The Villa Group (TVG) is making waves with property enhancements, industry accolades and progress toward the opening of the region’s newest and largest spa in Cabo San Lucas.

The company has also named a new Corporate Operations Director and tapped a San Diego-based integrated marketing firm to assist with its marketing, advertising and public relations efforts.

Carlos E. Aquino Joins The Villa Group

Joining TVG November 1, Carlos E. Aquino has been selected to oversee all resort operations in the Puerto Vallarta region for the company, as well as assist with sales and marketing. He is based in The Villa Group’s Puerto Vallarta offices. Aquino most recently served as the Caribbean Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Intercontinental Hotels Group company-managed properties in Aruba,
Jamaica and St. Thomas.

Two Villa Group properties in Cabo San Lucas have been honored by a pair of leaders in the hospitality industry.		Villa La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta, the company’s latest resort development, is scheduled to open phase one in the first quarter of 2007.
