Pre-Arrival Services
We can arrange your pre-arrival shopping needs so that everything you require is waiting for you. Once you are here, we can arrange for your groceries to be delivered to your suite.
In-Suite Massages
One of our main objectives at Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa is to pamper you with every luxury. No request is too large or too small. Our Concierge will be happy to provide you with a service menu of massage options. (Honeymooners: this is for you!)
In-Suite Dining Service
The elegant surroundings of your own private Villa tend to tempt you to stay where you are. That's why we're happy to offer personalized in-suite dining service. Whether it's a full-scale cocktail party or an intimate dinner for two, our expert culinary staff can prepare any meal you like, and will work with you to cover every detail. Choose to have meals cooked in-suite every night, a few nights or just one night. We're flexible to your needs.
Car Rental
All your car rental needs can be met by our on-site Car Rental Desk, located in the Hotel's Main Lobby.
Catering
Are you planning a full-scale wedding reception? Want to throw an impromptu cocktail party? Give us the opportunity and we'll arrange it.
Concierge
Want to book a whale watching tour? Check. Go for an ATV excursion? No problem. Find the most "happening" bar in Cabo? Done! Whatever your needs may be, our Concierge will gladly assist you, not only with helpful suggestions but also with your reservations for dinner, activities, for the Spa and Fitness Center and car rental bookings.
Laundry Services
A full-size washer and dryer are include in your one, two and three Bedroom Suite. Our Housekeeping or Laundry departments will also be happy to assist you with any laundry services you may need.
Medical
Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa provides on call medical services available 24 hours a day. In case of emergency, air and ground evacuation is possible via a fully equipped ambulance service.
Money Exchange
We have a cashier desk located in the main lobby to exchange your U.S. or Canadian Dollars for pesos at a fair exchange rate. Many restaurants and vendors also welcome U.S. currency.
Room Service
Start your day with fresh brewed coffee, scrambled eggs and toast or end the night dining from the comfort of your terrace thanks to our 24/7 room service. Our extensive menu includes a wide array of choices.
