Promotion is valid for New Reservations made from December 09th,2024 to March 3th, 2025, for travel between December 09th,2024, and December 19, 2025. The values are applied to reservations with a minimum stay of three nights. The promotional values do not apply if you stay from December 19th, 2024 to January 03rd, 2025. The same dates apply during 2026.
Relaxing Massage: A 50-minute Swedish massage promotion is valid on individual bookings once per stay of minimum 3 nights per bedroom (one service for Deluxe, Jr Suite and One Bedroom Units, two services for Two Bedroom Units, etc.) Not valid on Group Bookings. Gratuities, Service Fees & Taxes are not included and must be paid directly at the Spa before your service. Service must be reserved at the Spa upon arrival and check-in to ensure availability. Service is subject to availability of schedules as determined by the Spa. Premium schedules may incur an additional fee. They cannot be combined with resort credits, coupons, certificates or other promotions.
Free Full Breakfast*: One per morning per paying adult, does not apply to room service and is exclusive to the Room Only Plan.This offer does not apply to reservations to Junior or Deluxe Suites.
Kids stay free: Children up to 12 years old may stay free on the All-Inclusive Plan when the total number of guests does not exceed the selected room's maximum capacity.
Free Tour: Included in your reservation is a complimentary tour, a benefit valid once per stay for one person, featuring tequila tasting, and zip-lining. Please note that tour activities may vary based on seasonal availability and demand. A third-party operator provides this tour, and it is subject to change. For cancellations or modifications, please contact the tour operator directly. Make your tour reservation at Check-in time for more information from your concierge on duty. Additional guests will be charged a fee of $120 USD per person.
Children amenities: One amenity per reservation, children's amenities are established by the stock in existence and may vary by season.

Resorts Credits: Are issued once per booking per stay, 3-night minimum stay. For reservations on our Room Only or All-Inclusive Plan for new reservations. Resort credits are valid for payment of most of the regular price listed for a variety of additional products & services (premium menu items, room upgrades, Special Food & Beverage Events (Romantic Dinner, Private Chef, etc.), premium beverages, select spa services, laundry services, in-room telephone calls, and/or the Kids' Club. All services offered are subject to availability at the time of use and may be discontinued at any time. Resort Credits may not be used to cover taxes (VAT) or gratuities/service charges, which must be paid by the guest directly at the time of consumption at the current Tax & Service rate posted at the resort. Resort credits can not be used at the Delicatessen or applied toward room service delivery fees or the in-room mini-bar. Resort credits may not be combined with any other promotional discount or credit for the same purchase. Any unused portion of the credit is non transferable, nonrefundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. The amount of the Resort Credits may vary based on the posted exchange rate at the time of check-out at the Resort. Babysitting Services: Valid for Guests traveling with a minimum stay of 3 nights (All Inclusive or Room Only). Offer allows guests to book up to three complimentary hours of babysitting service (retail value of $105usd) during one day of their stay, paying only 15% Service Fee as tip for the babysitter. Complimentary hours may only be used from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm and one babysitter may attend to a maximum of two children ages 4 to 12, or one child aged 2 to 4. Additional Hours, Hours outside of the usage window, and Specialized Services for younger or special needs children are available at an additional cost. Please inquire at the resort depending on your specific circumstances. Service may be provided in your room or at the Kids Club during applicable hours, though pick up and drop off must always be in the room. Babysitters are not allowed to provide any medical attention, procedures or administer medications of any kinds. All children must be in good health at the time of service. Service must be confirmed at least 14 days before your arrival by contacting experiences@villagroup.com. Services requested below this window will be honored as available. Parents are responsible for informing staff of any special needs and providing emergency contact information. Parents are not required to remain on site but they or a designated family member must be available at all times via phone or in person. Additional pre-scheduled hours will be charged at $35usd per hour + 15% Service Fee. Additional hours that result from late arrival Will be charged at 3x the normal rate. If the babysitting service extends beyond 7:00 p.m. an additional cash payment of 15 dollars is required to cover the babysitter's transportation costs, payment is directly to her. Promotion subject to change without notice has no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be redeemed for other services, cannot be combined with other promotions, and may be discontinued at any time.
Villa Food & Wine Pass: This Pass is applicable on new reservations of 3 nights or more when purchasing the Extended Privileges Plan option exclusively at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos through the hotel’s Website or Call Center, or from our preferred partners.
