Participation Dynamic

The Villa Group Resorts invites you to participate in a sweepstakes to win a free stay. The dynamic is very simple, just follow these steps:

1. Follow Villa Group Beach Resorts & Spas on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/villagroup/

2. Create a scene at home of your ideal beach vacation! Be as creative as you can using only what you find at home. Snap a picture of yourself acting it out and share it with us on Facebook using the hashtag #MyVillaGroupVacations.
   

3. Send us a private Facebook message with your contact information: Name, Email, and Hometown.

Remember: Your photograph should be you pretending to be on vacation using what you have at home. It should not be a picture from a previous trip at our resorts. Don’t forget to share this sweepstakes with friends and family who you think would like to participate.

Results

• Remember to follow our Facebook page so that you don’t miss it when we announce the winner. 

• The winner of the Take Me to Paradise Sweepstakes will be announced on Tuesday, June 16, at 12:00pm via LIVE streaming on our Facebook page. 

• The participant who comes up with and shares the most original photo will be the winner. 

• There will be a panel of judges who will select the finalists with the most original photos and subsequently the winner. 

• The judging panel will be composed of four members of The Villa Group Resorts team. The decision made by the panel of judges will be final and cannot be appealed. 

• A special post will be made on the winner. 

• The winner must send a Facebook message to be able to receive information and make their prize valid. 

Sweepstakes Rules

• This sweepstakes is valid beginning June 1, 2020 at 6:00 pm and ends on June 10, 2020 at 6:00 pm, at which time all submissions must be complete. 

• Participation is free and voluntary. 

• This sweepstakes is organized by The Villa Group and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

• Participants must be over the age of 18 in order to participate. 

• Only 1 photograph submission is permitted per family. 

• Participation is limited to residents of Mexico, the United States of America, or Canada. 

• The organizer of this sweepstakes, The Villa Group Resorts, reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of the entries and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the sweepstakes rules.

• Participation in the sweepstakes implies the acceptance of these rules and the decision of the judges. Any case not provided for in these rules will be resolved by the Judges, and each decision will be communicated to each participant.

• Photographs must be the property of the participating participant. 

• The content of the photographs must be apt for all types and ages of audience. 

• The content of the photographs must be original, created by the participant, and they may not contain elements that are protected by the copyright of another person or brand.

• By submitting a photograph in the sweepstakes, the participant states that he or she has obtained the written consent of all persons whose image or likeness appears in the photograph.

• By participating in the sweepstakes, users agree that their photograph can be used to advertise the sweepstakes.

• The winner of the stay must sign a release so that photographs and videos can be taken upon arrival at our resorts for advertising purposes.

• The name and photograph of the winner will be published on diverse communication platforms, such as websites, blogs, social media, etc. 

• Participating photographs will be published on the organizer's various social networks.

• The Villa Group Resorts will take steps to protect the privacy data, personally identifiable information, and other sensitive data of participants.

• The Villa Group Resorts may save the contact information provided by the participants and may use it to contact the participants for other purposes in the future.

Terms and Conditions:

Valid for a stay (room only) of 3 days and 2 nights for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age to travel from July 1, 2020 to July 1, 2021 in one of our selected resorts: Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas, Villa del Palmar Flamingos Riviera Nayarit, or Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta. Dates subject to availability at the time of booking. The prize is not transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The winning certificate must be presented upon arrival at the resort. Blackout dates and changes without prior notice may apply. Other restrictions may apply. The Villa Group Resorts reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or annul the sweepstakes at its discretion for any reason.
