasure of meeting Fernando and Enrique who were exceedingly attentive and helpful throughout our visit. Enrique in particular continuously went out of his way to make our trip special and on the evening of our main event decorated our room in a way that made it remarkably special. Seriously - Enrique is fantastic and has such a warm and friendly demeanor that enhanced our experience significantly.A few notes for the resort: Your staff make the stay special, each of them were great to work with and patient. A few items that the resort needs to work on:- Check-in is a lengthy process that feels chaotic and less organized than it should be.- All inclusive is great and preferred however, each interaction requires a bill to be signed and detracts from the experience. It's a great avenue to provide additional thanks to the staff in the form of gratuity (Tip the staff, they work hard and deserve the appreciation!) but I would expect most visitors to tip regardless of receiving a bill for each interaction.- Billing on the folio is a bit confusing, make sure you are billed accurately as we found some issues on ours. (Again, solved promptly and professionally by Vanessa and Rafael).Overall, this is a resort we've continued to return to. The people that we meet are always warm, pleasant and make the stay exceptional. Thank you Garza Blanca!

The service, pools, rooms, everything at the resort was impeccable. Each restaurant had delicious food. Definitely not your typical all inclusive experience. Not only do you have a butler for your room, the pools have butlers to tend to your every need. From my 6:00 am coffee delivery to the turndown service in the evening, every aspect was perfect. Cannot wait to go back!

A great hotel with an extensive range of pools and some decent restaurants as well. Our stay was a little marred by the fact that that the main pool was out of use for 5 of the 7 days we stayed and we weren't told before hand by any staff either. Worth noting that there is also loud construction by the poolside as they are building a whole new additional block to the existing hotel which is going to be an exclusive adults only hotel. Again, we weren't aware of this until we went to use the pool on the first day. The main other negative point would be that we were without running hot water in the hotel room for a day and half. It was communicated on the day that we would be without water for one hour but that lasted until the next day and even then, the water in the room and whole hotel was filthy from the taps, see photo I have included in this review.As such, we were unable to bath ourselves and our 6 month old baby for a day and a half, not ideal at all when paying for an all inclusive stay.During check-in, we weren't given a proper guide as to where we could get food and where the restaurants were, expecially as we were all inclusive guests. It wasn't all bad however, the food at the asian restaurants were great, service from most staff was also at a top level and in particular Dani and Alicia at guest services did an amazing job and made our stay so much more special. Our butlers Leo and Santa Maria also made sure we were looked after throughout or stay and Ruben the baggage handler ensured our check-in and check-out was very seamless.

We just had the pleasure of spending eight days at the Garza Blanca Cancun in September.What a fabulous hotel! The rooms were spotless and well appointed with a balcony hammock, double sliding glass door, and motorized sheers and black-out curtains. The bathroom has double sinks, soaking tub, rain shower head and a heated toilet/bidet seat.The food was great but what really stood out was the wonderful staff. These folks work VERY hard at making sure you are well taken care of and all of your needs are met. The rooftop adults only poolside service is second to none! Bringing by cold, wet towels and snacks was a treat! this place is absolutely beautiful. Our Butler, Leo, and Isaac were absolutely amazing. Definitely made anything we could imagine come true. Also Leonardo a waiter on the beach was also amazing. The only complaint that I could honestly have would be from one Butler who was working on a night an hour to Butler were off name Enrique. He was absolutely horrible. Hard to work with, and playing out, and honestly was rude. Very glad we only had to handle him for a few hours before we went to bed. Highly recommend coming here and when you do absolutely request Leo and Isaac as your Butler's. Thank you both for an unforgettable time. if you choose restaurants to eat from, I would highly recommend the Chinese on the rooftop. And ask for Hector to be your waiter. He also went above and beyond, and had some of the best recommendations on what to eat, and the food was out of this world!!!

Jose in activities (bike tour) was the best. I highly recommend the bike tour. The tour lasted a total of 1 hour start to finish.Eric, the waiter by the pool was also awesome. Super friendly and on top of it.

This was an incredible resort that our whole family enjoyed. The service is amazing, the resort amenities are top notch including the spa, pools, bars, activities, & beachfront. Eric is the best server there!!

The resort is absolutely beautiful, rooms are astonishing, more than I expected. my bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! It was cleaned and restocked daily. No troubles there. The breakfast buffet was eh, but all of the other restaurants were great. The bartenders at the lobby bar were phenomenal. I feel like we made new friends!! Treated us like they knew us their whole lives. Blatimir and Tonatiuh, wonderful wonderful people. I took off one star because the staff are pushy for tips, (not the ones mentioned above), even tho gratuity is included in the all inclusive. We obviously tipped extra but when I handed a server a $20 bill he said thats not enough. Excuse me? There were tip baskets at the breakfast buffet. One employee that delivered room service and added a tip the self, we found that out when we checked out. Just a bit of a turn off right from the get go. Check in takes a long time, but they give you your wristbands to you can still have drinks and food while you wait for your room if youre early. Come with everything you need because buying sunscreen and aloe at the gift shop is astronomical, but thats any resort. All in all a good trip but I wouldnt choose this resort again.

The staff is super friendly and go above and beyond for the guests. Eric was our waiter by the pool 2 days and he was amazing. Super attentive to what we needed and even before we needed it. The overall experience was amazing!!!

Went on the bike tour to Mayan ruins from the hotel. We rode on the sidewalk, and a side road with minimal traffic. The bikes were functional, nothing wrong with them other then being a little older.Jesus was very nice and gave a nice quick tour around the ruins.

My wife Kara and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at Garza Blanca Cancun.This resort is stunning and even better than expected! Rewind almost 4 years ago, when we originally purchased our membership, when the hotel was half built. They described the most modern, beautiful, functional resortTHEY Delivered on those promise, with exceptional service. We have stayed all over Cancun and eaten many places Garza Blancas food and atmosphere is truly the best, quality, and comfort!They now have full time concierge butlers, that will do anything to ensure that you have the most amazing stay, along with set you up, with any and all adventures all over Cancun. We had 2 gentlemen Fransisco and Tavo (Octavio) so attentive and thorough, which has enhanced our enjoyment and experience. We even had some confusion about how many days we had prepaid for All-inclusive, and they naturally and without hesitation chose the least expensive way, for us to have all the food we could eat and only pay for breakfast the morning we checked out, which was far less then had we added an extra day of All inclusive. We met several families and couples, everyone agrees that the service is unmatched! We encourage anyone and everyone to visit, and join the membership program. This is our third time at the property and service remains impeccable. Special mention to Octavio and Francisco for being great butlers for us and able to help with all our needs! Also a big shoutout to the whole Kids Club staff for welcoming my daughter and making her experience there extra special! Despite of great overall service, we had few hiccups during our stay. We had a water issue in our suite. Stain colored water was coming out from our faucets. One of their main pools was also closed for maintenance. Lastly, Dao was closed without notifying us even we had a confirmed reservation. Not a perfect stay but the lovely hotel staff make up for it.

We had an amazing time at the Garza Blanca property in Cancun. Everything is beautiful and so well done, and the entire staff makes you feel like both a special guest and family. We loved everyone from the event staff and servers at the pool, to the waiters at our meals in all the amazing restaurants, and our spa attendants. And a special shout-out to our fabulous butlers Enrique and Candido who looked after us and our friends, surely they are the best there! They truly took care of our every need, and those we hadnt even thought of! They were both so attentive, and checked on us even when we went off property - it was so sad to leave them when we had to return home! Highly recommend!

What an amazing resort! I travel a lot and this is by far the best resort in all of Cancun and Riviera Maya! Candelario Cen, Candido, Enrique the butler, and Edwin, Bianey & Reymundo at the Lobby Bar were beyond excellent! We enjoyed going to the carasoul everynignt with my daughter and everything was just excellent! Food, beverage, and service exceeded our expectations!! Definitely get the all inclusive experience! My husband and I just returned from a 5 day couples trip to the Garza Blanca Cancun property. Weve been staying at Garza resorts for 10 years and Enrique and Candido provided superior service reminiscent of our original stays with the GOAT Jose Valenzo at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta. The team of Enrique and Candido ensured that our partys stay was worry and stress free even when we were off property, on an island! Though everything about the stay was wonderful this team is what made it spectacular. If you want beauty, luxury, and pampering with a team of professionals ready to make sure stay a time to remember look no further then this resort.

I love visiting Villa Del Palmar. The resort is amazing and beautiful. The food is amazing. The staff are top notch - especially Jose at Bites bar. Im staying at Villa del Palmar and have stopped by the lobby sports bar several times on this visit. It is a recent addition. Fun place, good food and excellent service from bartender Ariel both times!I love coming to this resort and have been here many times! The staff is so friendly, the food at the various restaurants is amazing and I will definitely be back!

First time ever going on vacation and it was absolutely amazing!!! Me and my boyfriend went for our five year anniversary and it was amazing . We did pay extra to have cake, fruit and flowers put into our room and it was amazing. We stayed in the one bedroom ocean view and it was breathtaking. The staff was beyond friendly and made the whole experience even better. The food was fantastic it was a 10/10. The activity were great they always had something to do and the staff was so nice and engaging! The beach was very nice, it was private with plenty of things to do, they also had four stray dogs running around on the beach who where very friendly! The pools we absolutely amazing and we so clean.

Noe was our server at the pool all day from 10:30am-5:15pm. He made sure our family was happy with specialty drinks and food. He would come by every so often and make sure our drinks were full! He would find me in the pool and asked me if I wanted another mai tai? Of course, I said yes!!

The resort is very modern, the amenities are complete, service is impeccable, view is amazing, food is superb. And a butler is assigned to help you with planning, organizing, confirming your activities. Our butlers Leo, Santamaria and Candido were the best. They made sure that we were aware of activities at the resort, confirmed the time for our return-to-airport shuttle (they actually had to contact the shuttle company because we had moved hotels; so they made sure our pickup was at Garza Blanca). And at the end of our trip, just after the Aventour driver dropped us off the airport, my son realized he had left his eyeglasses in the car. I quickly sent a WhatsApp message to Leo/Santamaria/Candido, and they had managed to contact the Aventour driver to turn around and drive back to the airport. They were so fast and helpful, I am so grateful. I am also very thankful to the Aventour driver!

The resort was amazing!!! The food was delicious. The service was excellent! Octavio and Francisco were the best butlers. They checked on us all the time. When we needed something they were both on it. I give them 5 stars!

1 bedroom suite was spotless and comfortable. Staff went over the top to provide excellent service. Food and beverages are excellent. We stayed at the resort 7 days, leaving only to attend church services Sunday morning. Uber was not available at the resort, but staff arranged for taxi transport.

We had a fantastic experience at Garza Blanca. We were here celebrating my daughters graduation. The resort itself is simply beautiful and the food was amazing. But what sets this resort apart is the fantastic service you receive from every member of the staff. Each person we encountered (our butlers Fernando and Enrique, our pool server Leonardo, our turndown service Victor Alfonso and our housekeeper Nayeli, and too many other people to mention) went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We will be back and will bring friends!

This was our 3rd time staying in Mexico which we always loved but our 1st time staying at Garza Blanca Cancun as an owner , and the minute you check in you can tell the difference in quality, service , and professionalism you receive staying here compared to other places weve stayed at , its just a whole vibe from the delicious food not just at each of their 5 restaurants but even the food from the pool side snack bar omg , the service from the front desk to pool side (Patricia and Amaury) to our butler team of SantaMaria ,Leo, and Candido, Jordi from turndown staff and the rest of the House keeping staff and on and on I can go were all exceptional and added to the experience. I recently had surgery on my Achilles tendon (leg) and my knee scooter wheels had loosened, SantaMaria and Maintenance came to my room and tightened it all up for me , fixed me right up like a nascar crew and I was good to go , the staff here truly goAbove and beyond , the pools were heated with plenty of chairs , never too crowded especially the beach area which was awesome , even the heated toilet seats with Bidets in the room and around the property were amazing lol We cant wait for our next vacation here

We traveled as a family of 6 adults and a 10m old baby, and Garza did a great job at accommodating our big party. We secured a 2 room suite with a small outdoor pool - one room for my husband & myself and second for the baby. And my in laws & my parents were directly above us which made things so easily. They had a crib, high chair, changing table/tub in the room for us for our son which was a great touch.The hotel itself is very pretty and modern, not your typical all inclusive resort. We ate at the Mexican restaurant, Japanese restaurant and steak restaurant on property, all very good. Drinks were also pretty given its an all inclusive note that there is some top shelf liquors that are an extra cost.Our butlers Enrique and Fernando were very attentive, casually checking in and even brought us cocktails while we hung in our pool and our baby napped.The only thing to note is the hotel is pretty dead at night. Theres sometimes live music in the lobby but not very lively. The rooftop is also pretty dead. So if youre there to have a good time at night, this may not be a spot unless youre ok going 30 mins into Downtown Cancun. This is DEFINITELY not a party hotel to any extent. Even the pool vibes are very chill. The carousel is a nice touch for people with kids.The beach is a lot more quiet than the pool.

This was our first time staying at VDP. We did the all inclusive package and we were not disappointed at all! Efrain at capriccios was the absolute best and made us feel like family. Manuel by the pool was also very hospitable and delightful! All the food was amazing but Davinos knocked it out of the park!

We had a great time at Villa Del Palmar Resort! The Resort was beautiful, as well as our 2 room penthouse with the best view. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. The service was top tier. Jesus is an amazing tour guide, and very patient. He absolutely professional and knowledgeable of the Mayan Culture. He was able to answer any question and broke it down into the different periods of time. Would definitely recommend for people who are good at handling a bike.

Jesus gave a great tour guide. He took us on the bike tour and was very knowledgeable. He made sure we were safe on our bike ride there and back. He would do great in any part of the hotel with his great customer service.

I planned a vacation with my children, a friend and her two children. Every detail and each person at Garza Blanca made it special and took great care of us. The accommodations are impeccable and the service is so personalized and genuine. In particular, our butler Santamaria was wonderful and scheduling meals, making reservations and advising and researching ways for us to explore Isla Mujeres. As two women traveling with children this made it all so much easier. At the beach activities center Veronica, Yair and a Orlando made sure we could get water activities, or sports equipment with ease and were friendly and helpful. At one point my oldest son needed transport back to the hotel and Anibal in the VIP office quickly helped take care of it and communicated with him to make sure he knew where to go and how safely. I have been a member for about 11 years and it is always wonderful, but this time was the most special with the help we received and the wonderful people we met and us and our children were cared for by. Cant wait to returnSoon.

Beautiful property with great amenities and five star service. Javi our butler took care of dining reservations and was available for any questions or assistance with anything during our stay. He was amazing! The pool staff was top notch as well attending to our every need including fresh towels, umbrellas, food and drinks. We enjoyed the pool activities as well! The restaurant staff and food was wonderful. When we return to Punta Sam we will definitely consider Garza Blanca for our stay!

Absolutely amazing time at Garza Blanca Cancun. Highly recommend. My family and I were blessed to have our personal butler staff. Enrique and Fernando were an outstanding duo. Anything we needed, and bam, done "how else can we help you sir". From restaurant reservations, to pool spots, to room service, it was all taken care of. Next was pool service, Freddy, Ricardo, and Jesus were all over it. They truly helped make our daily pool side stay perfect. It's people like this that truly make this resort what it is. Quality of service, and attention to detail from personalized staff are paramount when vacationing. Hats off to you guys. Already booking next summer. Save us a spot guys. We're on our way, lol.

We were blown away by the beautiful resort and pools at Garza Blanca. Everything is in pristine condition, just as gorgeous as the photos! Fancy restaurants, beautifully designed pools, very fast service- it makes for a wonderful vacation. Special mention for the gorgeous carousel, fancy Toto toilets and very fast elevators. Tips: *Book the restaurants ahead. Our butler/mayordomo did not contact us until our third day of the stay, so I was lucky to figure out I could reserve dinner spots for our large group online with just my email. They fill up! *Bring water shoes. The beach is full of plants, some prickly, and slippery boulders. Once you get past them, it is already deep. The ocean is beautiful to look at from the pool, but this is not a great resort for families that love to play in waves or collect seashells. *Resort would be best for kids over age 4, the Kids Club is 4 and up, the beach activities (kayak, water inflatables) for ages 6 and up. The pools work well for babies/toddlers, but there are no changing tables in the restaurant bathrooms and very few kid menu choices. *Not for young people looking for a spring break experience- there is no entertainment at nights and the pools close at 8. There are bars but no live music or DJ, very few people socializing. Resort is too far from the nightclubs to pay for a taxi in our opinion. *If wanting to visit Isla Mujeres, do not book the hotel excursion (overpriced, sketchy transportation), instead take the big yellow cargo boat next door, it is very convenient and has a great passenger lounge with AC

Octavio and Francisco were out amazing butlers! They helped us with EVERYTHING!! From dinner reservations to transportation assist and everything in between! We are forever grateful for them and when we return we will be requesting them!!

Jesus was a fun tour guide and being up and close with the ruins was fun! Bike ride is not for inexperienced riders though ! Several areas where you have to have good control over your bicycle. Also if you like iguanas there was tons !

This was our 3rd trip to the Villa! When we think about trying somewhere new, we are reminded why this is the best in our opinion! The pictures are accurate- it really is that beautiful. We love the lush landscaping and attention to detail.The resort is SO well maintained. Cleaner than any place I have stayed in the US. The staff are 100/10, beyond courteous and kind. The spa is amazing- pricey but quite an experience. I definitely recommend hopping on the cargo ferry next door and spending a day at Isla Mujeres (take a golf cart around the entire island and end your day at Playa Norte). The beach at Villa does have sargassum but the staff do their best to remove it all day long so the trip for crystal clear water is nice!Only downside this trip was the reservation requirements for dinner. This was new since the last time we stayed and I saw a lot of people being turned away for not reserving ahead of time as the pre arrival e-mails recommend. I do not like that the new sister resort next door, Garza Blanca, guests are allowed to dine at Villas restaurants but the same courtesy is not extended vice versa (hence the reservation requirement I am sure). Also the great sushi restaurant Hiroshi (now at Garza) is now an American bar/grill called Legends. I had low expectations for it but it was pretty good and they still had a small selection of sushi on the menu. Overall, we will continue to come back to Villa and sing its praises!

Ariel and Remundo at the beach bar were absolutely amazing!!!! Service was impeccable Drinks were amazing!! We love this place. We had a large group and they handled us amazing. They took such great care and attention to us the entire trip.

This was the absolute best experience. Natalia with activities was wonderful. She was high energy, engaging and just overall so pleasant. I also want to give a shout-out to William who brought us fresh drinks, water, food and whatever we needed always with a smile and just so pleasant! Moses and Benjamin the pool concierges were outstanding and always started our day out right. Just a 5?star experience overall!!!

Rafael and Raymundo at the Tiki Hut bar on the beach make the best neopoltain shots! What a great time! These two gentlemen were the best and made our time with them most enjoyable! When these guys see us coming they know what we want and they have it ready!

An incredible night!! Everyone was so attentive and nice and polite! Alonzo was perfect and precise in what we requested!! Gerardo was a superb sommelier! He suggested wines that we loved and wished we could buy on the USA!!! Fabian our chef was magnificent!!!! The food was fabulous!!! A wonderful dinner to celebrate an engagement!!!!

Great private dinner to celebrate our engagement with family and friends! Chef Fabian and our waiter Alonso were amazing. Catch of the day (halibut) and the tortellini were bomb. Also recommend the espresso martini and lots of shots of tequila!

A fun and awesome little bike ride to Meco. We got an amazing tour guide named Eduardo who showed us around the ruins of Meco, and taught us a great amount about it's history, as well as Mayan history and what life was like for the those that lived in the ruins at the time. I highly recommend everyone to experience the Mayan Bike Tour!!!!

My Garza Blanca Family really came through for me for my birthday vacation. Enrique and Fernando pulled all stops on my special day. Alex, Ricardo, Antonio, Benjamín, Alfredo come in with five star rooftop customer service. Giovany always comes in with a special coffee and a friendly smile! Lena with relaxing yoga. The ladies and gents in the spa are so friendly and kind, even when they had to repaint my nails twice! Alex even cleaned my sunglasses while I was waiting on my cab to the airport! Definitely will return!

Amazing experience with Sergio and Hermelito for our romantic dining experience. My husband surprised me with a romantic dinner on the beach to celebrate our 17th year anniversary and the food and service was spectacular! Sergio and Hermelito were really nice and went beyond to make us feel special. Highly recommended!

The resort was amazing and relaxing. The food and drinks were great. The service by everyone was top notch including our butlers Francisco and Octavio. Anything we wanted during our stay they made it happen, including a surprise birthday setup...would 100% recommend this place!

Garza Blanca is an amazing place to stay! The staff is always making sure that all your needs are met. The butler (Candido) always kept in touch with me asking me if I needed anything. Candido also helped me with a surprise birthday cake for my wife. I honestly cant say enough about the resort and we cant wait to come back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Garza Blanca. The service was A1 from top to bottom. Our two Butlers Fransico and Octavio went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever. The butlers even set up a surprise for my wife on her birthday. All the food was delicious. Every restaurant we went to surpassed our expectations. The pools are fantastic and cleaned regularly. The suite style room is the best i have ever been in. The views where amazing. The one knock I would put on Garza blanca is lack of live music at night. Other than that top tier experience for sure. 5 stars from me.

Garza Blancas facilities are stunning. All facilities are clean (and Im picky). The bed was comfy and they provided several varieties of pillows. Garza Blanca provided a luxury vacation for sure! They literally thought about everything to make ones vacation excellent. Additionally, our butlers were top notch- Hector the Protector and Arcos! These two are second to none! Shout out to Alex on the rooftop for going above and beyond for us. GBs staff is so personable and friendly. Weve couldnt have asked for a better vacation!

The whole experience at Garza Blanca is one of luxury. Everyone who works there makes you feel welcome. For anything we needed we contacted our butlers Francisco and Octavio, and there assistance was always immediate and on point. All our servers at the restaurants and pools also did exemplary jobs. The room itself is modern, elegant, and luxurious. Check-in and check-out was very simple. Something I didn't need - reminders to attend the membership update. I'm already a member. I have no desire to be upsold an upgraded membership. It would also be good to get a summary of room charges before I check out in order to have time to go through them.

Dont know where to start, got there right away the staff was really friendly. Checked in was super easy, asked for a room upgrade and they made it possible . My son had an amazing time, between going to the different pools, dinner at night. At the roof top pool adults only two of the staff that marked my vacation by their treatment was Ana and Alex. Super nice and always asking us if we need anything. Benito at the front desk was another staff that made our stay incredible, when checkout time came I did not want to go and wanted to checkout late he said someone was checking into my room that day, but somehow he made it happen. Left the property by 3 pm. This vacation was absolutely amazing. Garza blanca is just another level

Jose Montesinos was our server at the Zama restaurant at Villas del Palmar Cancuuun. He was extremely attentive and took care of our needs. He recommended meals and drinks and was very fast when bringing us our food and drinks. My husband was sick and he overheard about his condition. He immediately brought us a drink that brought my husband back to life. He really did attend to us and anticipated our needs and wants. Very pleased with his service. Hes the guy!!!

We visited Bacados for dinner all the food was amazing and the waitstaff was excellent, thank you Manuel. Thank you so much for taking care of our large party. Manuel and his team handed it with aplomb. The food was delicious and I would love to visit again soon.

Great all inclusive resort for families. Love that 24hr room service. Great staff that are friendly and helpful. Candelario was an amazing pool service attendant. He brings you top quality effective service and provides great recommendations for food and drinks. We definitely coming back for this treatment and great location.

The rooms were immaculate! The service excellent, and food magnificent. If youre a coffee lover Starbucks on site , though the resorts coffee to me is better lol! I came here 10 years ago and the service, food , resort are still a 10/10. Will return again

everything was amazing staff, service was amazing, especially manuel from bocados steak house. first time in cancun and it was truly incredible since the moment they great you when you check in its been excellent.

We enjoyed doing water activities with Natalia,Ximena,Jesus and Victor such as Zumba,volleyball and other fun activities for my daughters. I really recommend villa del palmar Cancun to anyone who would like to relax and have a good time with their family. We really enjoyed our stayed!!

This resort is just amazing! We took our 5 adult kids as a group graduation trip. The LOVED it and we were spoiled by the staff!Room:We stayed from 6/6 to 6/10/23 in the 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Residence with All Inclusive food/beverage and butler service. The room was beautiful with a wraparound balcony /hot tub and hammock. Our butlers Joel and Otikio were a pleasure to deal with catered to our every need. They made the stay magical. We are loyal Sandals people with butler service and Joel was on par with any butler weve had.Pools/Beach Beautiful pools, great drink/food and the beach was outstanding! Benjamin at the Elite pool was awesome! He kept the drinks coming and the food from Bite Bar was fantastic. Try the ceviche and guacamole!!! Spicy margaritas, spicy palomas and guava margaritas are must haves! Micheladas- to die for!!Food:La Casona Steakhouse and Legends Sportsbar had great food!!! Hiroshi next door at Garza Blanca was also great. The Caprichos breakfast buffet was great. Try the chilaqueles! Tortillas and bacon are hidden at the omelette station but are worth asking for! Room service food was also delicious.I 100% recommend this hotel for a dream vacation!

The food and service is amazing. Ive been to many all inclusives and the food and drinks are usually sub par. This was different. Carefully curated and delicious! Will be back! We loved it very much.

The service was great, the staff were amazing, would highly recommend anyone to stay at this resort. Francisco and Octavio are the two gentlemen that my family dealt with the most, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had all we need.

We had an exceptional stay at Garza Blanca in Cancun. The staff, including reception, bellboy, waiters, barmen, butlers, cleaning, spa and babysitter were attentive, smiling and helpful. The hotel is new and everything is extremely clean. The food was amazing. Aged steak at Bocados and sashimi at Hiroshi were delicious. White sand beach with calm sea. Some seaweed that were getting cleaned throughout the week. Communicates with Sea Garden hotel which is great for walks and try other restaurants. Walkable market and pharmacy. Kid pool is great and the loved the carrousel. Will be back every year as we are members.

Wow wow wow! I cant wait to come back! The details of this trip were exquisite. Our butler, Candido, was friendly and helpful. He made sure we had amazing service at the spa, getting our times to eat at the restaurants, and having everything we needed in our rooms. Our spa experience was the best we have ever had. We had a wonderful attendant and enjoyed relaxing!

The best vacation Ive ever taken, out of all of the places Ive traveled to. The service is outstanding. We were assigned a butler, and Candido was very attentive to all of our needs. They also have Villa Del Palmar connected to the resort and you are able to attend all activities at either locations. I highly recommend this place.

Outstanding food is only outdone by 5 star service. Servers know the cuisine well & their elegant service really makes the dining experience special. The view overlooking the jungle is gorgeous. Ask for Hector when you eat at Dao!

We thoroughly enjoyed the resort and many of its features. The one big surprise was how helpful and attentive our butlers were! I really didnt think we would have many needs - but as it turns out Jose and Leo anticipated every thing from dinner reservations to checking on our transportation to the airport. I hope we have them next time!

I cant even begin to describe how amazing this place is. The service, food, drinks, cleanliness and everything was top notch. All inclusive actually means ALL inclusive. Definitely will be visiting again.

We had a great time celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary in Cancun at Villa del Palmar. We enjoyed everything about the resort, especially the beach bar! They have great activities, including a bike ride to local ruins led by Jesus, and fun entertainment including a magician! The food is great, especially Davino. We had to eat there twice, including our last night in Cancun; it was made that much better by the excellent service we got from Hugo Valazquez. We cant wait to go back next March!

The best was most comfortable me & my boyfriend enjoy my birthday weekend and they were very accommodating.They even wrote happy birthday to me in my room that made me feel really special.We most definitely would return.

As soon as we arrived, we were served Champagne, and the amazing service never stopped. The property is beautiful, built around a Mayan treehouse theme, with every little detail closely attended to. The room was a spacious suite that had a balcony with a hammock and a beautiful view of the resorts courtyard and beach. The restaurants, the bars, the spa, and the beach were beautifully maintained. The entire staff made every effort to be attentive and were very friendly and welcoming making our honeymoon special and memorable. Quite honestly, the best vacation weve ever been on. Ricardo from the front desk was amazing, welcoming, and so accommodating. The overall amenities exceeded expectations. Everyone was attentive, sweet, and has positive energy. Especially Jesus from the stake house and Carlos from the stake house bar. Highly suggest booking the all inclusive package here, couldnt recommend more.

Villa Del Palma was a totally wonderful four days. The service was superb, with great beaches, awesome swimming pools, large rooms w/ balconies, soft beds, and pillows. The food was fantastic, and top-notch chefs at four different restaurants (Breakfast buffet is great, so much to choose from, including lots of fruit. The activities provided were excellent, The three (I only remember Max) that led the Zuma exercises were outstanding! They were funny and put on nearly an hour of high-energy dancing. The all-inclusive resort includes room, meals anytime, cocktails anytime costing us only $200 per person per day. Heartily recommend it.

This is our 4th or 5th trip to cancun. It never gets old. This was the our first time with villas del palmar and we all loved it. We took the whole family. All of their restaurants were 10/10 and their pools and beach front were outstanding. Definitely would recommend it.

5 ***** for The Pool butlers, Carlos and Kevin; they are exceptional! They made the trip and stay at the Elite pool great. Anything we needed, plus little extras. They are very Nice men who will do well in their futures!

we had problems with our flygt and we arrive one day late but Chistopher in the lobby help us for keep our room and do our stay very confortable.the room are very good one, the bed and pillows are very soft ideal for sleep and rest.

Worth every penny. Incredibly friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, a true 5 star hotel experience. My only complaint is having to sign for everything even when youre all inclusive. Not that big of a deal, but other all inclusive resorts dont require signatures so its a minor inconvenience and a little confusing since it shows a bill and total but youre not actually paying.

Manuel Gomez Jimenez in the Gourmet Food Hall was such a wonderful server/waiter; happy friendly, welcoming & attentive. Every morning he would greet us with a smile, remember our coffee order for the entire week & bring us fresh mangos! Such a great way to start off our day & enjoy our vacation!

We came on holiday here for 2 weeks as a couple all inclusive. We enjoyed our time except for a few things. We wouldnt rush back as theres other places in the world we would rather go to. - The hotel is kept clean and is presented well.- The Chinese and Japanese restaurants are very good, especially the Chinese. The Italian at the sister hotel next door, also - very good. - Our butlers Angel and Diana were exceptional, cannot fault them at all. - Hector in the Chinese restaurant was very good at his job, we ate in there around 4 times so we experienced other waiters too but Hector deserves a mention. - Andres in the Spa is very good at his job and very accommodating and professional. - The spa is very good. - Our bed was comfortable. Negatives: - Not close to anywhere really and need to get a taxi to go to anywhere else which is around 20 minutes away from the nightlife/other restaurants/shops. - If you spend over a certain amount of money you get approached by sales and they approach you to have a meeting with them (for them to sell basically a form of timeshare to you) and theres no obligation but if we attended we would get a couples massage or a romantic dinner for two.. we went to the meeting which was actually okay and Lance who was good at his job and which we wont fault but when we finished the meeting we went for our voucher and we were told that we would only be getting $50 towards either the massage or romantic meal. So was a pack of lies to get us into the sales meeting. So that annoyed us for a couple of days as you dont need that sort of thing when you spend alot of money on a long haul holiday. - Bathroom in bedroom isnt private at all. - Tiles in bedroom are VERY slippy if they are slightly wet or if you have wet feet. I fell over onto my back as someone was knocking on the door and I had to get out of the shower. - The Mexican restaurant in the hotel isnt good. - You can hear chairs moving on the floor from above your bedroom. - The beach isnt good, full of seaweed and is rocky and bits of litter in the sand. (The sand is actually bright white and soft so thats nice). Because there is seaweed there is a tractor on the beach every day getting rid of it to reduce health risks as when its on the beach fermenting it can become toxic apparently, we were told by hotel staff. So thats fair enough but not ideal or relaxing when youre at a 5* hotel. - Not made aware that theres building/construction work going on at the hotel for an extension for adults only so you can hear that if youre outside and isnt really a pretty sight neither.

Calm, quiet and friendly staff throughout. Complete pleasure! So much available and unique, wouldn't need to leave resort EVER. Member services answered all questions efficiently. Room service has a few querks to work out but lovely all the same

We had dinner as a group and pretty much tried everything on the menu for our first night here at the resort. We are here for another 4 days and looking forward to eating great food at the other places here at the resort.

We had an amazing week at Garza Blanca Cancun. The staff went above and beyond. Our poolside staff, Gastavo and Freddy, made sure we have everything we need. Javi and Angel made all our dinner reservations and helped us with all our transportation needs. Santiago was our poolside server. He was extremely attentive and catered to our 5 young girls. Benjamin at the roof top pool was great as well. Our only complaint was the spa. The massages were average and during one of our parties massages the masseuse left the room several times and the massage was shortened. We were a party of 12 that included 5 young girls. The girls spent most of the days in kids club and begged to go back. The carousel onsite is a great touch! We cant wait for our next visit.

The bedroom suit was phenomenal and the room was taken care off every day and the amenities that come the room like the washer and dryers heated toilet made our time here just that much better .Things that could be better is the rocks along the beach line make it difficult to swim .
