Great resort and great service. This was a vacation with friends. We enjoyed the fine dining, swimming pools, and spa. I liked Edgar and his customer service. He was very energetic and fun during pool activities, and he remembered our names. I also enjoyed being served drinks and food by Eric.

We are family of four and still at the hotel. We were impressed with our hotel room, quick check in, Aldo was so nice and upgraded our room for free. Food at all restaurants was excellent and we had best service possible. Because of one very rood person, I almost gave hotel 4* but there is always one black sheep. Every morning I get up early to reserve the beds we like (first raw behind the beach. There are 10-12 nice lounge beds and all were already taken except 2 that I put the towels on at 7:30AM. We went for the breakfast and 30 minutes later our beds were gone. Guy who wares red and white jersey with name Gavin 2 on his back approached me and he said that he removed our towels since he wanted to accommodate group of six people so he took away our two beds and someones else two beds to put six beds together!!! Obviously somebody tipped him well. I pulled back two our beds and left four for these special people. That Gavin 2 guy told me that he will call security to report me!!! I couldnt believe my ears. I am the one who should report him!!! I did not want to move and stayed there until noon and of course no security came. That group never showed up until noon but Gavin 2 was saving their beds. We get the best service from everybody else and we tip well but not that guy who is helping people to put the towels on their beds. So if you want to keep your beds when you go for the meal, you have to tip the Boss Gavin. Not me, sorry Gavin, you need to work on yourself!

10 out of 10 stay! Excellent massages from Adrian and Mikel and Alexa made the trip memorable. One bedroom suite was well appointed and staff service overall was amazing. Food and beverage server in the VIP pool area was prompt and always checked on us. Cant wait to come back!

We were at Villa Del Palmar from October 25th through November 2nd. What a terrific hotel! From the food (amazing), to the cleanliness, to the staff, everything was beyond expectations. We wanted to give special thanks to Alonso at Davinos, Jesus at Hiroshi, and Efrain at Caprichos. We had excellent service at these restaurants. The beach staff was amazing, especially Ronan and Benito. Benito was so helpful with suggestions of things to do, where to eat on our excursions, and where to shop. It made our trip even more pleasant. It was a terrific week and we have already booked another week!

Room is very clean and comfortable. Drinks are beyond delicious and food is better than average. Staff cannot be more friendly. If you're looking for turquoise waters, you won't find that here. Beach is still swimmable and no annoying vendors bugging you. Pools could be a little warmer on overcast days, but just right when the sun is out. If you're looking for a party atmosphere, this isn't it. It's a nice place to relax and enjoy the people you are with while drinking a delicious cocktail. Ferry to Isla Mujeres is right there to take you to the beautiful beaches. A wonderful place overall.

great service, poolside and resteraunts. lots of options for food. never have to leave the resort. we felt completely safe. the beds are very comfortable.we got the 3 bedroom penthouse. it was very nice. very reasonable split with 2 other couples

Garza Blanca is a luxury. My family and I enjoyed the stay and service very much. The all inclusive meal plan was worth it. The staff was always very attentive. I want to thank Fermin for welcoming us at the door and making sure we departed comfortably. Overall our experience as a family was great.

This resort is amazing and well worth your trip! We have been here a number of times and it always feels like returning home to family. Estefania at Gourmet Hall remembers us each time we visit and welcomes us each morning with a smile! Such a nice way to start our day. Ricardo is also very welcoming each visit and never fails to help us with anything we need by the pool! A special thank you this trip to Santiago at the rooftop pool for handling an uncomfortable experience for all the guests with diplomacy and kindness! These people and so many more will make your stay one of a kind! The food and accommodations here are spectacular! Very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows to choose from. Everything is so clean, from your room to the property as a whole. Thank you again for exceeding our expectations!

Our room was as beautiful as comfortable. I went with my friend so we had two comfortable Queen size beds. The pillows were very fluffy. The bathroom was luxurious with a separate soaking tub. The shower was big and safe. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony. I enjoyed all the restaurants very much. Breakfast was filled with delicious options for all kinds of diets. My friend who is vegan had plenty to eat. I enjoyed the smoothies, the pastries, the breads, the casseroles , the bacon , the fruits , the cappuccino etcOur butlers were excellent, always ready to assist you and make suggestions. I wish to see them again when I go back next time. I already told my friends about them.

Excellent service from our butlers. Always asking if we need anything and promptly saw to our needs. Facility was modern and clean. Room hot tub was not working properly but our butlers made sure it was serviced. Great views and great food. Ate way too much.

I wanted to share my experience after almost canceling my Tafer membership because of negative reviews. I reached out to my rep, who assured me many reviews came from people who canceled without ever trying it. Decided to give it a shot, and Im so glad I did!This year, I visited Garza Blanca Los Cabos and just came back from Cancun. Its been a great value and exactly as promised. If youre considering it, learn to use your points, stay in touch with your rep, and give it a try!!

Amazing resort and friendliest most helpful staff. Luis and Francisco helped us with anything we needed the entire trip. Erick at the pool was also amazing as well as all the bartenders. The food was so so good! Definitely recommend coming here.

Fernando and Yuri are amazing. They took care of everything we needed. No matter where we were they were just a text away and right on top of everything. Hands down the best service you will ever receive. I will definitely request them in my next trip.

We had a wonderful trip, the resort was very very clean and luxurious. Our favorite bar tenders, Antonio and Eliel were so attentive, nice, and fun! So appreciative of their service! Thank you guys! This was our second time at Hotel Mousai, the sister resort of Garza Blanca, and it did not disappoint.

Best all inclusive resort Ive been to. Beautiful rooms and grounds and the staff is so friendly. Fermin welcomed me into the resort and was an amazing guide during my stay. Amazing service and great sense of humor. Id definitely go back and stay there again!

This was our first time staying at Garza Blanca im Cancun. The property is beautiful and every member of the staff that works there are always eager to help make your stay enjoyable. Andres, our butler, was super attentive. Jorge by the pool gets our 1st prize for best pool server. Eric and Martin, the pool Concierge were always accommodating and friendly. Adrian the travel agent on property helped arrange the best tours that made our trip even more unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

Rooms were clean and had a great view. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Our expirience was five dimands. Have to mention all the restaurants and bars exceptional food and amazing drinks. Everyone made us feel welcome. All I have to write in this review it's nothing but good comments. We have to name a few of the outstandings starting with bar tendes " Adrian, Candelario,Azucena and Eric. Activities staff Tyrone and Alexander. Waiterss Hugo, Priciliano. Front desk Fernando and bellboy Samuel. And all the ones we had the pleasure to meet , thank you all for making our trip a dream come true.

Everything was great The room, service the food really the entire resort. Diego in the Sports bar, David at the adult pool, the bartenders at the Steak house bar and the server on the beach by the breakfast buffet building were all really great along with the servers in the restaurants which were all great!!

Marcos is the sweetest guy ever! he was very helpful and took care of all our requests. It was wonderful and awesome and an amazing hotel! Thank you to Marcos and the front desk helpers! We are very happy with our stay and the way he made us smile and laugh!

We stayed at beautiful Villa del Palmar Cancuuun for the second time and once again it was wonderful! Our multigenerational party of 15 relaxed in lavish suites with splendid views. Everyone had great fun and participated in the activities provided: beach volleyball, Zumba dancing, poolside live music, and evening outdoor Jazz performances. We enjoyed delicious meals, drinks, and delectable desserts at Blanca Blue, Zamá, Davino, La Casona, Legends, and Hiroshi with the most accommodating waiting staff. At Villa del Palmar Cancuuun all staff are friendly, courteous and helpful, they truly strive to make their guests experiences memorable. We are very grateful to everyone for their hospitality, especially to Mr. José Ríos and Mr. Amr Idris for their attentiveness and kindness. With appreciation, Fernández- Sousa Family

Rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was amazing. We Never went without food, drinks, or towels. Robes were so comfortable to snuggle in after swimming all day. Daniel greeted our group at the front desk with a smile. Went above and beyond. Cant wait to go back.

We are members here (have been for over 10 years) and always enjoy the properties. This one in particular is our favorite and this time three people made this the best vacation everEdgar - from the activities group made every day fun. His excitement and inclusion made everyone welcome. He says he does this front his heart and it really shows. Isaac and Irvin from Blanca Blue (our waiters) were amazing. They made our dinner fun and informative as they told stories of their families and just made dinner special. The rooms are beautiful and always clean, the restaurants are wonderful and offer a lot of options. If youre looking for a place to go - THIS IS IT!!

The resort is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. I have been a few times to this resort and they are keeping it well maintained. The staff genuinely care about providing great service. The elite staff were amazing and made us feel welcome.

Everything about the resort was wonderful. Our one bedroom unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. The service is impeccable. My husband mentioned it was his 60th birthday year. Angel, Jared and Arad decorated our spot by the pool. Every morning our chairs were set up and we were greeted with a smile. We enjoyed our trip so much that we plan to return in May!

We had the privilege of staying at the exclusive new section of Hotel Mousai. It was an experience that surpassed all expectations, even after 50 years of being on this earth. I was celebrating my 50th birthday with my husband. After just four days at our previous hotel at Sunset Royal, we left and spent six days here, not wanting to leave this haven of luxury. The food was a culinary delight, a new experience every day. The service was beyond impeccable, it was a level of care and attention that I had never experienced before. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful our experience. Our waiters were extraordinary at NOI. Jose took such good care of us, as did ALL the staff and the Chefs! The butlers were superb! Christian was so accommodating!! The activities and bartenders Ricky and Jose were awesome! I will work for the next year just to be able to come back. We became members of this resort, and the money was well spent. I will never spend a day in Mexico that is not spent in this hotel. I plan on shouting from the rooftops how unique and amazing this hotel is. It is my HOME away from home!

We love the Garza Blanca in Cancun! We had stayed at the Property in Cabo before but this was our first time at the Cancun location. The staff is very accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Customer Service is top notch with Tafer Properties. The concierge desk checks up on you frequently just to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Shout out to Josué!! He was amazing. I appreciate the surprise in delights left in our room. It was a sweet touch. Food and drinks are outstanding. Blanca Blue & Dao were our favorites. We got a 1bedroom. The rooms were very clean very spacious and the decor is beautiful. This resort is very family-friendly. My daughter was in love with the kids club. The staff there is so sweet & great with children. With that being said, I love that this location has an adults only pool on the roof as well as in the main pool area. Garza we will be seeing you again soon!

Alonso was the greatest bartender. Paco is the greatest butler id suggest coming here to anyone. Everything was clean when i needed it, they went above and beyond to give me a relaxing stay. Thanks for the comfortable/amazing stay. I will be back

This place is delightful. The rooms are a beautiful Mexican deco and well put together. You will never want to leave. Each restaurant is unique and offers great choices for the whole family. The entire resort is super clean and very comfortable! I would highly recommend this resort to families. The all inclusive is a great deal or you can get groceries at Costco or Sams and eat just like you like!!

Great service! Great food! The workers were very welcoming and attentive. Ale, Abi, Janet, Maria, and Kore were great! We had breakfast at The Deli and food was superb and the environment was very nice. Definitely will be coming back here!!

We had a wonderful time at Villa del Palmar Cancun, and I am happy to recommend this destination. I read all the negative reviews before booking, so I feel like I should share my experiences and observations which were generally positive. I did not book online; instead I called Tafer and worked with Ian E, who did an excellent job of reviewing my options and explaining exactly what is and is not included in the all-inclusive plan. I had lots of questions about the suite since my group consisted of 6 adults. Furthermore, while we were on the phone, he searched for and found several discounts and promotions that significantly reduced my final price. We decided to pay ahead of time for the transportation to and from the airport, which was a great decision. It could not have been simpler and well worth the cost. The other thing we did before our arrival was to make all of our dinner reservations as soon as the online calendar allowed us to. I have nothing but good things to say about our check-in. Fernando was friendly and efficient. He answered honestly about the wi-fi upgrade option, and we decided that we wouldnt need it. He did all the paperwork as quickly as he possibly could and warned us of the taxes we would have to pay at the time of check-out.We were all pleasantly surprised by the food. We were expecting the food to be just OK. Everyone in my group was blown away by the breakfast buffet. Huge number of options and very well prepared. There werent a ton of options at lunchtime, perhaps due to the time of year (low season). Dinner was consistently fantastic, including the vegetarian options. We tried so many different appetizers, entrees and desserts - and always felt satisfied with the quality. You can review the menus of the 3 main restaurants from home, even before you book your stay, just in case you want to have a better idea of the food experience. We never got hassled about tips. In fact, we were motivated to leave a few dollars in cash at the table because service was consistently superior. I would recommend having lots of $1 bills to make tipping easy, especially for room service and sit down meals. You also have the option of leaving a tip on the receipt that you have to sign, but I felt like I might lose track of all the tipping over the course of a week, and might feel stressed about it at check-out.We spent most of our time by the pool. We had no problem finding lounge chairs, setting up some shade, and being waited upon by the friendly attendants. The beach is just a few steps away from the pool, and we were all quite happy with the gentle and warm waters. The beach area is kind of small but had plenty of space to sit under palm trees. The beach was clean, and there were just a few locals selling goods and services. Never did I see them do anything that could be considered annoying. I think its fair to say that this narrow beach wouldnt be the ideal choice if you are all about the beach, but we chose this place fully aware of this. Finally, the concierge staff was very nice about helping us schedule parasailing and a snorkeling trip to Isla Mujeres.

We are finishing our stay at Garza Blanca Cancun and I just wanted to leave a review on our butlers Josue and Yuri. We've previously stayed at VDP, GB Cabo, and Mousai PV and had butler service many times. Without a doubt, Josue and Yuri have been our best. They seamlessly arranged our reservations, accommodated our last-minute changes, handled our complicated itinerary easily, and were quickly available whenever needed. We never worried about a thing, which made for an amazing vacation!

Eric pool bartender/ waiter was great .. whole experience is always the best.. 5th time coming here ..feels like home .. all the restaurants and bars are good .. can sit by numerous pools or hit the Gulf and the tiki bar by the water .. very kid friendly as well

Eric at the poolside Bite Bar is an excellent waiter. He remembered us from last year and almost automatically served us our drinks of choice. He is very pleasant and even helped me with my Espanol! People like Eric make us feel right at home when we stay here.

This is a pre-arrival review. I just wanted to say that I have not even arrived at the resort yet and I am so impressed with the service and staff. I have been contacted several times by my personal pre-arrival concierge, Naomi. She is kind, professional, very helpful and so thorough! She helped me understand what the resort would be like and what to expect. She patiently answered a million questions. She happily booked dinner reservations for most nights. She sent me follow up e-mails with the information that we talked about. She followed through with return calls at the times and dates that we had discussed to complete the dinner reservations and transportation details. If the rest of the staff is as kind and caring and excellent at their jobs as Naomi is, I know we will have the best trip ever!

There is nothing bad we can say about this trip. Literally a 5 diamond experience from start to finish. The food was excellent and service at each restaurant exceptional. Pools were beautifully kept and poolside service was very attentive. Roof top has breathtaking views and ambience is refreshing. Our spa experience was equally relaxing and exceptional. My wife and I were treated to amazing massages and other amenities. Each of our servers at the restaurants were very amiable, however 3 stood out. Guillermo at NOI, Martin at Bocados, and Osvaldo at Hiroshi were not only attentive, but they also treated us to some off menu surprises at their own suggestion. Literally made us feel like VIPs. Finally our butlers Yuri and Josue were without question the absolute best we have ever had since joining this club in 2017. Their attention to details, thoughtfulness, help I answering questions, making changes to itineraries, knowledge of the area were without equal. They made our trip restful, and unforgettable. Looking forward to returning soon!

Gabriel and Alejandro were awesome bartenders at davinos bar good people and make amazing drinks can't wait to see them again in July we come once or twice a year it's always nice the people always remember us when we come back and we really liked the new sports bar legends

The top notch service was impeccable . Whether I was on the beach or by the pool, there was always someone asking me if I needed something to drink if I wanted to order food. The rooms will always pristine and cleaned thoroughly and sometimes again in the evening. The staff is incredibly polite, accommodating, And very friendly. My son is 14 years old and weve been on vacation every year since he was born and he kept asking if I paid tens of thousands of dollars for this particular vacation . He said he felt like royalty lol and most of my dishes were really good with the exception of 1 or 2 which is pretty normal . I give them an A++

It was beautiful and lovely. What i dont appreciate is the pool man putting chemicals at 8:30, without telling my mother and I, with the pooling closing at 10. Unacceptable. Lovely staff, but small issues can certainly be addressed and fixed.

Garza Blanca was a great resort! Fernando our Butler was the best Ive ever had! His helper Carolina filled in nicely in his absence. Daniel poolside decorated our cabana for our kids 30ieth bdays. Martin was helpful there too. Colorado always made great drinks at the swim-up bar. The entire staff was so attentive. Towels decorated our turndown service like Ive never seen. Restaurants were very good. Went to Dao 3 times. The chef came out to make sure all was good. It was a special family time. The staff made it amazing!! Thanks.

Eric at Bite restaurant was an attentive waiter and was fun in helping us use our Spanish. We looked forward to lunch every day. We were greeted cheerfully every day. We lookedForward to lunch here every day. I would recommend this place to anyone. The food was great. We tried almost everything.

Davio Italian restaurant was AMAZING! The food - top notch, but the service was unrivaled! Angel lived up to his name. He was so attentive, made the perfect recommendations, and was just a joy to have as our server. So much so, we canceled reservations at another restaurant and had dinner at Davio twice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Armando in VIP Pool was incredible. Great vacation here incredible service. Will continue to come back in the future in addition to the other resorts in this group. Have continuously been impressed every time weve been and will now be lifelong customers! Thanks Armando!

Luis the supervisor was outstanding!He made sure we got allocated a lovely apartment on the 6 th floor. The apartment was well equipped although it had limited kitchen The staff were very friendly and helpful.The cleaners and the maintenance team were excellent.The resort overall is in a lush green surroundings with lovely swimming pools and Jaccusuazi.The beach is beautiful white sand and being off season it was lovely to find plenty of sunbeds.We would highly recommend this resort

My wife and I just came back from a 6 day stay at the Garza Blanca Cancun to celebrate our anniversary. We absolutely loved it! I booked through Expedia and before getting to the resort I decided to be proactive and email the property to get more information about certain amenities and make reservations to the different restaurants available. I got a super fast reply from their representative named Isabela Sibaja explaining all my inquiries and doubts. She also helped me make reservations to restaurants on all the days I was staying with them. It was an effortless endeavor. From this email exchange with Ms. Sibaja I had a great feeling that we would be in good hands while vacationing at the Garza Blanca. They did not disappoint! My stay exceeded my expectations. From check in I felt like Garza Blanca rolled out the red carpet for us. Welcome drink and all, the check in was easy. I should highlight the service of Fernanda and Faby from the front desk who were amazing while dealing with us. After check in we were introduced to a gentleman named Arcos who was our personal concierge to help and guide us during our stay. Arcos was amazing and prompt in making himself available and letting us know of activities around the resort daily among other things. Arcos showed us the way to our room and explained how things worked around the room (a/c system, automatic shades, etc). Upon entering our room there was champagne, flutes and a happy anniversary cake waiting for us. Such a nice gesture to show we were welcomed and appreciated for choosing them to spend this milestone in our relationship. After unpacking, we decided to walk around and explore the different bars in property until our dinner reservation. First stop was the lobby bar and the drinks were really, really good. Izmael, Edwin and Melvin were awesome in making us feel at home and helped us decide the best drinks to order according to our taste. The same can be said when we visited the pool bar. Edwin, Victor, Russel and Cristobal were really amicable and made us amazing drinks. Did I mention the drinks were awesome? Bar 360 at the main pool is where we spent the majority of our time during the day. Everyday the crew ate 360 bar made sure we were having a good time. Genuinely! Everywhere around the resort we could find servers to help us with drink and food orders. Around the main pool we met Ricardo, who helped us setting up lounge chairs and umbrellas daily. At the rooftop pool was our wonderful server Karla who took care of us. We tried the food in various restaurants and loved them all. This was the main reason we chose Garza Blanca, from reading reviews on line everyone was raving about the quality of food and service. I could see why for myself. Great steaks and service at bocados with our server Marcos Ascencio, who taught us about the history and how to make the ultimate caeser salad. The chefs at Hiroshi making us special rolls and a celebratory desert. Guilhermo at Noi helping us match our wines with the great pasta they served. Miguel putting a show while making us our desert at Dao. They were all such lovely and pleasant people.I also have to praise housekeeping for keeping out room immaculate daily. Every time we went back to our gorgeous room it was like we were never there. The one bedroom we stayed is huge. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge. The room also had a washing machine and dryer. Balcony had a table with 4 chairs and a hammock. The beach was nice with some seaweed rolling in for time to time but they had tractors and a clean-up crew to keep it pristine. To summarize, in all departments we were met with excellence and kindness. My past experiences with all-inclusive resorts was not so great, they were always leaning towards quantity and not quality when it came to food and beverages. Our Garza Blanca stay made us change our perspective about the all-inclusive experience. The food was truly exceptional, the service impeccable, room was magnificent and the whole experience memorable to us. A 5-star stay for sure!

The best resort I have stayed. They have set the golden standard for all my future resorts. You are provided your own butler (Francisco and Luis were the best) they arranged dinner reservations and connected with the travel agency for excursions. There were daily updates on the activities and dinner reservations. The food was excellent 10/10.. they have thought of everything from heated toilet seats to aged steaks.. you sign a receipt for each meal. Which was initially odd bc I did the all inclusive but it gives a cash less way to leave tips ( perfect bc I dont like traveling with cash) the staff genuinely dont look for tips but care about your experience.Ex. The bell boy dropped our bags off and didnt pause for a tip

Beautiful and clean resort. Great food selection and amazing crafted cocktails! (Not just all sugar drinks) Super soft robes, plush comfortable beds and pillows! This was my 4th time here and they keep it very tranquil, not crowded with too many guest. Service was exceptional everywhere with highlights of Daniel, Karla and Caesar on the rooftop and Ricardo at the food truck. Would definitely recommend.

Francisco and Luis were immaculate! They made sure our stay was well enjoyed and peaceful! I would only want to come back if they were my butlers again :) I have been here several times and this time was the most enjoyable I just wish it was more benefits for reservations at the pool.

The room was so very nice, the view of the pools and Caribbean was amazing. The king size bed quite comfortable along with the pillows. The staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend coming to visit Villa delPalmar Cancun!

We just visited - it is VERY hot in august but crowds were down and you could easily get into restaurants without reservations and get pool chairs daily. Staff was friendly for the most part but we did have a few negative experiences. For one we were surprised to learn many steaks and lobster was not included in the all inclusive plan. We pay enough for the plan and were quite disappointed to learn this at check in. Pool staff is scarce as far as getting drinks and we would have loved to have a snack bar or even bar that you could easily walk up to and grab items but found ourselves waiting to be served for long periods often. Noe was awesome though and super attentive by the bridge pool! Oliver in the buffet was very nice too. Fernando at the front desk was super helpful and upgraded us to an ocean view which was sweet! My husband was told he couldnt eat at the buffet in a sleeveless shirt - women could though. Then at the steakhouse we saw men being served in a shirt and swim trunks. My daughter was told to leave the pool side snack bar as she was in a swim suit. Its a beach resort and that was POOL SIDE. I dont think other customers minded.The man working at the inflatable was super rude! Whined about having worked 7 hours and needed to close Vs supply my kids with life jackets when they were still open for 20 min. That would have been plenty of time for them to play on it but he insisted on saying things like what, do you want me to keep working?! They say kids can keep playing on the inflatable but life jackets are put away after 4:00. Theyre not in great condition and staff was worried about people taking them (ok?) i say leave them out for people to use vs encourage people to play without them on! Beautiful grounds, activity staff in the pool was very fun and engaging and drinks were very good. The sports bar had excellent food which, steakhouse as well. Buffet was good but not great. In the off season some nights you only had 1-2 places to choose from as they rotate things being closed. And did breakfast only the buffet was open so it did get a bit old after 6 mornings. Kids loved the pools - we wished they wouldnt have been quite so warm and more refreshing but it was a great week and we had a winded up time overall.

We stayed there from Jul 28-Aug 3, 2024. Our family of 9 had an amazing time at Garza Blanca Cancuuun, was nothing short of exceptional. The butler service, provided by Arcos and Santamaria, was extraordinary, ensuring that every detail of our stay was with remarkable attentiveness and ensuring our needs are met. (Kudos to Arcos and Santamaria, you guys deserves a raise!)Having that said, the food was fantastic, featuring a range of restaurants with many dishes that consistently impressed our family. (Highly recommend and our family favourite: Bocados; beef short rib -go for medium or medium rare). The bar at the lobby was exceptional as well, one of the bartender made a drink Mango Tango, our whole family loved it, as well as another drink but I dont recall the name unfortunately (ingredient: Vodka, lime juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice). The pool was another highlight, easily one of the best Ive experienced, offering a luxurious and relaxing environment. Definitely spend a few hours on the roof top infinity pool (too bad its adult only, but I totally understand the purpose behind it). The only minor downside was the small size of the beach, but it did little to detract from an otherwise phenomenal stay. I highly recommend Garza Blanca Cancuuun for anyone seeking unparalleled service and comfort.

Villa de Palmer is beautiful, amazing views, nice rooms, amazing restaurants & activities for the whole family. Service here is top tier & especially Eric who works by the pool with the waterfall bridge. He made us feel special & was helpful & quick service. He was great with catering to our kids as well. He was amazing if you ever visit & stay here be sure to look for him. Great customer service. Would definitely book again. Restaurants was great & delicious something for the whole family. All the water activities we booked was amazing as well. Hotel rooms was nice & very clean. Well serviced everyday. The beds are comfortable & lots of soft fluffy pillows. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite was amazing. Mexico was amazing

This was a great experience! This was my first all inclusive stay. Checking in I was VERY confused on the process and details of all inclusive, but, I was lucky to have Fernando at check in who answered all my questions. He defiantly set the tone for our stay. If you are a young traveler or need extra explanation at check in, request Fernando. He was very patient and smiled through all my dumb questions. The food and views will for sure make me want to come back whenever I travel to Cancun!!!

We had 6 great nights at Villa del Palmar in Cancun. We have been to about 10 All Inclusive resorts in Cancun. This was our favorite of the batch. The food was better than other resorts. If you are going, book the restaurants in advance. I believe reservations open up 45 days in advance. We booked restaurants 45 days in advance and we were set. We attempted to change the time / or restaurant while we were there (a few days in advance) but we could not get a different restaurant or different time. So book before you go.We stayed in One Bedroom OV suite. The view is beautiful with Isla Mujeres in the distance. Two full bathrooms worked well for our family of 3. We would stay there again, for sure. Shout out to Obet and Adrian in the Lobby Bar. They were awesome. They knew all of our names on night two (although we only gave them my name). They were great guys, and they go by Team Capuccino.

We went here and it was great experience from the bartenders all around. Very helpful and fun. Obet and Adrian in the lobby bar were awesome. So was Carlos at the beach bar he worked so hard and had the best personality. Diego at the Steakhouse bar was out here doing tricks and keeping everyone entertained. They deserve the world!

We had an amazing time at Villa del Palmar Cancun from July 20-25, 2024. I was traveling with 13 other members of my family (ages 7-75), and we resided in a 2-bedroom residence and 3-bedroom residence. The view from the rooms is outstanding (with a preference to the 3-bedroom residence in building 3). The perks that come with reserving a residence are well worth the cost - particularly the access to the VIP pool (our favorite) and the butler service. As others have mentioned, the butlers Santiago and Otikio are absolutely amazing and genuinely invested in making your experience perfect. At the start of the trip, they helped us move rooms after a slight issue, and throughout our trip, they ensured all the birthdays we were celebrating had a special touch (balloons in the room, special desserts at dinner). Our in-room chefs breakfast was a perfect way to end our trip. The customer service exceeded every expectation we set. We would highly recommend at stay at Villa del Palmar, and if you can swing a stay in a residence, and have the good fortune to be cared for by Otikio and Santiago, you wont regret it!

Our great experience started with check in. We met our Butlers Fernando and Carolina. They were exceptional and made sure we were okay and happy daily. They secured us reservations at all the restaurants. Carolina even brought coloring activities for my children. I would definitely recommend the swim up, suite, especially if you have children. We used it several times every day.

We had the most wonderful trip to Garza Blanca Cancun. Every staff member we came in contact with was so helpful and friendly. The view from our room was beautiful. We were lucky to have our room on the top floor as we could walk up the stairs to the adult only pool , bar and DAO. All the pools were wonderful , but we fell in love with the roof top pool. Great view of the ocean while we relax or swim and enjoy the excellent service. The restaurants are phenomenal! Our favorite was DAO. Again spoiled with fantastic food and service. We would love to come back in future. Thank You Garza Blanca for everything.

We had an amazing time at this resort. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. Special shout outs to Angel, Alexandro, Raul, and Benito. They all took great care of us at the pool. Angel and Alexandro had our pool lounge chairs ready every day. Raul and Benito were excellent servers, continuously checking on us and serving us food and beverages. We cant wait to come back!

Ive experienced better places, but what stood out the most was the hospitality from Edwin the bell boy. I actually remembered him from many years ago when I first visited Cancun in a different resort. If you happened to get serviced by him, you are blessed. For me to be able to recognize him over the years and to remember how he and his aura made my stay better, speaks volumes. Pay the man what he deserves! The resort to me gets a solid 3 stars, but Edwin alone pushes it to a 4 star.

This place is fabulous! The food is all very good - we had Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, Steakhouse and seafood and loved it all. Our room was pristine. Jorge at the pool is the best! He takes great care of all food, drink, towel, etc needs with urgency. Wonderful trip!

We had a really great time we even extended our trip.very nice place, clean and amazing service. Food was great and the steak house team was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, Brenda at the concierge desk was very helpful providing resort information. The pools are fantastic and the pina coladas Victor makes are great. The food was delicious. We had a wonderful time We will be back in December.

Fernando did a great job at attending our needs and he was a pleasure. My family and I had a great vacation and he made us feel very welcome and answered any questions we had. It was nice to have that while traveling with children. He did an amazing job.

Raymundo and Diego served us with exceptional service, delicious drinks and overall great customer service. Definitely spent a great time at the bar because of these two. They created specialty drinks forMany and also made delicious drinks and shots for everyone.

Spent two weeks there with the family. It was a great experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to all main attractions and the tours. You can walk to the beach directly from the pool , the beach feels like it is privately yours. Just mind the locals there trying to sell you anything! Hotel staff is always keeping an eye on what is going on there and on the beach with the jelly fish and or tide. I would always talk to the employees by the beach entrance asking for the beach conditions. Speaking of that, there is the paddle board, kayak tour ran by Omar! That is a really cool add on service the hotel provides for free, Omar is very fun and knowledgeable about all conditions. If he says it is too windy to go, don't go. Unless you are for a super workout and not moving an inch after paddling for 30 min : ) The pools are awesome, the staff at the pools that ran the entertainiment are very fun , folks from the towels are also so helpful I remember Carlos and others always really friendly. The shows in the evenings, we saw all of them twice. My kids loved. I think the shows are good, could be improved if they leverage more the talents of their staff I think they could do more live songs and less paybacks. The Mexico Fusion could include more of Mexican old and new music styles. The Chicago was our least favorite show sorry. They also have tennis and pickle ball courts we used daily. They have even pickle ball beginners tournaments they ran a couple times a week. They are really fun Chole was managing it very well and doind great on the shows too in the evening! The food you can find very authentic Mexican, there is a place where they make the tortillas from scratch for your tacos! All in all it was a great vacation and if I go back to Cabo will definitely go there!

This place is amazing. From the warm ambiance upon entry, to Raymundo taking care of me and the family at the La Casona made our trip an experience we cant forget. We definitely will be booking another trip here at the Villa Del Palmar very soon.

This was by far one of our favorite places to go, we ate here multiple times throughout of vacation. The staff was amazing, the food was incredible and the entire vibe was spot on. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits here to go to Davinos to eat!

Raymundo at the bar was the most personable and cheerful person weve meet during our stay, me and my family asked when he was working to make sure we saw him and could order from him. We all looked forward to seeing and talking with him really an amazing bar tender.

Overall was a great experience. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a very good value all inclusive resort.1. Check in check out was very easy and efficient. Fees were clearly stated at check in. No surprises at check out.2. Rooms are nice. Big rooms and good value for the money. It said our room had a murphy bed for my kids but it did not and they accommodated us quickly with a roll away bed.3. Large pools and lots of seating.4. Beach is not the best beach. Small and water not too clear. They worked hard to control the seaweed but that's a tough battle. If you want to see really nice water go over to Isla Mujeres for a day. We did an excursion through Cancun Adventures and they did a great job.5. Food is hands down the best all inclusive I have had. Even the buffet is excellent for dinner and breakfast. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO BOOK YOUR RESERVATIONS AT RESTAURANTS EARLY. PROBABLY 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE IS A GOOD IDEA. We like Davino, Zama, and Casona in that order.6. Good drink selection7. Staff is friendly and attentive. I have to mention Cesar at Capricios(buffet). He is there in the morning for breakfast. He is an all star on their staff. My kids loved talking with him. Helped my daughter practice her Spanish. If you go for breakfast ask for him and you won't be dissapointed.I would strongly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a very good value all inclusive resort.

Our stay at Villar del Palmar was everything we wanted. Plenty of sun, pool time, good food and drinks. Our favorites were Mexican night at Caprichos and Dinner at La Casona. Its a good family environment without it be to overly crowded with little ones.The one down part is how pushy they are to do the free breakfast meeting for Garza Blanca. I understand that's how they make money, but no is no, and we certainly didn't want to waste time at that.Heads up, do your research and plan some sort of trusted tour. We came back feeling like we had missed out on what real Mexico is. But it can still be a great time if you just stay at the Resort.

We had an awesome stay. Room was perfect with a beautiful view. The staff was great, our favorite was Dinner time at the Caprichos buffet with Erik Mejia. He took great care of us, very attentive. He remembered my kids favorite drinks.Dont take the complimentary gourmet breakfast at Garza Blanca if youre not interested in their timeshare, they told us it was Only breakfast ended up being a tour to sell us a membership, we ended up being there 4 hours.

We just checked into the hotel today, and we are already very impressed. We have very high expectations because the previous three times that we have been to Cancun, we stayed at finest Playa Mujeres and the service and the quality there just cant be beat. But it was time to try something new and we searched long and hard and really dug deep to find something that had comparable amenities and features. We are here because of the high reviews that we saw online, and a few personal recommendations we got as well. So far, we love everything that we see! Upon arrival, the staff staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel lobby and entrance are really fantastic, and everything looks to be very clean and very well taken care of. However, we are truly blown away by our hotel room! We upgraded to a one bedroom suite, and when I walked into the room I was immediately impressed. There is enough room here for my family of four to relax, and not be on top of each other. Mom and dad can be in one room while the kids are in the living room. They put us in a garden view room which faces away from the ocean. its a beautiful view, but the one thing I will be looking out for is whether there is road noise coming into our room at night since it faces a busy road. But the room is still great! Better than any that we have stayed at during any of our states in Mexico. There is a dining and kitchen area addition to the bedroom and living room, which we learned is perfect for people who dont necessarily want to do the all inclusive. We will seriously consider this as an option for future stays, especially since we dont really drink that much and we dont need to pay the premium for alcohol. We are only on our first day, but we are looking forward to eating at all the restaurants and checking out all of the amenities in the hotel. But I can truly say so far my first impression is a five star impression!

Our family had the best time at Garza Blanca Cancn! We have 28 and 8 year old kids and there was something for everyone! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was beautiful! The food at all the restaurants was outstanding! There were activities like volleyball, soccer, water Zumba for all ages, and a piata party for kids! The activities guys, Willie, Santiago and all were friendly and made it so much fun! We loved Victor at the swim up bar, he paid attention and had drinks flowing, was friendly, always remembered what we ordered the day before, and learned our family handshake from our 8 year old. Top notch service, thank you Victor! We had only a couple negative experiences. We paid for our spa early with pre-arrival concierge and sent info to spa manager but they did not have us scheduled. We moved the time for departure transportation with the concierge and she did not notify the transportation service, so we had to last minute get a taxi and barely made it for our flights. Other than those stressful things, we wouldnt change a thing! Highly recommend, beautiful resort!

Great food service, whether you want food brought to your suite or go to the restaurants that are available here they are fantastic. So much space in the pool area with a beautiful sight to the beach. Fun activities for all ages. The employees treat their customers very well.

It was a great place to stay, pool staff kept the drinks flowing and fresh towels if ours were wet from the sprinkling. Pool food was nice and always delivered hot. Room was big and always spotless, private hot tub on the balcony was a plus. Butler was a great help when we needed anything. Great views from the rooftop pool and bar.

We had the best family vacation at Garza Blanca. The Chinese restaurant on the rooftop was our favorite! All restaurants had amazing food though. Victor at the swim up bar was the whole familys favorite bartender. Victor was super quick and did a great job remembering everyones drink order even when the bar was busy. The whole activities crew was great and had amazing energy to make our trip more memorable. They even remembered all of our names. Arcos was very attentive and accommodating!!! He even invited us to a rum tasting that was so fun! We also meet Russel who made the yummiest drinks!

Dao restaurant has absolutely amazing service. We had Gustavo as our server for all 3 of the nights we went and he was excellent. So friendly, so accommodating, went there for my sisters birthday and he went above and beyond with desserts, drinks and a cake. Anyone who goes to this restaurant I would suggest Gustavo as a server. Fantastic server and person.

Had an absolutely faboulous time with family -- ranging from 66 years to 9 months. Very family friendly, upscale resort with excellent restaurants (make reservations ahead of time). Nice sandy beach, pools for adults and children, activities, a well appointed spa, etc. Staff was also great, starting with the greeting by Fermil! He was welcoming, professional, courteous and attentive from the beginning of our stay to the end.

We stayed a week on the all inclusive plan, in a 1 bedroom suite. Theres a pull out couch, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and washer & dryer in the unit. The king bed, sheets, comforter, and pillows were all very comfortable! Theres a safe in the closet for valuables. Toiletries are provided. I didnt care for the fragrance of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The shower water has a bad smell to it. My friend was sick for a day with throwing up and diarrhea. She swallowed the sink water while brushing her teeth. I recommend brushing with bottled water. Bottled water is readily available. We would get water bottles by the pool everyday so we had plenty for up in our room each night. The pool area is huge and beautiful. The water was very warm. When you go down for breakfast in the morning. Bring some of your stuff, get beach towels, and claim your chairs. They will all get grabbed up. There are food and drink servers by the pool & beach. We tipped whenever they brought us something all throughout the day. Bring extra 1s, 5s, and 10s for tipping outside and at the restaurants. They work very hard, and our service was excellent. Most everyone we encountered at the resort was bilingual. We had no problems communicating. I was with a group of women. We stayed in 3 separate suites. We felt very safe the whole time at the resort. We took the ferry to Isla Mujeres 1 day and rented a golf cart which was so fun! The ferry is right next door. We paid $36.00 US dollars round trip. We never needed to exchange for pesos. We bought souvenirs and jewelry all with our US dollars. The shop thats part of the resort is expensive. We paid $40. for 1 can of banana boat sunscreen spray! Theres a gas station just on the corner between the hotel and ferry where it was much cheaper. I recommend checking your bag (not carry on) and bring all the sunscreen & necessities with you. We needed a pharmacy for some OTC medication. Theres a pharmacy next to the gas station which was very helpful. Beautiful palm trees line the beach in front of Villa Del Palmar. There was seaweed in the water but the beach was cleaned up daily. It is slippery and rocky entering the water. You may prefer to bring water shoes. The swimming area is roped off. We did the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. It was so much fun! The drinks were light on the alcohol. We ordered an extra shot with all our drinks. It still tasted light. We ate at all of the restaurants on site and had excellent food and service. I was able to find a vegetarian option at each restaurant. The resort check in process was a little slow, but check out was quick and easy. We had a nice stay!

Cons Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Buffet was ok but was cold most of the time. When my teenage kids ate at the buffet without us, they were not given appropriate service, which was disappointing. Please play music at the main pool that is beachy and fun and loud enough for people to enjoy. If youre going to offer room service, please make sure that there is enough staff to make the orders quicker then 1.5 hours. That seems ridiculous. When making reservations to restaurants, if giving the option for a waitlist, please reach out to your guests and update them as to their status. We had to continuously reach out to see if we had reservations or not. ProsStaff was incredible! Friendly, professional and kind. Thank you. Rooms were clean and the turndown service went above and beyond. The snacks, water and fridge were stocked and yummy, amazing. Pool waiters were great and the activity staff were awesome!!! Shout out to Abel in the swing bar. He really is an asset to your company and I hope you recognize his hard work. He was personable, remembered our names and was always working with a smile. Hold onto him!

Our stay was lovely!!! The swimming pools were great for the kids (and us), the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the service was amazing. Our housekeeper, Guadalupe Garcia, was wonderful. She kept everything clean for us so we didn't have to lift a finger-- so nice for a vacation! She was attentive to our needs and supplied us with what we needed. The only problem we had was construction going on at 2 am that woke us up.

Everything was excellent. The employees everywhere go the extra mile for the guests. Food, drinks, entertainment; everything was FIRST CLASS. The accommodations, well, there was a problem with the air conditioning, but we saw they were working hard to solve it. I am willing to go back as soon as possible. GRACIAS!!!!!!!. Hi. I just want to give a 10/10 to this resort. My husband, daughter and I came for our annual family vacation, and we just didnt want to leave it was our first time coming to this resort in Cancun. We loved it very much. Everything was just amazing. Food 10/10 rooms 10/10 services 10/10 staff 10/10. Art from front desk helped me with the wifi. He was very nice and helpful. Also I lost my Apple Watch in the ocean and the life guard found it the next day I got it back. Hes name was David. Thank you David. We were very pleased with everything just a beautiful resort. I highly recommend!!

Best service at the pool with Kevin cant say enough great things about his service. Im glad he was able to change our view after the concierge was rude and lack customer service. She suggested for us to eat buffet every night. The checkout experience wasnt great they are prepared to service a lot of guess at the same time

We had an amazing family vacation here. We got the 2 bedroom loft and it was better than I could ever imagine. We stayed in room 2908. From that room you can see the sunrise from your balcony and in the loft from the restroom and shower you can see the sunset. We also liked the set up because our young children sleep in the loft area a didnt have access to balcony or a door. We slept in the bedroom in the first floor. In other buildings you wouldnt be able to see the sunset because of the angle of the building. With this type of room you get a butler and they will handle anything you need. You also get access to their private pool area that includes beds on the beach or private pool. We didnt have issues with getting lounge chairs even when we didnt stay in the private pool area. But we did move around a lot. Overall it was always cool because there is always a nice breeze day and night. There is seaweed but not too much and it doesnt smell. Every morning they are using a tractor to remove it. The food at all the restaurants are very good. I did make sure to make reservations a month before arriving. La Casona has the best octopus and NY steak. People do tend to dress up a little for dinners. The staff is amazing and everyone was kind and polite. I highly suggest taking the ferry to Isla Mujeres and renting a golf cart to explore the island. The ferry is about $20-$25USD and a 6 person golf cart is $170USD rental for 8 hours. The Playa Norte is a beautiful color but gets very crowded and there is no wind there so it gets hot. Overall I felt very safe at the resort and when visiting Isla Mujeres. Also make sure to take a lot of tipping money!

Overall such a great time, family friendly environment. We enjoy some of the best service. Alvarado and Taba were our servers the entire week by the pool and gave us some of the best and most unforgettable experiences; we look forward to returning next year. They had an Event for each day, both at the pool and in the evenings, which were our favorite part. We would end our night with a few rides in the carousel which the kids enjoyed the most.

Alvaro and Fernando were our butlers. They made our vacation. Husband was hospitalized for most of our time and those two guys took excellent, loving care of us for 4 weeks. Even visited us in the hospital. The entire resort was very accomodating.

Amazing staff and food services. A few mess ups in the kitchen and with our room but they fixed it fast. Edwin, Carlos, and Oscar were amazing! Bocados was our favorite restaurant and the steak tasted wonderful and was a great experience. Our hammock broke but they fixed it!

My husband and I went to Garza Cancun for about the 3rd time. We love the rooftop pool. Although we were very disappointed that you no longer can use flotation devices, when they can use down below where the wind is even more intense & powerful. Especially when most of us are spending thousands of dollars. We are very responsible adults. Dont treat us like children! Our butlers Fernando & Alvaro were always available and did a fantastic job of making our 2 weeks amazing. We loved DOA & Bocados . The waiters at the pool bar are so great, David, Javier, Benjamin, Alfredo, Anna.Hugo.Give them a huge round of applause.We are always glad to come back to see our family.

Our stay at Garza was amazing. We upgraded to the one bedroom upon arrival and it was so worth it, especially traveling with two kids. The food was delicious and not the typical all inclusive like. The facility is fairly new as it opened in 2021. The rooms and amenities are all modern and beautiful. The check-in process was smooth and the staff are all friendly and helpful.The food and drinks were are top quality and was very delicious!

During our visit we had the pleasure of being assisted by Caroline (who was assigned to assist us during our visit). We met her during our arrival and she was totally awesome. During our visit our daughter became ill and we contacted Caroline for assistance. She dropped everything and immediately came to us and was there to assist with the onsite doctor visit and continued to check on her and us for the remainder of our visit. The staff at Garza Blanca was awesome also but a big thank you to Caroline for showing care and compassion to our family. Were grateful to have had her to assist us and were looking forward to our next trip. A big Gracias! to Caroline and to the Garza Blanca staff!! No complaints from my stay at Garza Blanca. I visited the resort with a small group of girls for a bachelorette weekend. The concierge assisted me with securing activities, shuttles, decorations, dinner reservations, and spa appointments prior to our arrival. The 2 bedroom hotel was extremely spacious and clean for all 5 girls. Even the pullout bed was comfortable! Our butlers Yuri and Josue were extremely accommodating and never overbearing. The staff also helped make the check in and check out process very simple. We did all inclusive each day and it was the perfect decision. The food was delicious! The spa was clean, relaxing, accommodating and a wonderful experience. All in all the trip went smoothly and was very stress free!

We had a great two week getaway. The staff as always were top notch, and extremely accommodating. We had access to butler service, and Yuri and Josue were over the top attentive to our every need. I highly recommend the experience if you get the opportunity.

The best service staff and bartenders - shoutout Raymundo and Diego at the beach bar. Super clean and overall such a great girls trip spot. The food was so good everywhere we went. They also were so helpful setting up our tour and worked so hard to get us into the one we wanted.

Professional and well trained staff, beautiful /well appointed grounds, facilities were excellent. Special mention to our Pool Waiter, Victoria. This young man worked hard to carry out the orders of his people. Very polite and very efficient.

Susi was the best she made our white mocha latte just right and the food at the market was made with love! This was the vacation I didnt know I needed. We were able to turn off our brains and just relax. We will be returning to both Villa Del Palmar and Garza Blanca

My husband and I spent 10 days at the Villa Del Palmar..and what an amazing 10 days it was! First, I have to mention that we have been members with the Villa Group for many years but we always go to Villa Del Arco in Cabo which has been and still is our home away from home! We never imagine that we could ever love or enjoy staying anywhere else but VDP Cancun totally swept us off our feet! Everything and everyone was absolutely fantastic from the moment we got there our Elite Concierge ladies Adrianna and Nubia were phenomenal! They took care of us like we were family! They made all our dinner reservations, reminded us everyday of the time and restaurant, check in with us throughout the day! They made sure to communicate all our plans with our Butler Otiko and Rafael they were so attentive to us, I truly felt like a Queen! Every morning Kevin at the Elite pool had our area prep and ready for us! Raul I miss you so much, thank you for the most amazing service and Eric too! The food at every restaurant was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing! We felt so welcomed and everyone knew our names it was icing on the cake! Every drink was made to perfection! The resort is só beautiful, our room was stunning, the view was breathtaking we could see the ocean from every room including our bed! The cleaning service and turn down service was exceptional! We got a surprise every night we got back to the room from dinner! My husband couldnt stop asking me so since Cancun is closer to where we live now in Florida and Ive totally fallen in love with everything especially the staff, do you still want to travel all the way to Cabo? So weve decided that we will make more frequent trips to Cancun and one each year to Cabo! For me its not only the beauty of this luxury resort but getting to know all the amazing staff that works so hard to care for us and yet they make it look so easy and fun always with a smile or a laugh! We also met some pretty amazing folks that we now call our friends, weve already started planning our next trip with them! The food at the restaurants were great. The service from the staff was amazing. We loveddddd Diego and Raymundo at the bar w swings! Definitely recommend for the BEST shots and all around good vibes. The Bianca pizza, supreme nachos and salmon wrap were our favorites from bite bar for lunch. Just make sure to put your sunscreen on and drink some water haha

Raymundo and Abel were AMAZING! They were so personable and sweet when makingdrinks and kind as well. The drinks were amazing and flavorful. We ordered some rainbow shots with various suprisw drinks that made our experience so unique and lovely. 10/10 experience!

Awesome time here. The resort is beautiful (two years old) so everything is pretty nice. It also about 15 minutes north of the hotel hub so its less busy and feels more inclusive. Its walking distance to a pier that offers ferries to isla mujeres as well. The pools are all very nice the decor is beautiful and the rooms offer plenty of space and amenities. The hotel offers you butler service as an amenities which was great for any little thing you may need, ours, Francisco and Luis, were very attentive to our needs and would always check up just to see if there was anything they could do for us during our stay. A few names worth mentioning for us that provided impeccable services are Felix at the breakfast buffet, Edwin at the Lobby bar with some of the best old fashions Ive had, Leonardo at the food truck restaurant by the pool and Gabriela by the poolside. Those made this even more memorable. As far as the negatives, the food was good but not amazing. One of the restaurants, Dan-Asian, was our favorite but the rest were average at best. Also even though you pay for the all-inclusive, not everything is included for example at the steak house, a server asked us if we would like wine with our dinner. We chose to have some and they though a variety out and asked which one we wanted. After the selection and finishing our meal, we signed the ticket per usual ticket signatures that you had to do after consuming and at check out I find out that I had a hefty charge for a wine bottle that was never mentioned to me that was not part of my all inclusive package. After bringing it up to the check out attendant he stated he would make the manager aware because the server should have told us that some of the wine was not included. Mind you, I speak fluent Spanish so there was no communication error here, it was just never mentioned. Other than that, I do recommend this beautiful hotel and I would come back. I didnt travel with kids and there were plenty of small kids there with their parents so if you prefer kid less hotels, look elsewhere as for us it didnt bother us much.

The resort and the service was excellent. We had a great time especially in our swim up room. Edi & Mario, our butlers were very proactive and always available. We particularly loved Marios extra mile approach throughout our stay. Highly recommend the resort.

Beautiful hotel my kids loved the carousel and they absolutely loved the kids club. All the ladies working at the kids club were so attended to my daughter Meshi which is five years old. One thing I did not realize when booking the hotel the kids club is only ages four and above so my three-year-old was very sad She wasnt able to join the kids club. By the pool, we had wonderful service and the staff at the hotel was extremely kind and attentive. Also, one thing you should be aware of when going to dinner or other things can be charged even though you may have all inclusive it will be charged for anything that you order so be aware and ask the waiter before ordering food or drinks. You will be charged extra when checking out.

Service was amazing. Resort is really clean, family oriented. Food and drinks were great as well. They have a variety of restaurants to choose from. I would definitely go back and visit. Everyone at the resort was very welcoming, from the time we got to the airport and departure.

Excellent time thanks to our Butler Arcos. Arcos was incredibly attentive, professional, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay! He would text us daily schedules of resort activities through WhatsApp. Thanks to him, we were able to secure a yoga mat and specialty pillows for our stay. He was always genuinely willing to go above and beyond to make our stay a memorable - and he did! He had our room decorated with balloons and gifted us a special birthday cake for my son's birthday! Second time here in this Garza Blanca resort. One thing that stood out to us was the service at DAO. The chefs introduced themselves to us while it was my birthday, such class. They presented an amazing meal. However our favorite was the servicer Gustauo. Not only did he stand out above this colleague's. He went above his duties and provided the best service we have ever experienced at this resort. No-one tops his professionalism, service, & delivery. We were very pleased with him. If we could we'd bring him home to work for us cause his work ethic is unlike others today. Job well done to him. He is a great example to represent any business. Thank you Gustauo

We went for seven days and wanted to stay another week. All the staff there are some of the nicest people youll ever meet. The staff bent over backwards to make sure everything was good. There are so many nice restaurants it is hard to chose. The rooms were spotless and beautiful. Loved the rooftop pool for adults. The beach and water were breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. We met so many nice people from all over and made some friends. We cant wait to go back there. Thank You to the great staff and workers. Love you guys.

Our experience was great! We really loved our butlers Yuri and Josue. They made sure to text us the daily activities and also kept in contact with us throughout our day to assist us with anything we needed. We didnt have to pick up the phone and call the front desk because Yuri and Josue were always there to assist us. We were there for our wedding anniversary and Yuri went above and beyond to decorate our room each time she could. The staff at the restaurants also acknowledged our anniversary with a special treat. Our room was so clean and beautiful. The food on the property was delicious. We had reservations for dinner every night so there was no wait. We just wished the beach wasnt so rocky and there was more nighttime entertainment, but overall, we had a very great time at Garza Blanca!!

We just returned from a 7 night trip to Garza Blanca Cancun. We travelled with our two boys, age 8 and 11 and we stayed as all-inclusive guests at the hotel. Our trip was absolutely fabulous for so many reasons.First of all the food and drinks were the best I have experienced in Mexico. We have been to Mexico ten times now and the food and cocktails at this resort are exceptional. We made all our reservations online, one month before travel for each restaurant. The online menus seem fancy for our kids, but each restaurant was super accommodating and had kid options at each place. Our favourites were Dao the Chinese restaurant on the roof top and the steakhouse near the lobby. The only buffet is at breakfast and everything is made fresh right in front of you with options for everyone. My kids could not wait to get their morning fresh, hot churro! Lunch is served at the Mexican restaurant, outdoors by the pool or on the beach at the seafood truck. I could not get enough of the grilled fish baja tacos!!!! The cocktails were so delicious everywhere we went. They could seriously make you anything you could ever want! We had two amazing waiters by the pool, Oscar and another amazing man with glasses who took such good care of us. I am so sorry I have forgotten his name.We had a one bedroom ocean view suite. The room is ridiculously beautiful. So much space, a humongous balcony with the most beautiful view, two bathrooms, a kitchen and washer and dryer! It was perfection! Our Butler Arcos was lovely and checked in daily to make sure everything was perfect.Our trip was fantastic for our boys because of the incredibleactivities staff that ran sporting events all day long. Our boys had the time of their lives and made so many friends each day through sports. A huge shout out to Alex, Landa and Willy who made our trip the best family trip ever!!!!There arent too many negatives about this resort. The beach is a beautiful sandy stretch, but it does have exposed slate rock when you walk in with seaweed. When you go out a bit deeper it is lovely. The kids had a wonderful time playing on the bouncy pad out in the water.The resort has key cards instead of bracelet access which I thought was outdated for a new resort. At each restaurant and bar you go to you have to sign a bill. This is annoying for an all-inclusive guest, but necessary because you can choose all-inclusive or not all-inclusive. The all-inclusive guests can also purchase extras like lobster and wagyu beef so a billing system is necessary.All in all, we had the best vacation. We never go anywhere twice because we always want to try somewhere new, but this place was the exception to our rule. We are already planning our trip back!

We have come to this resort this last few years for spring break and we always have a great time. The food is fantastic and the views and atmosphere are wonderful. Kevin and Angel always had us setup and ready to go next to the pool and Gabriel and Giovanni provided excellent service pool side. The wonderful service that is provided throughout the resort is what helps to make our experience so fun and relaxing. Our only complaint this year was that the furniture on the balcony was replaced with lesser quality chairs that were less comfortable in years past. They used to have nice furniture that we used to enjoy our morning coffee with and then would enjoy our night cap after dinner. This year the new chairs took a little away from used to be one of our favorite parts of the day. Overall we had a great time and are looking forward to going back next year!

Stayed here for 5 nights in April. The grounds were beautiful. Palm trees everywhere, grounds were spotless, beautiful pools. There was plenty of room without feeling like guests were on top of each other. Shout out to Angel and Kevin from the VIP Pool section, they made sure our cabanas were ready every morning. David the lifeguard/medic was great. Also shoutout to our poolside servers Armando and Candelario. I wish there was more nighttime activities or performances. They had nighttime shows for 2 nights out of the week on their schedule. Magic show was great, the musical performance was ok.

The most amazing staff! Very accommodating, friendly, welcoming and so very gracious! Shout out to Bartenders Edwin and Jesus and waiter outside Miguel! Best time ever!! Highly recommend the pirate ship as the most entertaining show and excitement for the whole family!

Wiliam!!! We would make sure we sat in Wiliams section every day by the pool! We stayed for 8 days and he was the best server of any restaurant or pool side server. Friendly, thoughtful and attentive. We stayed with six kids and six adults and he Made our trip!!! Thank you Wiliam!!!!!

The white pool area is off the hook. Kevin and Angel always do am excellent job of taking care of me and my group. Family and friends always feel special when they are in charge and running the elite pool. Whether was a bit cooler and rainy this week but still an enjoyable week.

We were at the resort from March 23, 2024 through April 6. We were guest of elite members. This was also our second trip to this resort. The first was 8 years ago. To start the Villa del Palmar is still very beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional. We had several meals at the restaurants onsite and the food, atmosphere and most importantly the staff were outstanding. The maid service was excellent, friendly, polite and professional. The ground keepers do an amazing job keeping everything beautiful and clean. We had access to the VIP pool and had an amazing time there. It started with Kevin and Angel who plan all the guests cabanas, lounge chairs and umbrellas. The two of them made sure that we had enough shade and places to relax. They are very friendly, polite and professional. We enjoyed getting to know them. For several days during our trip our beverage and food service was handled by Enrique Salanna. He was serving everyone at VIP pool which is a large group. He was very friendly, polite and professional. Enrique took care of so well we never felt neglected or ignored.Because Kevin, Angel and Enrique made us feel very welcomed we feel we made friends which made this vacation one of the best. Everyone of the staff made us feel Cancun an Villa del Palmar is a special and wonderful place to visit.

Went with my family of 5 and stayed in the 1 bedroom ocean view suite. Was able to get a roll away bed for my oldest and the room worked out great. Service by the pool daily was second to none, especially Benjamin who was always on his game. Alejandro, Jared, and Angel were very helpful daily with getting us set up by the pool. We enjoyed eating at the restaurants and the buffet as there was a vast selection of foods to eat. Some nights were tough to find foods for the kids to eat such as Mexican night at the buffet and Zama (My kids are very selective). One issue we had was getting attacked my mosquitoes for 3 nights in a row, it was that bad, not sure where they came from! Besides that VDP was perfect if you want a more laid back style. After all I would definitely book here again if coming back to Cancun.

Very good recent experience at Villa Del Palmar. Only areas of improvement that I could think of is the following: -Having music continually playing syncing across all speakers instead of a select few -More entertainment at night time for families and kids (shows, music, magic, comedy, etc)-Better job addressing the mosquito situation which came out of nowhere for half of our stay.Specifically wanted to highlight some employees as they deserve that recognition: -Alejandro from pool management to assist us with umbrellas and chair setup everyday for our large party -Benjamn from the pool bar. He was continually attentive to our large party and always checking in with us, delivering our food and drinks on time and knew our names. -Cesar from the morning breakfast buffet team. Super attentive and friendly who made everything seamless for our large party.

Roof top bar was bomb! Alexa my concierge was excellent. Great service and beautiful room. They were very attentive from the moment that our family arrived. Good restaurants to choose from and the buffet offerings were fresh. Only minor beef was the weak alcohol but thats pretty much all all-inclusives

Amazing experience! Clean, accommodating, and relaxing atmosphere. Jesus, Adrian, Kenny, Eduardo, and Fernando (servers and butler) were awesome! We smiled our whole trip and made so many memories. The food was excellent and no corners were cut. Sister hotel was fun to visit, but Garza Blanca was best place to book rooms. We will definitely be visiting this resort again!

What an awesome place! Service is exceptional. The Rooftop is a must for adults. The staff was so accommodating. Special shout out the Alfredo and Moises. Alfredo was on point with our drinks and food orders. Moises always made sure we had our pool chairs ready when we arrived including fresh towels. You must eat at Hiroshi. We just spent a wonderful week at this property. We were pleased with everything! The food, the rooms, the property, the staff were all excellent. We traveled with a group of teens for spring break and their families and had a great experience! Everyone was awesome but we would like to give a special shoutout to our Pool Butler Arad who helped us each day with chairs and towels, our Pool Waiter Enrique who took great care of our group, and we had a very special experience two nights at the Gourmet Food Hall with Alejandro and Carlos as our servers. These men specifically deserve a shout out for their service which went beyond. A special thank you to Amr who helped us with our large group dining each night. I cant recommend the property enough! We hope to return!

Very nice facility, staff was very friendly and our housekeeper Rosario kept us comfortable and happy. The food was delicious and the staff in the restaurants were also very helpful and friendly. We were asked about food allergies at every meal and they accommodate vegetarians gladly. No complaints from us, only compliments.

Absolutely fabulous!!! Kevin at the VIP pool was the star of our vacation! Kevin takes time to talk to us daily and is always so friendly and kind. He is a strong presence to everyone in his section and anticipates their needs and requests. We are Elite members and the staff are so amazing to us. Look forward to March 2025!

Three couple for 9 days at this resort. We were pleased and would have given a 5 except issue with booking restaurants. If you are going you must book your evening restaurant reservations online weeks before you go, otherwise you will be out of luck and upset. We read reviews before going and booked and had no problem doing this; the issue is that no one informed us of this and we had to find out for ourselves. Resort was clean, lots of pools, restaurants and bars. Nice beach with a few weeds that were always cleaned up. No evening entertainment which was good for us. Service ranged from average to fantastic. Mostly great. One bartender served us at bars and the beach for several days - Angel, likely the best service we have ever had anywhere.

Adrians service at the swing beach side bar is impeccable. He was so happy and friendly and made my experience at Pal Mar absolutely incredible. We owe it to Adrian for an incredible trip! The drinks were absolutely delicious too try the margarita!

The resort is one of the best weve stayed at in Cancun! Edgar at the pool is the best server there is. His attention to detail is unmatched. Drinks would be ready and waiting for us when we got to our chairs. All of the restaurants had great food, servers and menu choices. I would highly recommend this resort for families or couples alike!

My wife, two kids (3 & 5) and I stayed here for ten (10) days and stayed in the ONE BEDROOM SWIM UP with the all-inclusive package. We have stayed in this part of Cancun three years in a row each time for ten (10) days in similar all-inclusive one-bedroom accommodations.Room (5 out of 5) - The ONE BEDROOM SWIM UP is an amazing room. Looks just like in the photos. For a family of four, this room is incredible. The main king bed is very comfortable and has lots of space. The four of us spent the majority of the time sleeping in the same bed together comfortably. There is a pull-out bed in the living room which is by far the most comfortable pullout I have experienced in any resort in Cancun as it comes with a memory foam mattress. There is a washer and dryer which was great to use to dry our bathing suits throughout our stay and great to wash all your clothes at the end of the trip before heading back to reality. The main bathroom is amazing and even has a heated toilet. There is a full kitchen which we didn't need as we had the all-inclusive package but for anyone without the all-inclusive, this kitchen has everything you need. The patio is fantastic as it has a nice-sized pool (Which was cleaned daily by their personnel), a good-sized seating area to eat (Which we used for breakfast almost daily), and a hammock which my kids loved.Butler Service (10 out of 5) - All I have to say is if you have Alexa as your butler you are in amazing hands. She is so attentive and did everything to make our trip the best experience possible even when things did not work out as we expected which I will mention here and later in the review. She really went out of her way for our kids to make sure their experience was just so memorable. Our children were unable to utilize the "kids club" which I'll discuss later. Still, in replacement, she created little things for them to experience like several surprise bubble baths with animal balloon characters inside, getting them colouring activities and crafts to do, and having a kid packs prepared for them with little white kids robes and sandals (which my kids loved and took home and still use), stuffed toys and some activity books. She would check on us every day and work tirelessly to get us the reservation times we needed. One night we decided to stay in and order room service and asked if it would be possible to find some crme brule for dessert as it wasn't on the menu and twenty minutes later she showed up at our door with two of them from one of the restaurants. Lastly, my sister-in-law also stayed at the resort at the same time with her 1-year-old baby. She had requested a crib before arriving but was told that they did not have any available for at least a couple of days. I asked Alexa if there was anything she could do to help and in less than an hour they showed up with a crib and a stroller for her. All I can say is if your room comes with the Butler service you NEED to request Alexa as your person.Restaurants and Food (5 out of 5) - Every restaurant here was amazing. There are so many options to choose from especially since you can also book the restaurants from their sister resort next door. The food is incredible and there are so many menu options (Even if just order the all-inclusive options). The presentation of the food is amazing and the dessert options are the best I've ever had at any resort I've stayed at in Cancun. They even had live music in some of the restaurants which was fantastic. The food from the room service, near the pools and at the food truck was also great and the room service always came to the room with great presentation as if you ordered at one of their restaurants. We also ate breakfast on our patio almost every morning which we ordered the night before and they always delivered it right at the times requested. The morning buffet breakfast is also a 5 out of 5. Great place to eat and has so many options with freshly made items from their bakers. There were only two things I would say that made me give it a 4.5 and not a 5. 1) The Italian restaurant closed the day we had it booked due to renovations so it was unfortunate we didn't get to try it and found it hard to get another reservation fortunately Alexa our butler was able to book us a big group reservation last minute so that we had another place booked for dinner. 2) One of the restaurants was closed for the full duration of our trip to accommodate a huge group of people from Brooklyn. The fact that it wasn't available to us did not bother us but I would've liked to have been made aware before we arrived that one of the restaurants that was part of our package was not going to be made available to us. No compensation was given for this.Drinks (5 out of 5) - Best resort thus far when it comes to the all-inclusive drink package. They have every type of drink even Caesars which some resorts don't have. The package includes top-shelf liquor which at other resorts you had to pay extra for. Fantastic hot and cold coffee options. The bartenders were great and even recommended some great drink options when asked.Service (5 out of 5) - The service was great for the entire time we were here. Including Alexa our butler, the pool support personnel, the restaurant service, and the bartenders. Everyone was very accommodating. Definitely some of the best service we have experienced at a Cancun resort.For Children (3.5 out of 5) - I will start by saying this is why we do these vacations as we want to create great memories for our kids and I will also say that they had an amazing time here and they will forever remember this resort and the times they had as it was a memorable experience for them. Some of the great things include: The merry-go-round in the resort is such an amazing touch and my kids loved utilizing it every night after dinner and they still talk about it. They have great pools with ankle-high water to allow them to play in the pool with their toys without having to get right in and swim which they loved. The restaurants had great food and drink options for the kids and they always tried to accommodate any request. This was great for us as my kids are vegetarian and at times options at restaurants can be limited but my kids always loved the food and never left the restaurants feeling hungry. The reason for our lower score in this category is because they do not have any live shows at night for the kids to enjoy which our kids really enjoyed at the other Cancun resorts we've stayed at. The ice cream shop they had outside was not included in the all-inclusive package which my kids really enjoyed at the other resorts as well. There is not much of a kid's pool there. They have a small splash pad but nothing to rant and rave about in comparison to the other resorts we have stayed at. Lastly, the biggest issue for me was the "kids club". They had two very strict rules. You are not allowed to play in the "kids club" if you are under the age of 4. This meant my youngest who was a month away from being four years old was not allowed to enjoy the "kids club". This isn't what bothers me as I know there are legal reasons for this and this was actually the same situation at the other resorts we stayed at. What got me is that they wouldn't allow my youngest to play in the room even if I stayed there to watch her. They had a strict no-parent rule whereas at previous resorts my youngest was able to enjoy the amenities as long as my wife or I stayed to look after her and in addition signed a waiver confirming that I was responsible for them. Due to this, my oldest didn't feel comfortable staying on her own and she didn't want to stay without her sister. I even asked if I could just stay for ten (10) minutes so that my oldest could get comfortable with the space and the care personnel there but they flat out said no and that parents are not allowed to stay whatsoever. This upset my daughter and me as one of the best memories she had from the previous resorts was the kids' club and the crafts she was able to do daily. So what this comes down to is this place is a daycare and not a kids club at all. It is somewhere to drop off your kids so that the parents don't have to watch them. Which is a nice service for a resort to have but don't sell it as something other than that. I will say again Alexa our butler really made an impact here to make up for the disappointing daycare by bringing crafts and activities for them to experience throughout our stay. Sales People (2 out of 5) - So this resort is one of many they own and they do ask whether you would be interested in learning about their exclusive club that for a fee will give you access to all their resorts at better prices. We denied this right at the beginning as we do not like to be sold anything while on vacation. They did ask a couple more times throughout our stay which I always denied but they did not push it too hard. I would've given this a 0 out of 5 but when I compare the other one-time another resort tried to sell us on something similar this time was not as aggressive and they didn't push it as much as the last time we experienced this. Resort and Overall Experience (4.5 out of 5) - This place is beautiful, clean and modern. Really everything you want from a resort. Our room was amazing, the service was great and the food and drinks were incredible. If I was on this vacation without my kids I would've given it a 5 out of 5 but when considering their needs I would have to give it a 4.5 out of 5. I will say if it weren't for Alexa I would've given it a 4 out of 5.

Checked in on 2/7/24. Checked out on 2/11/24 Garza Blanca CancunEverything was good in the resort in terms of my stay. I checked out on February 11, until now they have not released back my incidental deposit to my credit card. I have been calling them, transferred my calls to their front desk, but for 2 weeks now nobody is picking up my calls. The incidental fee is close to US $1, 000.00. A female supervisor from the concierge department whom I spoke with last week on the phone, took notes of my concerns, and she told me she will make sure to forward this to the front desk manager. She will email the front desk manager and copying me on her email. So far, no emails too. Jorge from the front desk who checked me out on 2/11, said that I will get back the incidental deposit, "NOW" is his word used, and that was on 2/11. Also the concierge staff in Cancun is quite aggressive in their timeshare presentations invite. Quite annoying. Imelda Romero

This resort was everything I dreamed of and more! This was a trip celebrating 35 years of friendship. Upon arriving, we were greeted with glasses of champagne and a smile. We 1st met our 2 butlers, Fernando and Alvaro, who made sure everything was in place and that all our dining reservations were made. Throughout our stay, we never met anyone who did not greet us and simply smile. Some of our waiters/waitresses that made this experience better were Martin, Jesus , Rubi, and a big shout out to Pedro (at DAO) and his mad skills with his fire desserts! To our amazing bartenders, Giovanni, Alexei, and Gama (not sure of the spelling of his name), please seek them out for some delicious drinks. If you go to the breakfast buffet at the Gourmet hall, you have to try their green juice and signature flavored coffees. Spa dates are a must. If you go to the beach, look for Ricardo, he is a sweetheart and so helpful! The majority of our stay, we went to the adults only rooftop pool and bar where we were greeted daily by Moises and my favorite guy Benjamin! Benjamin works extremely well under stress and still makes time to stop by and say hi. The staff at this resort went above and beyond and, in my opinion, need raises!!!

Our bellboy Candelario took great care of us! The resort was amazing and the views were breath taking. The rooms and pools were everything! The restaurants at Garza Blanca and the neighboring resort were excellent. Everything was clean! The spa is a must!!

Amazing experience at Garza Blanca in Cancun. The food was particularly impressive - much better than we'd experienced at other resorts. As for service, it was top notch. We were incredibly fortunate to even have our own BUTLERS --big shout out to Luis and Francisco!

Garza Blanca in Cancun was beyond amazing! The resort, food and accommodation were excellent. Our private butlers Luis and Francisco made sure everything during our stay was taken care of, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible vacation.Our driver from Garza, Dani was kind and friendly and we had a great conversation with him.At Bacados Francisco, Alfredo, Victoria and Manuel did a wonderful job serving and taking care of us for our many meals, delicious food and service.I would highly recommend vacationing at Garza Blanca Cancun for a luxurious resort. The best food we have had and service beyond great.

Fermin the bell man was the kindest man and so thorough. He was timely and responsible and went above and beyond. These jobs often get overlooked when reviewing service but I can tell you he was the last staff member we interacted with before leaving and he left us with a great impression.

Noe gave us the best beach service. He is friendly, engaging and fun. He went out of his way to ensure he gave us the best experience. Additionally, the drinks and food were delicious. Everyone at the resort have been amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful resort, very attentive staff. Particularly appreciated the hard work and so pleasant/friendly attitude of the following individuals who put providing excellent at the forefront of their work: Carlos and Kevin at the VIP pool and Angel, the pool waiter.

There is a reason we come back to the Villa del Palmar in Cancun. The rooms are awesome, the beds are comfortable, the food is great but the best part is the service on the beach. Thank you Edgar!. Nice beach, great place to stay. We only had one mishap with our reservation fir transportation from the airport.

Our family has now come to this resort twice and its absolutely safe to say there will be more visits in the future. We are a family of four with two children, both under the age of 10 and VDP Cancun continues to be a favorite of ours. A balance where you can have an adult resort feel but still have enough amenities and activities to keep kids entertained all day is what you will get here! The resort grounds and suites are very clean and organized, the service is prompt and professional. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from which give you multiple meal options throughout the day, not to mention room service being available as you need it. There isn't enough gratitude to share with the entire staff / crew at VDP Cancun, for all of the hard work that goes into keeping this place pristine day after day. The attention that goes into ensuring the pool pH levels are constantly accurate; the grounds landscaping being constantly manicured to perfection; the cleanliness of the lavatories and not seeing a single trash bin full or overflowing... These are things you most likely wont think about while being there because they are all in perfect condition, but it takes work to keep it this way. Thank you to all of you hard working men and women who do this day in and day out so that people like us can truly appreciate the experience while being there! I especially want to thank:Too (Antonio) for making our pool experience extremely comfortable. The guidance and advice given on how to spend time around the resort and surrounding areas was appreciated. Beto, Miguel and a handful of other gentlemen that I could regularly count on for prompt and delicious TSLs at the drop of a dime. The bartending service was perfect all around!I intend on visiting VDP Cancun again and will recommend friends and family to this exact resort. Beautiful Resort and room, stayed in a 1 bedroom unit as a timeshare, The unit is huge, 2 bathrooms and a jetted bathtub. Did not take the all inclusive, did our own cooking and ate at on sight restauraunts. If you are doing timeshare I would suggest bringing some groceries with you before you get here. There is a market on site and a Gomart across the street for some things.If you want to go to walmart you have to catch a taxiOur Conceirge Marlene helped us with everything during our stay.She was excellent. If you go to the presentation for the free breakfast you get a discount at the restauraunts , the onsite store and excursionsThe beach is calm and has free use of kayaks and paddle boardsWill come back in the future. Overall, we had an amazing experience at VDP. Our room (3-bedroom penthouse) was great and the views were beautiful. I love that this resort offers such large suites so our family could all stay together. Otikio and Yosel were our butlers and they went above and beyond everyday of our stay to ensure we were happy. I've been to other resorts that provided butler service, and this was BY FAR the best service. Otikio reached out weeks before our stay to take care of all of our dining needs and reservations. Check-in and check-out process was seamless. I will definitely be traveling to this resort again with our family.

The food is amazing! The food was quality and very delicious! They had activity workers that made it much more fun! Sandiago, david and merina was alot of fun , very nice and always happy . Absolutely loved the ocean, no waves and you can just relax!

Just returned home today, spent 2 weeks all inclusive at this amazing Resort!!Staff was amazing!!!!! I would like to thank the entertainment team with their energy at the daily noon Zumba pool activity, Brisa, David and Santiago rocked!!!! and they continued all day long with activities like beach and pool volleyball, water polo, toss the balloon games and afternoon salsa dancing. This team had high energy and kept all the guest including the kids entertained and moving :)Daily Pool servers Candleline, Edwardo and Raul all kept the drinks coming and were amazing!!!, Zacks Bartenders: Andrian and his partner Odel were super nice! Miguel also made our vacation great!!!!!! its so good to see him as we met Miguel a few years ago and he is still with this fantastic resort!Antonio and Arad were there to set us up with the perfect view, loungers, towels, umbrella, top notch guys that were always smiling and super nice :)our server Mario was top notch at the Breakfast buffet. Stop at the egg bar and have your preferred omelet made to perfection, our omelet cook was there most of our 2 weeks and he remembered our ingredients :)The restaurants were all 5 star with amazing food and great service! we had the option to write well deserved daily reviews on our experience.our excursion was the 'Pirate Ship' with an open bar the show started off with amazing live music then the pirates put on a great show, then dinner and to finish off the night more live music and dancingall in all our vacation was so amazing, I can not wait to go backCharliene Katherine and Pete

The experience was very good and comfortable, the food and the attention of experience of the breakfest room (by the manager Alejandro Cespedes, Adolfo Osario, Alexander Zunza and the chef Angel Trujillo) was really pleasant. It is 100% recommend

This was a nice spot overall. The facility is beautiful, and most of the food options are pretty good. That being said, the attentiveness of the staff at the restaurants/pools wasnt the best weve experienced. An exception was Diego at Gourmet Hall. He was OUTSTANDING and truly made us feel like family. He went out of his way to take care of us and make us feel special, even on busy evenings. If the entire staff were like Diego, this resort would be the best weve ever visited. If youre staying at Garza Blanca Cancun, have dinner at Gourmet Hall and ask for Diego youll have an amazing evening.

We had another wonderful visit, this time with family. Bocados and Gourmet Hall continue to be our favorite restaurants. Special thanks to our excellent Gourmet Hall server Toledo, who is a consummate professional. Our butler Josue was very thoughtful about ensuring all our dinner reservations were in order, as well as other matters of our stay. We took advantage of the pools, beach access, rooftop, room service and Spa Imagine. Pablo in the spa was a skilled massage therapist and several of our party booked him for massage. We love the fitness center its big and spotless with new and plentiful equipment and machines. We had an issue with the start of the all-inclusive planfront desk started it on the wrong day, and it was a bit of a hassle to correct. We cant wait for another visit.

We had a great time overall. We were a family of 4 traveling (one 4 year old and 1 9 month old). Our room (swim up one bedroom suite) was perfect. Our butlers Fernando and Alvaro were AMAZING!! Literally could text them and they would respond in seconds and help with whatsoever we needed. I could not be more appreciative of them. We got so lucky! Also- Alonso at the lobby bar was beyond the best, when he was not there for one day, it was definitely NOT the same! He was so on top of it, and great. And served to our needs! Would come back just for the great service we had here :)Also- service at the restaurants and pool side were phenomenal and extra sweet and generous. We could not have been happier dealing with the people working at Garza Blanca!

The resort was incredibly beautiful. The pools were amazing, as were the restaurants. Every single member of the wait staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They were all super personable and funny and helpful. We had the privilege of being helped by Gabriella, Raul, Ruben, Oscar, and Noa. They all went above and beyond and were so kind. The only thing that wasnt great was since there were a lot of private events going on, a bunch of restaurants were closed. Since we had the all inclusive package, it was a little harder to make it worth it with the amount of things that were closed. I wish we were made aware when we got there, which places would be closed on each day so we knew how to plan dinners and lunches better. We also didnt like how the residents of the sister hotel on the other side of the Garza Blanca were not allowed to use certain restaurants even though they paid the same amount as us for the all inclusive. One other small thing that wasnt terrible but was annoying was how the concierge peopleHave to push the free timeshare breakfast on all the people checking in. They pushed too much about it and it made us uncomfortable.

Phenomenal resort!! Very classy and very clean! The restaurants were incredible. Our favorite part of the trip was the daily trip to the spa for the hydrotherapy!! The pools were so big and chairs by them were so comfortable. We didnt have trouble finding chairs every day we were there. The rooftop pool was what drew our attention there and it did not disappoint!

Garza Blanca is beautiful, and the staff is so friendly. The food was EXCELLENT during our entire trip. The pools are wonderful for swimming and were a great temperature. The beach is nice and calm, and we really liked being on the outskirts of Cancun-central, the resort and beach felt very safe and private. The views from the garden view junior suite were lovely, and it was nice that we did not have to worry about any noise from the pool side. Plenty of shade, chairs, towels, sun, drinks, and food made for a wonderful family get-together - we will be back!

We travelled with our kids ages 12 and 17 and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation! We stayed in the two bedroom partial ocean view (one king and two queens) - there was more than enough space for us and the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean was breathtaking! The beds are so comfortable! The food is great, highly recommend Davino, the Italian spot. Daily breakfast buffet had lots of options and my husband really enjoyed the omelet station. The activities people in and around the pool area are so friendly and have lots of energy! Staff on the property from the front desk to room service attendants were prompt, efficient and so very welcoming. Special shout out to Armando at the pool for being an amazing server and attentive to our needs. We received excellent bar service every night from Yair - he remembered our drink order from the first night and made delicious mango non alcoholic drinks for our girls! We really enjoyed getting to know him! If you get the chance try out the short bike ride tour to the ruins near the property. It's a short excursion but really cool to see. Make sure to bring mosquito repellent!! We will def be back to visit again - thank you VDP for the hospitality of your professional staff and beautiful property!

Our holiday here was amazing!! The service was top notch! Adrian at the pool bar was beyond fantastic. Edgar and Alberto at check in were stellar!! This place is a perfect balance of not too no large but not to small. The food was great! Book your restaurant reservation before you leave though. Service from everyone here was top notch. Definitely a quieter resort.

Palmita market at Villa del Palmar has the greatest option for meals and quick supplies if you are not on the all inclusive meal plan. The staff this morning: Ale, Abi, Ulises, and Guadalupe were fantastic getting our breakfast needs met.

Amazing EVERYTHING From the feel, the cleanliness, the smells, the food and of course the service was top notch. Our experience at Dao Restaurant was impeccable. Cliff, our server made the evening one to remember. Already booked to come back.

Truly beautiful location; the developer (Tafer) has taken advantage of the Caribbean Sea views with cascading infinity pools galore. The resort is only 2 years old so the rooms are in very good condition. Restaurants have great chefs - the food is very good, service at the pool is great. A few miscommunications with room service. The spa and hydrotherapy circuit are AMAZING!!! Must go!

The resort and experience was excellent! The rooms could use a little love/attention, but the amenities, food, pools and staff were absolutely fantastic! We traveled with a large group including kids, everyone had a great time. We also had the most wonderful in-suite dining experience with chef Johny, Oscar, and Mateo. The entire meal, just WOW! The table was beautifully laid out, all courses were perfectly cooked, and the entire stuff was kind and friendly. The best meal we had all week, highly recommended!

We love our time at VdP!!! The last 12 years, we have been faithful visitors however, this last trip was above and beyond. The entertainment team really stepped up! Zumba at noon was a favorite for our entire family...Natalia, David, Santiago, & their last member (drawing a blank on her name...sorry) were amazing! Benjamin, our poolside server was perfecto!!! Can't wait to be back soon!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel is quite majestic. As you enter the lobby is spacious and well decorated and looks out over the pools to the beach. Its a truly great entrance. We had two 2BR suites, which were amazing. Lots of space, well decorated and great features like a full refrigerator and washer/dryer. One was swim up, which means you have a small private pool (it doesnt connect to the main pools). The grounds and pools are beautiful and well designed. A series of pools near the hotel flow down to the infinity pool that looks over the beach. You do have to get out early to reserve chairs, which is a hassle that is common these days. The beach is small but very nice with lots of chairs and some obstacles for the kids to play on. The service was top notch. The staff would say hello and smile always and the friendly vibes permeated the entire resort. Special shout out to our butlers Andres and Josue who were terrific. The food was a big surprise. Most all inclusive have mediocre food, but several restaurants here were quite good. Especially Hiroshi and Dao as well as the steakhouse. You can also eat in the restaurants at the sister property next door. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Dao was our favorite. It sits atop the hotel and has stunning views of the sea and the forest. This is also the location of the adults only pool as well as the rooftop bar. Our waiter Pedro was so much fun. He really made the night for us. The spa may be the best part of all. We all got treatments and several in our group thought they were among the best they have ever had. Great setting and wonderful therapists. There are a few slight negatives. The resort is a little sleepy at night, though the NYE party was super fun. Beer and liquor is included and you can get good liquors in the bar package. But if you are a wine drinker you have to buy bottles at an extra cost and they are more than they cost in the US. The resort is also medium sized so should plan excursions if you are there for a long time or you might get a little bored. We did a snorkel trip and deep sea fishing excursion and both were fun. In all a great property that is very well run with an amazing attention to detail.

The accommodations were lovely and our entire family enjoyed the amenities. Special kudos to our pool attendant , Antonio! Every morning he had chairs waiting for all of us with umbrellas and towels laid outit was hassle free. He even decorated our area with a happy birthday banner and names of three of our eleven family members celebrating birthdays during our trip!

The remodeled rooms are amazing. My ultimate favorite was the food. Davino restaurant was my absolute favorite and if you go there, ask for the server, Gerardo. He was excellent. Gerardo, the Sommelier and Martin (manager) were very accommodating and suggested some amazing wine selections. Also, the chef did not miss with the delectable foods and flavors. I have been to this resort a few times and I will be going back to visit Davino. Gerardo (waiter), keep being genuine as you are because your service was impeccable. Also, the pool server, Benjamin is a gem. Sit in his section when laying out near the pool. You wont regret it. Benji also got us the best chairs. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing vacation Ill remember for years to come.

We just returned from another fabulous week at the Villa Del Palmar. The rooms had been updated and very sheik. I liked that they have decreased their plastic use with refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. A 1 bedroom worked okay for our family of 4 (kids were supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa but one made a bed out of the cushions). The nespresso machine was a nice treat. The view was magnificent and we made good use of our hammock. The few times I needed to work, I got good Wi-Fi on the balcony.The pools were very clean. I was happy to see that there are fewer people blocking groups of chairs early in the morning if you wanted you could find a few lounge chairs at any time if you werent too picky about which pool you hung out at. This was our first year with Elite status so we hung out at the Elite pool, which was just lovely. Kevin and Carlos made sure we had everything we needed. Our waiters like Eric were super attentive with amazing cocktails and lunches from the Snack Bar. It was so luxurious to have a cabana with pillows and towels all set for us right at the infinity pool. I loved going to yoga each morning and participated in a number of the pool/beach activities like movie trivia and bags. My husband and I also went on the organized bike ride to the El Meco ruins, which was about 15 min ride on sidewalks. You pay $5 to get into the archeological site and its more than worth if it you are not making the long drive to Tulum or Chichenitza. The iguanas sunbathing on the ruins were an added treat. We liked it so much that we returned by cab with our kids later in the week (warning its $20 for a 6 min ride, but the driver stayed while we explored so the total $40 seemed well spent). Its super buggy so cover up and accept the bug spray from the man at the gate. We also tried the inflatable obstacle course. You wade out, which my kids didnt love, but it was pretty hilarious to try. I did some paddle boarding as well, but sadly the kids cannot participate. They can, however, kayak. They liked the kids club activities like scavenger hunt, mocktail class, and pizza making but its a lot smaller than the one they loved in Nuevo Vallerta. The Christmas party with Santa complete with dessert bar and dance revue was a highlight. The kids also liked the lovely carousel that runs starting at 4 pm among the lovely (but expensive) shopping along the Garza Blanca front terrace. For more affordable souvenirs, turn left out of the resort and then left again by the gas station to a little shop with the usual cancun stuff. The food could not have been better. We did the all inclusive package as I didnt want to think about prices during our stay. Much better to prepay and then forget about it. That said, I am sure I are and drank more than I would have otherwise. My kids loved the breakfast buffet, which has something for everyone with a lovely ocean view. Only issue was the milk isnt cold- assuredly a cultural quirk. We tried every restaurant. I am a pescatarian, no shellfish, and did not have a problem finding delicious Tuna, Salmon, grouper, and Seabass dishes. The host staff is always careful to ask about food restrictions. I love that you can reserve at either resort adds variety. My kids mostly ate from the adults menu, and the wait staff was very accommodating of their desire for everything on the side. They also made lovely mocktails for them now that they have the taste for them (try the Perry Punch or Lychee Bubblegum). The desserts were also fabulous, especially the passion fruit creme brlée at La Casona. My favorite meal was the Tuna at Zama, my husbands was his short ribs at Blanca Blue, my kids seemed to love La Casona where they split salmon and sirloin best. Hiroshis sushimi was delicious though the kids didnt love the ramen. My least favorite was the fish and chips from the gormet food hall but the brisket my husband and son ordered got great reviews. We did go on the member update to check out Garza Blanca. Its super modern- every detail is beautiful. We like villa del Palmar for the more Mexican motif. But it is gorgeous especially the rooftop infinity pool. Be warned, the sales guys are very good at their jobs. But we asked that they simply hold the offer open until the end of the week and the bocked, so we knew the upgrade wasnt for us. We did love the discount, however, on our excursion to Xavage, which was simply incredible. I will do a separate review.

Our butlers Enrique and Fernando were top notch. Going to extra mile to decorate our rooms for my wife's and sister-in-law's birthdays. The accommodations (3 bedroom loft), the food and our housekeeper Marharita, were all outstanding. We will definitely return to Garza Blanca Cancun.

Extraordinary!! The rooms are spacious and beautiful - and your porch view whether ocean/sunrise or green space/sunset is stunning. Everyone is gracious, friendly and solicitous. But the best part of all is the food. The restaurants are simply the best anywhere. Highly recommended!!!

Garza Blanca was such a gem. We had a swim up room and did the all inclusive plan. Our butler Yuri was amazing, attentive and checked on us frequently. Yuri and our little had a bond and only after 3 full days he said he loved Yuri and gave many hugs. The restaurants were delicious and the extras were worth it. Those with kids definitely take advantage of the kids club.

We had a big mishap with our room at the beginning of our trip but they were so kind and helped us resolve everything. The food has been great and we have enjoyed the adult only rooftop bar and pool! Jamie at the rooftop has been incredible and makes AMAZING drinks. He was always ready to answer any of our questions and accommodated our request perfectly. He makes the best chocolate martini and is so friendly! Hector at Hiroshi made us a beautiful personalized dessert every night we ate there. Both of them have made our honeymoon so special and we are very grateful. Hiroshi gave us the best service by far but that was because of Hector! Jamie behind the bar killed everything! Alexei at the swim up bar was so friendly and helped us with everything we could need! His service and attitude could not have been better! The drinks were spectacular. Our room stayed cleaned and stocked with the all inclusive drinks and snacks. It is such a quick drive from the airport. We used USA transfers and it was quick and easy to get here maybe 25 minutes from the airport!

The Butlers,Enricque & Ferdando were very attentive to our needs. They arranged a rose petal bath in our room for our anniversary. For breakfast the "hosts" Cielo & Isabel after a few times remembered my name and room number which made me feel special. Jamie, the bartender at the Rooftop, was excellent. There were some problems with the bill but were quickly corrected. The massages were great.

The resort is beautiful. Food and Drinks are delicious. There were 17 of us. All the restaurants went out of their way to accommodate us. Pool Butlers did a great job. Water sports staff went out of their way to let us snorkel safely while kayaking. Carlos, Yair, & Jorge are the best!

My family (my husband and I and our 3 girls - 8, 10, 11) and my mother in law stayed at the beautiful Villa Del Palmar for a week in December.We rented the 3 bedroom Penthouse which had an incredible wrap around view of the ocean and a hot tub overlooking the ocean as well. Our butlers Rafael & Santiago helped us to verify dinner reservations, book a spot at the infinity pool and provided daily schedules with activities for us. They were incredibly helpful and their service was wonderful. As part of the room package we also got an experience in room and we opted for the dinner. This was by far, one of the most amazing experiences. Chef Jhonny Pangera is incredibly talented and the flavors and textures of the food were outstanding. The service of Mateo Perez made us feel like royalty during the dinner and his attention to detail of our likes and dislikes made it feel very personalized. Carlos Chi and Rafael Santoyo also helped pull the experience together. We did the family pictures which turned out amazing, had the best house keepers Ive ever experienced on a vacation like this, and the incredible assistance of Leticia with the concierge booking trips. I also need to note the exceptional service of Carlos at the infinity pool and his team. This was our first family trip out of the US, and the people who work at this resort have all made an imprint on our vacation and memories that will last forever. Would definitely recommend for families or couples.

Dao is our favorite restaurant at the Garza Blanca in Cancun. We went three times during our 1 week stay. Gustavo in particular made our experience incredibly special! He was friendly, knowledgable and took care to make every visit unique and delicious!

The first thing that comes to mind when I look back on my stay at the Villa del Palmer are the experienced, knowledgeable and kind wait staff at the restaurants, especially the excellent senior waiter Armando at Legends Bar. He and his colleagues made the stay at Villa del Palmar very relaxing and hospitable. We also highly enjoyed the steakhouse, Davino's, and Zama restaurants, all located on the resort. Waiters and the kitchen work very quickly and tirelessly to accurately take your order, including any amount of alterations or clarifications, and always bring it to you remarkably quickly. The food at the resort conveys the soul of Mexico perfectly. The menu is locally sourced, high protein, farm fresh fare. The restaurants carry a good variety of fresh Mexican beers as well as both local and imported wines and champagnes. The resort is extremely clean and well maintained. The grass and bushes are perfectly manicured and the fire pits are fun to sit around at night. Another place to catch the sunset are the top floors of both Palmar and the adjoining Gazebo where there are fun lounges with entertainment options. We were always on the beach and suffered no jellyfish or mosquitoes, which is a huge plus and made the stay worry-free. The spa is exceptional and you should book a sauna, jacuzzi and 50 minute massage while you are here to make the most of your stay. Most rooms get spa credit, so use it! Watch out for Fernando at the front desk, though, who will try to funnel your room's resort credit to whatever local criminal Mafia group that came up with the idea to scalp the hotel's visitors and whatnot. He is definitely a wily one, that Fernando. I'm sure he didn't come up with the idea so I can't be too mad at him, in fact, I respect the hustle. Other than for the wily Fernando and his billing schemes, checking in and out was very easy and the concierge was excellent. The rooms are very, very comfortable and you can direct the maid to stock it with specific preferred drinks or beers of your choice. There is unlimited Wi-fi for all-inclusive guests, sadly next to your pillow in every room, in working order and very convenient. Overall there were no negative experiences and the amenities included everything that anyone could ever wish for to have a relaxing, all-inclusive, health-restoring getaway.

Great vacation. Service was excellent! We stayed in a 4 bedroom oceanfront loft; room and room service was amazing! We were disappointed that the hot tub was not hot and we had to call a few times. Noe at the pool area on the Villa side, Fermin the bell boy, the beach servers at the food truck all amazing! Sorry we dont have the name of the server at zuma (Enc.?? Our photo does not show the name clear) but he has a child with allergies and was spectacular serving us as we had a member with gluten and dairy allergies! The ability to use both resorts provided a nice variety of activities and different vibes. Thank you to all the great people working the resort.

This place is beautiful. The staff definitely made it incredible. Food and drinks were awesome! We met people that we will definitely seek out the next time we are there. Definitely recommend. Kid friendly, nice and quiet beach. Close to a ferry to take you to Isla Mujeres. We loved it! Thank you to those people who work hard almost every day to make it a vacation we will always remember!

VDP never disappoints! We spent 5 nights in a 1 bedroom suite with our two kids and my sister stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom loft suite. The service was the best weve ever experienced at any AI resort. The kindness of the staff and the quality of both the food and beverages are what makes return year after year. The newly updated rooms were calm and serene. All the meals, with the exception of Legends, were out of this world. We spent time on the beach and our server Benjamin spoiled us rotten. We also spent time at the bridge pool with Wilbert. He gave us extra special little touches to our drinks and food that made us feel special. Adrian at the beach bar is always a familiar favorite of ours. He makes the BEST fresh fruit cocktails and always has a smile and a joke. Benjamin (Benji) the pool/beach concierge was super helpful and hooked us up with some Bali beds on the beach. Jorge and Oswaldo took care of us at breakfast. The kids staff had fun games for them to play. We will absolutely be backagain.

Awesome room awesome staff amazing attention to detail. They make you feel like you are the only ones on the resort. The housekeeping staff in this case are extremely notable for going out of their way and making you feel like you really are desired to be here and are thanked for your patronage in a genuine fashion.

Everything excellent but especially the food and service. Amazing Livio front desk manager and Arad pool butler but not only them, all the staff great, amazing restaurants Davino italian, La Casona steakhouse and Zama mexican. Zamas manager is also extraordinary. Amazing animation team, waterpolo, water volleyball and dancing, tons of entertainment and live music cuban, saxaphone by the pool day and night. A lot of good stuff. Definitely will come again.

Garza is a first class resort and spa. The food is excellent the spa is above average. We have been here 4 times and have had the same butlers each time. Fernando and Enrique have become friends. The service we receive is beyond compare.Thank you gentleman. We spent most of our time at the roof top pool. "No kids"Benjamine is the man... he has a great smile he is friendly. you will never have an empty glass....Now the food...Come and endulge yourself here at Garza Blanca Cancun. Wow oh Wow! What an exceptional experience I had! The 9 days were relaxing, rejuvenating, and inspiring. There are so many off site excursions, but I chose to bask in the delight of the pristine beach and cabana, pool, spa and dining. Alexei and alonso were great at the bar! So kind and helpful to everybody and very very friendly. Great service! The pools and hottubs were very amazing and service was incredible. Everyone so noce and generous.

Our visit was the best, specially with Octavio and Francisco as our butlers.Ive ever met such attentive people. They made sure our stay was a memorable one. We will definitely request them when we return.

The resort in Cancun was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The service from our butlers Enrique and Fernando went over and above expectation. They were both responsive and also offered to help in ways we did not even ask. Benjamin and the team at the rooftop pool made this a truly amazing Thanksgiving holiday for our whole family. We cannot wait to go back soon.
