Who will assist me in selecting a treatment?

Our Spa concierges will assist you to personalize and plan your chosen treatments to achieve maximum benefit. You can visit the spa personally to book an appointment or dial the spa at extension 750 for an appointment.

What time should I arrive for my spa service?

We encourage you to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your treatment to enjoy our extensive hydrotherapy circuit to help you relax before your spa services. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and ultimately, your enjoyment. Regardless of when you arrive, your treatment will conclude at the scheduled time to ensure that next scheduled guest is not delayed. Please note that if you arrive late, you will still be charged the full price of your treatment.

What if I have a health impairment?

Please inform us of any medical or special needs that require our attention. If you have high blood pressure or are pregnant please avoid any heated treatment, steam, sauna or warm pools.

May I request a male or female therapist?

Yes, of course, but we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist or gender. Rest assured, all of our therapists are trained in working with discreet draping designed to respect your privacy at all times.

What should I Wear?

A robe, sandals and a locker will be provided upon your arrival. The Spa will provide undergarments for body treatments and you will be given the opportunity to disrobe and cover yourself in privacy. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being addressed. The separate men's and women's spa areas are clothing-optional environments. For your comfort we recommend using swimsuits in the hydrotherapy facilities.

How should I pay for my Spa services?

Room charge and all major credit cards are accepted as a form of payment at the Spa. As a company policy, cash is not accepted as a form of payment. Outside guests booking or purchasing spa services must pay in advance with a major credit card.

What is the cancellation policy?

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify the spa at least 8 hours prior to your treatment time or your account will be charged 100% of your treatment cost as a no-show.

Where should I leave my jewelry and valuables?

We recommend that no jewelry should be worn to the Spa. Please leave all valuables in your safety box located in your room. The Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.

What about gratuities?

For your convenience, a 10% service charge will be automatically added to your bill. This amount is given to your service provider(s). Additional gratuities are appreciated but not expected.

What precautions should I take?

It is not recommended to take any treatment with a full stomach, or to mix alcoholic beverages with exercises or any spa services. Do not shave your legs or sunbathe prior to a body exfoliating treatment. Gentlemen should not shave before enjoying a facial.

What important spa policies are there?

Smoking is not allowed inside the Spa facilities. You cannot bring food or alcoholic beverages into the spa. Bare feet are not allowed inside the spa; comfortable sandals will be provided for you. We require that you be over 16 years of age before receiving any Spa treatments. However, Salon services are available at an earlier age but only in the presence of a parent or a guardian. No cellular phones please.
