Loved the service by Edgar in the Wings Pub. He was very friendly and we had great margueritas. His service was excellent and he had great service. He also was also very attentive and happy to take pictues.

Great place to vacation, as a couple or as a family. Super safe, and if you only speak English you'll be fine. All of the Villa del Palmar resorts are nice, this one is very user-friendly and would be a good place to start if you haven't travelled much outside of the US. It's close to a lot of the stuff you'll want to do and see. They've really updated the resort, very impressed with all of the work they've done. Very nice, very safe beach, kids can go into the ocean without having to worry about riptides, rocks, etc. Very friendly, helpful staff--be sure to say hi to Irma at the Concierge's desk!

My family and I stayed there 1 month ago for a week vacation. The resort was beautiful, family friendly so calm and relaxing. Staff was super friendly. The 1 bedroom was so spacious and the view was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.
This is our second time staying at this resort. Totally a vacation paradise right on the beach. Again, working with Brad and Joey was seamless. They are a wonderful couple who are very professional, kind and prompt. They make it easy to make our reservations.
The villa we stayed in accommodated two couples extremely well. We were comfortable with two separate bedrooms, and a large living/dining room space with a full kitchen. Our villa overlooked the pool and the ocean. We could see whale swimming from our fifth-floor balcony. We were able to prepare our own food from groceries we purchased about a half a mile away from the resort. The place is very relaxing with comfortable amenities. We look forward to coming back again in the very near future. We will certainly will again book with Brad and Joey, as we know we will be taken care of without any worries. We would give them, the service, and the property of Villa Estancia Resort a star rating of 10 +. Thank you for making our vacation very memorable.

Villa de La Estancia is our family’s favorite vacation spot. We love coming here because it’s beautiful, relaxing and fun, but mostly because the staff is phenomenal. The waiters, hosts, porters, bartenders, housekeepers, pool and spa and garden tenders — EVERYONE who works here is professional, helpful, friendly and always has a big smile and laugh to share with guests. An amazing 7 night stay! We spent most of our time in and around the connecting pools. Poolside service was outstanding and we tried to take advantage of the happy hour every day. Lots of activities also at this location. Studio rooms were ample, cleaned daily, and kitchenette well equipped. We had a lovely view from our balcony. We received top notch service from all of the staff from the moment of our arrival until the time we checked out and left for the airport. I can highly recommend Villa del Palmar Flamingos and Villa La Estancia.
The service is absolutely amazing!! The staff has been more accommodating than I would have ever expected!! This is a place to relax and take a break from a fast paced life!

Our family was blessed by our mother and her husband to have a beautiful trip to Riviera Nayarit over Dia De Los Muertos. The staff were all so very friendly, helpful, gracious and down to earth. There wasn’t one problem there. Delicious food and the restaurants, swim up bar, room service if you are wiped out from vacation. I feel spoiled for vacations now. I just want to go back.

Fidel Padilla gave us great service! We loved all of the amenities - pool, swim up bar, beach, and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous. We were upgraded to a one bedroom that was absolutely incredible! Definitely recommend
Our vacation was amazing, the views are so beautiful and all the employees were friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and the balcony had an awesome view. It was great! Norma was excellent in her housekeeping work! Food and staff were great. it was such a pleasure to come up to our room and find so many lovely touches. She always made sure all the amenities were taken care of and the room was spotless. We will definitely book our next vacation here. The staff have made the difference.
Beautiful property. Worth every penny. Excellent service! Pampered at every turn. Roberto at check in was amazing and helped our friends find their lost bags from their flight. We just returned from a two week all inclusive stay at the Villa Estancia in Nuevo Vallarta and had the best vacation ever! From the gorgeous pool to the well equipped one bedroom villa, the Estancia is exceptionally well kept and cared for. The service and staff were AMAZING!! Everyone from the hostess Melissa, to the pool staff Hector, Josue, Ebie, and all of the other servers we'd like to say THANK YOU!!! We can't wait to spend another Christmas with you all. Spent 8 days in early Dec. 2019 to celebrate my birthday. Had previously been to the Villa La Estancia in Cabo San Lucas. This property was much smaller and the experience was much more personal. As requested we had a one-bedroom ocean-view villa suite. It was very large and beautifully decorated with large kitchen, master suite, living room, additional full bathroom and large lanai overlooking the pool and ocean beyond. Everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. Tanya in concierge services helped us in innumerable ways, including arranging a lovely birthday suprise for me in our villa one evening! We spoke with her most every day, and she always had wonderful advice for exploring, dining, and excursions. Other notable staff members included Hector, Alex, Carlos, Christian, and Alex. Our housekeeping staff took exceptional care of us! There was excellent security here as well. I would highly reccommend this property!
Villa La Estancia is our very favorite resort, and the only place we choose to stay! The perfect accommodations, 1 bedroom suite with 2 baths, kitchen, laundry, wifi, etc; all the amenities to make you comfortable & feel at home. The staff is friendly & attentive; and cares for their guests! The restaurants are excellent! The pool is quiet & relaxing! This resort offers everything and more!

Having just arrived for a week, we’re very happy w/our choice! The suites have an ocean view (we got one on the 7th floor of 8) and are really well-appointed: en suite, kitchen, two large beds, fridge, cookstove, microwave, large closet w/safe... Great choice!!
The couples massage is amazing with champagne and strawberries after! Marcelina gave me the best massage of my life!
We love the spa here. Very relaxing, it is one of the best we have seen at a resort. The staff pampers you like nobody else. We have done sugar scrubs, tequila massages and who knows what else over our visits here. Definitely want to make it a stop on a visit.

I come here every year with my family and we’re always very impressed with the service we receive at the pool. This year Isabel was our server most days and was wonderful; she was very attentive, sweet, and funny!

We always have a fantastic time at this resort. The bellboy, Antonio, does an amazing job of recommending restaurants, getting my young adult daughters taxi drivers to get them to and from safely. Always a hug when we arrive and depart!
