Amazing resort with beautiful rooms, pools, beaches, and Terra Luna is magical. Our entire family enjoyed all the resort had to offer, but especially delighted in just relaxing. The service was 5 star, but not over the top. Very comfortable. Their team obviously takes great pride in working at the hotel. Highly recommend this resort!

Great stay loved the service and food was great also !! For breakfast I recommend Bacado's Javier , Alan . Carlos and Tonio were amazing ... give them 2 up .. the whole experience was great .Will def be back soon .Javier what ever we wanted he would go and get it for us .. he was very sweat and attentive..

I came here with my daughter. We wanted to stay at an adults only all inclusive for her spring break. The crowd here is all couples so keep that in mind when choosing to stay here. Despite that our stay was beyond enjoyable. Everyone was having a great time getting to know us and vice versa. We spent five glorious nights at Hotel Mousai in the North tower ultra room. Our views were breathtaking and the room was huge and technologically advanced. Loved the bidet. We didnt do any activities because our goal was to relax at the pool everyday working on a tan, hit the gym, and eat good food and we did just that. Facilities were clean everywhere. Food was excellent at every restaurant. We didnt try the steakhouse so cant speak to that. The staff here really elevated our experience. Omar at the pool was awesome. Everyday we looked forward to seeing him and Guillermo for a great pool day. Always smiling and working very hard to make sure we were happy and everyone else around us. Our butler Diego was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. He would reach out to us throughout the day. I am really bad at remembering names so I wish I could say who else really made our stay amazing but honestly everyone was great. Our room was always cleaned perfectly and loved turn down service and those chocolates at night. There were so many unexpected small gestures towards us that made our trip special. I highly recommend staying here. Puerto Vallarta is a really great destination for those seeking perfect weather during late March and early April.

We had a wonderful four day/four night stay at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta. We have traveled to Mexico many times and this was our first time to Garza Blanca. We chose GB based on the reviews and ratings when we booked our vacation. We found it to be a gorgous resort with high end amenities. We had a two bedroom/ 3 bath, ocean front room with a HUGE veranda overlooking the ocean with a beautiful hammock. Sonia was an impeccable housekeeper and took such gracious care of our condo. Meticulously clean condo, comfy beds, nice bedding, full kitchen, TV's and wifi in every room (don't pay for premium WiFi - it makes zero difference in speed or quality). The grounds were stunning and well maintained. We loved the trolley services that ran very frequently to get you to the different parts of the resort. The gym was high-end with everything you need for your fitness routine. Weights, cardio, separate studio - all overlooking the ocean with panoramic rooftop views. * If you aren't staying at that hotel it was a bit time consuming just to get a workout in. The few drawbacks we didn't enjoy were the salespeople (aka "Concierge") hounding us from the minute we arrived to the hotel. We got there at 1 PM and couldn't check in to our room until 4 pm. We waited the entire afternoon to change our clothes and relax and put our feet up. During that time, we had a hotel salesperson showing us the map of the resort grounds and the different amenities and activities. Next thing we knew we were being given a sales pitch to sign up for a free breakfast and learn about buying into their resort properties "Club" membership. We felt like we were being pushed into doing something we had no intention of doing on our short vacation. We should have said no from the beginning, as they kept tracking us down on the beach, in the elevators, everywhere we went, trying to get us to sign up for the "free breakfast" and "sales pitch". We just wanted to relax and enjoy ourselves for a few days and felt we had to dodge the concierge sales people.We did not do the all -inclusive, as we knew we wanted to venture out and try other places. It was hard to find other food and access to other areas of PV as it was farther away from everything. The gift shop was tiny and offered very little, and the deli up in the TierraLuna plaza was cute and offers Starbucks drinks and small sandwiches and smoothies. That was a lifesaver for us and our teenagers. The saved lounges for "members" by the main infinity pool felt very excluding. It created a barricaded feeling around the perimeter of the entire pool, so we opted for the beach every day instead. There is a second, quieter pool up the hill at the other building, but it was shadier and we didn't go up to that one. Very pretty views and sunset at the beach, nice lounges and umbrellas and very friendly wait staff with full menu and drinks. Smaller beach and a bit rocky. If you're looking for a long walk on a beach, you won't find that here. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive, professional and polite. But there are a lot of things lacking that a resort of this caliber at this price should offer its guests, and not push real estate sales on vacationers unless they inquire. All in all it was a wonderful time and gorgeous resort, but a few things we wish we would have known prior to our vacation.

One of the most beautiful resorts! The rooftop pool is overlooking the ocean. There is so much greenery and beauty all around! You feel like you are in a jungle. Cant recommend this place enough! The people that made our stay even more enjoyable are Ignacio, Mateo, Luis, Ricardo, at the South Tower! They would go beyond to make sure we had everything! Rosie and Emily at concierge were amazing in giving us recommendations as well as make our reservations. Do not miss the spa, as it was the highlight of our trip! Esther was truly the best! If you want a deep tissue massage, she is the person to ask for! Thank you to everyone at this hotel, and sorry if I missed anyone! Hope to be back again!

We've been members here at Mousai for a number of years and enjoy our trips every time we come. Ernesto and Lilith our butlers are super helpful and attentive of to any of our needs. At the pool side Omar Salvador, who is fairly new at the hotel, went out of his way to make us comfortable and provided excellent service. I look forward to seeing him on our next visit. Very nice young man. The pool staff in general at the south tower are stellar. Guillermo, Ramon, Diana all great. It's a pleasure interacting with them. The food experiences are never disappointing. I love having breakfast in the room on the deck overlooking the ocean. My only regret is that I can't eat more. If you're looking to have a very relaxing experience with service that is exceptional this is the place to go. The facilities are excellent, the rooms perfect, love the dip pool on our deck and the staffs attentiveness and wanting to serve any and all of your needs is refreshing. Can't wait till our next trip.

Thank you for the wonderful experience!! From the time we checked in we were welcomed with a smile and people that are truly happy. We spent a lot of time on the beach enjoying wonderful service and smiles with Roberto Gallardo!! He was always there at the right time with a smile to help. I also want to thank Javier (with the safari hat) for always being on the beach keeping things in order!! Javier would just show up out of nowhere, handle the issue, asked everyone if they are having a good time, and he was gone again. We cant wait to come back in August!! Thank you again for the wonderful time!!

This was our 5th year staying at Hotel Mousai and it has been amazing every year. We share our vacation with friends who love this place just as much as we do! The staff is incredible and make us feel so special. We would like to give a shout out to Ernesto, our Butler who has become family to us and always takes care of our needs. Rigo, the pool manager's service is exceptional and he is so friendly. The pool team is and has always been tremendous in their service and would like to compliment Alan and Vianey our pool concierges; Ricardo, Marcelino, Eduardo, Mateo, Ignacio, our pool waiters. We have also known Gustavo, NOI Manager, for 5 years and every time we see him he is so friendly and professional. We look forward to our vacation every year and can't wait for 2025 to see everyone again!

Would really rate as 4.5 if I could. pleasant stay for four nights over spring break at the all inclusive rate. Never stayed in PV, have been to Mexico Yucatán Peninsula many times. The hotel is beautiful and new. The decor may throw some off but I thought it was well done -- think 80s chrome and mirrors vibe with flavors of art deco and Hard Rock hotel. Large Black and white shiny ceramic tiles in lobby with large plastic chess piece decorations. Multimedia paintings on walls, large an abstract print wall coverings. It all seems to work. The hotel is a two tower type affair. Lobbies spacious and inviting. Property on the hill across road from beach so very steep drive. There are plenty of provided shuttles and no body walks so that isn't an issue. Rooms very spacious and well appointed. Hot tub and hammock on very large balcony. Very spacious bathrooms. Stayed at Hotel Xcaret which is a very high end property and the rooms here are better. Service very attentive. Food good -- several on site restaurants -- Hiroshi (Japanese) , Dao (Chinese), Bocados (steak). Hiroshi best overall for us in terms of food quality and service. Best part was getting AYCE of fresh thick fish slices. Rest are decent. Deserts across the board quite good. Bocados had a few misses in terms of steak appearance and serving what seemed to be canned corn but taste was good. However the view from Bocados was the best in terms of balcony over looking the bay. Staying at Mousai also includes access to Garza Blanca hotel down the hill which has a beach and if you are all inclusive includes all the food and beverage there too. Trolley runs from very early to very late every 10 min. You could walk -- the down would be fine-- but very steep uphill coming back. We very much enjoy all inclusives but this works a little different. Because this is an all inclusive option at a regular hotel you still have to sign for everything. And even though tipping is supposed to be included there is a line for "extra gratuity for exceptional service " which one waiter tracked me down for when I didn't include it. I find that very annoying as it is clearly stated that tax and gratuities are included. Seemed expected to me.

What a wonderful kick off to an early spring. A long weekend stay at none other, Hotel Mousai with some of our best friends. It was their first visit and they were SO impressed. To say its our favorite resort is an understatement! We continue to come back time and time again and write a review for many reasons. First off, the resort itself is perfect! It is set in the most beautiful surrounding, it is pristine, clean, the decor is amazing and modern and the service is over the top. Did I mention how fantastic the food is? Weve come to Hotel Mousai and stayed several times at both the North and South Towers. You cant go wrong when you book the ultra room as having a personal butler is wonderful. We have been lucky to request Carlos Ramos as our butler the past 5 visits. He is an amazing human being and we love love love him! He is incredibly professional, friendly, his attention to detail is insane and he continues to surprise us. From the daily almond milk lattes at 7:30 am, turn down every night and making sure our room was clean everyday at the same time with extra towels was so nice. Fresh fruit and bubbly was a very nice touch- Carlos youre the best!!! This trip, we decided to book the Master Suite. Im not sure how I can travel to another hotel room after this stay-its an incredible suite. A must have for a special occasion. As always, some of our favorite people are still @ Hotel Mousai. Gustavo, manager at the Italian restaurant, Noi always goes out of his way to give us a hug and say hello. The new chef is fabulous. The pizzas, pear salad, fish of the day and pasta were perfect especially after flying. Dont forget to get an Aperol spritz at the bar in the lobby. Ask for the rooftop chef, Marco to make a special Mexican BBQ now on the rooftop menu- its veggies, chicken, streak, shrimp, octopus and risotto- perfecto. The best nighttime crew on the rooftop is for sure Ricardo. Hes been there a few years and he remembers your drink, hes funny and SO fun to hype up the night. Marco is amazing as well with great service and all the bartenders. Allan helped us with our seats everyday and Matteo is our favorite during the day. The daytime menu is so yummy and you can never have enough watermelon fresh cocktails. Lastly, dont forget Hiroshi. Ask for the crispy tuna and for a great experience, request Alejandro and Reuben. Please check out Hotel Mousai. Youll never stay elsewhere in Mexico. Its only going to get better as they expand and of course, more popular and busier. Its our happy place and we will be back this summer. We dont have a timeshare with Taffer but we have been to Hotel Mousai and the Garza Blanca properties with family & friends a total of 18 times. This shows how wonderful the resorts are.

Would highly recommend Hotel Mousai, very clean, classy, most professional staff! We had the honour of having Carlos Ramoj he went above and beyond for us. He had planned the most romantic rooftop dinner, rose petals, candles, lovey music. Will always be in our memories. From start to finish, he was amazing! I highly recommend this chain of hotels they have thought of everything. Very delicious food, so much variety. Refreshing drinks and top notch rooftop pool, came home with a beautiful tan Thank you Mousai team, we look forward to coming back soon.

How often do you get 3 servers instead of 1? Diego Silva made the best experience for me and my hubby. Delicious food and good recommendations. If you like more simple sushi, ask. We got everything he recommended. The flavor of the fish was 100% delicious with ponzu and green onion. The rest of his team was called the Hiroshi Team (Miguel and Alex) if you are curious.

We have been coming here since 2015. The service and amenities are outstanding. Its off the beaten path, which we like. The only downside is that the staff want to sign you up for a presentation the moment you arrive. We were asked on 3 separate occasions and had to resort to becoming downright rude. Otherwise, this resort checks all the boxes.

Everything is always wonderful here at Hotel Mousai. We have been members since 2014 and have been here 35 times. Its true paradise and we have the best Butler named Carlos Ramos who always takes such great care of us. He schedules all of our dinners, massages and anything we need he is there to help. Highly recommend

My fiancé and I went here for the first time last year and absolutely loved it. This was our second time staying at Mousai. The destination itself is amazing but the amazing service this hotel provides is truly incredible. The wait staff on the Rooftop bar are exceptional. Marcelino and Eduardo took care of us every day during our stay and they were so fun and kind and delivered great service. Every night we would head to the Rooftop bar for after dinner drinks and Ricardo would be there greeting us with such enthusiasm and really made my fiancé and I feel special. They made us feel like family. I highly recommend staying at Mousai. We cannot wait to go back!

Amazing views and an incredible room. We loved that we could always find a chair at the pools, and always with great poolside service. The bed was amazing, and the property large and gorgeous. We were well taken care of by Araceli in housekeeping, she made sure our room was perfect and any extra requests for things was met. My only negative was the desk clerks at the resort entrance. My few interactions there were mixed. Some were very friendly, one or two were just rude and seemed very unhappy (exchanging money, helping with a key card issue, etc). Other than that, an incredible stay!

We have stayed here many times (15+) and it never disappoints. The end of Feb is a perfect time to visit from a weather perspective and as a couple. There were not many children because of the time of year and so the whole resort felt very quiet and relaxed.The restaurants were great with new menu items added since we were here 4 months ago and as always the staff were the highlight. A big shout out to Alejandro in Hiroshis who is always so happy and welcoming. Also I want to recognize the behind the scenes staff, Virginia who made sure our room was always immaculate and crafted creations from towels to make our room special when we came back from another beautiful dinner. Finally the ever helpful butler staff of Jose, Alejandro, Filipe, Zuno (sorry if I missed someone) make this feel like a very special place.Thanks to everyone.

Breakfast at Bocados every day! We had amazing service from Alan, Arturo and Carmon. They exceeded our expectations. We had Gio at the pool. He kept up with all of us and was always happy. We had great service and food at all the restaurants. Happy to have all the dining options. We had a great trip!

First impressions are everything. This is a 5 Star/Diamond hotel, this comes with some high expectations. We checked in and were greeted with a cold towel and a glass of champagne, then the bad news started. We were told our reserved South Tower Corner Suite was not available. We were offered a standard suite in the north tower and a $250 hotel credit, or we could change rooms part way thru our stay. In addition, we had made previous dinner reservations for every night of our stay but they could not confirm or find our reservation for Bocados. This is not how 5 Star Hotels operate and was not the way you want to start an expensive vacation. The views from the North Tower are fantastic but the Main Pool (not adults only) is directly below the tower. Very loud on the patio from kids and even street noise makes its way up to the patio. The South Tower is much quieter.The Garza Blanca resort grounds are absolutely beautiful and the service once checked in was outstanding. All the food was very good although Blanca Blue was just average and not worth the long walk down to the beach.Would love to say that we would go back, but what happened to us at check in is apparently not uncommon. We had friends go earlier in the year and their reserved suite was not available either. They were upgraded to an Ultra Suite but had to pay the difference in price. Hotel Mousai does not understand the definition of the word reserved.

The views are amazing and the 2 bedroom panoramic is huge and great for families. The only downside is that 13 and up are charged as adults, but they cannot go to the 3 adult only restaurants until they are 16. We have been going to Garza Vallarta every year. However, now that our son is 14, we will not be back until he is 16. The restaurants are strict about the adults (16 and up) only rule. If your child is 13-15, go to Cancun instead. Garza Cancun lets them in all of the restaurants. Garza Vallartas Bocados restraurant is beautiful and the staff at Dao is fantastic. Garza Vallarta could use some outdoor ping pong tables and stuff for teenagers to do. The kids club is geared toward 8 and under.

Blanca Blue restaurant did not disappoint! The team of Mario, Alexi and Marco waited on us and made our final meal at Garza Blanca so memorable!!! Fantastic servers! We ate at Blanca Blue twice for breakfast even though we stayed at Hotel Mousai. Their buffet for breakfast is so great and the variety offers something for everyone !!

Look all things Hotel Mousai is amazing. I will certainly be going back as soon as can. While the service at every level is great, Diego Silva and Rueben Santana at Hiroshi were above and beyond. The service was perfection in every sense. It felt like they were reading my mind it was so smooth and seamless. They were so enjoyable and were making us laugh and we felt so comfortable! It was the highlight of our trip! Also a shout out to Marco who was at the bar as well. He made us feel special as we walked up as he remembered us from two nights prior when we just grabbed a drink there before a different reservation. Thank you Diego and Rueben!! Hotel Mousai is amazing but these two/the experience at Hiroshi was the highlight!

We have never been to an all-inclusive resort that served dishes at every meal that didn't leave us wanting more...and we did eat more, every chance we got. Ha! Karuma is in the shopping village and is not included in the AI program but definitely worth spending extra to eat there...This Argentine steak house is superb. A shout out to Miguel and Joel at NOI, the Italian restaurant, they treated us like Royalty unlike the hostesses at many of the restaurants that asked my husband to remove his hat upon entering. The dress code for the resort's restaurants says nothing about hats, so that was annoying every time we wanted to go do dinner and then get pressed on something as little as that.Also, the resort credit is a little shady. It does not cover Karuma even though it doesn't specify that at check-in (read your fine print email and then you will find it.)It doesn't cover any spa treatments that are less than 50 minutes either. So, we decided to buy the extra cost tomahawk steak at the resort's steak house and that made us feel a lot better. LOLOverall, a good resort. Loved the rooftop pool, no kids, great service. Will I return? Probably not, unless to eat at Karuma!

We had the best dinner ever at Dao and our servers Eduardo and Veronica were amazing. They made us feel like royalty and we had the most incredible food along with stellar service. Thank you so much for an incredible experience to Eduardo and Veronica.

Everything at this hotel is amazing. especially the Rooftop bar and restaurant. It has the best food and service. Everyone is really attentive and friendly. They really do go above and beyond to make sure your experience is top notch. will definitely be back here again.

My trip to Garza Blanca was absolutely fantastic best place ever. My room was a dream. The view from my room amazing. The entire resort is so beautiful. The staff made me feel very comfortable they were very nice. My best part of the trip was the hiking activity Mike the explorer was very nice and friendly he is the best, The guys at the front of the building were very helpful. Hector from room service was very nice. I will comeback to Garza Blanca. I just love it . Gracias

My wife and I have been vacationing at GB / Mousai in PVR for the last 7 years. For the accommodations, food, service, convenience, and price (typically) it cannot be beat! We have been fortunate enough to meet many of the wonderful individuals on staff, including our all around favorite, Javier - Jefe de la playa! One of the other unsung heroes, is within the call center of Tafer Resorts. That is Supervisor, Antonio Franco Jimenez. As is the case with any destination, you want to feel you've found the best pricing available on the planet. Many 3rd party travel sites will offer different incentives, but I have been very fortunate to work directly with Antonio within Tafer Resorts over the last few years to essentially have him quote and take into consideration our loyalty / customer appreciation / repetitive guest "status", even though we are not actual members of the resort. He is amazing to work with throughout the years and continues to surprise us each time! Thank you for your professionalism and patience Antonio for all of the requests throughout the years.Best,++ lance

Family of four (4.5 year old and 1 year old) stayed here for a week and had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and we opted for the all inclusive package and was impressed by the quality and option of food and drinks. Spa was fabulous and had an amazing massage from Alba. Our 4.5 year old LOVED the kids club - the gals that run this club were FABULOUS - Nancy, Emma, Nicole, Heizel. They went above and beyond making our daughter have the best time. They made her extra crafts like bracelets and necklaces and even organized balloons and made special birthday hats for our 1 year old. I can't thank them enough they were truly wonderful!!!!

Fabulous experience. All staff friendly and helpful. Food wonderful. Gloria best concierge.Butlers Zuno, Alejandro, Felipe and Roberto always available to assist. Estanban at Bocados provided a wonderful dining experience. Andrea from housekeeping was thorough efficient. Mike, Cristian and Tito, at tho pool helped with chairs and towels as well as great conversation.

Came with a 3 and 5 year old for a family getaway. Food at all the restaurants was incredible. Room (double queen) was spacious and had lovely details. The all inclusive plan meant that we always had snacks and drinks in the room as well as poolside. This resort is definitely more for adults than kids/families, but we enjoyed having a more calm environment at the pool (and not having the crazy of a water park trying to watch kids). Bring your own pool toys/supplies. That was the one thing we forgot and had to purchase.

Friendly staff, obvious they enjoy what they do. Top-notch food and varied from Mexican to Chinese and Italian. Beautiful rooms and amenities. Activities they offer round out experience. We went on a nature hike with Tito. He was energetic and knowledgeable. Enjoyed every aspect of visit.

Diego Silva and Vicente Joya apart of the Hiroshi Team are the best waiters weve had. We came from Seattle, and they made us feel so welcomed. Some of the best food weve also had. Would recommend the food to anybody, and hope that new people visiting get Diego and Vicente.

Bocados Breakfast was amazing. Javier and Alan were very professional, and gave us amazing service. Would recommend to anyone. I ordered the steak and eggs, it was to die for! Our family will be coming back to garza Blanca resort, and plan to visit the same places.

This resort has gorgeous views and great food. The trolly drivers make the experience enjoyable and exciting! The bartenders and waitstaff are some of the kindest people, Ivan Solis and Roberto Ballardo were especially helpful and pleasant to talk to!

We stayed at Garza Blanca, building 5, room 5081A from 1/19/24 - 1/27/24. Our stay was spectacular. The facility is beautiful and the staff are extremely courteous, and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean.Housekeeping: Marianna Viaro (not sure of spelling) was very professional, courteous and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, perfect every day!Pool wait staff: Roberto, Albaro, Carlos and Bartolo were all extremely attentive and friendly. It was a pleasure being with them every day. We made 4 new friends!There were many others with whom we interacted through the week, and our experience was equally satisfying. We love Mexico, the culture and the people. My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this lovely, welcoming vacation spot! From the first impression with the beautiful views of the Los Archos in the Bay of Banderas to the mountains and waterfalls behind the resort . . . all reflects the beauty of this magical place. The service on all levels cannot be beat. From the friendly "butlers" to the wait staff, like Martin in Bocados, to the maid service personnel, all greet you by name, want to help to make your vacation very special, and treat you as a member of their extended family. There are so many fun activities to enjoy at your leisure. It's easy to make reservations through wonderful Paulina at the Tour desk. Special dietary needs are met without question, and we truly appreciate that as I must be gluten free. The food is excellent at all the restaurants at the resort and they have many specialty dining venues to enjoy every night, if you choose. It's also easy to head to the town of Puerto Vallarta for fine restaurants and shopping. This wonderful resort makes your vacation and time away from home enjoyable and memorable for all the right reasons! Thank you to all the people of Tafer for a wonderful trip!

My parents are members at Tafer and Rogelio Caudillo was our server at Garza Blanca for our entire trip and he was amazing! Friendly, attentive and prompt. He came to us in the pool to make sure we had everything we needed and alway checked in. We specifically came back to the same spot for his service! Find Rogelio at the main pool when youre here and you wont be disappointed. Thank you, Rogelio :)

We spent 5 nights at Hotel Mousai in an Ultra Corner Suite in the North Tower. Our room was on the 6th floor and the views were fantastic!! We could see up and down the coast, and also the lush hills out the back. We had a hottub on the patio, which we enjoyed. It quit working one day and we reported it. A crew came by later in the day and fixed it. The curtains and lights are controlled by an IPad, which was easy to use. The heated toilet seat was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it is one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in.We had the All-Inclusive package and were glad we did. Most items on the restaurant menus are included. It was very clear what was and want not included, so there was good transparency. The included wines were drinkable, but not outstanding. We did enjoy the sparkling wine from Spain and drank that more than other wines. The few cocktails we had were good. We thought the food in most of the restaurants was very good. The only one we didn't like was Bocados. We had the aged steaks on the all-inclusive package. Both were quite tough and mine was overcooked for medium-rare. We ate twice at NOI and enjoyed the fresh artichoke with cheese in the middle, the saltimbocca, the duck ragu pasta, and my husband really liked the Tirtico del Mar (a tiradito-type raw fish dish). Hiroshi was very good. We splurged on the Toro sashimi (not on all-inclusive list), and it was delicious. The salmon in the sashimi and sushi dishes was very fresh and good. DOA had an extensive menu. The dishes that we sampled were very good. I would like to go back and try more. We enjoyed breakfast at La Terrace, and really liked the smoothies. Overall, we were quite happy with the dining experience and the all-inclusive plan.The rooftop is an exceptional experience with incredible views. The pool was just the right temperature for us and we spent quite a bit of time in it. The pool concierge, Greta, was wonderful at finding us the best seats and setting them up for us. We ordered lunch there several times and found the food and service to be very good. Jorge and Armando were great waiters, as were the others who helped us. In the Spa, we did the hydrotherapy circuit twice and also had a wonderful hot stone massage. We had purchased a discounted spa certificate from the pre-arrival concierge and found it to be a good deal.This was an expensive trip, but we think it was worth it. We intend to return again and would recommend it to anyone who wants an exceptional vacation experience.

We had such an amazing time at Hotel Mousai! We hadn't taken a trip in a while, so on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed here, we chose to go a bit outside of our initial price range - worth every penny and we'll definitely be back! Every single staff member was friendly and made us feel at home. The facilities were incredibly well cared for and clean. Our bed was amazing as was everything else about our room - bidet and heated toilet seat, hot tub, walk-in rain shower, remote lights and blinds, etc. The food was high quality and there were many options to fit a variety of diets. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes were well-prepared, and the presentation was beautifuldefinitely a higher quality than I'd expect for an all-inclusive. The cocktails were also creative and varied by the restaurant to fit the theme. Restaurant servers knew the dishes well and made excellent recommendations. The pools were gorgeous and perfectly heated. We wanted a quieter vibe and love beaches, so that's where we spent most of our time. The food and drink service at the beach was also exceptional. Far better food than at most beachfront locations! We were looking for our relaxation, so we didn't choose to engage in any activities or excursions, but there were so many things that we'll try next time! Honestly, the attention to detail was just impeccable in every area. That and the amazing staff interactions have us recommending Hotel Mousai to everyone we know!

We were really impressed by our stay. The staff were all very friendly and greeted you whenever they saw you. The food was delicious and the drinks never tasted water down. The beautiful views and relaxing vibe made it the perfect honeymoon spot for us. We loved spending time at the pools; we ventured down to the Garza Blanca pools at times as the Mousai pools have no shade, but sunset on the rooftop was breathtaking. We never had trouble getting drinks or food by any of the pools. The options at the restaurants far exceeded our expectations and nearly everything was delicious unfortunately, the food at Noi wasnt quite up to the standards of the other restaurants, while we truly enjoyed the pizza, the pasta and gnocchi were overcooked, and the risotto was under. Everything at Dao and Hiroshi had us wanting more. Breakfast from The Terrace, room service and Blanca Blue did not disappoint either. The one night we ate at Bocados, the AC was not working so it wasnt as comfortable, especially seated near the kitchen, but the entrees were perfect; we also enjoyed breakfast there on the terrace. Our favorite though were probably the shrimp tacos and the burger at The Rooftop South. The food here is much higher quality than what you might get at a larger all inclusive resort; it doesnt taste or look like it was mass produced, even the buffets were above typical buffet quality. We added a romantic dinner on the beach as well. And every dining experience added to the celebratory nature with notes or extra details. We were there in September, which was hot and humid, the pools were quite warm-maybe a bit too warm. The evening turn down service was a great touch. And we were impressed with the beverage and snack options in the room. Were definitely looking forward to returning and also visiting their other locations. Sharing just a few of the photos we have.

There is truly no place like hotel Mousai. The food is excellent, the service is phenomenal, the views are absolutely stunning and it is truly my happy place. So this is a review for Hotel Mousai. I originally booked at Garza Blanca and got upgraded to Mousai for free. By the pure numbers Im not sure we got an upgrade per se, and others have noted this as well. Read my review of Garza for more on the upgrade.The service here is overall top notch, from bell service to the front desk to your suite youll find elegance and refinement are a strong focus of this property. One of the subtle notes youll find is the all inclusive and access for Mousai includes some access that Garza does not. For example, if you want to hit the rooftops for the edge pools during the day, you can only get service and seating if you are staying at a Mousai. After 8 PM all guests are welcome at the south tower. This is one of the upgrades moving from Garza to Mousai will get you.First thing youll notice is the trolly system to get you around the resort. They are nice enough, the drivers are amazing professionals, but somewhere there was a miss in communication. You see the roads leading up to the Mousai areas are cobblestone. These trollies were clearly designed for pavement. Long and short, get ready for some bumpy rides as the seats are solid wood. So no cushions on the seats, no air suspension on the trolly, its gonna get real bumpy, bring your own pillow if you dont have much padding on your posterior.Lets start with the room. Overall a very nice room. The minibar is stocked with Pacifico, Modelo, Corona, Corona Lite, Coke, Diet Coke, seltzer and tonic. Theres a small assortment of nuts and chips and a few snickers bars. Theres a Nespresso machine and also Belvedere vodka, Chivas whiskey, a reposado tequila, and a decent bottle of Cab. The hard liquors and cab seem to be another differentiation between the Garza and the Mousai. The bed is very comfortable and turndown service is typically offered daily.The Deck offered a beautiful view of the ocean, albeit from a bit of distance. The deck has a built-in spa which was functioning, but could have used some work. Several jets, 3 at the back level and both feet level were not functioning. Also the jets should swivel when on, only 2 were functioning to do so. The hammock was large and very comfortable. There is an external HDMI port below the flatscreen, but dont bother trying to use it as mine was simply there for show. Also I dont know if this is just the nature of the situation or something else. Minibar service and turndown service were quite prompt and on point for every day, but our last two days. Those days minibar was not serviced and on the last night turndown service came by around 1030 in the evening while we were in bed. So I dont know if service was off due to it being the end of our stay or something else.We did do the spa and highly recommend it. The hydro circuit was interesting and a lot of fun, the massages were top notch. I do recommend working with your pre-arrival concierge so schedule spa services at a discount and make restraint reservations.Overall, as I look at the estimated price for the suite we stayed in it shows all inclusive at about 380 a night per person or about 760 a night. FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY! one of my favorite so far and we travel a ton. Rooms. Staff. Food. All amazing! From the time you arrive until you leave you are treated like royalty. We cannot wait to return!

Stunning views, incredible staff, food, scenery. Everyone we met was amazing! The food was incredible. We will be returning soon for sure. Everything from the check in to the check out was smooth. Our view was magnificent from the 10th floor, with a jacuzzi tub on the deck.

This was our second time at Mousai this year and it was a perfect relaxing stay. Rooms in both sout and north tower are beautiful. I do prefer the North tower view. All the staff is great making sure the guests are happy. This place is fantastic.I would like to give a special thanks to chef Massimo and our waiter Miguel at Noi. First time we stayed we skipped Noi because of the not so great reviews, but this time we gave it a chance, and ended up dining there 3/5 nights. Food was delicious and our waiter was very knowledgeable about food allergies and made sure that I don't touch anything I shouldn't

Best food and rooms of any all-inclusive hotel. Use to be your bracelet was all you needed with meals for all-inclusive. Now you must sign a receipt for every meal. And there is a place for a tip. If you don't give a tip -- awkward. Also be aware we requested a corner suite when booking with Costco. But Costco is only for floor 3 and below. You must get a "ultra corner suite" for above 3rd floor. Not offered by Costco. Finally, I do not recommend using the booking agency on the Hotel Mousai website. I used them once a couple of years ago, and called to ask a question, and they said they would call me back to me in a few days. That is not service. Best to use Costco. (Two years ago they had no English speaking TV channels -- so glad they do now).

We haven't even gotten to the resort yet, but I'd like to recognize Roberto Ochoa, our pre-arrival concierge for his great service and attention to detail. If you are going to Puerto Vallarta you must stay at Hotel Mousai. The property itself is beautiful, the standout being the stunning rooftop pool. We were extremely impressed with the service at the pool- Alan the pool concierge was a standout and took care of everything we needed, often times even anticipating what we would need and taking care of it before we could ask. The waiters by the pool, especially Mateo, were also amazing and extremely attentive without being overbearing. We were able to relax without being bothered but still have everything taken care of for us. This is a really tough balance to strike but Mousai has nailed it. The rooms at Mousai are very spacious, especially the balconies. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony in the morning and at sunset, especially from the plunge pool/jacuzzi. The decor is very modern but the furniture and bed were extremely comfortable. Every person that we interacted with at Mousai was extremely friendly and helpful. While the hotel itself is beautiful and has amazing views, the high level of service is what really sets Mousai apart from other hotels.

Our family of four, including our two grown children in their 20s, could not have enjoyed our stay at Mousai more than we did. The ultimate hotel for relaxing by the pool, while eating and drinking great! The rooftop pool setup has got to be one of the best pool experiences weve had no little kids doesnt hurt!!Special thanks to our personal concierge, Nicky. She was awesome! Alan and Guillermo also were outstanding at the pool. We loved each of the included restaurants - not always the case at an all-inclusive. 10 out of 10 for us!

Food was great. Cleaning service was great, Mariana Lima was outstanding made us feel at home. My child had an accident and she was so helpful to clean up. The views are fantastic. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Noi was a beautiful restaurant with fabulous ambiance decor and views. The staff was incredibly attentive. The food excellent and the entire experience top notch.Miguel our waiter was professional and informative. He knew about the food, preparation and good combination of sides. We tried pizza, salads, fish, tenderloins, many appetizers and pasta. We visited four times. All the food was six star and well presented.Not to be missed.

Our 5th Christmas stay is as beautiful and remarkable as ever! We absolutely love it here, we didnt lift a finger and enjoyed the friendly and thoughtful staff, exquisite grounds and views, and wonderful dining experiences. My family and I had a wonderful experience at Garza Blanca in Pierre Vallarta. Everything from the service to the location and atmosphere was top notch. The views were stunning and the amenities are hard to beat. With multiple restaurants and excursions to enjoy, youll have trouble finding something you dislike. On top of that, the service and employees were phenomenal. They are very friendly and helpful, especially our activity directors Mike and Tito, as well our front desk associate, Yarely. Mike and Tito we met early on our trip while doing the resorts nature walk to a beautiful waterfall and swimming hole. They were phenomenal guides and remembered our names the rest of the trip. Yarely handled all our questions, of which there were many, and our room booking. She was extremely helpful and made things easy and clear.Also, when booking your excursions, keep an eye out for Francisco. He helped us book all of our activities, and made sure everything was handled on the business side so we could just enjoy the excursion. He is also a great person, and now a friend. You wont be disappointed with your stay!

My stay at the Hotel Mousai North tower was perfect. From Miguel helping us to our room, Danielle helping us at the front desk, Rossie helping us with our reservations at the concierge desk. Every restaurant was amazing. The food tastes so good and every night we felt we were ate at the best restaurants around. From breakfast at The Terrace with our awesome server Nabile and our hostess Marisol, to dinner at Noi with our server Leonardo, dinner at Dao with our server Jose and dinner at Hiroshi with our servers Diego Silva, Miguel and hostess Janette. Every single person we interacted with enhanced our stay and made our vacation so much more enjoyable. The turndown service provided by Maria Velasco made for the perfect end to each night as we would come back to our room with music playing, lights dimmed and a hot tub calling our name.

Mousai PV is and always has been our old trusty vacation resort in Puerto Vallarta. This would mark as our 6th visit to Hotel Mousai and even now, still maintains its quality with excellent services and care. After a rocky start, we really enjoyed this property. Checked in to find the room we had been confirmed to be in at the North Tower was given to another party. It was a huge disappointment since the view was THE reason we paid for the upgraded room. We waited 40 minutes to speak with a manager who told us we would enjoy the South Tower just as well and put us in a corner suite on the 7th floor. View from the bed is directly INTO the North Tower which we did not enjoy. (Note regarding customer service: a simple question how can I make this better? is all that most people need to hear. This was a missed opportunity for excellent service for a poor experience made worse by perceived lack of concern.) We had also paid for a cake delivery to be brought to the room on the wifes birthday, but instead it was put in the room on the check in date (3 days prior). A minor detail that was a bit awkward when nothing arrived on the actual birthday. Next time we would skip the extra services. First night was dinner at Hiroshi based on reviewers comments. If you think sushi at Kona Grill is high quality, then you will enjoy this restaurant. We elected not to go back after the first night. We were fairly deflated with our experience by this point, and then to top it off, we could hear very loud music from a wedding party until 1:30am. Day 2 is when things took a turn for the better. Our butler informed us we could move to a corner suite on the 10th floor of the North Tower where the views were improved and there was no loud music for the remainder of our stay. The interior of the room was not as nice as the South Tower rooms because it is a bit older, but this was not a concern for us. Service at the pools, beach and restaurants were all great. Diego (butler) was very responsive to requests. The guides for the kayak and hiking tours were also fantastic. On the all inclusive plan, food was a bit hit or miss though much better than most other all inclusives, and the cocktails were incredibly weak. Wine was acceptable but not great. Learned to order all cocktails as a double. As far as our restaurant experiences, breakfast at Blanca Blue and the room service options were best. Lunch is mostly bar food at the beach and pool. Dinners at NOI and Blanca Blue were our favorites and we went back a second night to NOI. Bocados was disappointing (very tough steak and nearly raw baked potato). We didnt try DAO. None of the restaurants ever felt full though the resort was 95% booked. It was difficult to find lounge chairs on the rooftop after 12, but the beach had open spots even on the most crowded day.Lastly we had a spa treatment and got to access the hydrotherapy an hour prior. Highly recommend doing this at least once. Though we only used the gym once, there was plenty of equipment and no waiting for a machine.Would we go back? Yes. Would we choose all inclusive? Probably not. Would have liked to try some off property dining options, but having all inclusive makes one feel they need to stay to get their moneys worth.If youre here during whale season, I recommend Vallarta Natours for a whale watching excursion. Very knowledgeable people!

Garza Blanca is a lovely resort built up into the mountains, a quick 10-12 minutes bus ride to the Malecon. Bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel grounds. Our room was a surprise with a spacious balcony complete with Hammock (we were in Tower 4 next to the steak house). We also had the luxury of a giant free standing tub overlooking the water in our room. Room was spacious and clean, 3 different pillows to choose from (considering I hate down pillows, this was great to have a choice). The resort is large and in the mountains so there was quite a bit of walking or you could wait for a trolley service to come around. There is a starbucks on site, prices are a bit high for a regular coffee con leche. Pools were clean and not crowded despite having families there for holiday. We opted to not do the all inclusive plan as we wanted to experience muchos tacos on this trip but I heard from other guests the food was good. If you want to stay away from Centro this is a great place to unwind. I was disappointed with the beach, however you have a great view of los Archos and can kayak over to them and snorkle there. Pros:Great location for some peace, beautiful resortClean and spaciousPools are lovely, never had to fight over chairs and towels (towels are folded on available chairs) empty chairs were assumed free and it was easy to locate towelsBus is convenient outside the resort across the street, quick and inexpensive way to get to town for the TACOS!Shoutout to Housekeeping for the extra coffee they provided us!Cons:All inclusive was offered to us at checkin but at $150/pp/day it wasn't reasonable for us for this trip. We got some soda and water at Walmart and had a fridge to keep them cold and went to town to eat our meals. We don't get the value as we are not big drinkers, so this worked well. The beach is small and rocky. Not bad to lay out, but getting in the water was a little tricky. You can see Los Archos from the beach and there's opportunity to snorkel there. The concierge isn't really a concierge, they are a sales team. We called to locate the gym and they directed us to the lobby. Got to the lobby they directed us back to Tower 5 (it's about a 5 minutes trek to the lobby). In Tower 5, we eventually found someone familiar with the gym who directed us to the elevators in Tower 5 to floor G from L1 (you keeping up with this?) Floor G does contain a decent gym with fantastic views of the bay and a decent set of machines and weights. We opted to ignore the welcome package and maybe that is where they give a tour and tell you about the resort, but we have been to a few of these and don't want to waste our vacation getting a sales pitch. Turndown service provides a snack and a small paper schedule for the following days activities. I think here is where a book or something in every room would be beneficial to describe the activities and where exactly to go or maybe even create some content for the hotel's channel on the television to talk about the activities?Our last full day we were heading out to the bus stop to go to the Malecon to buy some souvenirs and get some food. Just outside the lobby we were approached by a hotel employee named Omar who repeatedly questioned us about where we were going and who we were going to meet. We responded that we were just hopping on the bus to go to town 3 times before we eventually parted ways. It was just a weird interaction. He mentioned how the hotel keeps us safe and that they cannot guarantee our safety if we leave? We had been to town day and night for the past 4 days without incident.Check in time is 4 pm - standard time I have encountered has always been 3 pm. Regardless we arrived around 3 pm and were told to the room would be ready in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we approached the desk to see if they were ready and they said no it will be 4 pm. Ok, fine. So we sat in the lobby and waited. It may have been in my exhausted travel day state that I was not inviting any conversation from the sales team. They asked if we wanted to eat or go to the pool, but after a long day, you just want to settle in your room first before you truly start your vacation. Not to mention, if you are not all inclusive, it can be pricey. Overall, if you are looking for an option away from town, Garza Blanca is a good choice. We were very comfortable in our room and at the pool. It was convenient to catch the bus and Uber is also a great option. The trolley service is also nice after a long night in town.

My husband and I visited last year and were excited to return in December for a 6 night stay. We were thrilled to see Vincente Joya at Hiroshi again! He is so incredibly knowledgeable of the menu and made perfect recommendations for us. Diego Silva and Janette at Hiroshi helped us as well and were both so kind! I have to also mention Javier on the beach! I had fun with him last year and this year was no different, he always made sure we had what we needed. The waiters on the beach (all of them) work SO hard and do a fabulous job! We also returned to Dao and were glad to see David, he is always so attentive and so friendly! We love Garza Blanca!

My wife and I have a wonderful experience at Garza Blanca Preserve in Puerto Vallarta. We had a honeymoon suite which was great. It was ocean front with a balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. The suite had a private hot tub on our balcony. The All-inclusive was a great deal. Many restaurants to choose from and the room service was outstanding. Would highly suggest the All-inclusive package. The thing that stuck out the most was how friendly and dedicated all the staff was. We really want to thank our butlers Jose, Roberto, Alejandro and Felipe for the great service they provided during our stay. They were always checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and just provided outstanding service. Thank you!We spent most of our days on the beach and want to thank Javier who always stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. We really want to thank him for always decorating our beach cabana with beautiful flowers every day. Javier you're the best! Thank you for all you do. Over the years we have gotten to know most of the servers at the beach and the beach pools. Roberto, Alejandro, Francisco, Ziem, Ivan, Juan, Panchillo and all the other servers are just outstanding people and really make your resort shine. All of them always welcome us with a smile and go out of there way even if they are not covering our area. This trip we had a chance to meet a new server who took care of us most days on the beach cabana. Oscar is such a great addition to the server staff. Oscar did an outstanding job taking care of us every day and was always one step ahead of us with what we needed. Oscar, thank you so much for taking care of us each day at the beach. You are outstanding at what you do. It also important to thank Joel who was always in the Garza lobby entrance. He always helped us and made sure to go out of his way to say hi and make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Joel. One of my favorite things to do was take the trolly up to Hotel Mousai South rooftop bar at night for a few cocktails. The roof manager was Rigoberto and he did an amazing job running the roof top bar each night. Great work! We also found all the other on the rooftop bar to provide outstanding service. Angel, Eduardo and all the others were providing outstanding service also. Bottom line....you have to visit the Mousai rooftop bar at night. Great fun and service. Being that we stayed 8 nights at Hotel Mousai also I want to also express what a positive experience we had with our butler Ernesto while staying at Hotel Mousai. Ernesto is on top of things and 2nd to none as far as service goes. We had such a wonderful trip. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are great, the food is outstanding, and the employees are really top notch. My wife and I have been all over the world traveling and this is one of our favorite places. Thank you for such a great experience. Steve & Beth Tennant

Restaurants are most definitely amazing & made me feel so special for my birthday. Was put in wrong room but room & view was beautiful. Rooftop in amazing. Love this place. It was a wonderful experience, great service from all the staff, specially from Giovanni, Alan, Antonio, Erica and Arturo from the Bocados steak house. I definitely recommend coming here. We are coming back again!

The room was very comfortable and was always well cleaned. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. Our housekeeper, Natividad, was especially accommodating. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and will be back.

The resort was absolutely stunning. Service was top notch. So many food options. Could use a bit more night time activities (ie live music, family shows,etc) But overall very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend coming here for family vacation or a couples getaway.

The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants are delicious. Theres really no need to leave the resort unless you have something to do downtown. The waiters are so nice and helpful. Roberto was our waiter by the pool and he was excellent. My only complaint is the busing system that connects the various towers and restaurants. It runs every 15 minutes but Sometimes it feels like youre waiting forever, especially when you need to get to a reservation.

This is by far the best resort my husband and I have ever stayed at. Hiroshi: Miguel + Irving were both the sweetest! After spending 15 days in Mexico and traveling around to different parts of PV, our dinner here was by far the best! I literally still think about it. If you are staying at Mousai, dinner at Hiroshi is a MUST! Humberto was our butler during our stay. He was incredibly thoughtful and helpful! He was very responsive with our messages and always willing to go the extra mile. He set up coffee service for us and had the diffuser on with scents that we loved. The rooftop pools were some of our favorite parts of the resort. Alan was helpful with finding a spot for us and setting it up with towels. The serving staff was great and food was so delicious! We were very surprised how good the tuna ceviche was! Mousai has a trolly that goes throughout the 2 resorts. The trolly drivers were always welcoming, funny and friendly! If you are capable of making the kayaking trip to Los Arcos DO IT! Diego was our guide for the trip. He had an incredible energy and made the trip so fun. At Los Arcos you can snorkel and there are sóo many fish. I wasnt expecting there to be so many fish as soon as we jumped in.

I wanted to do something special for my mom on her birthday (she turned 64!) so I brought her on an all inclusive 4 night stay to Hotel Mousai. We had the most amazing time!Our butler Carlos was exceptional! He went above and beyond for us. He was super responsive, booked all of our reservations for dinner and the spa, and even arranged for the room to be decorated with silver and gold balloons as a surprise for my mom! If Carlos is your butler, you will be so lucky!I recently started getting back into tennis and noticed that Mousai has a court at their sports facility. So I brought my racquet along and Carlos was able to schedule me two lessons with a tennis pro. The tennis pro was Alfonso and he was SO GOOD!! Starting my mornings with an hour long tennis lesson in the middle of the jungle was awesome!! Highly recommend asking for Alfonso and a tennis lesson. The court is a little unorthodox (its also a basketball court & a pickleball court) but it was still amazing. They have all the equipment if you dont want to bring your own, and even had a basket of balls to practice serving!The rooftop pools are incredible, as all the other reviews will say. Ramon was our server (south tower pool) and he was so fun and made delicious margaritas from the margarita cart!! Breakfast each morning at the North tower was fantastic. We had Luis as our server there all 4 mornings and now that we are back home we definitely miss him. He remembered that we liked cappuccinos and a side of steak every time!! He even brought a special breakfast goodbye plate on our last morning, we felt so special.We also had a tequila tasting in our room. Yesenia came with a cart and taught my mom and me all things tequila!!! We learned a lot and had a hilarious time. If you have a chance to schedule the tequila tasting you should definitely do it- but make sure to have it a few hours before dinner because you will get a little tipsy!! We loved all the restaurants, but our favorite was Bocados! My mom loves tomahawk steak so we splurged on it (its not included w the all inclusive package) and it was worth every penny! The chef came out and carved it for us and wow was it delicious! Our servers Janko and Julien made the Bocados night so fun we had to go back a 2nd time!This was truly a 10/10 stay. Hotel Mousai is expensive but for me it is worth it every time. My mom had the most amazing experience being pampered by the staff, I am so grateful to everyone for making her feel special. Cant wait to go back again and next time bring my sisters! The vibes, the food, the views- it just cant be beat!!

Carlos is the best host. He made out stay 100x better. He really took care of us throughout the trip. The only thing i would say is that the north tower needs to be checked out some of the appliances are not working properly and its starting to show its age. The cabinet where the refrigerator is located heats up the snacks and liquor bottles as well which is inconvenient. Aside from that loved my time there and appreciate the great service from Carlos Ramos

We always love to spend our anniversary week split between Garza Blanca, PV & Hotel Mousai, during the end of Oct. to the beginning of Nov.This year the breakfast staff at Bocados stole our hearts, Gio, Alan, Arturo,Antonio,Jorge, Andres Abigail & Edson were especially warm, engaging, friendly & went beyond & above! It became our favorite restaurant! The breakfast menu was wonderful & always delicious!

It's simply unacceptable that I haven't reviewed this place before! This was our 6th visit to this particular resort. We were there for 4 nights. I can tell you that unequivocally each visit has been spectacular! We first visited in 2018 and we have now stayed in everything from the deluxe room to junior suites, Mousai and 2 bedrooms panoramic suites! We were initially invited by friends who have a time-share but we have always gone strictly all-inclusive and it is in fact the only way to go if you drink alcohol! One time I went with a friend who doesn't drink so we went without the all-inclusive and because we ate everything we set our eyes on..it basically came out at the same price as all-inclusive when we finished up..so..all inclusive is the way to go. We always get the amazing massages at the spa as well. They have a hydrotherapy room for the hour before your massage..it is amazing! So..this particular time we had an initial issue with our room but it was handled in the most exceptional way...we were upgraded and it simply could not have been a better experience in the end. Yes, 1 day was a bit aggravating but really service is always about how it gets handled and these folks know how to meet their 5 star status.!!They now have 3 amazing restaurants that are now part of the all-inclusive. Beyond exceptional. This place has 5 star restaurants so the challenge is how much can you eat every day?!! We always go to Hiroshi...but this time we also loved Noi and Dao. Additionally, you can't beat the breakfast buffet at Blanca Blu! Absolutely everyone was exceptional so it's difficult to mention everyone by name but..special thanks to Ricardo (driver) Nicole (front desk) and of course Adriana (gen Mgr)..you made it for us! Gracias! We will be back soon!

Carlos our butler is the best! He was very attentive and constantly checked in. Whenever we had something come up, he would address it and fix it within the hour! Great service and great trip overall.

Our host Carlos Ramos does above and beyond. We had a wonderful time. He always checks in daily to makes sure everything is ok. Even if he's off he will respond to all of my text messages. Great trip!

Hotel Mousai was the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed at. If you are looking for a relaxing couples get-away with an all-in-one experience, this is the place. You get your own personal concierge that checks in with you every day and helps you with reservations or whatever you need. Ours was Humberto Moyordomo and he was absolutely excellent. He went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Even on his day off, he would check in on me and re- arrange services that we believed would be out of his control. You could get room service delivered to you at all times of the day and it was included. All suites are massive and have a private jacuzzi. We did the included kayaking/ snorkeling with Angel and it was the most fun and adventurous experience he was an amazing guide, as well as Mike and Roni on our included waterfall hike. Every day we went to the adults only pool which had incredible views and great music, food and drinks. We were greeted by Alan who helps you get the best beach chair with shade or sun and is so friendly and helpful. Then we got amazing service from Antonio, Marcelino, Ruben, Greta and Picho. As well as Gio at the restaurant. I usually dont get blown away with food at all inclusive hotels, but this food was exceptional with great presentation and great flavors. The restaurants were so delicious and very high class and everyone was extremely prepared with great service. I only have good things to say about this hotel and I have been recommending it to all of my friends and family because of the great experience I had.

This is our second trip to Hotel Mousai and we simply love it. It is beautiful and the best part of it is the service we received. Weather was amazing at this time of year for vacationing at Hotel Mousai. Such a beautiful property. Food was amazing. The rooftop pools are refreshing as well as provide spectacular views. And our butler, Carlos, was so assistive. Cant wait to go again!

Roberto was absolutely incredible!!!!!! he was on our side at the pool every day that we were there and he was just so attentive, friendly, and AMAZING!!! we had the best time and would recommend him and this resort everyday!

We were two couples who enjoyed a beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom mountain suite with a huge wrap around balcony, hot tub, large kitchen, washer and dryer (that sure came in handy)! We were on the 3rd level which was great for the full ocean views and bird watching. There were activities available for all ages. The restaurants offered delicious food and drinks our favourites being Blanca Blue breakfast buffet (Christian & Martin), Blanca Blue dinner (Marco & Andre) where the tomato salad, roasted corn cream soup and catch of the day are always ordered by us; The DAO Contemporary Chinese restaurant was a favourite among us all. Tierra Luna is lovely, fun to ride that Carousel. The shops were nice, but had many luxury items we didnt need. Many staff made our stay extra special, some having been employed there for several years Concierge: Jessica & Gloria; Butlers: Alexandro & Jose; Beach Pool: Alvaro, Mike, Rolando & Thoonie; Garden Tour: Estefania & Tito; Housekeeping in Tower 5: Jacqueline & Mariana. We love coming to Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta! We stayed in the penthouse 3 bedroom. There are so many activity options at the resort and off the resort! The service at the pool by Roberto Gallardo waiter is amazing!!! The resort has everything you need!!

This was our second time visiting Garza Blanca and it never disappoints. Everyone there is so wonderful and the hospitality is more than we can ask for. The resort is absolutely beautiful and views are amazing! Tony our Pool Concierge was such a joy to have around. He is the kindest soul very helpful and took care of us even taught us some salsa dancing. We will definitely be spending more family time at this resort in the future.

Great service and Zaim on the beach was super amazing when we stayed after checking out so we could wait for our flight in the sunshine with Modelos. Also, Mike in the activities was super amazing helping us play Bocce Ball earlier in the week.

We had an incredible birthday dinner for my wife at NOI. The Italian cuisine was some of the best weve had. Our favorite part was Francisco our waiter who made it a very special event. We highly recommend a dinner at NOI when you visit Garza Blanca and/or Mousai.

This was our second time to stay at Hotel Mousai. The staff is extremely friendly and the pool and restaurant service was superb. There were a few hiccups with housekeeping but overall, the rooms are luxurious. We will definitely return!

First and for most was the staff. Tony our pool concierge, and our personal butlers Alejandro and Felipe, and Mike our pool concierge made our stay so enjoyable. Our room was right on the beach and we really like sleeping with the doors open and listening to the surf at night. This is a 5 star timeshare with an infinity pool right on the beach.

Absolutely the most friendly staff Ive ever come across, everyone that walked by went out of their way to say hello how is your stay can I get you anything.The property was spotless, that included the lower garden area rooms, restaurants you name it. Am I going back you bet..

Garza Blanca Resort was a great place for us to enjoy a wonderful relaxing weekend. The food was good especially the tacos and steaks at Bocados Steakhouse and the Asian restaurant had great dumplings. The chef at the Asian restaurant is truly amazing.Our waiter, GIO at the steakhouse took great care of us and made excellent recommendations. Jorge went the extra length to make sure our stay here was extra special. The people here are friendly and wonderful.You have a trolley that takes you to each tower; they have a total of seven towers. Make sure you make reservations for the dinner to ensure that youll try all that they offer here. The Japanese restaurant is small and booked up very fast.Book your kayak experience. The people there are absolutely wonderful!!!Youll enjoy it here.

We had a wonderful vacation here. Your surroundings were stunning, so well taken care of and clean. The food was top notch with a wait staff that are attentive, accommodating and full of smiles. The pool side bar staff were so fast, Naim literally runs on the beach to bring cocktails to you so they stay cold for you. Antonio, entertainment staff keeps you in stitches. We had a great trip and the all inclusive made everything so easy. I do recommend a room on a higher floor- the views are stunning

What a remarkable hotel. From the moment we arrived and we are greeted warmly by Ricardo who actually remembered us from last year, until we were wished, safe travels home by the best concierge we have ever met, Jenny Penny. It was lovely meeting our new butler, Ernesto. He took wonderful care of us all week. We actually got to see and chat with our butler from last year Lillith, who was on her last shift prior to maternity leave. What a delightful girl she took great care of us last year. The wait staff were spot on all trip. Amir, our bartender was always willing to whip up something fun for us at our request. Our rooftop pool server George was great all week. Our dinner at Dow was exceptional and our servers. Eduardo and David did a remarkable job. We were very excited to meet chef.Khen Ihao and thank him in person for the lovely job hes done with the menu. Last but not least our new friend, Abigail, Terrace hostess, greeted us warmly, and affectionately every single day. I look forward to seeing her again soon what a bright light. I have no criticism constructive or otherwise, honorable mention to head, Butler, Jair and captain of the Bell boys, Gustavo. Fellas youre doing a great job with your teams. Moussai never fails to impress. I can hardly wait to plan my next trip.

Beautiful time of the year to see Puerto Vallarta the hotel Mousai is a luxurious couples experience from the balcony hot tubs to the open concept bathrooms and room bars. We certainly enjoyed our Imagine Spa massages with Isabelle and Karen. The culinary staff Miguel and Ruben at Hiroshi, Angel, Veronica, Luis, Ariana at DAO were excellent. Also the activities directors Renalto and Antonio made learning salsa dancing a perfect experience to the trip. We also had a wonderful butler, Ernesto.

I had an amazing stay at the Mousai Hotel! The location is perfect, offering spectacular views that took my breath away. The rooftop infinity pool is jaw-dropping and provides a stunning vantage point to enjoy the surroundings. The beach is well-maintained and pleasant, and the calm, clear waters on this side of the bay allowed us to truly savor the ocean.But the absolute highlight of our stay was the SPA experience. It's a must-try! The pampering and relaxation we experienced there were beyond compare. I highly recommend Mousai Hotel for an unforgettable getaway.

We were served by Bertín at Noi, the Italian Restaurant. He was so friendly and attentive. Also, he recommended some amazing dishes for us. He did a wonderful job for us. We will definitely be back to Noi on this trip. Hoping to see Bertín again.

Everything was perfect. The corner room provided outstanding views of the ocean and the forest. The staff were incredible and met our every need. While there, we endured Hurricane Lidia and a torrential rainstorm the following night. The staff had to work super hard to clean up the mess and make the property ready for use. They didn't miss a beat. We look forward to our next visit.

Arrived at Hotel Mousai 1 day after a Cat. 4 hurricane. You would have never known that the hotel had just experienced a terrible weather event. Stunning views and incredible service. Will definitely come back! Food was so good. We had Gustavo as a butler, he was top notch. Cannot recommend this resort enough. Its a world class facility in the middle of one of the most beautiful places in the world.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating needs, the kids club was great as well (Sam was our kids favourite). Would definitely recommend. Im the only downside is that 2 restaurants are only family friends and the other options are adult only.

We went hiking to a waterfall and swam with a group of people. Our guide was Ronaldo! He was great!! Super nice, funny, entertaining, and made sure we were all safe. We would not have done it any other way! Everyone loved Ronaldo!!

Incredible great and relaxing resort. I highly recommend this resort. Food incredible the waiter Roberto made the beach so great. We did several excursions and they were safe and well run. The rooms are spectacular and the views are amazing.

The hotel is quite nice. The staff is quite friendly. We had dinner at Hiroshi's with Miguel and Alejandra. They had great recommendations for the menu and we're a lot of fun to talk to as we practiced our terrible Spanish. The food was excellent fine

Day two at Hotel Mousai... Dinner at Dao, one of the south tower restaurants tonight was amazing. Luis and Jose have is the best dim sum experience. We worked up an appetite learning to salsa dance today with Miguel!

This resort is absolutely gorgeous with the breathtaking views and sunsets. The food is wonderful, our favorite is Blanca Blue and Aquazul. The reason why this resort is unforgettable is the outstanding staff service. The service is impeccable to what we know in the states as you can see that they truly love what they do and they have so much passion, care, and love towards their customers. Mario, first night at Blanca Blue did an amazing job of being attentive to every request and he showed true passion towards his job. Danny, our kayaking tour guide did an excellent job of keeping us safe and it was so much fun! At the end of the day my wife and I were feeling sexy!! Ronaldo, our tour guide for the hike did an awesone job of navigating through the jungle to get to the waterfall. Great guy and loves what he does. Nancy, our Mexican bingo and bracelet making hostess did a superb job and had such a genuine and kind personality. Za'am and Rogelio waited on us each day at the pool side and beach side loungers. They were always attentive as we never had an empty glass and very respectful. I want to commend the staff on their excellency. Overall a great stay and we will be coming back.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Mousai this past week and it was absolutely an excellent experience. The staff was super very friendly and always at your service. The food and drinks were of highest quality that we've experienced in quite some time (as we've been to numerous all-inclusive resorts over the years). The hotel was modern, clean with very well- designed rooms (all rooms have amazing views, but the corner suites get three different views. I recommend the North Tower PV/Bay view). The entire resort was amazing with shuttles to/from the beachside pool & restaurants were timely and relaxing as they wind up and down through a beautiful tropical atmosphere. Everything you need to adjust your room (music, lighting, sheers, curtains, etc.) were accessible on an iPad or wall units. The balcony hot tub, loungers, couch and hammock were all very clean and enjoyable. I really can't say enough good things about this resort and the bonus was that Hotel Mousai (all adult) is also connected to the properties of Garza Blanca (family friendly). It had something for everyone! We will definitely return again and again!

We had the opportunity to go to our favorite hotel, Hotel Mousai in our all time happy place, Mexico! We went with great friends of ours, who have also visited on their own a few years back. We all stayed in the south tower, and not to be surprised everything was amazing and therefore I need to write another review. From the moment you enter the lobby to start your trip to the time you depart back to the airport, everything was absolutely perfection. Once again, we requested the most amazing Buttler Hotel Mousai is lucky to have, Carlos Ramos! He was messaging us via WhatsApp well before we arrived to ensure reservations, and our room was set. Our room was stocked with the mini fridge as well as the message Welcome Back in flower petals. He also set up as a surprise in our friends room with happy birthday balloons, dessert, and drinks. Every morning, seats were reserved at the pool and we were looked after throughout the day. Kayaking, Hydro therapy/spa appointments, dinner reservations, and daily lattes, mimosas, and fresh fruit were all taken care of. We had a very special lunch on the rooftop that was a Mexican barbecue and it was amazing. So many of the staff have remembered us from our many visits, and all the friends that we have sent and they made a point to go out of their way to say hello and take care of us. Entertainment every night on the roof was excellent including the fireworks to celebrate independence day for Mexico. The resort was a bit quiet due to the season and we loved that. I can not say enough how beautiful this resort is, how amazing the service is and excellent the food & drink. ALL the staff are incredibly kind and work so hard. Some of my favorites are:Matteo, Ignacio, Gerardo & Greta on the rooftop Miguel, Alejandro & Alejandra @ Hiroshi. Excellent stay at Hotel Mousia, this was our first time there so we booked the ultra suite and it surpassed our expectations. The hotel employees were attentive, responsive, and making sure we were good at all times. The amenities were amazing and we were able to lounge at every pool and eat at most restaurants. Highly recommend!

My family had a great experience at Garza Blanca Resort. It wouldn't have been as great without the wonderful staff. One of the best places to spend a 10 day vacation. It all started with a warm welcome from our concierge Montse. She walked us to Blanca Blue for lunch where we met the amazing manager Elaine. Elaine made our trip so memorable. She treated our baby boy Rio like her own and was very welcoming every morning we went to enjoy the delicious Blanca Blue breakfast buffet. If she wasn't there, the hostess Leslie took very good care of us. She was also welcoming and attentive to our needs. Every restaurant had great food and service- the Chinese restaurant Dao is a MUST TRY. We were celebrating my wife's and sons birthday and the celebrations for dinner were great. BUT Blanca Blue has our heart because of Elaine & Leslies service! I cant leave out the waiters too: Lorena, Omar, Cristian, Alex. Marco, Osirus, and his other partner who's name I forgot lol were great during our dinners there too. The awesome service doesn't end there. The poolside service was unbeatable. All the gentlemen servicing us out there always had a smile on and were quick. There was one that went above and beyond for us more than once; Roberto! I will finish this review by highlighting the people behind the scenes that we rarely saw but deserve a lot of credit for their exceptional work. Our housekeepers Silvia Luna & Luz. Silvia went out of her way two of the nights to decorate our room for my wife's birthday. Very important and romantic touch! Thank you all and see you soon!

Javier Suarez x was amazing! He made our vacation so fun and relaxing, and could not have been more helpful! He was unbelievably accommodating!Rogelio and Tony were outstanding waiters at the beach, bringing us everything we could possibly need! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was delicious (especially the shrimp tacos at Blanca Blue)! I would definitely recommend it and will be back!

Everything at Hotelmousai is top notch. We dined at Bocados for breakfast and enjoyed the view, food and service. Alan, Antonio, Gio, Edson and Erika took great care of us everyday! We ate fresh fruit and an omelette everyday. Highly recommend the green juice, too!

The resort is beautiful, but the staff and service is what makes it so phenomenal. We travelled with 4 kids (10, 6, 2 and 5 months) for our 12th anniversary and the staff from restaurants to cleaning service went above and beyond. Noemi, Jorge and Geo were so welcoming and attentive at Bocados STK. Max and the staff at Blanca Blue made meals so special and made us feel like family. The pool service staff was always attentive and considerate. The trolley drivers were so sweet to my 2 year old who just loved the trolleys. Ive never been so sad for a vacation to end. Even checking out of the hotel was a great experience with Angel and the concierge staff (Natalia). The travel agency on site helped us set up a phenomenal fishing trip. By far the best vacation weve been on and a large part of that is because the people who work at Garza Blanca Preserve make you feel welcome and cared for. Looking forward to our next vacation there.

Our most recent stay was, as usual, exceptional. We went on the complimentary Los Arcos Kayak tour. About a 2.5 hour paddle to the National Preserve area. We paddled through 2 sea caves and did some snorkeling as well. Danny was our guide and he was wonderful. He was supportive of the group and provided historical facts of Los Arcos, the Bay of Banderas as well as Puerto Vallarta. I highly recommend this tour.We enjoyed our stay at Garza Blanca. Alma provided our maid service and was extremely thorough and super friendly. Coming into a clean fresh-smelling room after a long day of pool time or other activities was so enjoyable The lead Pool Concierge, Mike, is 2nd to none. Whether he's assisting us at the pool, leading poolside activities, or taking time to chat, he's the best!Can't wait to return!Pete & Michelle

Hotel Mousai was a DREAM. Immaculately clean. The staff was so kind, friendly and helpful to us for the entire duration of our stay, especially Jennifer and Ricardo at the front desk, Danny, Ronaldo and Carlos (Nacho) on the beach, and the staff at the North rooftop.The kayak tour with Diego was a highlight of the trip. My massage from Naiomi at Spa Imagine was the best Ive ever had. Dont hesitate to stay here.

Hotel Mousai was exceptional. Our room was stunning and quite large. Huge balcony with hot tub and lots of seating. Everyone that we encountered that worked for the hotel was very nice and seemed very greatful that we were there. Breakfast was incredible at the hotel. We arrived August 24th for 9 days. This was our third vacation at Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta with our first stay in the South Tower.Humberto, our Butler, assisted us with pre-arrival details. Dinner reservations, preferred pillows, extra closet hangers, extra Perrier in the refrigerator, scheduled housekeeping, scheduled turn down service and round trip airport transportation. All requests were in place on arrival.From landing to check in was 1 hour 45 minutes to Hotel Mousai from the airport. On departure it was 1 hour and 10 minutes from Hotel Mousai to the gate. Hotel Mousai transportation service was seamless on arrival and departure. Very professional with cost of $100. Mercedes van airport pick up and Suburban airport drop off. Suite:Our Ultra Corner Suite South Tower, Suite 7086, was ready at 3:00pm. Our suite was on the 8th floor. Not to high but not to low. The suite was spacious with good views of the mountains and pacific with over 1,000 square feet. The bed, 6 pillows and sheets were very comfortable as well as the room temperature. The bathroom is spacious with double vanities, separate dressing table, numerous mirrors, double closet, separate water closet and nice size waterfall shower.Housekeeping: Great cleaning service with sufficient towels and LOccitane toiletries replenished daily.In Suite Bar Service & Snacks: Great service with refrigerator replenished daily with beer, mineral water, sodas, gatorade, tonic water, Red Bull and snacks - nuts and chocolates. Coffee pods also replenished daily.Restaurants: DAO great! Loved the soft shell crab. Hiroshi dinner is wonderful! Bacados Steakhouse fantastic! 10 ounce tenderloin if you like filet and order rare if you like medium rare. The Terrace and Hiroshi for Breakfast - Great food and views.South Tower & North Tower Rooftop - Great lunch menu with numerous choices and excellent views. Rooftop South and North Tower pools: We loved relaxing daily at both Towers with excellent pool concierge, wait staff and bartenders. South Tower Rooftop has a restroom. However, North Tower restroom is one floor down. The views at the North Tower are fabulous! TierraLuna Gardens: Beautiful lush property with lovely boutiques. 5 minute walk from Hotel Mousai.Hiking/walking: Excellent to hike or walk. We walked an hour daily on the property grounds. Malecon: 20 minutes away, the taxi was $10 from HM and $15 back to HM.Staff: Excellent friendly staff that provide top notch service. EVERYONE is so very nice genuinely nice. I wish I could list every staff members name. Humberto - Great, professional Butler from arrival to departure.Greta - I loved our chats about everything! Your Mom, animals and nutrition advice.Abigail / Abby - I loved chatting about your pets, husband and little one.Ramón: Best wishes on the arrival of your baby. Coronel, Hiroshi Restaurant Supervisor, is very professional and personable. We enjoyed our chats on several evenings. Few cons/areas of improvement:New construction with addition of new towers. This made us sad. It takes away from the natural beauty and landscape of the property.North Tower Rooftop Pool: Insufficient umbrellas for all guests.The lounge cushions are in need of replacement, holes and tears.South Tower:Floor 8 had a mildew smell for 9 days. My experience at the Mousai was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we was greeted with champagne and friendly smiles. The concierge Natalie & butler Carlos are the best! They both went above and beyond to arrange all our dinner and spa arrangements and made sure we had everything during our stay. When I say went beyond, Carlos our butler stopped by Walmart to pick us up a new suitcase on his day off.. since the airport broke ours. He even arranged to have our room decorated for our anniversary. The details in the decorations was so beautiful and detailed we felt pampered during our stay and will definitely be returning.. Garza Blanca Preserve Resort and Spa is an amazing place. I cannot wait to go back. It, along with Hotel Mousai, will be my "go to" spot in Puerto Vallarta. Every staff member provides the best customer service. Their motto is "It is my pleasure to serve you" with a hand over their heart. As a food and wine guy, every dining experience was amazing. The Jr. Panoramic suite in towers 4 and 5 have sweeping ocean vistas...All the restaurants at Hotel Mousai and Garza Blanca were high end with excellent service. One of my favorite spots was the lounge/bar area of Hotel Mousai at the Italian restaurant, NOI. The bartenders were amazing (see my favorite bartender in the pictures below)...service was excellent, the food great and the classically trained piano player in the evening was very special. The staff at breakfast at the Bocados steak house served beautiful food with fantastic customer service. The bartending staff (see below) at the panoramic pool were awesome. Be aware of the sales people, if you don't want to purchase something...I could go on about all the amazing staff. Best ever!!!!!Happy in Paradise.....

My husband and I came for our honeymoon. Monday - Saturday. Had a fabulous time. Wonderful staff, safe, very clean, and gorgeous views of the bay and jungle. Favorite restaurant was Dao which was Chinese. The pool in the North Tower was fantastic that had great food and drinks (try the chicken poppers). Would highly recommend and cant wait to come back!

The resort is so beautiful, all staff are awesome. Natividad did an excellent job, my room is always clean and neat.The restaurants are great. We love Bocados, Dao and Hiroshi restaurants for dinners.We will come back in some days.

Just a quick shout out to Javier Suarez X for always being to attentive on every visit. Really makes us feel like family of the GBP PV. As well Bris from the Kids club she definitely goes out of her way to make the children feel at home. Shes another of the many employees that recognized us from prior visits. If you visit when they have catch of the day we recommend the huachinango zarandeado its an extra cost but definitely worth every dollar.

The Hotel Mousai was so luxurious and perfect in every way. Starting with EDSON - we had a group of 8, with people coming in at different times, which would normally be a logistical nightmare but booking was so easy - Edson was a DREAM come true and worked so hard to get us what we needed and made it so, so easy. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, new, and luxurious, with an artsy and nature-y feel. Even the floor on the balcony is real wood. The food is delicious and healthy. We were all saying the tuna sashimi at the pools was among the freshest wed ever had. Every single person there went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. This place is truly incredible in every single way and I cant wait to go back!! Thank you Hotel Mousai!!

We booked our honeymoon trip to Hotel Garza Blanca Resort and had the incredible good fortune to be upgraded to Hotel Mousai, part of the same resort complex. While we were initially concerned about being moved into a different hotel further from the beach, it was so worth it and Natali at the main desk made sure everything worked for us before we checked in. We could still access everything at Garza Blanca, but also could access additional pools, restaurants, bars, and views (all without kids in those spaces)! It had the perfect vibe for our vacation, so we can definitely recommend staying here.Our concierge, Nathaly, did a great job and was very personable. She helped us book meals at all the available dining options as well as scheduled activities (e.g. kayaking, tequila tasting). We had some al pastor at the on-site tequila tasting that was probably the best food we had the whole trip! 24-hour room service was perfect for when we wanted to relax. The spa was also very impressive and we had great massages there. Getting out into the ocean was a priority for me, so I was really excited that the snorkeling even just right off of the resort beach was so good (lots of biodiversity and numbers).While I would say that the staff across the board was very welcoming and helpful, I wanted to call out some specific folks that were particularly good: Nathaly, our concierge; Daniel, from Dinning and the tequila tasting; Diego, from Kayaking/Snorkeling; Alan, from the Rooftop Pool/Bar.

We just returned from the most amazing vacation at Garza Blanca in July 2023. We booked a 3 bedroom suite with another family. So it was 4 adults and 4 kids under 10. We were up in the towers on the hillside which provided just incredible views of the ocean for our entire trip. The property itself is quite large and on a mountain so if you are staying up in the towers you can take a trolley around the property, and the kids loved that part of it and we never had to wait too long.There was a totally sufficient pool up by our tower, but the main pool and beach area are down by the ocean area. Once you get there, they take excellent care of you. they set up your towels and chairs and immediately are there for food/drink orders.We did all inclusive and it was excellent. The food here is easily the best food I've had at an all-inclusive. there's no buffet, it's all very nice restaurants. Definitely make dinner reservations in advance of your trip. There are a couple restaurants at the adults only towers that you can also go to even if you aren't staying there, but again they are adults only. We would do room service breakfast, lunch by the pool/ocean and then dinner at the restaurants.Huge shout out to Brizette and Yazmin at the kid's club, they were so sweet with our kids. The kids club was awesome and they have lots of fun activities. For a small charge, they can watch kids during dinner at night and they even take the kids to dinner and to ride the carousel.Big thanks to the check in staff, they upgraded our room as well, which was much appreciated. Blanca and Ofelia kept our room looking amazing all trip. The staff at GB was extremely accommodating and professional. We will definitely be back, but I might pick a cooler part of the year, it's very hot and humid in the summer, but for a beach/pool vacation with kids that's kind of what we wanted. Thank you Garza Blanca for a great trip!!!

Mousai has ruined me for any other resort experience. I did not understand what a 5 Diamond resort was until our trip to Mousai in Puerto Vallarta. The location is GORGEOUS, however, the best thing was the service. Each and every person we encountered was truly thrilled to make sure we had the best possible experience. The amazing service began immediately after making our reservation. Our concierge contacted us ahead of our stay to make sure they were prepared for us. Ricardo was there to greet us when our car arrived and escorted us to our beautiful suite and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Evelyn and Paulina checked on us regularly, made our reservations for us, and were overall an incredible resource. Every host, server, and bartender treated us like family. The team we spent the most time with was at the North Tower rooftop infinity pool bar. Breathtaking views and incredible service. There is no reason to leave the resort or go anywhere else. I will be going to Mousai as often as I can. Don't miss out!

Osualdo was our Bell Boy most of the time that we were staying at Mousai. He was so amazing! Osualdo was always kind, helpful, courteous and informative. We could not have asked for a better Bell Boy. This young man will go far in this industry.

The Terrace was our favorite breakfast place and Luis was the most amazing server. He was so kind, attentive and helpful! The food was delicious and I appreciated having allergy-friendly options. We cant wait to come back soon and see Luis again!

We stayed at Hotel Garza and celebrated our 21st anniversary at Hiroshi Japanese Restaurant.The Hiroshi Team Diego Silva and Irving Navarrete served us all night and it was the best dinning experience. The Japanese sushi and nigiri was fantastic and dining experience was catered to all our needs. Kudos to Diego and Irving for the best experience in Puerto Vallarta.

Ok, the title of my review may sound dramatic but it is so true. I cant stay at any other hotel/resort now, because nothing compares to Mousai. So what makes Mousai so special?1. The staff. All of the staff go out of their way to make this the best trip of your life. A special shout out to the guys at the pool, Carlos, Diego and Alan. You will never have an empty cup. 2. The food. When you see an all inclusive option you may worry it will be subpar food. However, everything we ate was delicious. We are from California and know food sushi/seafood and we were blown away by how good the sushi and seafood was. 3. The pool. Adults only. The view. You could spend the entire trip lounging at the pool and come away happy. 4. The activities. We did the kayak trip and it was wonderful. You really should know how to kayak to do it though, it is not for people who have never been on a kayak before. Its been a year since we went and we still talk about Mousai every week. Mainly we talk about when can we go back again? We have traveled to places all around the world and Mousai is at the top of our list of places we MUST go back to. Mousai sets a high bar, weve not found any other place that even comes close

Had the best time at Garza Blanca Would like to take a minute to thank a couple of the wonderful staff at the resort. Tony for treating us like royalty by the pool every single day of our stay. Also a big thanks to Emilio for instructing a great yoga/stretch class Emilio made everyone feel welcome, calm, relaxed, and even made us laugh at times with his great sense of humor. Also Yesika and her partner in housekeeping kept our room spotless and welcoming even gifted my kiddo a small octopus plushy to keep her other plushy company. Also a big thanks to Gloria for her warm welcome she got us checked in quickly and efficiently and kept us updated with member perks. Lastly would like to thank Felipe with concierge, he checked in on us daily, helping us make dinner reservations and making sure all our needs were met during our stay at Garza Blanca. Every time we come back he remembers me by name and he shows genuine love for his job and for the members of Garza Blanca. All in all the entire Garza Blanca staff is fantastic. Their service and character is unmatched. The food and amenities are top notch. I cant wait to be back next summer! And every summer that follows.

Our guide guy Sergio was amazing! We went hiking on the mountain and he was a great leader to the group. Even when it did rain the night before the two hours hiking was incredible! We recommend Sergio 100%

Hotel Mousai is great. We came for our baby moon and had an amazing time. The service, food, cocktails, and views are all first rate.I would recommend staying in the North Tower, it is slightly older but still incredibly nice with much better views. We ate at DAO, Hiroshi, and Bocados but did not get to Noi. They were all solid but the sushi at Hiroshi was not great. Dao was our favorite, the banana egg roll dessert was incredible. We had breakfast at Garza Blanca one day and in the north tower lobby a second day. The north tower lobby breakfast was incredible. We also did a light breakfast via room service each day, which we loved. They have amazing non-alcoholic cocktails, but I would recommend ordering an extra shot with your normal cocktails to add a little more kick.

This was our second trip to Garza Blanca-PV. This place is amazing. Our room was clean, but the only concern was the huge cockroaches on the patio that come out at night. The front door needs to be sealed better. Also, the pool between towers 4 and 5 was filthy. I would suggest getting pool vacuums to suck out food and paper towels that somehow are ending up in the pool. They wanted to sell me a membership and I told them I was not interested and that was it. You just have to be direct so you can enjoy your vacation. All of the staff are awesome, especially at Blanca Blue and Bocados. A lot of the staff remembered us from the previous visit and went out their way to make us feel special. Last, they picked us like royalty, rolling in clean SUV....they sent us back in a bucket. LOL.LOL.LOL. Will get that straight next time. LOL. I highly recommend a vacation stay at GBPV. Our trip to Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta was one of the best resort experiences we have had. Highlights:*The food was insanely good. With the exception of our meal at Bocados, we felt like the food was truly exceptional. Our favorite was Dao - Luis and Jose were amazingly helpful and the food was perfection. Plus, even if it isnt marked on the menu, the kitchen can make almost everything gluten free. *The drinks were great - super unique and tasty.*Our kids loved the kids club. We had plans to take them once so we could have a date night. They begged to go back and we ended up with 3 date nights. Brizzet was the sweetest and the boys are still talking about how much they loved her. *The pools were clean and the perfect temperature. *The rooms were not humid at all and were very clean. Cons:*Housekeeping was inconsistent. We rarely had enough towels or floor mats or hand towels. We were always missing something. Everything was clean but I would have expected a bit better for this caliber of resort. *The breakfast buffet didnt have allergens listed. It would have made my experience a lot better if it had been. Overall, it was an exceptional experience- especially for two people who are foodies and usually hate all-inclusives. We are already planning our next trip!

We went for a romantic getaway and Mousai did not disappoint. Fantastic service, food, amenities. Everything absolutely amazing. We just left and are already planning our return. Our only regret is that it had to end.

Staff was amazing. Attentive and want to make sure youre having a good dinner and service. They really want you to have a good time. Food was incredible. Drinks are delicious and very well crafted. Definitely recommend this restaurant as f you are looking for an authentic and exceptional dinner and service experience. You should order the apple dessert that comes with a fiery presentation.

Super cool guy, respectful and polite. Very attentive to our need as a guest. He wasnt pushy to keep us consuming, and very honest in his interest in us being comfortable. Also a teacher of martial arts. Looking forward to train with him.

We are loving Hotel Mousai! The hotel is beautiful and the service is top-notch. Jennifer was our concierge and took great care of us.Jerry Francisco was our waiter at Noi, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made our dining experience unforgettable.

This was my first experience in an all inclusive resort! We went for a girls trip and lets just say it was amazing! Everything you could possibly need is on the property! The service was great. We stayed in the South Tower and had beautiful views of the ocean and the lush mountains. We had great service upon our arrival with representatives meeting us at the hotel. We were greeted by Gustavo and he made sure all of our things were taken good care of why we sat back and relaxed. We enjoyed the restaurants and the staff and their professionalism. The Roof Top bar was one of our regular hangouts. We loved how Greta was so great making sure we were cknftoabke with towels and shade. Jennifer was also very professional making sure things were good for us. Ulises was on top of our drinks! As one was getting empty he would have another one all ready to hand to you! He was also very knowledgeable about the area and places to go see. They work so hard. Each night you can have Turn Down service where they bring you water and cookies! The gentlemen who would refill our bar each evening were very aware and accommodating. If you are looking to get spoiled this is an awesome place to start!!

Like so many others, we had the most spectacular and perfect trip at Hotel Mousai. We were in Puerto Vallarta to get married on the beach (offsite), and we did a lot of research before selecting Mousai for this most special vacation. We could not have picked a more perfect place, or asked for a more perfect trip!We booked an ultra corner suite in the north tower. While there were many elements that added to the amazingness of our trip, at the very top of the list was our butler, Carlos Ramos. We truly cannot speak more highly of Carlos. He was so helpful, genuine, and kind. We felt a bit odd about having a "butler" and feeling "needy," but Carlos made us feel like he TRULY enjoyed helping us, and just made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. He never made us feel like a burden or like we were asking too much. He would even check on us at the rooftop pool each day! He answered our texts in under a minute (even when he was done for the day!), he came to our rescue when we misplaced our room key at the pool, and he helped us out in about 100 other big and small ways throughout our trip.The north rooftop pool is everything everyone says it is, and everything you see in the photos, and more! It is truly paradise. It was never too crowded (we were there in late May/early June) and the service was impeccable. We loved being greeted by Yessenia (the pool concierge each day) and how helpful she was in getting us set up. All the servers were fantastic, but Eduardo and Guillermo really helped to make our trip. It's incredible how they can anticipate what you may need even before you do! You'll truly never want for anything! We only ate at Noi, Hiroshi and the Terrace. We ended up eating a lot at rooftop north (everything was delicious!) and through room service, which was much higher quality than we were expecting, and just so convenient. We tried to book our reservations later than we should have which made the available times quite limited. I highly recommend booking your dinner reservations as early as you can. I read this advice in other reviews, but neglected to take it which is my only regret.Hiroshi was definitely our favorite! We ordered a few of the "extra charge" items (outside the all inclusive) and they were all well worth it. Everything we ate and drank was delicious, and our server, Diego Silva (along with Ruben) were just spectacular! They were our favorite servers of the trip and it was really easy to understand why they're mentioned on here so often!The ultra corner suite was just fantastic. To have views out all three sides was incomparable. We originally booked the penthouse, but switched to the ultra corner prior to our arrival when we realized how small the balcony/outdoor space is in the penthouse. We were not disappointed! The wraparound balcony is truly breathtaking. We could see the gorgeous blue water out windows on two sides, and those were the views we woke up to every morning. Incredible!We found the all inclusive package well worth it, and found the quality to be MUCH better than what we've ever experienced at an all-inclusive. Our past experience has been that you trade a bit of quality for an all-inclusive option, but that was not the case at all at Mousai.If you're reading reviews to pick a place in Puerto Vallarta, I promise you can stop now. You've found it in Mousai. If you're reading these to get excited for a trip you've already booked, no words will truly convey the magic you will experience at Hotel Mousai. It's everything you're reading here, and better! If you have an ultra room, please do yourself a favor and request Carlos. I have no doubt he'll make your trip just like he made ours! We will definitely be back!

The most amazing hotel! Beautiful, peaceful and the staff is extremely friendly. we had the pleasure of being assign Humberto as our butler and his service was outstanding! He responded quickly and always in great spirit. He made my trip 100000% worth it! thank you Hotel Mousai for an amazing time!!

The resort is absolutely beautiful. There were many activities to choose from throughout the week, including yoga, hiking, cerviche classes, paddle boards, and more! The service is top notch and they really anticipate your needs. If you have the option, stay in the garden side for breathtaking views of the beach and gardens. The only downfall is many stairs down to the beach or waiting for the trolley, but it was completely worth the trade in my opinion. The walking trails down to the beach are through the beautiful gardens.We choose to do the all-inclusive plan for the week so we didn't have to worry. The restaurants are full of delicious food with plenty of options to choose from. While all of the restaurants were delicious, DAO was our personal favorite! Somehow the service there goes above and beyond the others (which is a tall task considering you are treated so well everywhere).We wanted to take the time to give a shout-out to a few people who went above and beyond during our time there.Roberto and Zuno from the butler team were so personable and easy to talk to. They helped us with several different tasks throughout the week and always did it with a smile.Tony and Oscar from the poolside waiters. Oscar kept the palomas coming before my husband even had time to ask! Tony was so attentive and always had a smile on his face. It was so hot the week we were there and these two never once complained.Marcus and Mike taught the cerviche class and made the whole class entertaining--not to mention the delicious salsa and cerviche they made! Alberto Frias and Angel at DAO were both amazing servers. Angel noticed I looked cold and provided a shaw without me even asking or thinking to even ask! Alberto served us an amazing meal and ensured everything was to our perfection.I truly could go on and on. We had a wonderful week! It felt like everyone tried to get to know us and ensure we were ad everything and more that we needed. We highly recommend this resort.

We had dinner at Hiroshi while we were staying at Garza Blanca. This was hands down one of the best meals I have had in years. Rivals some of the high end sushi places I have been to in LA, Vegas or NYC. The drinks were unique and exquisite. Alejandro and Miguel were amazing and took great care of us. I hope we can come back again soon!

Its always a challenge that a resort meets the expectations you have or that it truly looks like what you saw on pictures. Garza Blanca did! Its well deserve of the 5 diamond rating. The place is just beautiful! One side you have the jungle, Mountain View and on the other the gorgeous beach. Traveling with my family of 5 I had to book the 2 bedroom suite. The suite was just marvelous, big, spacious and super comfortable. Surpass my expectations. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Including full washer and dryer, which with kids its a huge plus. We where assigned a first floor suite, as beautiful as it was the view was of a beautiful greenery. However its not the view I wanted. I wanted the panoramic ocean views. I spoke to my concierge Pablo about my disappointment and he right away walked me to the front desk to try and request a change of room. Front desk was very helpful and arranged for a change of room by the next morning. The wait was so worth it, we had a 6 floor suite with the amazing panoramic ocean views that I had seen on videos and pictures. The pools are amazing and one of the most cleaned I have ever seen. The staff is just beyond helpful and attentive and just extremely friendly. The food was delicious and not one restaurant disappoint. The pool food was great as well, along with the drinks. I would for sure without thinking twice would go back. Im also excited to check out their other resorts around Mexico.

This was our first time at this resort. The entire staff, from the arrival to the departure were amazing. A few team members that wed like to thank in particular for their service are Alma (Room cleaning), Sergio (Hiking guide), Gloria (Concierge), and Tony (Pool service).

Garza Blanka in Puerto Vallarta is very good resort for adults and for kids as well. We got very good room upgrade which was very nice. Our housekeeper Araceli was very hardworking person. Javier Suarez x was the best person we met on this trip. We love him!!! The rooms were incredible and the food is even better. Javier was the best seguridad Ive ever seen! He was muy bonito. Javier really knows his stuff.

Eat your heart out Punta Mita! Hotel Mousai has served as the first and only Five Diamond-rated hotel in Puerto Vallarta and throughout the entire state of Jalisco and it shows! 5-star service! 5-star creative food choices at multiple different themed restaurants! 5-star roof top infinity pool(s)! 5-star views! But you already knew that if you did some homework. Heres somethings that pleasantly surprised me:(1) Toto wishy/washy toilet!(2) Easy 1-touch button controls for drapes and piped in music!(3) Balcony jacuzzi has temperature you control Here are things that bummed me out:(1) Limited beach does have soft white sand BUT the water access is very rocky (actually knew that from reading reviews so that was okay). (2) Room door to hallway needs better sound insulation. (3) Old fashion drink had Maraschino cherry instead of Luxardo (OMG are you picky-LOL)Difference between North & South Tower? North with better unobstructed views, smaller lobby & rooftop closes at 7pm. South with more active larger lobby & rooftop closes at 1am (tho the pool closes at 7pm). Honestly you wont go wrong in either building and you can access each building with a 60 second walk!Ill be back!

My husband and I came here for a wedding and had an unbelievable time. We stayed at the beachfront and had the all inclusive package. At the restaurants all the waiters are so attentive and show a personal touch in their interactions. Overall I would say we will be back

First off, hotel mousai/garza blanca in cqllarta was too notch service, food and hospitality. They definitely know how to cater to their guests. All restaurants were amazing and service on last night by diego silva and alejandra was superb at Hiroshi JapeneseRestaurant. Hotel mousai rooms were better than advertised. Highly recommend either property for a stay when in vallarta.

Our experience was incredible. The room, the staff, the cleanliness, the food. Cant say enough good things about this place. We did several excursions including the hike with Sergio (who was absolutely incredible), kayaking, walking around downtown PVR, and an ATV tour with Estigo Tours which I highly recommend. This was the best food at an all inclusive Ive ever had. The pools were awesome and the cleaners did such a good job every single day. Our room stayed spotless. I would stay here again 1000%

The restaurant was closed and we were bummed we couldnt eat there. Were a large family so it was hard to make a last minute reservation and they were kind enough to create a unique beach dinner for us. Tequila shots and all. So thankful.

Diego Silva and Ruben Santana had the best service Ive experienced in a very long time. The food was Phenomenal! The Atmosphere was Amazing! The quality of the food was exceptional! They worked well together and take Great care of us!! I would highly recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.

By far the best resort in the area. 10 years ago we switched to this resort after seeing everything this place has to offer, and we only stay here when we visit now. There are million reasons why between the breath taking views, the garden like tropical paradise, the delicious food, incredible experiences, and most of all the amazing staff! We don't often vacation in Mexico, but when we do, we vacation here. Ask for Alex at the pool, and for Venesa at the concierge. They take amazing care of you, and they treat you like a very dear friend or very close family. My entire family loved this vacation and we can't wait to come back.

Roberto was excellent at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. Made our experience so much better knowing he would be there. He was fast and always communicating with us to make sure we were comfortable!

This place is top-notch, the suite and service are even better. Huge thanks to Veronica Martinez. Her attention to detail, like shaping towels into shells, really adds to the experience. I will be coming back with my family again soon! Thank you guys.

The Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta is a great time and such a beautiful resort. We made some lifelong memories and friends on this trip. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive for anything you need. ROBERTO, special thanks to you! You were so helpful to ALL our needs. Robertos conversations gave us a deeper understanding to Mexican culture and Mexican life. This angel was around to assist us with the most complicated requests during our stay. If you have the opportunity to meet this man then please tell him hello from David and Anna. We cant thank Roberto and the staff for being so helpful. We cant wait to go back in November!

This is what the good life is all about. Everything about this resort is elegant, refined, upscale and peaceful. No loud music, foam parties, silent disco's or drunken subjects from a certain Western European island. Incredible accommodations, service and cuisine all in one of the most beautiful places on planet Earth. Everything about Garza Blanca was wonderful. It will be an annual trip for us and I hope you have the unique privilege of experiencing this magnificent resort.Just go there!

We love going to Hotel Mousai! They have the most beautiful views/grounds, amazing food, and first class service all around! While we love all of the staff, a couple standouts for us are the Diego Silva/Vincente team, Carlos (our butler) and Alan (pool concierge)!! This hotel and the people who make it all happen are amazing and we recommend this place to anyone looking for a 5 star getaway!

An awesome resort with a perfect balance of options for pure relaxation and more physical activities. The staff is also great and are a pleasure to interact with. Throughout the week, I specifically took part is a ceviche making class, an advanced hike, and a kayaking and snorkeling daytrip to give an idea of the activities they offer. It already would've been an awesome experience but two staff members in particular (Sergio & Marcus) were great about being extremely personable and I enjoyed getting to know them and learning about the area over the course of the hike and ceviche class where I mainly interacted with them. The staff and activity leads are definitely what will separate this resort from others in my memory looking back on it.

Its where we first purchased. We spent a day at MOUSAI and had a wonderful time especially at the spa! The service from the employees was excellent. The cleanliness which is huge for me is great, food is superb and overall quality is wonderful.

Anniversary Trip was amazing and relaxing. We stay in the north tower room was great, pools were awesome and staff was perfect. Will return over and over again. We love it here, its so relaxing. Thank you to all staff for making us feel like family. The food is always 5 stars and so is room service.
