Loved the service by Edgar in the Wings Pub. He was very friendly and we had great margueritas. His service was excellent and he had great service. He also was also very attentive and happy to take pictures.
Amazing rooms, friendly attentive staff, delicious food and drinks, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!! The gym is the best we’ve had at a resort. Gorgeous views everywhere. Fidel at the pool helped us get chairs. We don’t want to leave!!
Great place to vacation, as a couple or as a family. Super safe, and if you only speak English you'll be fine. All of the Villa del Palmar resorts are nice, this one is very user-friendly and would be a good place to start if you haven't travelled much outside of the US. It's close to a lot of the stuff you'll want to do and see. They've really updated the resort, very impressed with all of the work they've done. Very nice, very safe beach, kids can go into the ocean without having to worry about riptides, rocks, etc. Very friendly, helpful staff--be sure to say hi to Irma at the Concierge's desk!

What an excellent experience!! Our adventures at Villa del Palmar were above and beyond our expectations. The ambience was very welcoming and reassuring. The food was exceptional and good variety. The facilities were clean and neat. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional; especially Wendy! She answered all our questions and was readily available. She was awesome. Thanks Wendy! Other staff members that were outstanding were Jose (Breakfrst) and Adriana, Delfino, and Lizzeth (Tomatillos).
Our family vacation at Villa Del Palmar in Cabo was excellent. The resort is very well managed, the employees are dedicated and committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. There are too many employees to mention but some that stood out were Alberto, Antonio, Adrian, Nicki, Ely, Laura, Ana Maria, Valeria, Kevin, Irvin, Ismael and Chuy!
Great vacation for my wife and I. Food was excellent. Right on the beach. Enjoyed the 4 pickelball courts and the pool. About 1 mile (easy walk to marina). Also enjoyed the nightly entertainment. I recommend the all inclusive option. My wife and I did not see any whales from the resort but other guests did. Although we did not bring any children, the resort was very family friendly with quite a few kids in a couple of kids/family pools. We spent our time at the adult pool. Water in the pool was comfortably warm. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our week long vacation at this resort. We did the all-inclusive option and Nayeli, Imer and Trulio were so attentive when we would order drinks and food poolside. All the staff at Villa Del Palmar work so hard and made sure we had a wonderful experience. We also appreciated the entertainment and evening shows- especially Chloe- she was so great with all the kids in our group and they loved watching her perform during the dinner shows!
The staff here is truly wonderful. Always has a smile and extremely motivated to do a great job. Karla, Elizabeth at the towel stand so many other incredible servers, and the cleaning staff must be mentioned as well. You won’t go wrong by staying here.
My first visit to Villa del Palmar and what a wonderful vacation for my family. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, to check in- easy, comfortable and warm. The room was perfect (thank you Vanesa!!) and it just kept getting better. Good delicious at all the restaurants (all inclusive is the way to go if spending majority of time at resort). Special shout out to the very accommodating and welcoming team at Tomatillos ( Edgar, Mario, Delano, Joel, Luis and Lorena!!). Food was spectacular. We will be back and soon! See you in August- can’t wait!
We are very much enjoying our week here. The staff could not be more helpful or accommodating. Their customer service is outstanding with a positive vibe. Meals are generous and excellent, rooms very clean . Weather is a bit chilly but still sunny and bright!
We were upgraded to a lovely one bedroom suite with two full baths right on the ocean we could hear the ocean at night and had a full kitchenette so we were able to cook up the Dorado we caught fishing. The upper pool's adults only the lower pool is the family pool and kids pool the slide is super fast and fun for adults and kids. The resort is very secure but not very walkable to town. We did not do the all-inclusive as it wasn't worth it for us. For some it would have been.
I stayed there 5 nights 6 days, 100% satisfied! The entire staff made my vacation so enjoyable. Edna was amazing helping me plan out my activities. Provided me with a map and tips and tricks to get to Downtown. House keeping was on point! Food was amazing, my favorite was Carbon Grill ! Restaurant management was always so pleasant in helping us with our daily reservations for dinner. They literally had very joyful nightly events at the restaurant. From listing to Mariachis, Lion King musical performance to Elvis Presley night. Also by 10pm it was all nicely closed down so we had a quiet night. Can’t wait to be back !
From the moment I booked with this resort, I had an amazing experience. My personal concierge was amazing! He checked in with me frequently and made sure that I understood exactly what was provided at the resort.
My family and I chose the all-inclusive option, and it was fantastic! Upon arrival until the very end of our trip exceeded my expectations.
All of the staff were outstanding, and the services that were provided were amazing as well. The facility and our room were always very clean, and I never once felt uncomfortable.
The food is outstanding and we had an excellent variety to choose from! The drinks were SO good as well, and they were definitely NOT watered down!
The Starbucks and market that are located on the same resort grounds were an added bonus! The market has basically anything you might need and then some!
This resort was truly amazing!
The family had an absolute blast at Villa del Palmar. The drinks and food were much better at this resort than others we'd stay at in Cabo. The servers at the pool do a great job getting drinks to you. For dinner you have to try Carbon. They bring a hibachi grill full of streak, shrimp, chicken and vegetables. We had the best service from Alfredo and the chef Miguel was amazing. We didn't have any issues with our bill.
Another wonderful stay at Villa Del Palmar ! This was my 10th stay there in the last 3 years !! Great location and wonderful staff especially Efrain the bellman and Rogelio the front desk manager!! This is a spectacular property and always makes for a great stay in Los Cabos !!
We just returned on Sunday March 31st. What a great trip. The New improvements to the Show area is perfect. The rooms and dining areas very clean and well kept. The Shows and Show dancers were fantastic. I would like to thank the entertainment staff for all their hard work and Dancing. I want to name a few, Chole, Alana,Rodo, Valeria, and Franshesea. I’m sure I missed some but they were all great. Our pool attendants Antonio was always there taking care of our needs. Our drink server Oscar was perfect. Bell staff Luis, Armando were there to assist coming and going with our luggage, and our taxi needs to the marina.
It’s was one of our best vacations from the room, to Food, and entertainment.
A special thanks to Chole and Alana who have made our week stay memorable.
The Villa is even better than the pictures! Beautiful views from the balcony and extremely spacious! Great location about a 30 minute walk to the marina and near the Walmart and Costco. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to cook our own breakfast and lunches for a family of six using the spacious kitchen, and having laundry in the room Was wonderful! We rented a vehicle for the week that we were there and valet was quick, fast, and efficient to have our vehicle ready for us when we called down. Truly a wonderful experience and we plan on coming back!
I stayed at the Villa de Palmar. It was a beautiful property and our junior suite was spacious and clean. Andres, our beach side waiter was very attentive, friendly and hospitable. He was excellent and made our beach experience comfortable and relaxing.
Nayeli of the pool waiters staff was great!! Fast and attentive both days she served our group. Thanks. Resort was clean and well maintained. Entertainment was good at night. Food was also very good. We had 2 great meals at Neptune at the sister resort Arco next door.
We spent a week at the resort and it had everything we needed right on site. We particularly loved the beachside service provided by Misael Guzman. He was excellent at ensuring we had all we could eat and drink as well as any chair or umbrella requests. We sat in his area three days and were never disappointed! Exceptional work Misael!
We have stayed at Villa del Palmer about 9 times and it just keeps getting better! The cleanliness is over the top, the restaurants are all very good and the buffet and show in the evenings are phenomenal!! Most importantly the staff is amazing and all very friendly! We have made multiple friends throughout our years, huge shoutout to Diaz the bartender in the sports bar, he was over the top and so very friendly and personable. Also, Alberto Rodriguez has been our main man every time we go, he is helpful in every way and always very friendly, we look forward to seeing him every trip! We are already booking our next trip, they are like family to us.
The staff is amazing!!! Alberto was always there to help and handle tough situations well the whole time we were there! He is so friendly and very welcoming. The bell guys are some of the funniest people including Effrain, Eliel, and all the others. Another amazing helpful hand was Antonio he was always checking to make sure we were happy and settled and was great management at the pool! Not only were the bell guys fantastic so were the pool waiters and other servers. Our favorite from the week was Nayeli. She was very fast always efficient and friendly always smiling. She was great with all of the kids and made the trip even more enjoyable. Another waiter that did a great job was Oscar, he was fast and friendly. Nico and Carlos were always wonderful waiters who always helped us and got orders in quickly. They are all very hard workers. The activities people whom stuck out to me were Chloe, Jermey, Alanna, and Francesca. All 4 of them made the pool volleyball, bingo, blackjack, etc. much more exciting and welcoming. They were friendly faces you could see constantly around the pool. And last but not least our service at dinners throughout our vacation was great! Art did an amazing job getting tables big enough for our large group even when they were quite busy. Pedro was amazing at carbon every night we ate there! Louis and sunny both did a fantastic job in the sports bar with friendly faces, polite and quick service. Roberto was an amazing waiter during breakfast in the mornings he started to get our drink orders memorized. All in all the staff at Pal Mar makes the trip much more memorable and fun.
We loved every second of our time at this incredible resort in Mexico! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed—kind, helpful, and always going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay.
The resort itself is absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and you can tell the team works around the clock to keep it looking its best. The views were some of the best we’ve seen in Cabo, and the beach was clean, swimmable, and blessed with crystal-clear blue water.
We also really enjoyed the dining options—every restaurant we tried was delicious, and the nightly shows were such a fun treat for the whole family. Poolside and room service were both top-notch, adding an extra layer of relaxation to the trip.
Our stay exceeded every expectation—we fell in love with this place and can’t wait to come back!
We had an amazing experience with the Villa Group while on vacation. The food there was amazing, the room was really nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The beach in Cabo was one of the best we had experienced. Great drinks and the service was good too. I’ve read reviews about people getting hit with unexpected charges when they leave, but everything was laid out when we got there and they always told us if there was a premium charge if we got something. The check in and check out process was easy as well. I would recommend staying here
This resort played a major part in us having one of if not the best times in our lives. We spent a little over a week at this absolutely beautiful property. The place wasn't over the top in regards to luxury but it most certainly delivered very well with cleanliness, services and the food wow the food was almost as good as it get with an all inclusive resort. The resort lined us up with all of the excursions we wanted to do. The staff were all exceptional especially Natalie at the front dest she's simply as good as it gets.
We have been here two days and it's been awesome! Great food, views, shows, and plenty of activities for everyone! Tuesday night was a seafood buffet with the Loin King play while you eat! More to come
Stayed at Villa Del Palmar for 10 days Jan-Feb 2025. This was an excellent resort. The grounds are beautiful and nicely manicured. Nightly entertainment shows and music on the pool deck. The 1Bdrm Suite has a nice layout with a Kitchen, dining area, living rm and 2 Full Baths. Cleaned daily. The bedroom needs more drawers for clothes. The location is convenient to the town with a $10-$12 (10-15 min ride). View from the resort is magnificent with the Arch and Hill side, boats and cruise ships in the bay. Whales seen everyday 150 ft from the waters edge. 2 outdoor Restaurants are excellent and you can also dine at the sister resort which has 2 restaurants, a 3 min trolley ride away. Drinks were inconsistent in taste of mixed drinks. The service at the VDP was good at the restaurants and bars. Lines at the lobby desk got a little backed up at times resulting in a 20 min wait. Some issues with the WiFi (buffering and slow) which was a little frustrating at times. The staff was very pleasant to deal. Waiters were very good.
We just returned from an amazing week at this resort, we could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel welcome and had the best service. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. David was our waiter at both the breakfast buffet and at the Taco Bar for lunch, we requested him all week because of the service we got from him on our first day. He went out of his way to make sure our dining experiences were top notch and always greeted us with a smile and a hand shake. Thank you David for making our dining experiences great!
Accomodations: The rooms are clean and updated, the room key is on the wristband that they put on you at check in. This is very convenient to not have to worry about carrying a room key. We were only asked one time about doing the sales tour, we said no and we were not asked about it again.
Restaurants: The food at the restaurants was very good, we would highly recommend doing all inclusive for at least part of your stay. In addition to the restaurants at the Villa del Palmar, you also have access to the restaurants at the other two resorts on the property, Villa del Estancia and Villa del Arco. The location of the resort is great.
Bar: The bar services are great and the drinks are plentiful! The poolside waiters are attentive and they truly run their butts off getting drinks, food, and anything else you need! You never have to leave your lounge chair if you don't want to.
Things to do: It's within walking distance to the Marina where there is a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants. If you don't want to walk, there is always a bellman right outside the front door at the bell stand. They will summon a taxi right away and the ride into town is $11.00. The bellman were all very friendly and helpful.
WIFI: The ONLY thing I can see where there can be improvement on is the WIFI access, it's very difficul to access and the fees are confusing. We ended up just using cellular data all week, signal wasn't great at times but we weren't on our phones much. From what I could tell, the wifi charge for non members is $20 per day. Should be free in my opinion.
Overall our exprience was a 10/10 and we will go back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week!
This place is paradise. There is so much going on that it was hard to leave to on our amazing activities. The activity directors were the stars of the dinner shows, and we loved the high energy “The Greatest Showman”, “Michael Jackson” and “Grease”. My two year old grandson wore his Spider-Man shirts and everybody was calling him “Spider man” by the time we left. I could have stayed another week, but Christmas was just 10 days away and we missed the rest of the family.
The only downside was that the internet was down for most of the six days we were there. But we managed to book all of our excursions and make dinner reservations through our consierge Fernanda.
Our view was amazing from our sixth floor balcony. We could see the ocean, both pools and the entertainment stage.
Here now, 5th day of 6. Watching whales from lounge chair that I claimed at 5:30 am. Easy to know where to look as there are 5 boats out there. Yesterday we were on one, the escape breakfast and whale watch. 1st time I've seen humpback whales breach. Was yesterday and they are doing that now.
This is a great resort with 5 restaurants open for dinner. Good food, especially the seafood, especially the sashimi and ceviche. The.farm to table restaurant, Tomatillos, had tasty interesting dishes. We enjoyed 2 buffet dinner shows and we're saddened by the Detroit Lions loss at the sports bar but enjoyed the food, drinks, and rowdy fans.
We got a good deal from Monster with all inclusive plan so I cannot comment on prices. Gave up 4 hours for it, sitting through a sales presentation. We do this from time to time and surprisingly they have a new twist. Guess ya gotta have something new.
I spent five nights at Villa Del Palmar. I had a great time. The service, the food, and the atmosphere exceeded my expectations. Also, the Desert Spa at the resort was one of the best spas I’ve been too.
It's such an amazing resort! Service is outstanding! The food is delicious, and the pool is perfect. Not too large of a place. Will stay here again for sure.
We enjoyed our stay at Villa del Palmar. The resort is very clean and well-maintained. We could always find a spot at the pool, at any time of the day. The food is good and the service outstanding. In particular, Jovany, Irasema, and Excel in the Sports Bar were extremely friendly and efficient, providing excellent service every time. They made us feel like part of the family. In the Taco Bar, Amalia also provided superior service and was a pleasure to deal with. The housekeeping staff was wonderful; we were well taken care of. Our porter, Juan, was attentive and efficient.
We loved our visit to Villa del Palmar. The accommodations were top notch, the staff were friendly and helpful. One of our favorite places to eat was the taco bar, which became El Carbon at night. Angie, Sunny, Liliana and Wilder were delightful. They made our dining experience fun and welcoming. We can't wait to come back and see them again. They made us feel like family.

I cannot express enough to the staff and specifically Rocio Avalos at Villa Del Palmar who we worked with for a year on our daughters wedding. To hold a destination wedding can be challenging and scary but Rocio did an AMAZING job, thinking of every detail and making it SO beautiful & special. We cannot thank you enough. There are no words to describe how happy we all were and were just so very thankful.
Great people. Everybody is happy. We went full exclusive and it was well worth it. There is always fresh seafood for every meal no matter which restaurant you choose.
This resort was AMAZING! I really enjoyed my experience from the moment I arrived until the time my flight departed! LOL
Rooms were very nicely kept with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. With all the restaurants on the property, never had to wait to eat. There was plenty of activities to do on and around the grounds of the hotel for both young and old! We were especially fond of the California Bella the food was always on point! The Chef was able to cook our "catch of the day" to perfection and was served by our favorite server Esther. Esther would always provide us impeccable service and excellent advise on the foods that we liked she made our stay extra special. Thank you Esther, can't wait to go back and visit with you again.
It's been 4 years since my boyfriend and I came back and it was like coming back to a second home. From the minute we walked in the door everyone ensured that we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying ourselves.
We would love to give an extra special shout out to LUIS GARCIA, our pool concierge. From the second we met Luis, we knew that his role was so much more. Luis made us feel so welcome, like seeing an old friend, and I could tell that every guest he talked to felt the same way. We saw him maintain professionalism and a smile while being pulled in many directions that would have tested any person in his position. I wish we stayed longer because Luis is definitely someone we'd love to hang out with.

This has by far been the best vacation I have ever had. The staff goes above and beyond. One thing that is very touching is when they speak to you, they hold their hand on their heart as a sign of respect and love. The food here is excellent. Nothing average about this resort. The rooms are very nice. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We love Villa del Palmar. The entertainment staff is amazing. Rodrigo is fun and makes the daily activities and show memorable. Marcos served us at the pool each day and is accommodating, friendly and makes us feel relaxed. We will be back next year, our 5th visit.
A perfect location for a stay at Cabo San Lucas. Great restaurants, pool service, beach access and nightly entertainment for the whole family. My family is definitely returning in the near future. The staff made our stay a wonderful experience.
My boyfriend and I came our for a week and the service was phenomenal for all of the staff. There was one staff member that stood out specifically and that was Carlos from the Taco bar. He remembered my boyfriend and I after we came in for lunch one day and remembered it was his birthday. He made us feel special and I really appreciate everything he did for us while we were there.

Emilio checked us in and went above and beyond to secure us our favorite room! When we walked in, the bed was beautiful with a Happy Anniversary and hearts in red rocks. Chocolate covered strawberries were on the table, with a chocolate syrup Happy Anniversary. Nicte was also delightful. She was so caring and helpful. Best concierge yet. We so hope to see her next year. The roasted cauliflower and corn on the cob at Tomatillo was delicious and the service was excellent. Bella California is our favorite brunch. Tino is always great and was very helpful at checkout
OUTSTANDING way to celebrate our 20th Anniversary! It was PERFECT! Our trip to Villa del Palmar Cabo was one of our shortest trips taken (only 4 days) but it was one of our most favorite of all time!! The staff was amazing and went above & beyond to help my husband pull off a surprise romantic anniversary dinner on the beach at sunset! I WAS SO SURPRISED!!! Props to Hector, Manager, who stealthily was able to get everything coordinated with my hubby w/o me suspecting a thing! Not an easy task! And our personal waiter Andreas (in photo) was not only a WONDERFULLY attentive but his demeanor & sweet personality made the experience that much better! He truly added so much to the memorable evening. We encountered fabulous staff around every corner and on the other end of every call! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! We WILL return Thank you all for a memorable 20th anniversary!

We went in March, absolutely loved it! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We had a frozen drink called a Caesar Palace, it was absolutely delish, anyone know the ingredients for this drink? Definitely plan to return yearly!

Our family had an Amazing time at the Villa Del Archo resort. From the high end food options to the suburb service, we will certainly be returning next spring break. There are many people we should mention for their tremendous effort, one we’d like to highlight is Kevin B at the El Patron restaurant. He’s extremely hard working and attentive, thank you Kevin!!
The service was great. Fredy, pool waiter was amazing. He made sure we always had drinks and had a great sense of humor. We enjoyed the Spa by having wonderful massages. We enjoyed Bella California the best.
Had a great trip, great service poolside with Lety. Food at all the restaurants was fabulous. I highly recommend trying all of them. Housekeeping does very nice service to make you feel special. All the staff are outstanding and friendly.
Villa Del Arco is our home away from home. Our family travels here every year. Time after time, we look forward to seeing Lety and she always remembers us by name. Have just returned from a very relaxing and restful week at Villa del Arco where the staff really made this time so memorable and enjoyable. Everyone was very pleasant with a sincere greeting and offer of help or services, starting with Monse at the front desk. We especially enjoyed Chef Julio’s entertaining cooking demonstrations of handmade tortilla/salsa, and Barbacoa with the assistance of Angelica—also known for her wonderful omelettes at the pirate ship breakfast. Yummy tastings at the end of class were not to be missed! Other notables were Alana, Chloe and Ismael for stretching and water aerobics. It was then fun to see them performing in the shows in the evening. Elias at the ship restaurant was our favorite waiter and was always very attentive. Thank you all!

We have been visiting Villa Del Arco annually for about 20 years. The resort goes out of its way to make our visit comfortable, but the first person we look forward to seeing each trip is Mariano who helps with the luggage and any transportation issues that may arise. He goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. The resort has many wonderful employees, but Mariano is the BEST!!!
Gloria and Veronica were our favorite breakfast servers at el patron. They were kind and fun to talk with in Spanish. They also interacted kindly with our kids, asked about our vacation and were a friendly face to start the day with. They were both wonderful!
Andreas at the beach was amazing he knew what our family had to drink and was prompt and efficient. We would ask for him every time.
Mariano was the best bellboy and the most friendly person and extremely helpful with directions and guidance with restaurants. He anticipated everything we needed.
Staff is so friendly that are amazing! They are so accommodating especially with food allergies! Two of the girls in my group have severe allergies to gluten and dairy and there was plenty they were able to each! Bar tenders at the resort are also so incredible really made the whole experience!
BEST all inclusive resort we’ve ever stayed at! Everything about this place was perfect…from our suite which was spacious and spotless to the grounds that were immaculate to the staff who went out of their way every single day with a smile on their face! Everything about this place was perfect!

I want to acknowledge the staff at Villa Del Arco and Villa Del Palmar. We stayed at the Arco resort, but had many dinners at the Palmar sports bar. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and very hard-working. I especially want to thank our restaurant wait staff for their superb service. They are: Carmen and Brian at El Patron for the buffet breakfast; Angel at the South American Grill and Sunny at the sports bar.
The activities staff is so awesome. From Zumba in the pool to water volleyball. They are energetic and fun. Jimena, Natalia, Pablo and one other male member of team made our trip enjoyable. I loved all the water activities that were geared for all ages.
On our last night of vacation, we decided to try The South American Grill at Villa del Arco Resort and we are so glad we did. Our meals were delicious and our waiter, Angel, took wonderful care of us. It is an outdoor restaurant and it was so nice to be able to enjoy a great meal with family in such a beautiful setting.
Breakfast service on our last day was great with Lulu, Elizabeth & Gloria! Friendly great ladies!
Villa del Arco never disappoints with the food selection. We had many great meals. Lots of different choices for places to eat between the resorts.
Location, food, drinks and service are excellent. Francisco is our favorite waiter! We also love Javier, and all the staff. We loved Kevin at Patron, he’s new and very friendly and gracious. Overall a great vacation, which is why we keep coming back.

Villa del Arco is an absolute gem! The property is stunning, immaculately clean, and offers breathtaking views. The staff is kind and attentive, and goes above and beyond to make your stay special.
Our spacious suite had everything we needed--a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable outdoor furniture on our suite deck. The pools were pristine, with plenty of lounge chairs, and the swimmable beach was a daily highlight. During our time over the holidays, we had no problems getting poolside or beach spots, or service.
Dining was top-notch and convenient, especially at Neptune, where we had the best meal of our trip. The on-site store was also convenient. Getting around Cabo was easy from the property and affordable with Uber or taxis. For walkers, downtown is a 25-minute walk away.
With fantastic amenities like a well-equipped gym, spa, and thoughtful service, Villa del Arco is a true standout. Highly recommended for a wonderful Cabo getaway!

We enjoyed a wonderful trip to Los Cabos where we stayed at Villa del Arco. We got to experience some really incredible food, probably way too many drinks, and took advantage of room service and pool side service every chance we got! The best pool side server was Esquivel, he was truly so kind and thoughtful and he took the best care of our group. Our housekeeper Elsie was also exceptional, and she could not have done a better job keeping our fridge stocked and our room clean and comfortable. We had a great time singing karaoke, going snorkeling, and exploring the marina. I hope we get the chance to visit again soon!
Best resort ever! Breathtaking views over the ocean and at the pool. I purchased the all-inclusive and that was superb! The food at Bella California, Carbon Grill, and Neptune is top-notch. Loved the nightly entertainment...Michael Jackson review, Lion King and more! I also loved riding the trolley every night to get ice cream at La Palmita Market! I go every year, and looking forward to the next.

We have been going to the Villa group for 18 years. We love it! The rooms are comfortable and have everything we need. The service is impeccable! The staff are so gracious. Mariano, the bell boy, is always so cheerful, happy and helps us with everything we need. He has been a presence at the entrance for years. He clearly loves his job. We have already booked next years stay?.
Great week at Arco! Will definitely go back! Quiet resort with plenty of activities. Food was fantastic! Much better than your typical all inclusive... Big clean room that overlooked the town and end of the bay - great for watching the sunsets! Went over to Villa del Palmar most nights to watch the nightly shows - all were very well done! 8 days went by way too fast!
We had such a great time fishing and eating great food. Alan was the best bartender on the buccaneer boat! I would highly recommend this resort! The resort has great restaurants with lots of different foods. If you love beautiful sunsets this is your place.
Villa del Arco is fabulous. Lovely hotel, nice beach and great people. We are always made to feel like family. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Chambermaids do an excellent job looking after us. This trip Nancy, Salma, Coral and Ernestina made sure we were lacking nothing in our rooms. Jorge, our pool concierge provided us with impeccable service. If you need advice about food or fun in the Cabo area he is your man. Pool side wait staff are fun and accommodating as are the bellman so from start to finish our stay was fantastic. We travel to Cabo often and always stay at Villa del Arco. The location, rooms, and food are all awesome. All the servers are courteous and prompt. Freddy provided exceptional service in the pool area for several days we were there. He always greeted us with a smile and was there we needed him. His service was outstanding!!
Others that were also great include Lety and Juan on the beach. Again, prompt and courteous on all occasions.
The food in the restuarants and in the pool area was outstanding and the rooms are beautiful.
Del Arco is the best. So clean and well cared for. Fabulous location. Wonderful staff, Jorge, Lety (so wonderful), Javier, Erica, Freddy. All so friendly, efficient and nice. Its like home away from home for me and my family. We get settled in right away and enjoy every moment of our time there.

We’ve owned a timeshare here for the past 4 years. Great staff, great rooms, great location, and affordable. It’s a 2:20 flight from Orange County, ca which means you can be in the air by noon and on the beach by 4:30. Super convenient. We come down 2 to 3 weeks per year for fantastic getaway vacations.
My husband and I go every year to Cabo and stay at this resort. It’s a really beautiful place to spend your vacation! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The resort also have different restaurants with delicious food reasonably priced. Definitely a great place to stay!!
Just went on our honeymoon here in September and it was amazing! Spent a week there and definitely could have stayed longer. Most of the staff are great and very helpful. We loved the food and the variety of choices. It was definitely a beautiful and relaxing vacation, definitely look forward to going again one day!

We have 10 years of members and always we enjoy the good service and the very friendly and cordial staff. We have good time with the family especially my grandson has enjoyed to the fullest. There are places and restaurants nearby where to go and many family activities to share
A plus device is great and covid safety always on at least for workers not so much turists I notice there is 2 happy hours a day however also notice that 90 percent of people inside pool don't use the restrooms Over all safe, clean and happy
A friend invited me on a trip to this resort to celebrate my Birthday! It was fabulous the resort accommodations were superb!. The room was an ocean and pool view, and it was an all inclusive as well. The resort even had daily activities like water aerobics, morning stretch and childrens activities. There were secluded jacuzzis scattered throughout the perfectly manicured landscape so my friend and I had a little extra comfy time if the fabulous Cabo breezes. On the private beach they offered lounges and umbrellas for the guests too I am so happy he took me here, I cannot wait to go back!

Resort was definitely 5 stars. Staff was great, as well. My daughters especially appreciated the activities staff - especially Laura, who was very sweet, accommodating, and informative. My girls wanted to extend another week, then another month, then finally, another 12 months! Although the idea was nice, work and home can't wait. But we'll definitely be back sooner than later!

Had an amazing vacation at this beautiful location. All the staff were so nice and friendly. Axl at the pool was very helpful all week. The views are amazing from all angles of the property. My wife and I really enjoyed the private pickleball courts. Can’t wait to go back.

Our second time at Villa La Estancia and every bit as good as the first. A beautiful resort, great location, quiet but with the town easily accessible by a 25-min walk along the beach. Caring staff, two fine restaurants on site, plus many more in town just a $5 Uber ride away. If you're self-catering, the Collectivo bus will take you to Walmart for just $1 - runs every 15 mins. Three pickleball courts and plenty of activities at the neighboring resorts. We'll be back!
Fantastic resort with everything we needed and not as loud as the other resorts. Great for families. The restaurants and access to the sister resorts restaurants was perfect! Being right on the beach and the view were spectacular! We visited other resorts and this one was Definitely the best. Will only stay here in cabo! Can't wait to come back.
Diego is the best! Top notch service all around but Diego, Alejandro and Jesus went the extra mile! Food was great and very easy to find a spot by the pool. Get there pretty early (7am) as folks know where to find the sun angles!
Fernando is an excellent beach server. He made sure our needs were met from getting drinks, towels, and setting up an extra umbrella at our beach lounge. Very friendly and prompt. We will look for Fernando on our next visit.

notch and every employee goes above and beyond. The grounds are immaculate and they make sure to keep it that way throughout each day. The pool is exquisite and there are stairs down to the beach/ocean where you can also find loungers and umbrellas. The food is fantastic. If you are planning on staying at the resort for most or all of your vacation (which trust me, is a distinct possibility with how amazing it is), the all inclusive is worth it, but if you’ll be going out to restaurants in town, I would skip it. Our family will absolutely be coming back. I’m adding pictures but the pictures don’t do it justice.
Our stay at Villa La Estancia was incredible! The rooms were spacious, super clean, and had plenty of storage—perfect for our family of four. The kids had a blast at the pool, and we loved that the beach was both beautiful and swimmable. The views from the resort were absolutely stunning. The staff made our stay even better—huge shoutout to Adrian, Angela, Selene, and Yaneth for their amazing service. Breakfast at La Casona every morning was a highlight—so delicious! Room service was quick and convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

We were very pleased with the awesome service we received from Axel, we spent several days at the beach with our kids. Axel was on top of making sure we had plenty of waters, drinks and snacks. We plan on coming back several more times during our week long vacation.
We really enjoyed the breakfast La casona!! There is wonderful outdoor and indoor seating. The buffet was amazing and had so many different options. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We especially loved Mayra, Angela, Dani, and Selene.

Axel was very efficient and kind. When we wanted stuff he was on it. Even though we had a lot of people it didn’t overwhelm and he stayed cool and composed. We really all had a blast because of this day at beach and our service. Great drinks too! So fun
I love Villa La Estancia, I spent a great week with my family. The breakfast at La Cason was amazing, the server and the manager Angela was amazing as always. Also out pool attendant was outstanding and the service in general is getting better. Front desk staff Lupita and bellmen are great too! Our unit was great and also ocean view. I will come back.
Highly recommended! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was beautiful with a giant deck! Perfect location, outside the "party zone" but a 1.25 mile walk to the marina. Beautiful beach! Go see Pedro at the swim-up bar, he is stellar!! When we go back to Cabo, we'll be staying here!
We started our stay at an all inclusive hotel down the beach because our son's baseball team was staying there. We decided to make a vacation out of the tournament travel, so booked the rest of our stay at Villa La Estancia. OMG I'm so glad we decided to leave the other hotel and come to Villa La Estancia. The properties were night and day! I could not think of a single complaint about Villa La Estancia. We stayed in room 1307 with our 3 boys ages 11, 13 and 15. We were all comfortable, had plenty of room and the rooms were comfortable, very clean and well stocked. Our patio was spacious and had a great view. The service was TOP NOTCH, I've never had such amazing service at any other hotel. We tried our Spanish but it was helpful that most employees were able to fill in with English when needed.
The hotel restaurants were very good, so we ended up staying on property for most of our meals. The pools were fun. The beach isn't really the draw here as there are lots of vendors who approach you and the water is not swimmable most times of the year due to strong currents. We found we enjoyed our selves so much on the property we really didn't venture to the beach as often as I had thought we would. The only thing that could have improved our experience would be to have access to the pools at the sister properties. There are 3 hotels all connected, but outside of those 3 hotels you are a little isolated unless you take a 20 minute walk into town or down the beach. 20 minute walk either direction took you to places where the vibe was more like ""girls gone wild meets Vegas meets Disneyland"".
As that wasn't what we were going for, we stayed on the hotel property for most of the time. Having access to the pools at the other resorts within our property would have been nice as there is only one large pool on this property. Though it is a lovely pool, we just got a bit bored of it by day 4. I was solo with my 3 boys as my husband got sick while on vacation so I wasn't comfortable travelling into town by myself. Having Urgent Care on property also came in very handy! Doctor was great!

I want to thank the staff at Villa La Estancia for making my birthday vacation so memorable. Customer service was excellent, the staff were welcoming, professional and very accommodating. I want to thank the hotel manager, Gustavo for making sure our needs were met. I want to especially thank Isabella and Oliver for going over and beyond to help make my birthday so special. They had the bed room beautifully decorated with balloons, streamers and happy birthday wishes with tiny colored rocks. Every night we came home to a complimentary birthday dessert and on my last night, Isabella came over with a birthday gift. I was so touched by her thoughtfulness that she brought me to tears. I also want to that Francisco and his team at the swim up pool bar, food and cocktails were great. Special thanks to Rojelio and Rosendo at La Casona restaurant for making our last dinner special as well. All staff were friendly, acknowledged us and made eye contact. Very hard working staff. The greeters at the door who helped with our bags were also very friendly, smiled and made conversation every time. The grounds were nicely manicured and clean. Our room was beautiful, we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, very comfortable, travertine throughout, with a stunning ocean front view, balcony was also lovely. I will always remember my special birthday, we plan to definitely return soon. Thank you again.
This is our favorite place to stay when in Cabo. On arrival the staff says "Welcome home" and it truly feels like you are home. The villas are spacious and well appointed. The view is beautiful and never gets old. We go out to dinner almost every night, and have our favorite restaurants which are all within a 5-10 minute drive three or four are in walking distance (either on the beach or road), and the restaurants on site are very good. Downtown Cabo is about a mile away and a safe walk. Every year we try a few new restaurants and ask the Concierge (Lupita) for suggestions, she recommended a few that we enjoyed very much. We spend the majority of our day relaxing at the beach (the water is swimmable on this beach) and the pool where Terry and Sebastian attended to all of our needs, they are wonderful. This is a quiet and relaxing resort, no loud music no loud parties. It is the perfect place to decompress. We are in Cabo for about a 3 weeks to a month a year and when we leave, we can't wait to get back.
We love everything about La Estancia!!! Everyone is so nice, and genuinely wants you to have the best vacation of your life!!! They treat us like their own family!! What else could we possibly want!! Paradise in every sense of the word... We’ve been repeat guests for years!! Isabella at the front desk is an angel!! Tere at the pool area is such a dear!! And Virginia was our housekeeper! I’m going to miss her for sure!! ;)

You can play hard all day and into the evening then come back to a resort that's Quiet at night. the staff is great, seams like they will do anything to keep you happy. the activity people are great they helped us find some super fun things to do. the food is very good. we have stayed here three times now and have never been disappointed.

We have been coming to Cabo for many years and always stay at VLE. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our last stay and were amazed how special the staff made our big day. Sebastian, Tere and Lupita picked up that it was a special anniversary for us and informed La Casona restaurant to make our dinner extra special. After an amazing meal at La Casona we returned to find champagne and a bedroom fully decorated with balloons, rose petals, hearts and Happy Anniversary spelled out on our bed. It was such a beautiful and thoughtful surprise which made our celebration extra memorable. Thank you especially Sebastian, Tere and Lupita! You and the rest of the staff treat us like family! Absolutely loved this place! Had my bachelorette party here around the end of January 2019. Everything was just beautiful! We were greeted in our condos with chips, salsa, quesadillas, and margaritas! They took great care of us. We had the best time. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Cabo. The condos were so spacious and accommodating to my 7 girls and 6 moms. The staff was very helpful as well. The views were amazing. Loved the rock formations along with the beautiful ocean. Top notch resort. The desert spa was super nice and relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary at this blissful place! I honestly cannot put it into words how satisfied we were with our stay. One the best resorts in Cabo San Lucas. A very welcoming place. The staff is attentive and friendly. The resort has many amenities for everyone in your family. The resort is clean and well designed. Prices reflect services. Overall this is a great option that can meet all your vacation needs.

Be prepared to be spoiled. Once you come here it's hard to go anywhere else. The level of detail surrounding the guest experience was impressive. On site there is a mercado with lots of "American" faves - flavored coffee creamer anyone? Sunscreen, pharmacy, anything you need in a pinch. The outdoor cafe is adorable as is the bakery/deli. Staff is prepared to give you a recommendation in Spanish or English of anything you need. Grounds people are friendly and thorough - this place is literally spotless. Waitstaff is fast and attentive. Beach is clean and litter free. As the Fraggles say, cast your cares away, worries for another day. Go get your vitamin D on. Every day is more perfect than the last in Cabo.

I've stayed here eight times now. It's an exceptional place. Even the build quality of the rooms is great. No noises from other rooms anddouble paned hurricane glass keeps outside noises in. Not that you need it since the place is quiet. No music blasting or games in the pools. Most relaxing place in Cabo I think. Want to party? Go into town and find your fill. Sleep in and relax? Estancia is the place.
Hogo was an amazing waiter! He added a personal touch that made it a fun comfortable evening! The food was spectacular! We can’t wait to come again! Such a welcoming environment! We truly felt like family! My mom’s 60th birthday was a night to remember! The service was five star!

Absolutely felt like a dream. We were waiting on hand and foot. The rooms are 5 star and the food was really good. Loved loved loved ot!
The food was great, modern amenities, and lots of pools/lazy river for kids. The night light ambiance was another plus. The beach also seemed way less crowded than the Arco/palmer.
We liked this resort a bit more than the Arco, although the Arco is also great. The beach right out front isn’t Swimmable but you can walk 15/20 mins to the left and find a good spot to swim. There is also a red flag beach about a 5 min walk to the right.
The only cons I have are it seemed liked they might have been just a little bit understaffed. The servers were great but you could see that the ratio needed to be increased. I noticed this mostly in the buffet, beach, and poolside areas.
The last thing I would have liked to had is the ability to rent kayaks or paddle boards. Even if it means launching them farther down the beach since the waves are so rough directly in front of the hotel. Even if you had to sign a liability waiver.
Beautiful facility in a beautiful location
Last time we were in Cabo this place was just being built. When I was looking for a place for this trip I thought I would give it a try. Did 100% did not disappoint. From the bellmen at check-in to the person at check-out, everything was excellent. Pools, restaurants, rooms, service and follow up all 5 stars. A great value for the money spent. They even had a special where you got private driver service from and to the airport while we were there. The only complaint I would have is that the bars close at 10:00 PM and they should have a later close and a little entertainment. Still? 5 Stars
This resort is part of the Villa group. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay here. The lazy river is amazing along with the Infinity pool that looks out onto the ocean. We were able to relax in the Infinity pool while watching the whales go by. The service here is really fantastic. I highly recommend this place for families. It is a bit off the beaten path sandwiched between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo.
Recently got to enjoy a week at Valencia with family. Excellent amenities for all ages, with multiple pool areas and even a lazy river. Rooms were modern and very clean, including modern plumbing appliances. Staff were exceptional in making our stay feel like home, especially Alessandro, Beatriz, Francisco, Sheila, Angel and Omar. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable!
Gorgeous resort with lots of free activities. Exceptionally clean and incredibly nice staff. The restaurants are average, not great, but not bad.

I would rather have a regular great experience, especially down at the Infinity pool where server Isaac always join on the sky quick turnaround on drinks, especially. The food was excellent, didn’t find anything I didn’t like. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained.
This was our first time at this resort. And I should preface this with, we are NOT members of the Villa group. I chose this resort for the Lazy River. It did not disappoint! The river was awesome! We opted for the all-inclusive option. I thought it was a great deal, considering the a la carte prices for the on-site restaurants -- which were FAR better than any all-inclusive food I've ever encountered!
The infinity pool was incredible. I've seen infinity pools before, but this one topped them all! I had loaded up on books for my vacation, as I enjoy reading by the pool. Didn't even finish one! Way to much to look at! The WHALES just off the beach stole the show! And Marcos ( the pool server) was always nearby to take your order!
Plenty of activities! From the daily Aqua Aerobics (Manuel was great!) to the power walk thru the lazy river in the OPPOSITE direction. FUN!! and NOT easy!
Of course the perfect weather had something to do with it!
The ONLY downside was that with the all-inclusive option, you still had to wait around to 'sign' for your bill (even tho it was $0). And since not everyone was A-I, there wasn't any just 'grab-n-go' food (or coffee). Everything had to be signed for - even the drinks by the pool. That was too much. Couldn't just leave when you were ready - Had to wait to sign.
But overall, the resort completely exceeded our expectations. From the easy check-in process to the check-out. And the push to tour/join/buy was Not the hard sell that I was anticipating.
Just a perfect vacation!
OH - suggestion....if you want a lounger near the infinity pool, be sure to be out there BEFORE sunrise! If you're not, you'll have to choose a different pool. But no worries, there are lots to choose from!
There truly aren’t enough positive things to say about this resort! Aside from all the spectacular amenities, the accommodation and kindness from the employees was amazing. A special thanks to Ivan Higuera and Isaac Mayren! (I hope i got his last name right.) They were particularly attentive and went out of their way often to make sure our stay was more than pleasant. If you’re thinking of staying at this resort, stop thinking and book your trip quickly!!! You wont regret it!

I loved the service and quality of food and amenities. Luis at the breakfast spot always came through clutch with the coffee and quick service. Big shoutout to Joceline for always remembering my name. I definitely recommend this spot if you want to relax and get away from your troubles for a few days.

The resort was very clean and had great food options for the week. February was a bonus to enjoy all the whales from the infinity pool!
We went with Family and visited the steakhouse latitude. Our server angel was very nice. Attentive and the food was great. I would recommend this to families for fun. This hotel is very nice and upscale great for a getaway.
The resort is in a soft opening still, but you would barely notice. It is stunning inside and out with incredible views. There is an amazing lazy river, and an infinity pool that is over looking the Sea of Cortez. The staff is top notch - especially Alma, who was always hustling to make sure we had any food, drink, etc we wanted quickly. She was efficient, friendly, detail oriented and just a joy to deal with. Noe, the pool concierge was also amazing - making sure we had all the towels we needed, including towel art (swans). We brought our own floatys and one got popped. They were immediately fixing the floaty and even swam it out to is in the lazy river. We ate at La Taberna and had amazing paella, and Lattitude 23.5 and had great signature cocktails. Both had live artists playing every night we were there that were extremely talented. All the staff we encountered was friendly and wanted to make sure we had an incredible stay. We chose to do All Inclusive the first 3 of our 4 days and extremely enjoyed it.
The rooms are beautiful down to every detail, including bidet toilets that include auto sensors to warm the seat before you sit, and programmable options for the bidet. Including a tooshy dryer. The doors to the decks open for full indoor outdoor living.
My Family and I when to the Italian restaurant for a dinner during our Vacation in Villa la Valencia resort, Carlos Partida was the waitresstha night ,he is and amazing person and the service he provided was outstanding , food super tasty highly recommended!!

From checking in to checkout the entire experience was spectacular. I have been to their other properties in Cabo (Del Arco and Estancia) and this was just a great. Since it is a newer property they amenities were modern and refreshed. The entire staff was so friendly. Galo & Luz at the front desk helped with my needs while Alma & Adrian at the pool kept everyone hydrated and enjoying the perfect Cabo weather. All the food was fresh and made to order. I have a seafood allergy and their accommodations to ensure food safety was appreciated. I cannot wait to come back again with my family and enjoy another stay.
Fantastic resort. The Italian restaurant was fabulous. It was our favorite. The wait staff were so accommodating. The chef came out to personally ask about the steak preparation. Jesus and Carlos were the best!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!
The entire staff here was absolutely amazing. They have gone above and beyond our entire trip. We have felt so welcome and taken care of the entire time. A special thanks to Karla at the activity center and Enrique and Santiago at the steakhouse for their amazing, top notch service.

Amazing resort directly on the water, beautiful view room and amenities with a staff of people who are friendly and incredibly nice. Kevin and the entertainment team and schedule made every day full of fun doing water exercises and the pool & spa staff never let us wait for a smile or helpful hand at our lounge chairs
Omar Hernandez who works the pool area is absolutely amazing. He was always smiling and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the pool!! He’s one of the many reason why we’ll be back!
Another amazing night at Valencia, chef Alvero and Alejandro were amazing. The pictures do not do justice. I wanted to add a bit. With a young resort their will be bumps along the way and the true test is how the staff and management team respond. I truly believe Valencia will soon be 5 star 4 daimond resort. I will love seeing them achieve the rateing.

I would give this resort a 10/10. The rooms were great, housekeeping was always on top of their game when cleaning the rooms. The pools and lazy river were a blast during the day,.Yonathan and Francisco were the best pool-side servers, always making sure we were fed and had a drink in hand. At the La Taberna restaurant, our server Alessandro did a great job making sure our group of 11 people had enough food and wine. If you come to this resort, I highly recommend doing all-inclusive…you won’t regret it!
Me and my family came here for a wedding and I have to say that this was not only a beautiful wedding for my family but the best family vacation I have ever been too. The service here was immaculate. The workers here are so sweet and generous from the hosts at all the restaurants to the pool service. We had a great server Alessandro and the Taberna restaurant and he made sure my whole family of 12 were well taken care of. Another incident that happened was I lost my purse at the pool. Instead of freaking out the workers, security, and front desk worked hard to get to find it. And they did wrapped in towels in the laundry room. Over all the the hotel is extremely safe, clean, and beautiful. Not to mention some of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had as well. The drinks are amazing and all inclusive is worth it. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again and again.
